Siblings. Did she have any siblings? Well that was a tough question for Selina to answer. No one knew about Danielle except for her parents. Not one of her friends even had any idea that she once had a baby sister, let alone the fact that she had killed her. It was a part of her that she carried around on her shoulders everyday and now because of the run-in vision she had with Bishop she now had a tattoo on her left shoulder that reminded her everyday of Danielle. But she was not a subject that she liked to talk about, "No. I don't have any biological siblings, but my parents are the legal guardians of Christopher and Elyon James... do you know them?" |

"I might have to cut down on how much time I bake," she said sadly. She wasn't entirely sure how busy she would be this coming term. "Besides, helping you study seems like it will be the most difficult thing I will be handling." She nudged him playfully with her shoulder. Quote:

A Nervous Wreck -.- Chris had entered the the platform in a hurry. His hair was messy and he seemed to be a nervous wreck. His mother and father followed him closely behind. He could feel his fathers stare on the back of his head like a snake watching his pray. That's exactly what his dad was though, metaphorically speaking of course. Then again, his father was in Slytherin when he was in Hogwarts. Go figure. So was his mother, but she didn't seem to have a cold stare on her face like his father. Not when he was around anyway. He made his way down to the south end of the platform. He blinked and stood awkwardly when he looked back his mother. She was smiling encouragingly, ''Go make some friends, sweetheart. Me and your dad have some business'' She rubbed his check and leaned down to kiss his forehead. Tears were welling up in her eyes as she whispered a quick goodbye and told him she loved him as she held him. He realized this was hard for her, he was always with her for almost 11 years and now he was off to some school and wouldn't see her until Christmas. He didn't think of it that way. He held back his tears as he awkwardly shook his fathers hand and hugged him quickly. He waved to his parents as he watched them leave and turned to wait to board. He turned around and watched the other students, he was so awkward right now he might as-well have a sign over his head saying: ''New Guy, Must Humiliate.'' What was he thinking? What if someone could read minds, (Of course he knew this was impossible). He coughed lightly and posed awkwardly. He had long-ish brown hair, his face was small and cute. He was small in height for his age and was thin, but this was a healthy weight for him. He did have very feminine features but you should be able to tell he is a boy. His eyes are big and green and he wears thick black glasses. He has a small satchel over his shoulder, which inside he would carry books. He knew he would be needed them on the train. He had a trolley next to him which had his other belongings like clothes etc. all packed away. Now for the next dillema in his mind. Who would he be brave enough to sit with once they board? He looked at all the other students and sighed. Great, this was gonna be fun. |
Taylorrrr <3 The mixture sound of rolling wheels and clicking heels made their way towards the platform. It was none other than Miss Violet Le Veela strutting in her boots onto the platform pushing her cart. Following right beside her was a now bigger looking Sadie, and behind her her parents, Evee, and Rosalie. She reached the train and she looked at it squealing with excitement and then she opened her arms allowing Sadie to hop up into her arms. Violet looked at her family and then said,"Hurry up you guys, the train's going to be leaving soon!" She gently stroked Sadie as she waited. Her violet eyes traveled to Isis who looked right back at her with her piercing eyes and Violet gave her a warm smile. Then she suddenly began to run around her cart nervously making sure that she had everything. She did know that she checked after she packed, before they left, as soon as they arrived at King's Cross and now. "Vi, darling, the train is not going to leave without you...And honey, you know that you have everything, don't worry.." Emmeline held a 2 year old Rosalie who was nibbling on one of her toys. Emmeline couldn't help but give her baby girl a kiss on the cheek for she was too adorable. She then looked at Violet and smiled at her eldest daughter and said,"Now remember do not forget to keep eye on Sadie, I know you know that already darling but I'm just making sure because remember last time she ended up in the Astronomy Tower.." Emmeline then added on,"And don't you forget to write us every chance you get.." Darrien couldn't help but chuckle at how Violet always would have a panic attack thinking that she forgot something, when everyone including Violet knew that she had what she needed. And he couldn't help but shake his head at Emmeline with a smile whenever she always gave Violet the same speech before she left. When he figured Violet go the point he gently rubbed Emmeline's back saying,"I think she's got it love.." He kissed her cheek and then walked over to Violet and then said,"Remember what I told you Vi, I think you really should consider trying out for Quidditch this year, Jake's been telling me that Selina keeps saying you show a lot of promise..Think about it...For me, okay?" He gave her a light nod and kissed her head. Violet heard her mother and then said,"I know you're right mother, I'm sorry..You how I worry.." Then when her father came to talk to her she smiled at him and nodded her head saying lightly,"Alright...For you.." She turned her attention to Evelyn who stood smiling at her with her sweet smile. Violet smiled back at her and gave her a hug with her free arm and said,"Still wish you were coming to Hogwarts with me Evee..But if mother's right..I'm sure you're going to love it at Beauxbatons..Make sure you tell me all about it..." Evelyn gave her older sister a big hug and held onto her for a few moments trying to make the hug linger. She nodded her head and then said,"I'll write you every day Violet..Promise.." Evelyn then held out her pinky for a pinky promise and the two locked pinkies then to seal they both kissed their hands. The two sisters couldn't help but giggle a little. Evelyn had to admit she was a little scared to be going to school without Violet, for she knew that it would at least help Evee open up more because she knew that unlike Violet, Evee was rather shy. Last but not least was little Rosalie who kept reaching out her arms towards Violet saying in the cutest voice ever, "Bilet! Bilet!" Violet giggle and handed Sadie to her father and opened her arms and her mother handed Rosalie over to Violet. She then said,"And you precious...I expect I'll be seeing you when Christmas comes right?" Rosalie nodded her head adding a cute laugh along with. "Now what about a kiss before Violet leaves hm?" Rosalie then leaned forward giving her a kiss on the cheek then Violet squealed a little bit which made Rosalie laugh. Violet learned early that when she was a baby and always acted like her giddy-bubbly it always made Rosalie laugh out loud. And Violet to this day still does it. Violet then gave her baby sister a big hug kissing her on the cheek this time. |

