Elise walked into the Division, early for once, and froze. It was amazing. The redecorating had definitely been worth it. Looking around, she saw she was one of the first people there. There was a man also looking around, he looked fairly new. Not that she could talk...
"Hi, I'm Elise Aldridge. Is this your first day?" she asked him.

"Skander Beckett," Skander said as he turned to face the woman/girl with a small smile on his lips. "And yea this is my first day here." He confirmed, observing the girl who was going to be his employee. "How long have you been working in the Quidditch Division, Elise? I can call you Elise right?" Skander decided to ask, thinking that making small talk would be better than standing around in silence until everyone else arrived.

Axel sauntered into the division and halted at the door. This isn't how it looked like a few days ago, she must be in the wrong division. Heaving an exasperated sigh, she decided to reassure herself. Right when she was about to leave and check the name plate on the door, it dawned upon her that the division had gone through an overnight renovation. Raising her eyebrows cynically, Axel walked around the spacious area, a small smile crossing her lips. Hmm, not bad but the lack of pink was irritating. She sucked in one cheek and proceeded to walk towards her desk, glancing over her shoulder at the never-seen-before guy and Elise. Sitting down on her revolving chair, she crossed one long leg over the other and slightly spun around. Thanks to her neighbor for not being prat today, she was in a light and friendly mood.

Annabeth stomped into the room,ready to scream. She said many words,and checked her list again. She would have to make new names,new divisions. New leagues?It just wasn't right. She began to type furiously on the keyboard.

"There Done!"she siad angrily,after about an 30 minute amoutn of work. "Employee."she siad, angrily. "The name is Annabeth Jackson."she said to herself,still fuming. Yes,he was the department,head and it was wrong of her to get angry. But still,she has the right to speak.

"Elise is fine," she replied, smiling at Axel as she walked into the Division. "It's my first week here. I'm basically just out of Hogwarts. Do you know who the new Division Head is? Only, I don't think we were told..."

"That's pretty young to be working at the Ministry," Skander observed before looking at the other woman who had done a double take upon seeing the Division and then walked in. It seemed as if she had never seen the room before, then again Rex had mentioned something about renovations having taken place. Obviously it had looked much different before today.

"As a matter of fact I do know who it is, and you wouldn't have been told since the job was only confirmed last night." Skander explained before taking a chance to breathe. "I'm the new head of the division, and it'll be a pleasure to work with you." Skander announced loud enough for the other lady, who's name he didn't know, to hear. He had been planning to wait for everyone but Elise had asked so he may as well tell her the truth.

These new chairs were so comfy. Twirling around a little more around her desk, Axel caught Elise smiling at her. Pulling herself from the chair, she folded her arms and slowly strode towards the duo. Axel has been around the division for nearly a week now but she'd barely talked to her colleagues let alone the whole department. About time to change it.

Giving the guy to her right an awkward stare, Axel smiled back at Elise. "How are you today, Elise?" She asked in soft friendly tone before examining a stack of paper dumped on the desk. Shuffling through them, she frowned on finding the papers to be blank. "Do you know if there's a magazine lying around?" Biting her lower lip, she spun around to go hunt for a magazine when the words 'I'm the new division head' accosted her ears. Sayyy what!? So this guy...was their new head? "Uh...." was all that came out. He didn't appear least bit like a division head. Strange. Anyways, there was nothing she could do about it. "I'm sorry, I didn't know you were the new head. I'm Axel Hoover." She extended her hand for a shake, a small smile tugging at the end of her lips.

Mark Kensington had entered the office after his last break of the day. He was in a good mood and placed his coffee down at his desk. He acknowledged the rest of his collegues with a friendly smile and a hello before looking down at his work. He had heard about the refusal of the Gobstones team and wanted to help, he looked over at the desk next to him where Lilia was and then smiled at Tom. ''Does anyone need a hand?'' he asked smiling politely.

"I guess it is a bit young to work at the Ministry, but I knew what i wanted to do, so I figured why wait."
She grinned at Axel's reaction to the new look. She wasn't the only one who noticed the change then.
"I'm fine thanks, and you?" Elise watched her look for a magazine. before turning back to the man in front of her. His next words caught her completely off guard. He was the new divison head. Wow. That was unexpected.

Tom watched as this new guy came into the room. "Hi." He smiled as he looked at the guy. "Your work is on your desk."

Mark saw the work on his desk and got straight to it!

After 15 minutes, Mark had complete his work! ''Sir, they are done'' he called. Tom was the new division head.. He had known Liam for years and missed him! Tom was different.. he just hoped he could build the same relationship as he did Liam.

Annabeth saw Mark's work,and siad,"What's that?"she asked him,noticing,she had just done the same thing. She controleld her anger. "Intrestign,i just did the same thing."she said,to Mark.

