... She wasn't sure it would be great, but drama free would be nice. Peaceful. "I'll see you at the feast, then." She wiggled her fingers at the girl as she headed towards the very front of the train to board. "Have a good ride, Amethyst." Knowing that the girl could find her easily if she need assistance, she strolled off. |

"Actually saw a few dragons meself this summer when I visited me brother," Gideon remarked absently remembering the visit as he spoke. " Andy works with dragons at the Romanian preserves there," he added dropping the bomb and watching and wondering how she was going to react. |
Jesifur continued to run and almost forgot to stop! She had gone thru the barrier, on her own. Now all she had to do was find a seat. Her mind was whirling and she almost bumped into several people as she made her way over to the train. She mumbled apologies and climbed the steps into the first cars she saw. As she made her way toward the back of the train she kept her eyes out for an open compartment. She had not had any time in Diagon Alley to socialize and was looking forward to doing so. She found an empty car three quarters of the way down and went in. She shoved her trunk on the storage rack and collapsed on the seat. It had seemed such a whirlwind, the last two weeks. She had turned eleven in late august and had just made the age cut off to get into the school. Thank goodness she hadn't been born in late September, she didn't think she'd be able to wait another whole year. Between her birthday, the Diagon Alley shopping spree, and packing she hadn't slept a wink in weeks it seemed. |
Soon, Adanna arrived at her destination. Her sister had taked her owl, Athena, out of her cage and began storking her to smooth out her feathers. Adanna studied the train and the people surrounding it. The closer she got to starting her first year, the more her stomach flipped and twisted. She straightened up her jacket and fluffed her dress, making sure not even a single thread was out of place. She leaned over to pet her young cat, who was still atop her trunks on her cart. She scratched his ear, and he purred with bliss. Adanna studied the crowd a bit more, trying to recognize faces that she'd see every day this school year, wondering which she'd grow close to, if any. |

Now, however, with Kurumi looking in her eyes with a comforting glance Selina could feel her cool crumbling. She wanted to run away and just cry in a corner. But she did not deserve to cry, she was the reason that Danielle was dead. It was all her fault so she should not be allowed to feel, to cry. Selina's eyes traveled to the left of Kurumi's face and she stared off in the distance, "Kurumi, have you ever felt like you were lost? Like you couldn't breathe and get out from the place you were trapped. Yet you knew that if you tried to be better it would be disgraceful because you don't deserve happiness?" Selina let out a hollow laugh, "No, I don't suppose you would understand. You didn't do horrible things did you?" |

"Sure, sure Violet. I'll be waiting to see if, um, you actually go through with it." |

When Selina finally DID speak, Kurumi didn't have any time to process what was being said before Selina seemed to try an hush her. Selina ought to know that she had felt lost. Until going to Hogwarts, Kurumi had no where that she felt she could call home. No where she felt like she belong. Her classmates certainly made sure that she didn't feel welcome or part of the group. Always stealing her shoes, putting mud in her lunch, throwing stones...the list went on and on. On top of it all, she had a mother who wouldn't even look at her and insisted that she remain indoors so that no one would be able to see her. Even now, based on what had happened last term, Kurumi didn't feel like she deserved happiness since it always seemed to elude her. Yes, Kurumi knew that their feelings were based on different life experiences, but Kurumi did know how it felt. Then, something Selina said caught her attention. You didn't do horrible things did you? That implied that Selina HAD done terrible things. Kurumi found herself unable to blink as she watched Selina. How was she supposed to respond to THAT? "Selina," she said softly. "Just because you feel like you are alone, doesn't mean that you are." She put a hand on her friend's shoulder, as if letting her know that she, Kurumi Hollingberry, was always going to be right there. Quote:
Kurumi's brain was moving at the speed of a golden snitch - Merlin, she had just used another Quidditch analogy. "DIDYOUREALLYSEEADRAGON?!" she exclaimed, nearly dropping the wicker basket that held Walnut. "What breed? Was it as amazing in person as I imagine? Erm, well, as amazing as you imagined? Did you make s'mores?" |

Then her tears passed the flood gates. They started to fall a little more freely and Selina grabbed Kurumi's forearm and pulled her out of ear reach of everyone on the Platform. Once they were out of ear reach and sight of everyone on the platform Selina fell to her knees. With a whimper she said, You don't understand. You couldn't. My boggart was Danielle... my little sister... that I killed." |

Miami? Small world, that's where Dallin was from. But Ellie didn't say that. It might have been weird, just spitting out random facts about her boyfriend to this guy. "So how come you and your family travels so much?" |
Just behind him Damon heard another person come behind and with a shock Damon realized it was his Uncle Darien, how he managed to get through he didn't know but than he seemed to remember that Darien once worked for the ministry himself.. Damon started conversing with his Uncle and continuing to look at the students around him... and he also began to wonder how Darien had got here so quick, perhaps he had apparated. |
The Hogwarts Express platform stretching from as far as the first year could see at her vertically challenged height, parents stood with their children fastening their cloaks a little tighter as though to busy themselves or counting the items aboard their children’s carts in the most meticulous manner as though daring a quill to be misplaced. But Anna today has been one. Her parents thought that she was old enough to go to school on their own. They are very much loved her, but they both had one negative feature - her parents loved to travel. They often took Anna with themselves, as well as in the summer of this year. But the time has come to return to Hogwarts... And she was very glad of that. Every year Ann had waited for this day! |

