But she assumed she'd find someone that she knew, so she wasn't all that concerned. As the little blonde Ravenclaw walked swiftly down the station, her two parents weren't far behind, their pair of glances sweeping over the various inhabitants of the station.

Her mother, small in stature in the same way that Alfie herself was, would've resembled her daughter greatly if it wasn't for the obnoxious amount of thought she obviously put into her appearance. An admitted shop-a-holic, Mrs. Port showed it well with a large designer bag hanging from her slender arm and a pair of almost ridiculously large sunglasses on her face, covering up any resemblance that might've existed underneath it all. For what her mother covered up, Alfie's father showed on his face. A simplistically straight-foward sort of person, the man didn't spend much of his personal money on anything too frivolous. Well dressed but in the way that suggested he wore such things only to intimidate, Mr. Port strode along in a pair of nice dress pants, his shirt tucked in neatly beneath his sports coat. His expression, though relatively young in terms of years (well, for a father), reflected the wrinkles of one who took his job far too seriously, though at the same time suggested that he was once handsome before he grew too stern to care about such things as attractiveness.

The idea of either of them being related to Alfie was almost absurd.

Alfie did get her blue eyes from her father, but his weren't even half as large as her own. Or, maybe it just seemed that way because his brow appeared permanently furrowed, either because he was working or he was disapproving of something. Either way, his eyes did not show the same life that his daughter's did. Her blonde hair could've come from either of her parents, as they were both blondes as well, though her mother's hair contained mass amounts of unnecessary highlights. Her father's was short and trim, in that way that made you assume it was expensive, but for no good reason as it was the most straight forward one you could get it. This description seems harsh, and possibly unnecessarily so, as Alfie's parents were in no way bad people. In fact, they were pretty nice for the most part. Her mother, though completely shallow, was kind and had good intentions, the more social of the pair, and her father, though admittedly a fairly strict man, only wanted the best for his family. But neither of them were much like Alfie, who though very quiet, could easily be called sweet and very much down to earth. She had a warmth to her that her parents didn't; well, at least until one got the chance to know them.

They had just paused in the platform to discuss when the train would actually be leaving, when Alfie's large blue eyes settled on a blonde Malfoy on a bench all alone. "Emma?!" the girl called excitedly, eyes lighting up as she left her bag carelessly alongside her parents and ran over in her direction.

It could have been even more bitter if not for Bree mewling at him to get a move on, perched on her makeshift throne that was Theo's trunk that he pushed along on his trolley. "Alright, alright," Theodore mused, chuckling lightly. Patting the tabby on the back, she lithely jumped from the trunk before her owner heaved it off of the trolley. Placing the steel wheelabout near the brick wall of the platform, where others had been left, he returned to his luggage and cat to find that Bree had perched herself on top of the trunk once more. "Have it your way," Theodore shrugged, drawing his wand from the front pocket of his jeans. It was only now, when he felt something metallic and sharp in his pocket, that the Ravenclaw recalled his duty.

Theodore was not simply a seventh year eagle, but Prefect Dumble, now! To tell the truth, the title embarrassed him, but what was there to do about it? Drawing the navy-and-bronzed colored badge from his pocket, which gleamed from the sunlight that poured in from the skylights, he pinned it onto his polo. He hadn't wanted to wear it while on the muggle platform for the sake of not drawing even more attention to himself. Honestly, the teen felt like a bit of a prat, but the Head Boy and Girl, both Slytherins, would have probably disemboweled him for forgetting such a simple thing as to wear his new badge. Tearing his eyes from the pin that now gleamed obnoxiously on his chest, Theodore drew his wand once more and aimed it at the trunk. With a swish and the utterance of the words, "locomotor trunk," his suitcase, Bree sitting on top, levitated and floated at his side as he moved through the thickening crowd. Where were his friends and his fellow prefects?

It was when he saw two blonde heads a short distance away, bobbing together excitedly, that Theodore immediately felt his stomach happily flip over. He would bet all of the galleons in his wallet that it was none other than Emma Malfoy and Alfie Port. Dropping off the trunk where the conductor was collecting all baggage, Bree hopped off and wound her way through the crowd as Theodore rushed over to his friend and girlfriend, knowing his intelligent cat would find her way to him efficiently as soon as she heard the train's whistle blow. Coming up behind the bench, Theodore placed his hands on the backrest and on either side of the girls as he leaned over to give Alfie a quick kiss on the top of her head. "Good afternoon," He beamed a wide smile, not sure whether his new badge or his dorky grin was more obnoxious.