"Oh yes. The inventor put a cushioning charm on it so that thye wouldn't get hurt. The only problem is that the charms start to ware off and the testers get injured. I have been doing some resarch to see if we can make the charm last longer. Better get back to work!" he said with a wave, returning to his desk and getting out the ginormous encycipedia to look up charm strengthening.

"Skander Beckett," he repeated as he shook the other womans, Axel's, hand. "It's a pleasure to meet both of you and I hope we can make a great team." he offered as he let go of Axel's hand, before looking around for any other employees. "So ummm is it just you two that work here or are there others who just haven't shown up yet?" Skander asked, genuinely curious about just how many people were in the Quidditch Division.

"I think there's other people coming, but since I'm pretty new, I haven't met everyone," Elise replied. She'd been at a meeting her first day, and hand't really met anyone.
"Are there others coming, Axel?" she asked, thinking Axel would probably know more about the others than she did.

Axel nodded her head in acknowledgment as Skander introduced himself. She wasn't surprised in the least that he was quite young to be a division head considering that their previous head, MeiLin - who's last name was really tough, was younger than Axel. Head tilted to the side, Axel gaped at him, lost in thought. Much to her chagrin, she had a bad habit of staring down people or objects while thinking. Thanks to Elise question, she snapped out of her thought and turned to the other woman, "I suppose yes. There's Eugine, Rachel....and Chloe." She answered with a sigh.

"Good idea," Alina said with a smile, glad that Herod was eager to get on. Watching him get out the rather large reference book, she tilted her head thoughtfully. "Embeding the charms into layers might work," she said to him across the room, not needing to worry about distracting anyone since they were currently the only two there.

Strolling round the room, Alina headed for her intray, noting a large box. An intrigued look on her face, she tried to find a note of who it had been to sent to the department from.

Herod ran back to his division, saw his division head and yelled, "Mrs. Newington!!!! I need you're help. I've just been to see the department head and he told me to come see you. I would have come to you straight away, but this is dark magic!" he said, showing her the file that explained the Imperious masks, and the muggles who had some, and the surpluss he had already created. (OCC: look at department head's office for full explaination)

"The departemnt head said that he'd be joining us soon. You have any ideas? I imagine he's got a few!" he said, almost out of breath. He was scared, this was his first encounter with dark magic. It was bound to come up when working at the Ministry, but he was hoping it would be delyed longer.

Tom looked at everyone "well I think we have done good on the league now we need to figure out a way of keeping everyone happy and entertained we don't want them to threaten to go on strike or anything." Tom signed as he looked around the room. "Does anyone have any suggestions?"

Mark looked round at Annabeth and looked down at the lists. Okay, so they did the same work.. was that really a big deal? ''League lists, Tom asked me to do it'' he replied. Mark could see her getting angry as they had done the same work. ''Oh really. Well, i got asked''

Mark nodded at Tom, ''We could just get others to choose what they think is good?'' he asked. There were two League lists yet only one could go up.. Mark wasn't fussed but he had thought about it long and hard!

Eugine sat into her chair.She smiled at the new guy."Hey,Eugine de Boncour."she said,easily."Your the new department head?"she asked impressively."Hey guys."she said to the others."Wheres Rachel?"the nineteen year old was not exactly ever on time.She would send a quick text to the girl.

rachel was so nervous about her first meeting with her new division head that she sort of ran into the division. "Hey guys, I'm Rachel. I'm really really sorry I'm late but I'm kinda busy these days!!" she panted.

OOC: I'm sorry but my exams are gonna start on 3rd march till 15th. So I'll be free only after 15th.

Annabeth crumbled up her paper,and burned it,she hisssed angrily. "Whatever."she siad,she turned to Tom. "Well,we have to fidn them all sponsors dont' we?"she asked him. "and what about their payment,new leagues,new teams new payments."she siad.

Eugine smiled warmly at her."Calm down."she sighed,rolling her eyes.She sat down into her cubicle and crossed her legs. A picture is sticked on the cubicle wall. Eugine gazed dreamily at it and smiled sweetly. She sighed and turned back to her work. Shuffling her parchment,she pulled out a quill and began scribbling about the quidditch season.

Exiting his office, Rex stood for a moment as he scanned the many busy faces in his department. Finally, he found the one he was looking for and saw that the employee who burst into his office was standing next to her. Can't even have a cup of coffee before working. They should know better than that. Rule Number One: Rex MUST have his coffee uninterrupted before dealing with work matters.

It was a nice thought, and he hoped that he could grab a cup after speaking with Alina. "Alina, do you have any thoughts on this patent?" he asked when he finally reached them.
