'Hey, I'm Rose. 'Rose mumbled still clutching her nose. 'Yup, I'm alright. Just being stupid like always. I usually bash into walls, I just don't pay attention.' Rose chuckled. Yeah, she was laughing, this was a funny situation!
'Yup! Just hanging!' Rose chuckled. 'Nah, it's stopping now...' Rose grinned as the blood stopped poring. 'Hang on, I got some wet wipes in here...' Rose said as she fumbled through her purse and pulled one out. She proceeded to wipe her face.

Rose felt herself being pulled up. She sat up. 'Thank you. It is stopping now, thank God... well, yeah, I'm Rose.' she grinned as she stood up, feeling a bit dazed and fell back again. 'Godric, my head's killing me!' Rose groaned as she clutched her head. 'Stupid wall should look where it's going!' Rose muttered. 'Nope. Oh, I'm the only Lion here!' Rose laughed as she stayed sat down. Her head shot with pain and she yelped. Bloody hell... stupid head....

It was like a time bomb as Gideon watched as the news hit Kurumi's mind and he fought the urge to laugh at the expression on her face as it did. It was clear that her amazement of dragons was more then just a simple fancy. She was truly fascinated by them and maybe even a little jealous at his opportunity.

"Aye I did," he confirmed with a nod, nearly jumping to catch the basket as it jostled when the girl nearly dropped it and the feline within. "Um...a Romanian Longhorn and a Ukrainian Ironbelly I believe," he answered doing his best to remember the creatures he had dealt with.

"And it was awesome. They are truly magnicent creatures," Gideon remarked with an excited smile of his own before looking confused at the mention of s'mores.

Harvey and his family walk onto platform 9 3/4 and see many witches and wizards walking around with owls, trunks and trolleys just like theirs and in front of them was a scarlet train called the Hogwarts Express. They all knew that they were on the right platform, and then Harvey and his family started walking towards the train and they go towards the 3rd carriage, a porter comes towards them "Excuse me ma'am may I help you with your trunk?"

"Oh would you, that would be most kind, thank you" says Harvey's mom handing the porter the trolley so that he could put the trunk onto the train. The porter puts the trunk onto the train, Harvey's mom pays him 10 sickles for his kind service. The porter leaves them, now it was time to say goodbye and get onto the train.

"Oh Harvey, I will miss you sooo much." says Harveys mother hugging him and them holding onto his face and looking into his eyes "You be good now you hear, I don't want to hear complaints from any of your teachers ok?" says Harvey's mother

"Yes mom" replies Harvey reluntantly glancing around to make sure that no-one saw his mother hugging him.

Then it was his father's turn

"Who would have thought that you would be going to a school of magic, you are the first and hopefully you won't be the last. Just don't do anything that will tarnish the Watson family name, otherwise I will pull you out of that school before your teachers do" his father says giving his son a brief but meaningful hug "Come on kids say bye to your brother"

"Bye bro, have a good time. Do write to me and tell me what it is like there" says Harley " hopefully next year I will get a letter just like you, and Emma can get hers the year after" he shakes his older brother's hands and joins his parents

"By big brother do write to me and send me stuff from there" Emma says "Just in case I don't get my letter." she then hugs her brother and joins her parents and Harley in waving off Harvey.

Harvey gets onto the train and waves bye to his family as the train pulls away.

Jamey jumped as a black? owl landed on her shoulder. "Oh my God!" She exclaimed. Then slowly she calmed. It could probably smell fear. She took several deep breaths as she logically contemplated the situation. There was an owl on her shoulder. It probably didn't bite, as she'd seen multiple students carrying them around, and there was a shop full of them in Diagon Alley. Then a girl called to the owl, and let Jamey know it didn't bite. This relaxed her a little bit more. Jamey tentatively shook the girls hand. "It's very nice to meet you Ame. I'm Jameyson, but most people just call me Jamey, or Jay." She paused, thinking about how stupid she would sound, then plunged right in. "I'm not quite sure what I' supposed to do. I'm new, you see." Hopefully that semi-excused her ignorance.

She saw this guy and walked up to him. She thinks she knows him. She kept up with him as he look for a compartment.

"Hey!" she shouted. Surely, she saw this guy. She just can't remember where.

"They don't care what you're doing Poppet, a lot of them are doing this for the first time too and I expect they're just as nervous." Leon answered, straight forward but still comforting. He watched as she tried again.

"Cheating? No of course not. Good job in fact. See how taking a moment and letting yourself try again even if you're nervous of not getting it right can actually give you the opportunity to succeed?"

He patted her shoulder.

Damon finished a long but yet interesting conversation with his Uncle Darien, who advised him to be careful at the school this year and keep him up to date on things going on.. Darien should have realized that Damon knew what he was doing, but guardians almost always wanted to make sure that things would go smoothly.. Damon waved his Uncle away with a final goodbye and continued to walk around the platform looking for anyone that he knew.