Ruthie! <3 "Now. Little Emma, my wonderful sister, you sure you'll be allright?" asked (sarcastically) a tall, blonde man who looked around twenty two. He wore a smirk around his face. Emma turned around to face her brother, rolling her eyes, with her trunk in her hand. "Yes, of course I'll be fine, old Draco," she added, in a teasingly voice. "Well thanks for coming with me to Diagon Alley. You weren't moping around, so it was nice to spend some time with you," The blonde was anxious to get on the train and leave to go to Hogwarts. Her home!! Her home! Braeden would be there and he wasn't going to be judged by Draco or her parents! Draco Sev shook his head and messed up his sister's a hair a bit by ruffling it. Oh. She had gotten cheeky. Her little sister was growing up. And she had a boyfriend, whom he approved of. Yep, yep. Though, he'd never tell that to her boyfriend's face. Heh. No way. Checking his watch, he noted that he was going to be late for his meeting. "Well. Well. It was nice spending time with you. I have to go. So have fun at Hogwarts and I'll catch you later, shortie," he added, smirking. He gave his sister a hug and dashed off before Emma could say another word. Alone. AT LAST! So the Malfoy was now all alone. Pulling her trunk over to a bench, she took a seat. Merlin, she had arrived pretty early this year. So, the blonde looked around the platform, swinging her legs back and forth. Emma waited for the train to come and watched other people wish their family good-bye. Seeing them get the whole family good bye the blonde immediately wished that her parents had come too. Though, they were pretty upset at Emma and so they didn't go. They didn't like her boyfriend one bit so Emma spoke up against them and told her what she thought and that kind of hurt their relationship. Or so it seemed. They still loved her and so did she. Blinking her eyes again, she dismissed the thought and tried to think about if she'd see any of her friends around here. Hopefully someone had arrived early too. |
SPOILER!!: shaking like a leafy little firstie *squishes* Enjoying her conversation with the two first year girls she was sitting with, Kurumi took a moment to scan the rest of the station. Hopefully she would see one of her friends, namely Selina. She really needed to tell the third year something. Something that she had already let slip to Jonathan earlier and that she knew she should tell Selina before anything else. This time, it didn't have anything to do with Quidditch. At least, not directly. Somewhere around the luggage compartment, Kurumi noticed another student who she assumed was a first year, who looked as though he had seen a ghost, or perhaps a troll in a tutu. She knew a few people who had had nightmares about that and woke up the next morning looking as though they had coughed up slugs for weeks. Nodding to the two girls, just as a small signal that she would be right back, Kurumi made her way over towards the boy, with her box of cookies tucked under her left arm. "H-Hello," she smiled as she approached the boy from the side. Hopefully she didn't startle him too much. It wasn't like she had jumped out from behind a bush or anything. |