Before the girl could even fully register that someone was there, she had received a kiss on the top of her head, and she immediately registered that this must have been none other than Theodore Dumble. As his voice filled the air around them in a greeting, her suspicions were confirmed, and the little blonde Ravenclaw couldn't help but let the warmest of smiles fall onto her features. "Theo!" In a moment, she had jumped up onto her feet and rounded the bench, practically tackling the boy in a hug. She'd missed him. It hadn't really been all that long since she'd last seen her boyfriend, but it felt like ages. It'd been at least a couple of weeks since their last meeting, though their letters seemed to be exchanging every other day.

It was as Alfie collided gently with the boy in a kind of clumsy but sweet hug that her face, which normally felt the soft material of whatever Theo happened to be wearing that day, hit something much less forgiving. Rather, something metallic and stuck to his shirt! His prefect badge! Blue eyes widening as though having discovered some secret treasure, the little Ravenclaw withdrew from the hug just slightly to admire the sight of the prefect badge she knew he owned but had never set eyes on before. "Theo..." she murmured gently, endearment in her tone as her large blue eyes seemed to fill with pride. "It looks so good on you!" she approved softly, her expression rather beaming at the boy as she leaned up with the intention of placing a gentle kiss on his lips. That was her intention, until she felt the cold, hard gaze of two people across the traffic of the station, which was constantly moving in the middle of the walkways. Oh right. Her parents were here. Alfie's long blonde hair swished around her as she whipped her head around to catch the gaze of her parents from across the way.

Alfie had told her parents about Theo the second summer had began, of course they needed to know! But even if she hadn't said anything, her parents would've had to be idiots to not know their daughter had a boyfriend. She had been constantly exchanging letters with someone all summer, she wore her locket nearly all the time, and besides, she just seemed different. Not in a bad way, but rather, she seemed...so much more happy that summer. But it was obvious by Mr. Port's expression that he did not seem particularly thrilled to see his daughter around who he assumed to be her boyfriend. Though Mr. Port had never been necessarily over-the-top protective dad, and Alfie was certainly not daddy's little girl or anything of the sort, he was still a father. And an intimidating one at that. He was mostly concerned with the idea of Alfie getting distracted from her studies, or moreso, with any Quidditch-related activities he hoped she'd be involved with this year. (But, as he had been assured plenty of times over the summer, Alfie had no interest in being on the school team, much to his disappointment.) His relationship with his daughter had never been all that great, considering his dedication to his career and the fact that they had hardly anything in common. So when she said she had a boyfriend, he wasn't concerned so much with his little girl growing up (since Alfie had pretty much been an independent person for years) or losing his daughter to someone else, or any of that emotional nonsense, but rather that in one way or another she'd find herself off track. Off course. And that just wouldn't do.

And so, it was with this attitude that the Ports walked over to the three students, standing a few feet in front of them and still exuding that same cold demeanor that discouraged others from speaking with them. "My parents," Alfie muttered softly in explanation, her smile falling just slightly as she turned to lock eyes with Theo for a moment before releasing herself from their small half-hug situation. "Uh...Emma, Theo, this is my Mum and Dad," Alfie announced with a weak smile, tucking some of her long blonde hair behind one of her ears as she stepped around the bench to introduce the two groups. Her father was the first to move as he stepped up in the next moment, his stern expression holding onto a precise smile, one that he used in nearly all business situations, and though 99% fake, it did the job of showing off some business-worthy pearly whites. His bright blue eyes, though the exact same shade as Alfie's own, were concentrated in a cool gaze of pure evaluation as he shook Emma's hand gently and politely before grabbing Theo's rather roughly and giving it a firm shake.

"You must be Theo," he announced with a grin, which though slightly different from the smile before it, reflected the same amount of mock enthusiasm, his blue eyes giving away some of the curiosity he had in meeting these friends his daughter had been exchanging letters with all summer. And of course, how could he not be curious to meet Theodore? Alfie's mother lifted the large sunglasses from her face and flashed the pair a more genuine smile, though it didn't have so much interest behind it.

