Juliet finally found the Cafeteria, stepping lightly into it and looking around for a table. She sat on a nice single table just behind a young man with a plate of chicken and pasta.

She looked at her table, rather suspiciously and decided to try and mutter something " Carbonara Pizza!" she said with a smirk, but to her surprise a slice of pizza actually appeared. She could feel her mouth watering it was so good looking and the smell.. hmmm....

She stretched her arms in front of her, getting ready to dig into her plate when her purse fell from the back of chair, spreading all her belonging on the floor and under the tables nearby.

"Oh merlin" she said, falling to the ground, kneeling, trying to gather the parchments, quills, lipsticks and other rather female belongings.

Mason was nomming eating his pasta and it just so happened that it was really good. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed a woman sit somewhere behind him. Ooh, carbonara pizza? That sounded delicious... Hm, maybe next time.

He heard something fall to the floor and the girl's expression. He turned around to see her on the ground gathering her belongings that seemed to have fallen out of her purse. He quickly got down on his knees to help her. "Here, let me help with that." He offered. He wasn't sure if it was such a good idea, to be helping her pick up personal items, but... he did it anyways. He was a pretty nice guy.

He picked up a quill and a lipstick tube and handed them to here. "Here." He said, looking up at her with a smile.

Armen still wasn't sure how he felt about this lady personally. Yeah he was arguing with her over her beliefs and the unjust people she worked with but he still didn't really know here or anything. He was letting her talk and give her say until she brought up his past. "How dare you!" he whispered heatedly. He then twisted his head to the left and right and then leaned in closer to her. "They told you about it. That is hardly fair. Then she took his slashing of her being just another little pawn in the Cult's great plan an opposite direction and turned back on him even stronger. He threw his hands up infront of him and spoke quickly. "Hey hey hey, calm down now. I guess I did put my foot in my mouth there, I honestly didn't really hear what they wanted to do with Magical Creatures in the whole scheme of things." he said slightly embarrassed. Nothing like coming to attack a memeber of a group and not knowing anything about her role in it. She was just the unlucky one that was closest to him to vent to and not be afraid to get another slashing across the face. But know seeing her act like this...she wouldn't do it here in the open would she? Nahh.

Ok back tracking now. "Can we start over here?" he asked sheepishly, not expecting her to be up for it. He HAD just practically called her out on her beliefs and career over a small setting of lunch. "Armen Recard, Department Head of Magical Transportation. And I am sorry for acting you without really knowing you or your trail in the Cult's activities." he said quietly. He wasn't really happy about backing down but he knew he must. In the back of his mind he knew he had no right to talk to her like that and the better person inside of him was giving the rest of him a piece of his mind.

If Juliet was a blushing-sort-of girl, she would be red from head to toes at that moment, but she wasn't, so she gladly stretched her hand towards the young man and took the quill and lipstick tube from his hand, quickly dropping them inside her bag.

"Well that wasn't embarrassing at all" she said with a smile, straightening in one fluid movement and patting her robes into place " I'm Juliet, by the way" she said stretching her hand for him to shake " We should have done this first, not after you've seen my personal stuff..." she let out a short laugh.

Mason stood up with her. "Pleasure to meet you, Juliet. I'm Mason." He said with a curt nod. He was tempted to throw a Shakespeare joke in there and say his name was Romeo... but he passed. He shook her hand with a smile.

He let out an awkward laugh. "Er.. yeah. I didn't really think about it, I just felt the need to help." Mason said with a shrug. He had learned from past experiences that a woman's purse was the storehouse of their most personal and private items, whatever they may be. Purses were also weapons. Purses were sacred, Godlike even. To a woman, anyway. Mason just didn't understand.

Hisisng maybe, speaking in an unfirendly tone but there was no way that SHE needed calming down here. "If you haven't noticed because your too busy accusing people, I am perfectly calm, I think its others here that need to rethink their strategies" Because everything he'd said so far, she'd had a way of answering back. "They haven't ASKED me to do anything, Ive taken note myself. True they may have had a little influence on my decisions but... I have my own mind thank you very much" she replied sipping on her coffee and relaxing back a little.