Being a prefect sure does have its perks besides the amount of responsibility you have to do. Jonathan's lower jaw dropped. Uhh. "Hey, i don't think i would be that hard to teach" he added a smile. Well, truth be told, Jonathan is difficult to teach especially with all the Herbology stuffs. He doesn't even know the basic stuffs and Ryu nearly gave up in teaching him this summer. But he is trying to learn it's just the subject doesn't interest him like the way he is interested in Potions or Charms. "But just to warn you though" he grinned "I hope you won't kill me. I'm a very slow learner." when it comes to Herbology that is. But Jonathan is just kidding around with her. Besides, the cookies are already motivation enough to make him listen. |

Her mother, small in stature in the same way that Alfie herself was, would've resembled her daughter greatly if it wasn't for the obnoxious amount of thought she obviously put into her appearance. An admitted shop-a-holic, Mrs. Port showed it well with a large designer bag hanging from her slender arm and a pair of almost ridiculously large sunglasses on her face, covering up any resemblance that might've existed underneath it all. For what her mother covered up, Alfie's father showed on his face. A simplistically straight-foward sort of person, the man didn't spend much of his personal money on anything too frivolous. Well dressed but in the way that suggested he wore such things only to intimidate, Mr. Port strode along in a pair of nice dress pants, his shirt tucked in neatly beneath his sports coat. His expression, though relatively young in terms of years (well, for a father), reflected the wrinkles of one who took his job far too seriously, though at the same time suggested that he was once handsome before he grew too stern to care about such things as attractiveness. The idea of either of them being related to Alfie was almost absurd. Alfie did get her blue eyes from her father, but his weren't even half as large as her own. Or, maybe it just seemed that way because his brow appeared permanently furrowed, either because he was working or he was disapproving of something. Either way, his eyes did not show the same life that his daughter's did. Her blonde hair could've come from either of her parents, as they were both blondes as well, though her mother's hair contained mass amounts of unnecessary highlights. Her father's was short and trim, in that way that made you assume it was expensive, but for no good reason as it was the most straight forward one you could get it. This description seems harsh, and possibly unnecessarily so, as Alfie's parents were in no way bad people. In fact, they were pretty nice for the most part. Her mother, though completely shallow, was kind and had good intentions, the more social of the pair, and her father, though admittedly a fairly strict man, only wanted the best for his family. But neither of them were much like Alfie, who though very quiet, could easily be called sweet and very much down to earth. She had a warmth to her that her parents didn't; well, at least until one got the chance to know them. They had just paused in the platform to discuss when the train would actually be leaving, when Alfie's large blue eyes settled on a blonde Malfoy on a bench all alone. "Emma?!" the girl called excitedly, eyes lighting up as she left her bag carelessly alongside her parents and ran over in her direction. |

"I'm sure we'll have fun" he laughed. He played with his thumb as he continued talking about Arithmancy and Adam? Who is Adam? Jonathan looked puzzled when he heard his name. He's trying to recall this Adam person. Does he know him? He doesn't ring-a-bell or anything. He can't figure out his face as well. New kid? Transferred student? Or maybe her childhood friend? Should Jonathan ask her who he is? No... Nope... Nah... That would be just rude right? And beside she looked kind of sad? "yeah. I hope you'll enlighten me with herbology" he laughed. |

