Pandora nodded at the young woman's suggestion. "That sounds fine Diana." She wanted the young woman to feel comfortable in her workspace, but the point of the move to this new workspace was to collaborate and co-operate with the other divisions. One could hardly do that shrouded in a cubicle.

Pandora smiled, and said; "Oh I couldn't agree more." before crossing the room to meet the new comer.

When he pointed to the badge, Pandora only just stopped herself rolling her eyes. That was hardly an tamper proof piece of evidence. However, she was aware that they were drawing the attention of the other employees, so perhaps now was not the time or the place.

"As far as I'm aware, there should be a third division head, but I haven't met him or her. Have you?" She asked Pippa.

Alyssa was a little nervous, it was the first time she would be in the office with the other division heads as well as her employees. She hiked the box on her hip a little higher and walked to the only empty office in the room. It had her name on it already, Alyssa took a peak at it 'Alyssa Hopgartner'...what? Alyssa gave a heavy sigh, they spelt her name wrong, with some difficulity she pulled her wand out of the jacket pocket and pointed it at the plaque. It changed the p to a b and all was well. 'Alyssa Hobgartner' was ready for her first day.

She set the box down on her desk and pulled out a wedding photo of herself and her husband. The newest photo she pulled out was an ultrasound of their child who was going to be born soon enough, she also pulled out a photo of herself, Emma, Alena, and Eugine, her three best friends. After all her affairs were in order Alyssa looked up and saw other level 5 workers working like busy little bees. Alyssa wondered if she should introduce herself to the group as a whole or each individually.

Laura was standing there and listening to the New Head of the department and rest of the division heads who were talking when she saw someone walk in the work area with her box of things and heading towards the Division Head's office.
Laura looked a bit surprised
why is she heading towards Jacob's office? she thought and slowly made her way to the office cubicle of the division head.But as she reached the cubicle she saw the name plate for the Division head of British Seats change to Alyssa Hobgranter
Jacob,isnt coming back? she thought and her eyes grews wide but then she spoke to the lady standing in front of her as she had her back to Laura
Um...Hello Miss or Mrs she thought but then skipped ...i am Laura Thomas, i am the employee for British Seats Division she said with a small smile

"Well it's nice to meet you Laura, as my name plate says, I'm Alyssa Hobgartner." Alyssa stuck her hand out for a shake as a curtousy. "Well I will be your new division head. So if you have any good ideas for us or just simply want to talk I'm your girl." Alyssa smiled at the woman, and began to think that this was going to be a great switch. Alyssa was glad that she had chosen to take the new job.

Laura shook hands with the new Division Head and smiled
Nice to meet you Alyssa she said her voice hesitant as to whether she could call her head by name or not.she remembered Jacob insisting them on calling him by his name and no Mister Websters.
Sure,i would let you know if i have any ideas or anything she said and then turned around
um...actually we just had a change i guess in the Head of the Department too and he has come here,Mr.Sebastian Bailey she said and tilted her head towards the guy who had his back to them
and the other division heads are also there so maybe we should get back to them as well she said with a small smile.

"Sure thing!" Alyssa didn't mind at all that they were on a first name basis. They were in her other divison as well. She looked at the group of other division heads and the new department head. Alyssa was hired by Mr. Baily so he wasn't new to her, but Alyssa guested that he was new to the whole department now. Alyssa walked over to the group. "Hello Mr. Baily" Alyssa knew him from the introductions they had done before in his office. "I'm Alyssa Hobgartner" Alyssa said to the other two divison heads and waited for them to introduce themselves.

Laura walked behind Alyssa as she walked ahead and heard her inrtoduce herself.
She must be knowing Mr.Bailey she thought as she heard an informal sort of an introduction.
Laura walked past Alyssa softly not making too much of noise and standing behind the other two division heads facing Alyssa as she made her introduction to the other division heads.She looked around to see if Helena came out of her cubicle or not,

Pandora watched as a young woman waltzed into the department and set up her things on the remaining division head's desk without so much as a word to the three of them. Pandora expected her to come and introduce herself but instead she went to talk to one of the other young women, one who did not work in Pandora's division. Pandora couldn't help but tut under her breath.

