"Yeah." returning Jordin back on his cage. "A lot of students are still outside, can you not see that?" Beatrice said sarcastically, looking up at her aunt. Her aunt was obviously taken aback.She was not in the mood , really .. Her mom used to promise that she was the one who would send Beezus to school . .But now, instead of her mother. Her aunt is there for her. "Sorry Aunt Bel."she said rather apologetically.

Sighing again, "That's alright Beatrice. " she bent and now face to face with Beezus. "Just take care, okay?"

"Sure." Beatrice answered. Her aunt stood up and slowly walked away. Now she was alone. She kept on watching the profile of her aunt walking away from her. Now what ?

Seeing the girl alone like herself, she couldn't help but approach her,

"Hi! I'm Violet, you must be first year like me... Well, come on now, there might not be any available seat left..."

She held the hand of the girl and walked.

Kurumi's eyes widened and she felt her skin begin to itch. She hadn't thought about Quidditch all that much during the summer holiday - which would have brought a frown to Selina's face. There was no avoiding the subject now. "Quidditch is popular," she said vaguely. "Slytherin won the Cup last term." She began to itch her right arm a little. "Your house will hold tryouts and students from all years are allowed to participate. Then, it is just a matter of waiting to hear from the team's captain if you made the team. You can try out for certain positions, but sometimes the captain thinks you would be better suited elsewhere." And some more serious itching. "T-T-That was what h-h-happened in my case."

Mordred looked at from her shoes to his own and shrugged. “Mother thinks we have to blend with muggles. Something about the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy.” he said. “I reckon it’s just her excuse to be fashionable.” he said shaking his head.

“It is awkward.” he said as his shoulders tensed. “More awkward if you don’t know your partner at all. Embarrassing if that person can’t dance.” he said as he rubbed his forehead. He’ll never get why they had to do it. He thought those things were just for family status. Clearly, he was wrong. “Jonathan? Never met him.” he said in a blunt tone. “Insane? How come?” of course he didn’t take that bit seriously, but this Jonathan fellow seems to have an interesting character.

“It does seem fine now. But if the wizard or witch sets off its spell while you’re wearing it…you're doomed.” he said in a confident tone. Definitely, that hat won’t touch his or Aurora’s head for a while. But if someone messes up with him…*smirk*.

Mordred shrugged at the question. “No idea really. Perhaps someone who can fill in Aaron’s shoes.” he said as he jumped off from the trolley and did a full body stretch. “I’m expecting much from our teams and house this term. We really should win the cup again. The Great Hall looks elegant in green and silver.” he said grinning. “Mum kept my picture of the great hall with our flags in their room. She was really proud of our achievement.” he said as he fixed his black hoodie.

“Barty will love them more if we cast a ‘Glisseo’ spell on them so they’ll look shiny.” he chuckled at the thought of walking shiny firsties all around him. “Is it just me or the first years are smaller than they look?” he said as he crossed his arms and looked around him. He did gain height over the summer and now he’s tall for his age. Not that it's making him feel awkward. He loves being tall, making him feel like a big boy already.

Chris looked around, he kept moving his hands around like there was a fire and his eyes weren't staying still. He just wanted to get on the train. Maybe he would find a compartment no one else would be in, at least not a crowd. Even if he found the compartment first, at least he wouldn't have to go through the awkwardness of having to ask if he could join people in a full one. That would just kill him.

Eventually when the girl spoke again his lip quivered. He wasn't expecting her to be so... nice. Maybe she was just checking out the fresh meat before they got to the school. He sighed.

''Ch...Chris.'' He tried to smile at her. He didn't even bother attempting to say his last name. He saw her bow, this was slightly odd to him. But he relized that she wasn't from Europe. He assumed she was Asian, she had such beautiful skin. Chris' skin was pale and clear, like a porcelain doll. He looked like he needed sun... alot of it. He nodded to her. ''Emm... ye.. yeah. And y.. you?''