'You moved in with your best friend and had a pool party, your summer must have been AWESOME,' she said excitedly. 'I went to the USA too, with my parents and my brother. We saw my cousins and did loads of stuff with them,' she said breathlessly, excited to have someone to talk to about her summer. 'Yeah, and next year will be great,' Daisy grinned, 'I won't be one of the smallest people in Hogwarts, and I can try for the quidditch team again.' Daisy then remembered it was Kita's last year. 'You have you NEWTs this year,' she said. 'They sound really scary...' |

She smiled weakly at him as she adjusted the hem of her skirt. Kurumi frowned a bit, she had been talking non-stop about her, but had hardly heard Jonathan talk about himself. "I'm sorry to lay all this on you all of a sudden," she said, backing up their conversation just a bit. "You haven't told me about your summer." |
Emma and Alfie Opening his eyes, Theodore's mouth immediately curved into a smile as the realization that he had rushed through the barrier for the last time sunk in. It was a bittersweet feeling. It could have been even more bitter if not for Bree mewling at him to get a move on, perched on her makeshift throne that was Theo's trunk that he pushed along on his trolley. "Alright, alright," Theodore mused, chuckling lightly. Patting the tabby on the back, she lithely jumped from the trunk before her owner heaved it off of the trolley. Placing the steel wheelabout near the brick wall of the platform, where others had been left, he returned to his luggage and cat to find that Bree had perched herself on top of the trunk once more. "Have it your way," Theodore shrugged, drawing his wand from the front pocket of his jeans. It was only now, when he felt something metallic and sharp in his pocket, that the Ravenclaw recalled his duty. Theodore was not simply a seventh year eagle, but Prefect Dumble, now! To tell the truth, the title embarrassed him, but what was there to do about it? Drawing the navy-and-bronzed colored badge from his pocket, which gleamed from the sunlight that poured in from the skylights, he pinned it onto his polo. He hadn't wanted to wear it while on the muggle platform for the sake of not drawing even more attention to himself. Honestly, the teen felt like a bit of a prat, but the Head Boy and Girl, both Slytherins, would have probably disemboweled him for forgetting such a simple thing as to wear his new badge. Tearing his eyes from the pin that now gleamed obnoxiously on his chest, Theodore drew his wand once more and aimed it at the trunk. With a swish and the utterance of the words, "locomotor trunk," his suitcase, Bree sitting on top, levitated and floated at his side as he moved through the thickening crowd. Where were his friends and his fellow prefects? It was when he saw two blonde heads a short distance away, bobbing together excitedly, that Theodore immediately felt his stomach happily flip over. He would bet all of the galleons in his wallet that it was none other than Emma Malfoy and Alfie Port. Dropping off the trunk where the conductor was collecting all baggage, Bree hopped off and wound her way through the crowd as Theodore rushed over to his friend and girlfriend, knowing his intelligent cat would find her way to him efficiently as soon as she heard the train's whistle blow. Coming up behind the bench, Theodore placed his hands on the backrest and on either side of the girls as he leaned over to give Alfie a quick kiss on the top of her head. "Good afternoon," He beamed a wide smile, not sure whether his new badge or his dorky grin was more obnoxious. |