"Lovely to meet you both," she said with a nod as she gave a gentle shake of the hand to Emma and then Theo moments later. The introductions seemed to be enough to make Alfie want to board the train right then and there. Still at Theo's side, she gently enveloped his hand after her parents were done shaking it, her father having done so with the force of a business deal. Her gentle touch must have been an extreme contrast to poor Theo's right hand, surely, from what it had just been through.

"Well, Mum, Dad," Alfie started softly, pure discomfort on her features. "You should probably get going, right?"

The blonde looked up and saw her Ravenclaw friend standing before her. A smile appeared on her face. An excited smile. She was glad to her Ravenclaw friend. "Alfie!" she cried and she hugged her friend. The Malfoy was just about to ask how Alfie was going and suddenly Theodore Dumble appeared. Smirk. And he kissed Alfie in front of her parents! Scandalous!. If Brae had done that in front of her parents, he'd be on the floor, knocked out cold. Poor Braeden. Her parents had harassed him a lot.

"Theo!" she cried and punched his shoulder lightly, chuckling slightly. The blonde smiled at him and before she could attack him for his bromance attack at the bouncy castle, the blonde was being introduced to Alfie's parents. Ah, parents. Time to be polite and formal. Her parents seemed nice, well at least to her. It looked as if Alfie's father was going to squeeze Theo's hand off. The blonde bit her lip to stop herself from smirking.

"Hello. Mr and Mrs. Port. Lovely to meet you too," she said with a wide, polite grin. Yes, it was always good to be kind to your friend's parents. Yep, yep. Always good. The blonde grinned at Alfie and Theo. "So how have you two been since last time I saw you?" she asked the two love birds. She casually put a strand of blonde hair behind her ear as she stayed, grinning at her two friends. Ahh. This was nice. She was glad that the two had arrived early, otherwise she would have been alone. But, where was Braeden, when you needed him? Knowing her boyfriend, the Slytherin had predicted that he would be a little late. As usual. The Gryffindor running for the train.

Emma's brown eyes gazed at both of them but something caught her eye. Wait, a minute. What was that blue thing on Theo's robes. NO WAY. Emma's mouth dropped to make a perfect O. "Theo. Your, you're a Prefect! Congrats!" she exclaimed and then saluted him. Right, she had forgotten that Theodore had become a Prefect. Guys, this is bad. Hopefully, dear Theo wouldn't take any points away from her or Alfie. Hehe. The blonde clasped her hands together, a little nervous. "So, dear Theo. You won't be taking any nice, shiny emeralds away from us Snakes, right? Or us, Slytherclaws?" she asked, with her brown eyes wide as she tried to look angelic as possible.

Shaking is head, Jai set his trunk down and sat on it. He would wait here for the new students and his friends to arrive.
Daphne walked toward the south end of the patform, looking calm on the outside but complete freaking out inside. Gosh, she felt so alone and stupid. She sighed and ran her hand through her long hair. Yep. The sixteen year old was scared and nervous. Bleh.

Hm. Maybe..she should have asked her parents to wait rather than just look silly walking around on her own.

Jai who was waiting for the train to arrive, looked up and saw a girl standing nearby. She looked new, he hadn't seen her before. All the same, she looked a bit nervous.

He got up off his trunk and walked over to her slowly,"Hey. I'm Jai Pierce. I was just sitting here by myself and had the urge to introduce myself to someone and you happened to be standing here." he said with a broad smile.

Well, at least Dani thought she did.

"Ha, Lana, embarassed? That child... she's... definately strong minded" she giggled as she thought about her little niece. "I miss her when I'm at school, when she was first born I was away, but when I got back and I got to see her, it was amazing" she gushed as she sighed a little.

Did Dani just say the word 'romantic'? "Oh Merlin, tell me more!" she said, growing more and more excited, "But, er... why did she leave?" Dani did say that the woman left, right?

Kita blinked. Lana was strong minded? Had Kita... sent vibes to the girl? Making her strong minded? She remembered that day when her and Dani had met up at the roof of Ollivander's and Dani had shown her the picture of Lana. Is that how she had done it?!

"Boy, is that cute!" she said, grinning, "Sounds like you and her have a nice relationship." Merlin, it made her wish she has that good of a relationship with at least one of her aunts. Flexing her wrist she let her wand slide out into her hand. Taking a quick glance around she then nonverbally cast Orchideus. Catching the lovely bundle of Gerbera daisies she held them out for Alice. "For you. Just a small token."