Chris nodded to the girl when she asked him if she was okay. He noticed a change in her voice, it became very soft and sweet. It was beautiful. It did help him relax, but only a little. He tried to smile at her

''I'm.. Fi..Fine. Yo.. you?'' Today was really testing his limits. He hopped everyday wouldn't involve meeting new people and having to go through these awkward baby steps of talking to someone... again. As usual.

"Oh," Sage said, noticing the change in atmosphere, "Well what happened?"

Kurumi suddenly felt like she was back in the Care of Magical Creatures nursery trying to coax a baby Augurey from its nest. They were very shy creatures that didn't like human attention and rarely came out even after being offered their favorite plate of beetles and bugs. Not that this by looked like the mournful bird or anything.

"It's nice to meet you Chris," she said smiling a little uncomfortably. She really wasn't sure how to best approach this situation. So far, all the first years she had met had been practically bouncing off the station walls with excitement. It is own strange way, this situation was refreshing. "I'll be a forth year this term, as well as one of the Gryffindor prefects," she explained shaking her head.

She paused for a moment, hoping to catch even the slightest bit of eye contact from him. It is what she had wanted when she had been a first year, and Cam - the Gryffindor prefect at the time - had been the one to give it to her.

"I...I know that starting a new school can be scary," she finally said after a few moments. "Merlin knows I was petrified when I came her for the first time. It had been my first time out of Japan in fact. But, Hogwarts is a fantastic place that speaks to each of us differently. I am sure, given time, you will come to hear how it speaks to you." She smiled again and tried not to laugh at herself. Where had that come from?

Kurumi scratched her arms some more. Was she breaking out in hives? She certainly hoped not.

"I originally tried out for Beater," she explained as she began to tug a bit on her raven black hair. "I am fair at kendo, so I thought something with a bat would suit me best. But...Simon, our captain at the time, placed me at...." She paused, her palms sweating just a little. "Seeker."

A girl bumped onto her! Causing the cage of her owl to stumble on the floor. "Jordin!" she exclaimed . reaching the cage instantly. Thank goodness ! I was able to get that.
And who's this girl ? "Oh, it's alright Sage.." she started smiling now, at least the girl looked really apologetic.. "I'm Beatrice .. but uh, you can call me Beezus ! What's the rush anyway ?"

"Wait !" she immediately released her arm from the girl's grip. "I ..Well, I'm not really that particular in having a seat."

Oh no, first impressions last forever, but maybe not... God I hate myself already, why do my whole family needs to be in Slytherin because of that I thought that this girl is like those other students that's why I grab her so foolish of me...well, I want her to be my friend...

"Oh , yeah sorry about that... I'm not good in this socializing whatever..."she replied.
"Starting again... My full name is Violet Cyress Alexandria Snape...i'm a first year same as you... So how about you?" she gave her sweetest voice and smile...

Violet turned her head to look at some other girls she passed on the platform. Did one just call the other girl 'Violet'? She wasn't sure she liked finding another girl with the same name as hers all that much. And Violet thought she was crazy to be making such a fuss--she would be overjoyed if someone offered to sit with her just now, because she didn't know anyone here and was starting to feel awkward about finding a compartment by herself.

At first, Sage wasn't even sure if Kumuri had said anything, but Sage was almost positive that she had said 'seeker'!

"Your the Gryffindor Seeker?" Sage said excitedly. She always had a passion for quidditch and even thought she prefered Beater, she always wished she had the talent to play seeker, but she didn't have the patients to wait for the golden snitch to show itself. "Are you good?"

"Oh, no rush really, just waiting for the train!" Sage said sheepishly, she wasn't really the patient type.

Sage looked over at the other gil who was talking to Beezus and decided to introduce herself.

"Hiya! I'm Sage!"

Was she amazed at this girl ? Maybe she was . She was smiling with an odd expression on her face as the girl introduced herself once more. "Nice lengthy name .... uh, Violet." she remarked.

Inhaling deeply , she said "My name is Beatrice Castell, but you can call me Beezus."