"Yep. The French school." Daphne said, proudly. Why did she leave? Um. "Yeah, well..my dad got offered a better job out here so yeah, we moved.." She still felt a little sad about the fact she had to move. She could have stayed in France alone. She was sixteen, after all! But, her dad was totally against it. She sighed and shook her head. Um..anyway..before she could help, Kita had already picked up her luggage. She looked amazed when she saw Kita's pet. "Oh, wow. You have an owl." "Oh, yeah..but I'm definitely looking forward to Hogwarts. I hope I have a great time.." Daphne smiled nervously. |
Scott said goodbye to his mother and father and said to his younger brother "Don't worry, you'll be here soon" and walked awkwardly onto the train, excited that he was nearly there. Once on the train, he waited to see if Evangeline would be in the same carriage as him. |

Anyone? Jamey looked around in wonder. Who knew this place was here? Why couldn't you see it from the other side? She took a deep breath, and came to the realization that she'd just run though a brick wall. Not normal. Staring at the gleaming Hogwarts Express, she pushed her trolley toward it, with her two brand new trunks. Her parents had bought them just last week. A huge luxury. Jamey hardly ever got anything this expensive new. She had expected to use the trunks she'd used for vacations all of her life. But now she had beautiful shiny leather. That had to count for brithdays and Christmas for the next year. She reached into her pocket and pulled out her bounty bar, resisting the urge to open it. She would eat it on the train. Her parents weren't here, she'd hugged them goodbye outside of the platform. So Jamey was alone. She scrunched her shoulders closer to her, so as not to bump anybody else, and she stood there, wondering if she was supposed to do something special, or get on the train and sit, or if it was now that she was supposed to meet people? Jameyson never could just talk to a person. She was so shy. She couldn't even ask a salesperson for help, not unless they approached her first. Please she prayed silently. Someone come tell me what I'm supposed to do. |

'I'm walking on unshine, woah I'm walking on sunshine, woah I'm walking on sunshine, woah And don't it feel good, hey!' Rose sang loudly as she skipped suddenly she bashed into a wall and fell back and landed at someones feet. 'Ow. Oh, Godric, I'm so sorry...' Rose apologised as she put her hand up to her nose. 'Godric, I'm bleeding...' Rose muttered as she took a tissue out of her pourse and held it to her nose.. |

She remembered when she had arrived at King Cross for the first time. It was exciting, but very nervracking and the whole way she thought of which house she was going to be sorted in. Luckily she was sorted into the best house ever which was of course non other then Hufflepuff. Nessie looked at her sister and family again. Her sister was having the biggest freak out of her life and Nessie's parents were now busy giving her pep talks trying to calm her sister, Juliet down. Quote:
She noticed Rose's nose was bleeding. "Rose did you need more tissues?" Just incase she needed more, Ness did have and she didn't want Rose to run out of her own. |

SPOILER!!: Daphne Kita blinked. Whhaaaaat?! ...Was she allowed to squeal yet? "I'm a chocoholic too! Oh my days!" she gasped before throwing her arms around the girl and giving her a hug. This was DEFINITELY something to celebrate, right? Oh! New job. Moved. Sounds about right. Still, it must be sad to have to leave all your friends and move to a new country. "Hogwarts will be a lot of fun, i promise," she said, smiling at the girl, "And you'll make a lot of friends. Just... watch out for some of the professors," Lafay "and you'll be fine." ... Ok, was that really the message to give to someone who's going to start Hogwarts for the first time. Her owl? Kita looked down at Alaska and frowned slightly. "She has more hormones than half the girls at Hogwarts, though," she said, before looking up at Daphne and smiling, "Do you have a pet?" And more importantly, were they allowed those at the French school? Hopes she has a great time? Kita smirked slightly. "Oh, you'll have a blast! And the food is just..." she sighed dreamily. Shaking her head, she turned her attention back to the girl. "What year are you going to be in?" 'Cause the girl didn't look like she was an ickle firstie. SPOILER!!: Pearl's charrie Blliiiinnnnnkkkk! She bumps into one person and someone else comes to help her up? Boy she could get used to this! Kita looked at the younger girl and smiled. Wait... Why was she walking away? Did Kita have something on her face? Please, Merlin, NO! Bringing out the extrovert in her, the brunette approached the young girl. Wait... What in the name of merlin was she meant to SAY?! Yeah... she should have thought about that before randomly approaching the girl. "Hi!" she said, the smile still plastered on her face. ... That was good enough, right? |

Alyssa looked up to see the older girl whom she had intended on helping earlier talking to her. "Hi, I'm Alyssa. I noticed that you had a little bump there with your friend and I was going to help but then I noticed that the both of you were okay, so I didn't want to bother you," she smiled up. She pulled Nessie over. "This is Nessie, my friend and this is.....", looking down at the girl still lying on her back", "Uh....I'm sorry I don't know your name, but it looks like your nose has stopped bleeding now. Would you like to sit up?" She and Nessie helped the girl sit up. "Godric, if people didn't know me, they would think that I'm always running around looking for people who are hurt", she thought to herself quietly. She hoped that no one noticed that. "So are you all from the same house? I noticed that you're all wearing yellow scarfs", she asked the other older students who were standing over her. |