She folded her arms across her chest and leaned back as he offered to start again, asked more like. "I don't know. Are you willing to stop insulting me?" she asked raising an eyebrow. She didn't accept his apology however. In fact, she didnt say anything, instead she chose to remain silent and continue to drink her coffee.

Juliet closed her bag with a quick movement and making sure it wouldn't pop open again she placed it on the back of her chair again.
"Hi Mason" and she gave him a little smile " do you mind if I join you? I hate eating alone" she said with a little pout of frustration as she looked over the empty seat across from hers.

It was true, eating was supposed to be one of the biggest pleasures in life and being so, it was supposed to be shared.

Juliet chuckled and picked her tray up and placed it on the spot Mason had cleared for her " perfect " she said with a smile, sitting down and looking at her food again. Her pizza was looking even more delicious if that was possible, she started cutting a bit, her lips pursed to prevent from drooling over it.

She took the fork to her mouth and closed her eyes for a second. She was so hungry she didn't remember when she had last eaten. Had it been yesterday at dinner? She couldn't tell.

She looked up just in time to see Mason taking a sip of his water " I think I'm in between jobs in level 3 right now, there were some changes I'm waiting to be placed actually.." she said wiping her mouth clean with her napkin. " and you?"

Stepping out of the lift, Prometheus held open the door to the Cafeteria, and smiled at the lady beside him, "Ladies first!"

Once they had entered the room, which was full of lunching ministry employees, the young man, spotted a vacant table and gestured towards it, "Here we are," sitting down he slide the menu over to Dacs and looked around the room, "Know what you want to order?" he asked as his gaze returned to his friend.

They had lots to talk about, but food was important first!

"Cool," Prometheus smiled, before adding, "Coffee, and a Milkshake," outloud and watching them appear "There you go."

Taking a long sip, the young man looked up from his shake, "I am really good thanks, how about you?" It had been ages since they had had a good chat, so there was plenty to catch up on, before that had to head back to the meeting in the conference room.

Prometheus often did this, sculling the drink before even getting a chance to register he was having it. Pushing the cup away a little so he could say it he paid attention to what Dacs was saying.

"I get what you mean," He nodded, rather seriously, "Everyone is on edge their is tension in the air and when it breaks.......its gunna get messy." He loved his job, and it was because of that passion and love that he was willing to endure the anxious feelings he wa experiencing.

Trying to turn the situation to possibly a lighter note, Promethes caught the dark eyed of his friend and asked, "So what's going on with you and Ben....hmmm?" he smriked, "Do think I didn't see that little glance at him before we left."

Those two's relationship was a rather juicy one.

Dacs was like that to stay away from her personal life and emotions.

Noticing tha Dacs was becoming a little uncomfortable with the current Topic, Prometheus decided he would reply then move one.

"As long as you know what you're doing," he smiled....and now for the moving on section,

"What do you think of Bole as our new Department Head?" The latest developments on Level Two had only re-affirmed Prometheus' stance on the man.

Prometheus smiled, it would have been awkward should Dacs have had said 'No'.

"To be honest," the man began, "I think is rather brilliant, Warren was a great man, and I miss working with him," Warren had been the man that really showed Prometheus the ropes when he started at the ministry a few years back, but he was gone now, retired and happily married, "But Bole as really re-invigorated our department I feel." It was true, till the man came along there was a lack of incoming case to the department that was for sure.


"And I think we need a man like him at the moment, do you?" The ministry was, for lack of a better work, whack at the moment!

I mean, look at all the changes that have taken place." She looked around the room before continuing. Leaning forward she said,"Something about the new head of secruity guy makes my blood run cold. It takes someone I really cannot trust to make that happen."
Her eyes were dark, as she gently leaned back in her chair looking at Prometheus.