Hugging Alice back she blinked a few times to keep her eyes from tearing up. She was an adult now. There was no room for any of that mess. Heh. "I am always just an owl away, Alice. Never forget that."

And then... as she was looking over Alice's shoulder she caught sight of another favorite young person of hers.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

Text Cut: TOM

Letting go of Alice and stepping back a bit she beamed brightly at the boy that was trying NOT to make it obvious he was listening to their conversation. Hehe. "TOM BROADMOOR! Get your bum over here and give us a hug!" Lexi exclaimed as she bounced a little with excitement.

She had made Tom a promise... she would be around as much as she could for him and right now she demanded HUGS from the boy. Stretching her arms out she WAITED.

Alice gave Lexi another smile at the compliment. "Learning from the best helps as well," Alice said with her own little wink.

Alice had to admit she could only imagine Lexi reeking full havoc on the birds and the thought made her smile. Lexi was a force to be reckoned with after all, and those birds certainly should have known better. Alice spotted Lexi's wand slid into her hand, wondering what she was going to do before smiling brightly as Lexi handed her a beautiful gerbera daisies. "Oh my gosh they are so pretty Lexi!! Thank you!"

Alice gave Lexi another hug, her words that she was always just an owl away greatly pushing the threat of tears from running over. "Thank you Lexi! I don't know what I would have done without you," Alice whispered back.

She let go of Lexi when Lexi had pulled away from her, spotting a boy that she knew. Alice turned to look at the boy, not sure that she recognized him, but surely he went to Hogwarts.

Siblings. Did she have any siblings? Well that was a tough question for Selina to answer. No one knew about Danielle except for her parents. Not one of her friends even had any idea that she once had a baby sister, let alone the fact that she had killed her. It was a part of her that she carried around on her shoulders everyday and now because of the run-in vision she had with Bishop she now had a tattoo on her left shoulder that reminded her everyday of Danielle. But she was not a subject that she liked to talk about, "No. I don't have any biological siblings, but my parents are the legal guardians of Christopher and Elyon James... do you know them?"
"Well as yee said we canna all be potions experts," he remarked with his own soft chuckle. Gideon listened for her answer, the boy nodding as she finally spoke once more. He didn't know what it was but something made him feel there was more to her answer but he wasn't about to pry into her life. They were still meer aquaintances after all and new ones at that. And if there was something it was obviously private.

"Christopher at least," he answered bringing attention back to the other part of Selina's answer. "We met...officially over thee summer at thee carnival. Unoffficially we've been rooming together since we both came to Hogwarts which tis certainly more akward then ye and I being strangers," he added. Olivia opened her eyes. She'd made it! She was on Platform 9/34 and she was completely unharmed. For the first time that morning she felt herself smile and she made her way down to the south end of the platform so she could get on near the back of the train and hopefully find an empty compartment.

She could see students and their families scattered all over the platform and there was a tugging feeling in her stomach. Her mother and sister hadn't come through the barrier with her -- she wasn't even sure if they were able to, not being magical and all -- so they'd said their goodbyes before she'd gone through. Now she just felt lonely. Still, there was plenty of time for meeting new people once lessons started and she had her books to keep her occupied on the train. She'd not had a chance to take a look at them yet. Hogwarts: A History seemed like a good place to start though and she made a mental note to take that one out of her trunk when she got on the train and found a seat.

Ability is nothing without Opportunity | | Creativity is Intelligence having FUN

Salander's head was spinning. And it wasnt because they've just gotten back from their Asian tour. He woke up that morning late with a realization hitting him like a ton of bricks-- this was going to be his last train ride to Hogwarts for his 7th and final year. Not only that, but today was also his first day on the job pulling double duty-- Slytherin Prefect and HeadBoy. He'd still think it was all a dream had he not seen those badges gleaming by his bedside table.

Which means he has to getup and get going!

By the time he got to Kings Cross the place was packed with both muggle-kind and wizarding folk, even spotting a few newbies trying to get through the wall into Platform 9 3/4. Was he supposed to do something prefect-y now? For the past 3 terms he just went about his clumsy business hauling his own stuff. Now he had a strange feeling that he ought to do something more than that. Like... not making a sport snickering at kids messing up at the wall. Heh.