So now the conversation jumped into Jonathan. Great. Now what did he do this summer exactly besides going late to bed, played awesome stuffs with Ryu and shopped with Ayumi because Jonathan's mother asked her too. "Not much actually." he started as he tried to think of what did she really do the whole summer. "Ryu taught me Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures while Ayumi went shopping with me." he continued. Oh and he almost forgot "I started to cook this summer. Ryu taught me how" he added. His parents were gone for Norway most of the summer and he was take care of by the Takahashis. So basically it just meant, he had a wicked summer with two of his favorite twins. "I only have one cousin in my father's side and she's a young girl" Jonathan never liked her as well. She was the typical Slytherin. Jonathan already bets that if ever she enrolls at Hogwarts, the hat wouldn't even bother sitting on her head. Pfffssshhh... Yeah, "And we played that maze stuff at the carnival" other than that, summer was really boring for Jonathan. |
SPOILER!!: PREFECT DUMBLE! Alfie had just had enough time to come and greet the blonde Malfoy at her side, about to inquire as to the rest of her summer when she suddenly felt the shadow of another person approaching their bench from behind. Before the girl could even fully register that someone was there, she had received a kiss on the top of her head, and she immediately registered that this must have been none other than Theodore Dumble. As his voice filled the air around them in a greeting, her suspicions were confirmed, and the little blonde Ravenclaw couldn't help but let the warmest of smiles fall onto her features. "Theo!" In a moment, she had jumped up onto her feet and rounded the bench, practically tackling the boy in a hug. She'd missed him. It hadn't really been all that long since she'd last seen her boyfriend, but it felt like ages. It'd been at least a couple of weeks since their last meeting, though their letters seemed to be exchanging every other day. It was as Alfie collided gently with the boy in a kind of clumsy but sweet hug that her face, which normally felt the soft material of whatever Theo happened to be wearing that day, hit something much less forgiving. Rather, something metallic and stuck to his shirt! His prefect badge! Blue eyes widening as though having discovered some secret treasure, the little Ravenclaw withdrew from the hug just slightly to admire the sight of the prefect badge she knew he owned but had never set eyes on before. "Theo..." she murmured gently, endearment in her tone as her large blue eyes seemed to fill with pride. "It looks so good on you!" she approved softly, her expression rather beaming at the boy as she leaned up with the intention of placing a gentle kiss on his lips. That was her intention, until she felt the cold, hard gaze of two people across the traffic of the station, which was constantly moving in the middle of the walkways. Oh right. Her parents were here. Alfie's long blonde hair swished around her as she whipped her head around to catch the gaze of her parents from across the way. Alfie had told her parents about Theo the second summer had began, of course they needed to know! But even if she hadn't said anything, her parents would've had to be idiots to not know their daughter had a boyfriend. She had been constantly exchanging letters with someone all summer, she wore her locket nearly all the time, and besides, she just seemed different. Not in a bad way, but rather, she seemed...so much more happy that summer. But it was obvious by Mr. Port's expression that he did not seem particularly thrilled to see his daughter around who he assumed to be her boyfriend. Though Mr. Port had never been necessarily over-the-top protective dad, and Alfie was certainly not daddy's little girl or anything of the sort, he was still a father. And an intimidating one at that. He was mostly concerned with the idea of Alfie getting distracted from her studies, or moreso, with any Quidditch-related activities he hoped she'd be involved with this year. (But, as he had been assured plenty of times over the summer, Alfie had no interest in being on the school team, much to his disappointment.) His relationship with his daughter had never been all that great, considering his dedication to his career and the fact that they had hardly anything in common. So when she said she had a boyfriend, he wasn't concerned so much with his little girl growing up (since Alfie had pretty much been an independent person for years) or losing his daughter to someone else, or any of that emotional nonsense, but rather that in one way or another she'd find herself off track. Off course. And that just wouldn't do. And so, it was with this attitude that the Ports walked over to the three students, standing a few feet in front of them and still exuding that same cold demeanor that discouraged others from speaking with them. "My parents," Alfie muttered softly in explanation, her smile falling just slightly as she turned to lock eyes with Theo for a moment before releasing herself from their small half-hug situation. "Uh...Emma, Theo, this is my Mum and Dad," Alfie announced with a weak smile, tucking some of her long blonde hair behind one of her ears as she stepped around the bench to introduce the two groups. Her father was the first to move as he stepped up in the next moment, his stern expression holding onto a precise smile, one that he used in nearly all business situations, and though 99% fake, it did the job of showing off some business-worthy pearly whites. His bright blue eyes, though the exact same shade as Alfie's own, were concentrated in a cool gaze of pure evaluation as he shook Emma's hand gently and politely before grabbing Theo's rather roughly and giving it a firm shake. "You must be Theo," he announced with a grin, which though slightly different from the smile before it, reflected the same amount of mock enthusiasm, his blue eyes giving away some of the curiosity he had in meeting these friends his daughter had been exchanging letters with all summer. And of course, how could he not be curious to meet Theodore? Alfie's mother lifted the large sunglasses from her face and flashed the pair a more genuine smile, though it didn't have so much interest behind it. "Lovely to meet you both," she said with a nod as she gave a gentle shake of the hand to Emma and then Theo moments later. The introductions seemed to be enough to make Alfie want to board the train right then and there. Still at Theo's side, she gently enveloped his hand after her parents were done shaking it, her father having done so with the force of a business deal. Her gentle touch must have been an extreme contrast to poor Theo's right hand, surely, from what it had just been through. "Well, Mum, Dad," Alfie started softly, pure discomfort on her features. "You should probably get going, right?" |