Okay, so she is now finding this girl rather cute. The usual type but funny and cunning. She does hope they can be in the same houses. Well, minus her abrupt personality .

Beezus managed to glance sidewards when Violet was talking to her. And saw a girl looking bewildered and the same time intrigued with them.

"Uhm, may we help you ?" Did this girl knew Violet ? Why was she looking a little out of track ? Was she mad ? Did she not like her talking with Violet ?
Hope not. I don't wanna cause any scene . she told herself mentally.

One of her brows involuntary rose. "Not very patient eh ?" she said.
"Do you want to sit on the cart when the train leaves ? In that case, you should find yourself a seat now." she explained.

Not that she was sending Sage away . She was just thinking that if Sage wanted to sit on the cart then she should not be waiting for her 'cause she really don't mind no matter she was going to sit.

"You okay?" Presley asked as she noticed Luna having trouble with her trolley. Then she noticed Luna's blue streak, looking striking against her blondish hair. Pres smiled. Luna was so spunky and fun! Presley's own light brown hair was curled to perfection, the way she liked it, and longer than last year. She was going to grow it out. Luna commented about being tired of pushing her trolley, reminding Presley of Leo, who was now standing a few feet away with her trolley. "Hey, Leo, you can put my stuff on the train now. I'll take Mercury. Lu, I'll help you with your stuff while Leo gets mine."

Leo almost laughed as Presley directed him. It was adorable, the way she thought she could order him around. Yet he did as she said, reflecting that really she could tell him what to do. He was in the control of a barely twelve year old. "Pres, I've got to go in just a minute. Have fun, be safe, get all O's, no trouble, and Happy Birthday." He hugged her close and messed up her hair before strolling from the platform.

Ronnie stood holding her grandfather, Ron Weasley's hand and her sister Plumeria's hand. While Ronnie waited for the train, she noticed a girl standing with her family. "Grandpa Ron," she said. "I'm going to go say hi to her." Ronnie said pointing to the girl. He smiled and said "Go then." She smiled and walked up to her. "Hi there, I'm Ronnie Weasley!" she said.

Violet started a bit when the girl turned and addressed her--darn, she wasn't used to being caught when she was observing people, she needed to watch that. It was being here alone on this crowded platform, it was distracting her.

"Oh, no, thank you. That is, I was -- this is my first time here and I was just trying to figure out where to get on the train." She paused a second, then added, "And I couldn't help overhearing, it's kind of funny, because my name is Violet, too. Violet P. Blackthorne.

So she was having so many friends now. And here's another one .
I think, she said to herself mentally. And as the girl introduced herself , she added to herself , See ? I was right. She really was going to say hi to me !

Well, because she really likes having a lot of friends, "Hullo ! Or hello .. " she chuckled, "Weasley eh ? Somehow related to the twins ?" she inquired as she bent down to tie her loose aglet. Seriously, she needs to buy a new pair of aglet for her shoes, they just come loose all of a sudden. !

Was it a good idea to call the girl's attention.. She seemed not liking it. Uh-oh .

But.. "Your name's also Violet ?" she mumbled, amazed. Then, facing the other Violet "Vi ! You've got yourself a twin !"
Really, Beatrice was enjoying this, Who would've thought ?
But really, a twin Beezus ? she asked herself mentally.

"Well , you know .. it's reallyyyyyyy .. cute." That was a matter of fact !

Gideon could see how much Selina loved the sport just by the sway in her emotions in response to his answers. Would it have really been horrible if he, his siblings and cousin didn't play. At least he had been able to get her to be relieved by showing he wasn't a complete quidditch/flying newbie. "Sure, that would be fun," he said agreeing to the plan of action. Flying by oneself could be a little boring at times after all, shaking it up a little by flying with others was always a good plan.

"Nice to meet you!" she said. "The twins....ohh well they're my grandpa's brothers so in some way I am related to them. That means they're my great uncles? I dunno. I'm not good with the family thing whatever you call it." she said laughing.