Dragging the trolley behind him he searched the crowd for that specific face. And he found her, his beloved, speaking to a another blond girl he didnt recognize from behind. Not wanting to interrupt their lively conversation Salander deftly took Lexi's things and piled them onto his trolley. He manages to get some two words between Lexi and the other girl hugging and bouncing "Babe, is this all your stuff? You havent forgotten anything ahve you?" Like-- ahem-- a certain something? Heh.

His eyes finally shifts to the other blond and does a double take. Wait... looks familiar, but different. Older? "Alice?" the Slytherin lad smiles slowly, finally recognizing the feature he remembered from his young friend. "You all set to get back to Hogwarts? Where's your stuff? I'll take it to the baggage car along with ours."

His eyes darts up momentarily when Lexi got excited and called out a Broadmoor. Tom? The late bloomer wizard? Salander cracked a grin at the younger boy. Talk about deja vu.

Lexi shook her head once more as she smoothed down the front of her dress. "I think you have always given me too much credit, Alice. But I thank you anyway," she said with a smile.

She was truly grateful to have such fabulous friends. Indeed.

OH! There he was!!

Lexi broke her eye contact with Tom to beam stupidly at Salander for a moment. "Yes, love. It's all there. Just put Ru-- nevermind. I will get Rufus in a moment. Soon as Tom gives me a hug," she said with a giggle. She was going to MAKE the boy hug her. hehehe. "And no I didn't forget anything. That trunk is packed fuller than any other time when I have returned...I have Wasabi and Rufus... that's it." She was sure he was worrying about something he needn't be worried about. Heh. She was never letting any of the precious things he had ever given her go. NEVER.

Then... "Sal... Alice doesn't go to Hogwarts anymore. She is leaving me all alone in that dreadful tower. I will probably have a bloody first year as a dorm mate. How terrible will THAT be?" Lexi said dramatically. Really though... no first years in her dorm, please. Really she wanted one all to herself. If that was possible. Heh.

"They are really gentle creatures who love to be held and cuddled," Kurumi explained. Almost like a hamster she supposed, only hamsters had the tendency to run around a lot. "Not too much longer now," Kurumi smiled. "I think we can begin to put our things on it actually." She pointed towards the door to the luggage compartment that had just slid open.
Skye cudnt wait to start moving all her stuff into the luggage compartment. "do the first years have to sit all together?" skye asked karumi.

"Christopher at least," he answered bringing attention back to the other part of Selina's answer. "We met...officially over thee summer at thee carnival. Unoffficially we've been rooming together since we both came to Hogwarts which tis certainly more akward then ye and I being strangers," he added. The 4th year including the last mention with a smile to lighten the mood since it seemed to have taken a down turn.
Selina grinned broadly at him and said with a slight chuckle to her voice, "You know Christopher? But you didn't officially meet until this summer?" That was just hysterical. The fact that they had roomed together for three years and not known each other was kind of hysterical. Seriously, the world was a funny, funny thing. She giggled a little bit, "Sorry for the laughter I just think that's the funniest thing I've heard in a long time."

She did not want to offend her house mate so she cleared her throat and changed the subject, "So do you, um, like Quidditch?"

Then again, his father was in Slytherin when he was in Hogwarts. Go figure. So was his mother, but she didn't seem to have a cold stare on her face like his father. Not when he was around anyway.

He made his way down to the south end of the platform. He blinked and stood awkwardly when he looked back his mother. She was smiling encouragingly, ''Go make some friends, sweetheart. Me and your dad have some business'' She rubbed his check and leaned down to kiss his forehead. Tears were welling up in her eyes as she whispered a quick goodbye and told him she loved him as she held him. He realized this was hard for her, he was always with her for almost 11 years and now he was off to some school and wouldn't see her until Christmas. He didn't think of it that way. He held back his tears as he awkwardly shook his fathers hand and hugged him quickly. He waved to his parents as he watched them leave and turned to wait to board.

He turned around and watched the other students, he was so awkward right now he might as-well have a sign over his head saying:
''New Guy, Must Humiliate.''
What was he thinking? What if someone could read minds, (Of course he knew this was impossible). He coughed lightly and posed awkwardly.