"Oh dear I think you'd better stay down. I'm so sorry that your head still hurts. You must have given it a nasty bump", Alyssa now felt bad for laughing earlier at Rose's situation. She didn't like seeing her in pain. She looked over at the others standing around her and back at Rose and then her head."I know that this sounds very unmagical, but does anyone have some pain killers. I would ask if someone could cast a healing spell but I don't know whether there's anyone old enough here who is allowed to do it". She looked around at the people walking by her.



Alyssa spotted a Hufflepuff prefect coming up the platform towards them and wondered whether she would see them. "Maybe she could help', Alyssa thought. "But I don't want to call her over, in case Rose gets embarrassed from all the attention she might get. I'll just cross my fingers that someone will notice the prefect too." Alyssa secretly crossed her fingers and hoped that either Rose would start feeling better or the prefect would spot them and come to help.



She remembered that the prefect had been helping a girl who looked like she was new to Hogwarts too. She hoped that the girl was still on the platform because she did look kind of lonely. "Us new girls, we need to look out for each other,"Alyssa thought to herself.

Anyway, she wished help would arrive soon or Rose would be able to get up because she could see people starting to board the train, and if they didn't hurry, they would be left behind.

Harvey hears this girl call out so he stops thinking surely she cant be calling me, he turns around and sure enough this girl is trying to keep up with him. He knows he has seen her somewhere.
"Hi, were you calling me? What can I do for you?" asks Harvey

She stopped as she reaches him catching up her breath. She really ran fast and long. Without intending to, she touched his arm. "Remember preparatory school. We're schoolmates!"

She really felt relieved that one single person she knew in the real world is here, in the magical word. She smiled waiting for his reply, waiting eagerly if he still known her; even though they really didn't talked much at school apart from one, where he apologized for accidently colliding with her at the corridors.

Sarah wandered along the platform, trying her best to appear calm. What if she had to sit alone? What if she didn't find her friends? Or, worst of all, what if she went to sit with her friends and they didn't want her to sit with them?

'Stop it,' Sarah thought to herself. 'They wouldn't have agreed to sit with you if they didn't want to sit with you.'

Sarah stopped walking, 'Speaking of friends...'

"Hey! Amethyst!" Sarah called jogging to catch up.

Amethyst giggled softly nodding to her. "Don't you worry, Jamey! I'm here to help. Lucky for you, Onyx, here, spotted you!" Onyx hooted as she bowed lowly to Jamey. Amethyst nodded once to Onyx, who fluttered over into her own shoulder. "A Perfect just place my luggage in the compartment for me!" She began to walk to the place she'd just left, as she rolled Jamey's trolley. "Follow me! Is this your first year, too?" She smiled as Onyx crawled to her head. She knew her bird liked to be up high.


Just as Amethyst had asked the question to the girl, just looked back and smiled wide, happy to her her friend Sarah. "Oh my gosh! Sarah!" She didn't want to be rude to Jamey, so she kept pushing the trolley, but slowed, so that Sarah could catch up. She were luck, Sarah would be needing help with her luggage too. She could successfully lead Sarah and Jamey, both, to dropping off the luggage, and quite possibly, add Jamey to the double friendship of she and Sarah, making it a Trio!!! "Jamey! This is Sarah. Sarah, Jamey!" She giggled at the two, hoping and sure that they'd hit it off just fine.

So far, so good.

Everything was going according to plan. He'd managed to ditch his parents on the Muggle platform, before passing through the wall (with a none too discreet war whoop that had probably drawn more attention than necessary), and now Salariel Caine was pushing his trolley and trunk between students and parents, weaving his way through the masses as he headed toward the front of the train.

He was two years behind everyone else already. He planned to be the first on the train to see Hogwarts, whether people liked it or not. Wand clutched in his hand, as if to prove that his presence here wasn't an accident, he stopped next to the front-most compartment and eyed the train door curiously, insides squirming in a queer way he'd rarely felt before.

That wasn't fear in his stomach. Definitely not. No way.

It was hard to feel both proud and mortified at once, but Aspen managed it. She cast a glance around after pulling her hair around to hide her face. As much as she appreciated her father's help and all, his speech about messing up and taking her time....

Aspen went for a quick hug, but made it purposefully quick. Bandage-like.

As she walked at the corridor, "Oops!" She's collided with a guy taller than her, definitely much taller. She assumed she's a 5th year student. "I'm sorry," she said. She still hasnt' got a compartment and it fears her if she'll get one and have someone to accompany her. Then walk away to call on someone she thought she knew.

He knew. It was his job as a father to embarass her a bit yes? Yes. To his credit he didn't smile or anything.

"I know you will. How could I forget Chaucer? He's part of the family." As much as a house elf could be. "De diff ye rime, kbonihe you diff gby go saze rum amw mog dobby ho nuxs, kokkeg."

