Dianna went to the Picket Line. Yep, there were people in the Strike too. She waited for her pal, Mandie, and her Depart head, Constance. What took them so long?
While waiting, the blonde fiddled with her hair and kept her wand in her pocket. She also remembered her sister, Katrina, at home. She was probably getting ready to go the Diagon Alley to buy her Second Year things. Yeah, okay.
Mandie found Dianna at the picket line. "Hey," she said, "Is there supposed to be, like - a strike here?" Mandie frowned and placed her wand back inside her pocket, surveying who was still there.
She idly brushed her hair from her eyes. They seemed so out of place here, she really didn't know what they were supposed to do. There wasn't anything happening!
Gretchen just disappeared. Poof, gone. Staring at the place where she had been, Sapphira shook her head while thinking of the possibilities where she could be. Gretchen could easily blend with the crowd as she isn't a very popular Cultist, but it would take forever to search the whole Picket Line. After some time of peering around her trying to locate Gretchen and the Obliviators that still had't come, Sapphira came to a conclusion that the Obliviators won't come and that Gretchen is gone.
She passed through the Human Barricade and went in the Atrium again, hoping to see Dacs and the oth members of their team.
"Ethan used Sectumsepra," replied Lights, shuddering. She'd never forget the blood, and neither would Ezekiel. He'd be traumatised for life, probably, his fear of blood only increasing. Lights listened to Ben's advice, nodding. "I'll try not to do anything stupid. My children need me, I know, but they've lost a sister and a grandparent already this month. Losing their dad as well would break them." Her hand went to her stomach, where her baby should have been. Ezekiel and Bellissa had been heartbroken over the loss of Naomi, and had mourned Trystan even if their mother hadn't. "Thank you," she said quietly. "Thank you for listening to me, not just jumping to your own conclusions about Ethan and my dad."
"A sister?" The words slipped from Ben's mouth accidently, "Sorry its not my place to ask," he apologized to Lights. "I've not met Ethan or your father, I have no right to make an opinion." he said to Lights, "But your welcome anyway." he smiled at her.

Lights nodded at Ben's question. "Yeah. I was going to have another daughter." She smiled in spite of herself. "Bellissa wanted to call her flowery names, and Ezekiel wanted to call her Bathplug, of all things, but Ethan and I had a name already. Naomi. It was what we might have called Bella." She shook her head, remembering. "Four years doesn't seem as long as it did before," she said wistfully. Where the hell had it gone? Her romance with Ethan had come about so fast: spilling coffee on him, first date, discovering their patronuses are identical, him proposing, her getting pregnant, their spontaneous wedding, having their twins ... Everything had gone past like a seeker after a golden snitch.
"Now I'm getting philosophical," laughed Lights. "We have a job to do, let's go do it. I can find Ebony again, I think. We should meet up with him again, see what's going on."

Ben nodded, smiling sadly at Lights' story. "I'm really sorry Lights," he said. Okay, back to the task at hand. "Okay lets get going," he said, motioning to start walking.

Lights nodded, and transformed into the golden labrador. At once she shrank back, whining, her nose filled with the repulsive smell of blood. Someone was bleeding badly, and it was coming from the Atrium. She scrapped her paw over her nose, trying to lessen the sting of a strong scent. Merlin, that was a lot of blood. Someone must be bleeding out at least ... Lights bounded forward, barking once sharply at Ben, urging him to follow her. She had a feeling something big had gone down in the Atrium, if the horrible smell was any indication.

Harland Apparated to the picket line, but landed somewhat unsteadily. He hadn't had a good night's sleep in almost a week, and it was definitely having it's effects. He ran his fingers through his getting-longer dark brown hair and looked around for someone he knew. No one in particular.... Ahem. But nope, nowhere to be found.

Tim was sitting down on the Pavement when he heard Someones Voice. He looked around to see a Girl Shake him Violently.''Who are you?"He didn't exactly know who she was.Thinking about the Question''No!.''
'Tim, it's me, Becky. Look Tim, Borr's taken down. There's a new minister. Can you hear me?' said Becky, almost in tears. 'Come on, please?'