He had long-ish brown hair, his face was small and cute. He was small in height for his age and was thin, but this was a healthy weight for him. He did have very feminine features but you should be able to tell he is a boy. His eyes are big and green and he wears thick black glasses. He has a small satchel over his shoulder, which inside he would carry books. He knew he would be needed them on the train. He had a trolley next to him which had his other belongings like clothes etc. all packed away. Now for the next dillema in his mind. Who would he be brave enough to sit with once they board? He looked at all the other students and sighed. Great, this was gonna be fun.
Josephine looked at Chris and smiled "CHRIS! OVER HERE!" she waved her arms and went to drag him next to her forming group of friends "This is Chris guys, Chris, this are Danielle, Joseph, my twin brother, and Maxwell, Danielle is a Ravenclaw, Joseph and Maxwell are Gryffindors, guys Chris is a Ravenclaw" Josephine said not even waiting for them to introduce themselves.

Alfie had just had enough time to come and greet the blonde Malfoy at her side, about to inquire as to the rest of her summer when she suddenly felt the shadow of another person approaching their bench from behind.

When Alfie ran into his welcoming arms, Theodore felt like the sinews in his cheeks were ready to split and as if he would never stop grinning like a joyous idiot. Imagine that; having to go to a healer from an overdose of happiness and excitement. Little Miss Port definitely had a magical spell over him. Had he not known better, the seventh year would have guessed that she fed him a near-daily supply of love potion, slipping it into his food and refreshments. "That's Prefect Dumble to you, shnookums!" He teased, just as ready as she to lean in for a reunion smooch. That was before he was momentarily left there, eyes closed like an oblivious sod, as he waited to feel her lips on his. Nothing came. Opening his eyes, Theodore immediately released the fifth year and stepped back, standing erect and blinking a few times to register what had just happened. Had they just been broken up by the PDA police? Had Emma gotten annoyed that easily and called them on the two lovers? Theodore knew that calling Alfie by the silly name of shnookums had been a stupid idea, just a little something to embarrass her in front of their Slytherin friend, but...

Alfie's introduction almost immediately cleared up the boy's confusion. These were her... it nearly pained Theodore to even think of the word. Her parents. It was now that the Ravenclaw wished his parents would have accompanied him onto the platform, or that Bree was around for a bit of feline back-up. Speaking of Bree, where was her nearest and dearest frenemy, Jay? He couldn't have swooped in and distracted the Ports from the scene that they had just disturbed? No? Oh, bugger. He glanced between Mr. and Mrs. Port, having a hard time avoiding the frightening gaze of her father and his professional aura. Intimidation was definitely in the air; could her parents smell his fear? "I, I really... it's really a great pleasure to finally meet you both. Truly," Theodore felt comfortable enough while shaking the hand of her mother, but Mr. Port felt like he was attempting to tear off his hand. Or maybe it was just in Theodore's imagination. "I... I've heard so much about-" It was then that Emma and Alfie mercifully cut short his awkward rambling. Saving Theodore from himself was a full time job, and these girls definitely were pros at being his heroines in this instances. He managed to relax slightly, straight shoulders slumping down relaxedly, as Alfie's had grasped him and transferred a subliminal message of comfort. So, this was what it was like to meet the family? Theodore wished he would have been a bit more compassionate towards Braeden at Malfoy Manor a few weeks ago when he had faced the wrath of Draco Severus. Shudder. But then again, that hulk of a quidditch player gave everyone the willies. He at least made every male in the immediate area feel a terrifying shriveling of their loins.

Glancing at Emma, Theo felt like willing her to step in. Although Alfie's parents leaving would make him feel a bit better, this was a necessary step in their relationship, and Alfie rushing them off so quickly felt a bit rude. But what was he to do? Stuck in the middle. A prefect, and stuck in the middle. This was horrible. Never had he ever felt such a drop in his mood. It was then that Emma began her questioning. "Ha, oh, thank you," He nodded politely, smiling slightly. "I... I'll take points when I need to..." He mused shiftily, although he knew punishing friends for misdeeds would make him feel too guilty to function.

Joseph looked at his sister, how many friends had she met in one day?! "Hey, how are you?" he looked at his sister, both him and her looked the same, both tall, both tanned skin, both hair-colors were reddish-brown, hers was long but his was short, the only thing they differed was in the clothes and in the eyes, while she had them emerald-green, he had them sapphire-blue.

Josephine giggled "It won't hurt us, but I do want to see it!" she said excitedly, she was a prankster "You should all be careful if you're on my boat"[/QUOTE]

"Oh God" Joseph groaned, if his sister was in his boat two things were most likely to happen 1. Her clumsiness would make her fall, or 2. She would make someone fall.

