Heheh Ryan just loved that idea since he was going to psychoanalyse everyone by the colours they chose to decorate their desks.

"Sounds like a great idea Mr. Chambers" Oliver said. He thought this would be a nice break from all the paperwork I usually have to do. The only problem is, what color should I paint my desk? thought Oliver. He walked over to get supplies and started to get to work.

Ronan looked up as Ryan Chambers announced that they were supposed to paint their desks with their favorite desks. Looking down at his desk and then back to the man he called out his name, "Excuse me Mr Chambers, I've not done my favorite colors but a night sky that I absolutely love."

He motioned for the man to look down at his decorated desk and smiled fondly as a shooting star streaked across the surface. "I thought that Mr Buena would enjoy this creative art." Ronan explained before looking back to the Division Head.

"And this scene is incredibly important to me." the young man added thinking back to the day that he had proposed to his wife.

Seraphina finally decided on her theme. She picked up her wand and began to paint a huge abstract oak tree with swirls of blue, green and purple surrounding it. She had no idea why she chose to do this, but Seraphina always felt that going with your gut instinct was best. She stood back and looked at her desk, it needed something...but she didn't know what...

Oliver had finally decided what theme to paint his desk. He took out his wand and started to design a theme where he would have a lake in the middle of a forest, and a mountain sitting in the background. Hopefully it will come out good he thought.

Mikayla sat at her new desk. It felt wierd to be in the ministry of magic. She had absolutely no idea about what what this department was about and hoped someone would inform her.

Oliver noticed a new employee he had never seen before. She looked rather lost he thought to himself and thought he would go up and introduce himself. He walked over to her desk and said "Hello there, are you new here?" he asked.

Ryan Chambers walked back in the offices playing with a silver sickle in his right hand. As he walked to his desk he kept playing with the wizarding coin throwing it up and catching, throwing up and catching.

Yet when he threw it up again he saw Oliver talking to a new woman so as he stared he forgot to catch the coin which, as a result hit his head and fell on the floor ''Owowowow! That hurt!'' the blond man exclaimed rubbing his forehead.

Madeline walked into the offices, lugging an uncomforably heavy tote bag. She set it down gratefully on her desk, abd turned to see a group of workers congregating nearby. She felt awfully out of place not knowing any of them, but started working at her desk quietly.

Ronan walked into work clutching a cup of tea that he had purchased on the way in from the Atrium. It had been a long night last night what with the twins catching a little cough and both unable to sleep very well throughout the night. Hopefully his eyes didn't look too bloodshot.

He walked into the cubicle spaces of his work area and jumped at the Leo Buena leaning there in silence.

"Merlin Mister Buena!" he said holding his cup closer to him. "You frightened me standing there like a statue."

Scratching his chin, Leo was lost in his own thoughts when he was brought back to the present by someeeee...footsteps!
He turned his head and smiled at the unknwing person, whom he noticed was Ronan, and kept on smiling when he accidentally startled the young man. Oops. Hehe.

"Oh, very sorry, Mr Cavanaugh." Grin. Hehe. "Hope I didn't made you spill any of that delicious tea." That would be bad. Ouch. "I hope you are well?" He smiled softer and laced his fingers together.

Ronan began to breathe at a much slower rate and checked his shirt to make sure nothing had spilt.

"No, there appears to be no harm done here." he assessed and went over to his desk, placing the cup down and sorting through his papers. Turning to face the Department Head, he smiled warmly, trying to show that he was at least relatively conscious.

"I trust you're doing well yourself and ready for an exciting day, sir?"

And ah, no SCOLDING! That was good. "Exellent. Aplogies for the startling. It was not my intention." Hehe. He watched Ronan sit down and could see he was...a wee bit tired. "The little ones keeping you busy?" He asked with a small hing of an amused smile on his lips.

"Oh, yes, thankyou." Nod nod. "Always ready for exciting days, ALWAYS!" He threw a finger up in the air and was totally aware that he might have shouted a little. Hehe.

Nye came into the large cubical'ed room. One hand in his jeans pocket, the other laying at his side he looked around the room for someone who looked like they knew what they were doing.

As he scanned the room he realized there were not near enough ladies in here. He might have to ask for a transfere.

"Uh, Hello?"

Patiently waiting to hear how the two sirs were doing, he was distracted by another voice...a NEW voice. Hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Turning his head around to meet this new person, he soon straightened up, seeing it indeed WAS a new person. OH, how lovely!
"Hello!" Leo smiled broadly and approached... "Mr Wallingford?" HEHE. "Welcome to the Department of Education! Hope you didn't have any trouble finding us?" He reached out a hand to shake the newcomer's hand.

Again carrying a huge pile of books because he could not decide which one to read in his break Ryan walked in the cubicles area right after visiting Mr Buena's deserted office. Where he could be gone, the man was not sure yet he needed not to make sure of it as it turned out when he saw the man himself in the cubicles area as well as Mr Cavanaugh, Mr Granger and some other tough looking man he had not seen before.

''Good morning everyone'' he said once he walked beside them looking energetic and lively. Then wallking past them ''Excuse me'' he dropped the books on his desk, arranged them some and returned to where the men were ''Anyone want ginger lemonade?''

Nye examined the man who greeted him. He seemed nice enough. Probably the boss... That'd explain why he knew Nye's name anyhow. With a slight shrug he straightened up a bit and extened his right hand and shook the man's hand. "Yes, but Nye please."

Breaking from the hand shake he ran his hand over his shaved head before dropping it to his side. "No, found it just fine. Thanks." He answered as he looked around the room once more. The room was full of men... not his idea of great working conditions, but he'd manage.

Behind him he heard the door open, and a man walk in with a load of books. The sarcasm swelled in Nye, but he kept the sarcastic words to himself. Again, mastering the art of filtering his words... he was at work after all.

Nye examined the book worm as he mindlessly muttered, "Morning" back toward the fragile looking man. The man looked pale, and weak. This was just a first impression of course, but Nye knew he wouldn't like this man much. Something about him didn't set well with Nye.

He could not control his face as it contorted into a confused expression as the man offered up some sort of lemonade. "Lemonade?" Nye judged men on many levels, one being what they drank. Nye was a coffee in the morning and whiskey at night sort of fellow. "Coffee is much better for you." It might grow some hair on your chest, he thought as he eyed the man once more.

She saw the gathering of her co workers and realized that that must be where they were meeting today. She walked over and nervously joined the group of what appeared to be all men.

Leo blinked and raised an eyebrow as he regarded Oliver. Not a morning person, then? He chuckled, nodding as he could totally understand how being awake and feeling awake were different things. Smile still in place, Leo heartedly shook Nye's hand and nodded. "Good, good." Well, then he had had it better than Leo, who found the immense property a bit daunting at first. Thankfully, it hadn't been THAT difficult to find this level. Hehehe.

Leaning back on the desk, Leo looked around and then at his watch. They should start very soon or else get too far behind in their schedule.