She hugged an arm around herself defensively, wearing a muggle maternity dress for the first time. She was past the point now where people would think that she was putting weight on, her usual tailored robes just did not fit her anymore. The dress sort of billowed around her, she had intentionally bought something loose so that she would not have to buy too many of those dresses.

The young woman finally came to introduce herself. In a neutral tone, her expression impassible, she said, "Pandora Cavanaugh, pleased to meet you." She held out her own hand for young woman to shake. She noticed that the woman Alyssa had introduced herself to had also come to join the conversation. Pandora hoped this wasn't going to take long; there was plenty of work to be getting on with.

Alyssa smiled at the woman who introduced herself as Pandora. She was rather pretty and Alyssa noticed she was expecting as well. "Nice to meet you Pandora, do you know what you are having?" Alyssa didn't know if she was being rude or not, but Alyssa loved being pregnant herself and didn't mind when people asked her about hers. "Sorry if I'm being invasive." Alyssa blushed a little and wasn't sure if she was making a good impression or not. Pandora didn't like the type of person who dealt with any nonsense.

Pippa shrugged and shook her head, at Pandora's question. "I havent met the last third of us." Actually, she hadn't met alot of people in the department. But it was totally easier to do that now. Just maybe after this stuff went down.

Watching the new woman that entered the room, as she occupied the last Division Head cubicle with her things, Pippa looked from her, to Pandora and then to Mr. Bailey. "I think I found the other third." She commented, as she turned back o watch her again. Okay, so she was greeting an employee. That was perfectly okay, but like ... Important here!

Okay, well now she was coming over. Pippa nodded in recognition and looked over at Sebastian once more. So Alyssa and him had previously met, and were on name basis yeah? That was certainly what it seemed like. Nevermind. "Pippa Norcott."

Pandora managed not to purse her lips but her nostrils flared. She couldn't believe this woman wanted to talk babies when there was work to do. "What am I having?" She repeated the question irritably, "A busy day."

She turned to Mr Bailey. "You had some sort of announcement?" Pandora was beyond annoyed now and she was only just managing to keep the asperity out of her voice.

Alyssa had all she could do not to roll her eyes at the woman. The morning just strated for Pete's sake. Alyssa had some more annoyed thoughts about the woman, but decided to let it go. Things weren't going to work out between the divisions head if they carried on like that. "Well I'm sorry about the busy day" Alyssa decided it was best to leave it at that. "Nice to meet you Pippa." Alyssa stuck her hand for a shake fo what felt like a million times today. "I'm looking forward to working with you both." Alyssa nodded toward Pandora especially, and then turned back toward their department head.

Laura who was standing behind the heads of the division her head bent.She listened to Alyssa and the other division and she couldnt help and find the cold exchange of words.
She just shook his head and kept quiet as the heads of the division went on with their introductions.

Alyssa knew things did not start off on the right foot, so she decided to let it go. She didn't want her employees to think badly of her and she didn't want the divisions to be butting heads form now on. She smiled and Pandora and then turned and gave Laura a wink. Since Mr. Baily was seemed to be pre-occupied at the moment, Alyssa took the opportunity to get to know at least one of her employees better. "So Laura, how long have you worked in the department?"

Laura looked up just in time to see Alyssa winking at her and she smiled a side smile and gave a small nod and her eyes glinting.
She watched as Alyssa asked her how long she had been here in the division
well I have been here for quite few months its almost an year she said nodding.
Laura was having trouble in addressing her new head of the division.She didnt now how to call her as...Alyssa or Miss Hobgranter or Mrs.Hobgranter.
She was thinking of talking to her later about that and avoid herself from embarassment in front of other division heads and her department head.

Alyssa looked at Luara, she seemed to be struggling with something. It was then that Alyssa realized that Laura had not yet addressed her by name, that was Alyssa' fault, she introduced her self but had not said how she would like to be addressed. "Almost a year! That's quiet some time, is this your first job in the ministry or did you trasfer here from some where else? By the way, you can just call me Alyssa, Mrs. Hobgartner is way to formal, I like to keep things casual." Alyssa giggled a little and the thought of Mrs. Hobgartner, no one ever called her that.