He didn't embarass her further by trying for more clingy hugs, though that brief one was fierce.

"I almost forgot. For the food trolley." He took a galleon out of his pocket and handed it to her. And it was up to her how she spent it. He didn't encourage her to waste it all and especially not on junk food, but he didn't need to say that.

"Oh yes" replied Harvey "I remember yes, your name is er.... er.... er... Erin right? Yes preparatory school. So you got a letter too huh? er.. what was your reaction? I was shocked I thought someone was playing a joke on me so I chucked the first and second letters that came through my letter box, then a third came and decided to come along and I realised that this was for real" Finally someone that he knew from the muggle world was going to the same school as him, so at least he was not totally alone at this school without a friend in the world.

Alyssa looked back at Rose who seemed to be getting back her color and asked, "Rose are you feeling better? If yes, I think that we'd all better grab our stuff and board the train, because it looks like everyone else is. I don't know where you all will be sitting, but if there's room can I join any one of you?", she asked Kita, Nessie, Daphne and Rose. "I mean that is if you don't already have plans and you don't mind", she added blushing when she realized that she may have across as too pushy. She really didn't want to end up sitting alone by herself but she knew too that she couldn't force others to do things they didn't want to do.

Helping Rose up, Alyssa grabbed her trunk and owl cage, and looking back to make sure that she was okay, boarded the train and walked along the corridor looking for an empty compartment.

She saw the relief in his face as well to see that he was with someone he knew.
"Well in my case, I was in my room reading my Geography book with my sister Christina. Then suddenly, a bird or rather an owl came to a halt in my windowsill. My sister was like 'Sissy, look. A bird.' looking a little frightened because it's actually looking to us. It was quite terrifyng, really. But yours is aaaaahh, another one came. I would be more scared if that happened to me."

They were both laughing and Erin for the first time felt like she found someone in here that she could be at ease with.

Aspen repeated the Gobbledegook back to herself in her head a few times, her expression as fierce as his hug had been. He spoke a little faster than Aspen was able to keep up with, but she did pick out "promise" and "worry" and "Poppet."

"Kbonihe," or Promise. Aspen... promised. Mostly. She'd promise to try, at least.

The galleon got a smile before she quickly put it in her pocket. "Earmarked? Or can I invest it as I see fit?" Griiiiiiiin. Aspen checked her trunk one more time and made a few progressive steps towards the train. She'd... it'd be easier if she got on.

"As you see fit." Leon grinned too. "If you sit near the front, you'll see Hogsmeade and Hogwarts all the sooner." He told her. He had, as a student, tended to move around the train. Not that it was a long journey but there was always so much to see on the Express.

"You want me to stay and wave goodbye?"

Adam couldn't help but jump slightly when Ellie spat out Louisa's name. He wasn't sure if he should just pretend that he had no idea if Ellie knew he she was, since he had no idea if Ellie was aware that Louisa talked about her to him, or if he should just let the thing go. "Yeah, Louisa," Adam said, keeping his face completely neutral. He didn't want Ellie to think that he disliked her because of the incident with Louisa, since after all, Ellie couldn't help that she was in love with the boy that Louisa loved, and that that boy loved her back.

"My parents are partners with a couple of other people in this huge real estate firm back in the states. Apparently they're the best, so the other partners in the business have them move a lot to help sell houses all over the country that are having troubles being sold or bought. They had never been asked to move out of the states until now," Adam said, resting on his luggage slightly.

The cake was starting to taunt her?!?!

Yes, she wanted that chocolatey treat before her and after the talk she just had outside, she needed some comforting now. When she had woken up that morning, she was already slightly an emotional mess already. Adding on the whole disappointing Anya and wanting the hex her bestie, she thought she deserved a little something.

Scanning the crowd, she realized that she was probably going to be there for a while and she did have more than a few cakes in her bag. Besides, maybe having one would take her mind off and the stuff that would make her cry at the moment.

Reaching for the bag, she hadn't heard the sound of another trolley coming at her rapidly or the screams of the firsties trying to get out of the way. There was way too much noise as is to tell what was really happening.

Yeah, she was going to miss it. There was some thing comforting about it all, but she right now it was eating at what grasp of sanity she had.

Nearly jumping as she heard her name as she grabbed one box from her bag, she turned to face her friend.

"DESTINY!" Yes, it was fun to yell back. "I KNOW! BUT THAT WILL HAVE TO CHANGE!" Lots of fun when yelling is done with friends.

"You almost made me drop my cake," she added as she showed her closest She-Snake friend a box before opening it. "It would be an injustice to drop a cauldron cake!"

...she almost bolted back for another hug, but persevered and made herself get on the train.

Sarah grinned at her friend, "Hi, there Ame!" Sarah turned to the other girl, "Hey there, Jamey. Nice to meet you. Will you be sitting with us? We'd be happy to have you."

Sarah smiled, another new person! She loved meeting new people.