The Broadmoors had no TV at home now, no microwave, and the light in Tom's bedroom now flickered and hummed and buzzed suspiciously. He was afraid of going anywhere near his grandfather lest he get annoyed and blow up the man's pacemaker! *sigh* It was cool at first, but Tom wasn't sure he really wanted to be 'maagick no more.' He came to a halt by a couple of girls, not looking at either of them but listened vaguely to their chatter. 'Huh? Cursed seagulls?' He looked sideways at the two, frowning a little. His features opened when he saw who one of the girls was. Lexi Denver. Tom was very fond of this older girl. He remained silent though, not wanting to butt into their conversation. |
Late reply. So sorry! Quote:
"You're welcome." he said as he eyed the pictures. "Keep them. I'm sure it will bring good memories." he added. "Why? What happened to you over the summer?" he said as he looked at the floor. "I really do hope your brother gets better soon." "Hey." he said in a low tone and looked around if nobody was in earshot. He leaned closer as he spoke. "I've heard from my parents that there were dark artifacts sold back at the carnival." he said frowning. "Must be the reason why my parents had to go back to the Ministry right away." he said as he looked around and saw young students with their parents. "I sure hope you didn't buy anything from that place." he said. "I did try out their muggle food, but nothing's happened to me." he said trying to remember his visit back at the carnival. |

"Ha, Lana, embarassed? That child... she's... definately strong minded" she giggled as she thought about her little niece. "I miss her when I'm at school, when she was first born I was away, but when I got back and I got to see her, it was amazing" she gushed as she sighed a little. |
It's alright :] Quote:
Aurora smiled and jumped down from her trunk, unlocking it and putting the photos safely in the top. "I don't want to talk about it yet. It's over for now. There's just a lot of tension at home." she sighed. "They've gone years without killing each other, I'm sure they can manage a few more. Though Rufin is still trying to bring the house plants back to life." she added. There had been a bit of a disagreement and a couple of spells had... gone astray. "Me too... he's no better yet though. But no worse, which is a good thing." she said, trailing off. If only there was a way to figure it out. Aurora looked up, "No, I... I didn't. But you bought that hat remember? And you left it with me, I've been meaning to give it back to you, it's in my case." She opened her case again and pulled out the hat. "It looks alright. And nothing bad has happened so far." she shrugged and held it out to Mordred. |

"Yeah, there's a squid. He's called Bartholomew Henry, and he likes shiny stuff." she addressed the boy nearest to her. "You sometimes see him through our common room window. Text Cut: Aliceee Lexi beamed at her little friend. hehehe. "Well when you have a good student to work with it's pretty easy," she said with a wink. It was all true though. Heheh. Chuckling greatly Lexi nodded her head. "We were fine. I wanted to set fire to the filthy little things, but I was still underage." Then a thought occurred to her. Flexing her wrist she let her wand slide out into her hand. Taking a quick glance around she then nonverbally cast Orchideus. Catching the lovely bundle of Gerbera daisies she held them out for Alice. "For you. Just a small token." Hugging Alice back she blinked a few times to keep her eyes from tearing up. She was an adult now. There was no room for any of that mess. Heh. "I am always just an owl away, Alice. Never forget that." And then... as she was looking over Alice's shoulder she caught sight of another favorite young person of hers. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! Text Cut: TOM Letting go of Alice and stepping back a bit she beamed brightly at the boy that was trying NOT to make it obvious he was listening to their conversation. Hehe. "TOM BROADMOOR! Get your bum over here and give us a hug!" Lexi exclaimed as she bounced a little with excitement. She had made Tom a promise... she would be around as much as she could for him and right now she demanded HUGS from the boy. Stretching her arms out she WAITED. |