Fresh from the battle which ultimately brought down the Cult of Walpurgis, Alexander Greingoth stepped outside just as the entrance to the Ministry of Magic. He stared out at the crowd of people, taking in the amount of effort they'd put in, and then swished his wand toward the direction of his mouth. "Sonorus!" he exclaimed.
"Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ministry of Magic," he spoke. "Your attention, please." He stared out over the crowd again and waited for the talk to die down. "It is my pleasure and honor to announce to you that due to the efforts put forth by yourself, myself, and numerous others who fought a great battle, the Cult of Walpurgis is in power no more!"
Again, he felt the swelling of pride and determination, just as he had after the battle, burst inside of him. "Know this--Berty Borr," he said, so obviously dropping the man's title of Minister and Lord, "has also fallen from power. This is the dawning of a new beginning, a better existence for all of us. So celebrate, my friends!"
"We have...prevailed!"

Gina screamed so high, most of the dogs in the vicinity started barking.
The strike was successful, MLE helped and she'd won! YES, in her tired little mind, she had beaten Borr and kicked him and his cronies out of office.
Alexander Greingoth was here to give her the crown, and declare her Mister of Magic. Yes, it would be his next announcement. She had to act quick. "Mister Greingoth," she whispered to him, "I know what you are about to do, but... I'm an old woman, and I'm quite content being the International Magical Cooperation Department head until I see fit to retire. Thank you for the opportunity, but really, I don't believe I would enjoy being Minister... You will have my vote though." And she shook his hand. "As I'm sure you'll have everyone elses, Minister."
She then turned to the crowd and screamed "WE WON!!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!" and hugged all her employees, and even some who weren't. "I'm re-opening our level first thing in the morning and we'll get back to work!"

Ruby was delighted with the news, "Oh Merlin, this has been a grand day!" Raising her juice bottle, "Cheers everyone, free drinks on a celebratory success!" Now what could this mean with the old Lord gone, who knows, but Ruby is anxious to find out as she sips away. *Sluuuurrrrpp*

Startled by one of the department heads' sudden outburst, Alexander cringed a bit then put his hand over the ear nearest to Latorta. Shaking his head in a bit of disbelief, he chuckled as he watched her cheer for their victory. Well, who could blame her after all? It seemed they'd been at this forever.
Then the woman was next to him and attempting to whisper, so he thought fast and ended the Sonorus he'd cast sometime earlier. No sense in yelling their conversation to everyone in the vicinity. She knew was he was about to do? How in the name of Merlin did she know he was about to clean his injuries then retreat to his office for the sandwich he'd brought from home?
He grinned, knowing good and well that wasn't what she meant. Did she, however, think he was about to announce her as the new Minister of Magic? Hmm? "You know, you're right, Mrs. Latorta. What would International Magical Cooperation do without you?" he asked. "Well, in that case, and if you insist," he playfully remarked, "I suppose I can take on the position myself."
Again, he slightly jumped when the woman went to yelling again. No one could deny, Gina Latorta had a mouth on her.

Looking out into the crowd, Alexander raised his hand and gave a sort of half-wave, half-salute to the Maintenance employee who'd called out to the crowd. Casting Sonorus once again, he addressed the crowd:
"All of you, please feel free to head home for the day. Go out and enjoy yourselves, and again, much appreciation for your tireless efforts in restoring order to the Ministry of Magic and therefore our Wizarding World!" he said.
Then with a wave to everyone in the picket line, he turned and headed back into the Ministry of Magic. He had a leg to heal.

''Great news,'' he clapped his hands together and nodded in Gina's direction to show how gratefull he was! Even though it wasn't enough

Then there went a big announcement. And all Dianna could do was feel her jaw drop.
"Borr has fallen?!" Diann was surprised. Great, we're gonna need another Minister. And this will be...exhausting. Great...just great. When Dianna felt her jaw start aching, she closed her mouth. She looked at Mandie seriously. "Uhm, where is Department Head Constance?"

"No idea," Mandie said, "The last I saw her she was dealing with another employee." She shrugged and listened to the announcement. What? Borr had fallen? She started to clap along with everyone else, according to everyone's reactions, this was a good thing.
The dark haired girl looked around at the people celebrating and grinned. She grasped Diannas hand and said, "Come on, we'll go tell Constance then we could get a drink at the cafe or something. You know, to celebrate."