"Uh huh thou I admit I donna get too much chance to play or even watch outside school," the 4th year lion answered. Though not necessarily because of limitations by house location since it was pretty secluded where his family lived.

Two of the three Ports were interested in the conversation's turn to Theo's new status of prefect, the only one not entertained being Alfie's mother who had grown distracted rifling through her bag for something. Alfie herself looked as though she was the one offered the honour, practically beaming with pride as she stood at Theodore's side, obviously quite proud of her boyfriend. But he was a prefect! It was an honour! She opened her mouth to speak, to possibly comment on this idea of taking points away, when her father spoke first. "Prefect?" he announced with his powerful voice, eyebrows raising as he kept his professional smile. "Wow, that's quite an honour, isn't it?" he suggested as he crossed his arms over his chest absentmindedly, scanning poor Theodore with pure evaluation in his gaze. "You sure you're up to that?" he added, his tone the kind that could either be registered as mocking or simple curiosity. Alfie, obviously knew it was the former.

"Dad!" Alfie scowled, turning to look at her father with furrowed brows, obviously unhappy with his judgemental tone. Her expression lightened slightly as she turned to look at Theo himself, flashing him a warm smile, "Theo's going to be a great Prefect, he's the most responsible, kind person I've ever met," she informed the entire group, though her large eyes remained glued to Theo's expression for a moment, flashing him a reassuring grin. She then turned her gaze to Emma, giving the girl a soft smile as well, "Emm and I are gonna have to be on our toes to make sure we don't lose any points this year."

"You on the Quidditch team, son?" Mr. Port continued, seeming to not hear his daughter's kind words. He still had a smile on his expression, but his light eyes were evaluating, judging quite obviously the boy that his daughter was in a relationship with. But, having the career he did in the Quidditch world, Mr. Port only really cared to hear about this side of what the boy's hobbies might be.

"Does it matter?" Alfie posed, her gentle voice suddenly a bit more assertive as her father's eyes flashed momentarily to her own, his eyebrows raising just slightly. His daughter was rarely this defensive of anything really.

"I guess not," Mr. Port replied, though his expression sustained his cool, controlled smile and he obviously meant the direct opposite of his words. Of course it only seemed natural to him that his daughter should date some sort of Quidditch player. Alfie, on the other hand, couldn't care less if her boyfriend was involved in the sport or not. Mr. Port, after evaluating Theo for a moment more, turned his attention to Emma politely, "I hear you're involved with the Slytherin Quidditch team, though?" he added, his voice a little more kind than it had been with Theo. "I myself was on the Gryffindor team years ago."

"Yeah, Dad, your glory days, we get it," Alfie said nearly the second her father's mouth had closed, flashing him a weak smile and a look that clearly said, 'Shouldn't you be going now?'. Her hand still remained entwined with Theo's own, and she hated the idea of him being uncomfortable because of her father's questioning both him and Emma. Mr. Port's eyes turned to look at his daughter, then flickering over to glance at her left hand enveloped in Theo's own. His eyebrows rose, vague amusement in his lightly wrinkled features, but his expression wasn't one of a father who was sentimental, rather a father who was more amused than anything with his daughter's choice in men.

Josephine's eyes started to gleam "Adventure! Heaven yes! We shall schedule it" she fist-pumped the air and grinned "My brother and I share a two-way mirror, so we will have a way to communicate at night, we can plan it out and we will leave one mirror at the common room, take the other one, that way we can check if someone is searching for us" her features became devilish.

Ronnie walked up to the platform, her family behind her. Her grandfather and grandmother, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger even came! She was ready. Ready for her second year. Her first one had been very exciting with many fun adventures! She held her sister's hand and her grandfather's hand and dashed to wait for the train. "Ooo, I can't wait to get back to Hogwarts!" she said. She could smell the food from the feast already!

"You're going to love Hogwarts!" she said to Plumeria. "It's wicked!" she said still holding on to her hand, a little too tightly. She was acting a little child-ish....but she still was sort of a child, right? "Grandpa Ron, remember the story you told us about when you crashed into the barrier?" she asked. "That was in your second year, right?" she asked looking up at him. He nodded, smiling. "I love that story." she said.