Laura blushed as Alyssa had sort of put the finger on the biggest doubt that Laura was facing addressing her!
She nodded and smiled and said
um...alright.Alyssa it is she said
well yeah it is my first job and no,no transfering from anywhere she said shaking her head
Have been a Hogwarts student she added.Laura didnt realise why she said that but it just slipped.
its been quite a lot of months she said and nodded.

"I use to work in Magical Maintenance on level 8. Before I got offered the divison head job that is." Alyssa was glad she was able to get to know this woman. The better friendships that Alyssa could make the better the divison would run, Alyssa began to look around the room wondering where the other employees of the British Seats were. "Do you know any one else from our division?"

Laura nodded as Alyssa spoke
Magical Maintenance,nice she thought as she nodded. Alyssa seemed to be a friendly person and Laura was feeling it would be nice experience to be working under her. How much ever be the thing Laura couldnt stop herself from comparing Alyssa with Jacob already.They both are the same friendly and easy going.
Laura looked back at the cubicle aisle where she was actually headed sometime back before the Department Head entered the work area.
well actually i was just heading towards one of my collegues from the Division,Helena's cubicle. she said pointing towards the corridor behind her She is here but i havent seen anyone else till now she said shaking her head.

"Well I don't think it would be appropriate for me to leave just now. Mr. Baily has an annoucment he wants to make, but I would like to make my way over by her later." Alyssa smiled over at the Luara, who Alyssa liked very much. Alyssa was glad she had met her. She gave Laura one last wink and turned back toward the Department Head, hoping he have his annoucement so Alyssa could go with Laura over to Helena's desk.

Laura nodded as Alssa said they would have to wait till their head of the Department would make his announcement.
Sure,we could head over to her cubicle later she said
its just that she would be surprised to see the division head dropping by to see her Laura said and giggled.Laura smiled as Alyssa winked and turned to face Mr.Bailey.

While Alyssa waited for either her Department Head to make his annoucement or speech, or whatever it was Mr. Baily was going to be doing or for the Helena that Laura had been talking about to come up by the rest of the people in the office, Alyssa adjusted her the light shall she had around her belly. Alot of things happened for Alyssa at the same time. She had gotten the promotion and pregnant all with in a couple months of each other. Alyssa's belly stuck out far enough for all to tell she was carrying, but she didn't like to bring attention to it unless some one else asked, she felt her baby boy kick on laughed a little. "So, while we wait for Mr. Baily" Alyssa said, because she could not see Mr. Baily anymore, "What do we say we all get to know each other." Alyssa indicated to the other division heads and well as all the employees of level 5 that were in the office already.

When Helena had finished sorting out all of her desk, and had ensured that everything she would need was back in its correct place, She got up and wandered over where she had seen Laura before, hoping to find out if her assumptions of the woman Laura was talking to was their new devision head was true or not.

She smiled at Laura as she reached her, "Hullo." She said to Laura, just as she heard the blond woman suggest that they got to know each other, "Yes... I think that's a lovely idea." She said to her, "Well... I'm Helena Beaumont, and I work in the British Seats Division. I've been working there for a little less than a year, I think."She smiled politely at the blonde woman as she said this.

Alyssa looked over at the new woman came near them. Helena she said her name was. "Well Hello, Helena, I'm Alyssa Hobgartner, but you can just call me Alyssa, I'm the new Division head for British Seats." Alyssa was glad that she was getting know her employees. It was good, it made the division run much more smoothly. "So if you have any good ideas for our division let me know." Alyssa stuck her hand out for a shake just to formly introduce her self. Buty it probally would have worked just as well to stick out her belly, since that seemed to be growing at a such a huge rate.

Pandora could not believe her eyes and blinked several times just to make sure that she was not hallucinating. The woman had just turned her back on her new boss?

She could hear Aylssa chattering on,

Oh good grief! There was an a difference between casual and informal... dear Merlin! Pandora was getting the distinct impression that this woman was going to be hard work.