""Well I would but the train hasn't come yet!" Sage gave a little giggle. Sage felt a blush forming on her cheeks for no real reason. "So, uh, what are you looking forward to at Hogwarts?"

Violet glanced again at the other Violet--she wasn't sure she liked having a 'twin,' she usually liked to be unique--and winced slightly at the word 'cute' -- one thing she definitely did not want to be was 'cute'. Still, she thought as she looked back at the first girl, she did seem friendly enough, and it was a fact that this was the first person who had spoken to her since her governess left.

Violet really wanted to have someone to sit with on the train, and she didn't really know anyone. Once again she felt angry that she hadn't been introduced to any other wizarding children growing up--what had her mother been thinking?!

She looked at the girl who had been speaking to her and managed a smile. "Yes, it's quite the coincidence."

Selina shot him a grin and nudged him a little in the shoulder, "Good. We'll play when we get to school." She liked this kid. He seemed pleasant enough and he had a good enough sense of humor. It was too soon to tell, but they could have the potential to be good friends.

"So Gideon of Gryffindor, tell me something completely random about yourself."

Lu grinned ''Thanks Pres!''

Annnnd he'd been spotted.

Lexi Denver was both kind hearted and cool in Tom's book, but she could also be really LOUD when she wanted to be. The lad cringed inwardly when she shouted his name.. and then again when she asked for... a hug?

Although Thomas was pleased to see the older girl, he wasn't counting being ordered to hug her. He was a 'fur-een' year old boy. Going around hugging people would do NOFFIN' for his 'ardman image. He looked at her, his face as straight as ever, and mumbled in his thick cockney accent. “Not 'ere, yeah?”

'Or, like, not nowhere.'

“Bu'..." He added, hoping not to offend with his refusal. "..it's good teh see yer, Lexi.” He forced an awkward smile onto his face.

He looked away from Lexi to her friend, then focused on the older boy and also gave them an uncomfortable looking smile. “I 'ope I ain' interuptin' noffin'.” He mumbled to the three.

Yep. Clearly Thomas Broadmoor was out of his comfort zone here.

Lexi couldn't deny it... she was slightly disappointed... she LOVED hugs so much. Poking her bottom lip out slightly she made a pouty face at her little friend and shook her head. He was SOOO going to get tackleglomped later. Heh.

"Okay... later then just so you know," she whispered back to him in a tone a bit more than a whisper. She was soooo not letting him get away with REFUSING to hug her in public.

Turning her pout back into a beaming smile she bounced a bit happily and said, "It's lovely to see you as well, Tom. How have you been? How did you enjoy Diagon Alley? I am really sorry I haven't been around to show you about. Holiday ran over a bit and then I had things to tend to at home." Yes... this was all said in one breath. Hehe. Gulping down some air she smiled wider still and bounced a bit more.

Following Tom's gaze to Sal she shook her head causing her blonde hair to whip around a bit. "You are not intruding or interrupting, Tom. This is my... this is Salander and this is Alice... I reckon I have mentioned Salander to you more than a few times, yeah? He is Head Boy of Hogwarts this term." Formal introductions out of the way and all.

Sky turned to see that her parents and Niles (their butler/chauffeur) had followed her just like they said they would. She took her trunk from Niles. "Thank you for carrying this for me."
"Oh, it was no problem, Ms. Sky."
"Be good, Sky," her mom said, crying. "We'll see you next summer."
"Don't let anyone give you any crap," her father told her.
"Of course not, Dad," she replied, hugging him. "I'll miss you guys," she added, giving her mom a teary hug and shaking Niles' hand.

Sky started dragging her trunk on it's wheels towards the train, looking for a friendly face to share a compartment with. I hope I don't have to sit alone. Everyone my age has already found someone, looks like.

Josephine's eyes narrowed "Yep, we should keep quiet for a while" she then giggled mischivously "I've got here a diary, we need to write down it all and at night we shall schedule it all"

Josephine thanked her few lucky stars and kept her voice sweet "I am fine, are you happy for Hogwarts?" she asked gently.
