"..I told you! You can leave me already!" Louisa was saying, or hissing at someone if you want to be accurate, as she stomped her feet against the pavement and forward to the platform. "I'm fourteen. I'm not a child!" She rounded on her heels and faced the young woman following her, "And to be honest, I thought mom was going to come here this year. For a change," She folded her arms across her chest defiantly.
Marina was not paying attention to the grumpy mood Louisa seemed to be in this morning because the young girl was right. Mrs. Kimb told her daughter that she'd be there to say goodbye but she couldn't do it. Not that the reason wasn't there, but a fourteen years olds don't usually listen to excuses. "I told you she had to stay with your brother. He's sick," He had asthma or something, right? Marina looked around in search for that Dally boy Louisa babbled about all summer and then met him at thr fountain, he might boost the girl's mood to its highest and save Marina this torture.
Louisa scoffed at her guardian answer, "Yeah. Right. Now she has perfect excuses. Really. Using Johnny's condition as an excuse is a low thing to do," She didn't really care about being polite to her mother or not. She was just… she was hoping that today would be a perfect day as she left King's Cross; her mom, Marina, Dallin, the other friends- everyone she loved would be there and loneliness wouldn't be the highlight of the day. Her mother, however, blew it up AGAIN. Even her aunt wished her a good trip over the phone!

João was surprisingly very happy today--well, he was firstly happy because the school time had finally come and he was going to be away from home for 11 months; he certainly had no intentions of visiting it for ANY of the holidays, unless something urgent arose; but he was delighted because his father was there with him too. The boy had thought he would be busy like every time, but the man had actually made an effort to see off his child and even though he refused to admit openly; the 15-year-old still looked up to man a lot and he couldn't hide his happiness.
With no servant around at all, the luggage of João was carried by Senhor Teixeira and he looked around with interest at the station. "It looks so neat," he commented in Portuguese to his son, looking around with interest. It actually felt good to be away from the office and spend some time with his son, even though it was only for half an hour maximum.
Looking around with a kind of impression too, he nodded at his father's comment. "Sim. They took care of it well," he replied as he stared at a girl who looked at them in a funny way as if trying to figure out the language they were talking in. Offering the girl a flirtatious smile, he flickered his eyes ahead and heard to see the Platform 9 3/4 when he heard some angry voices. They came from the left so he looked at them with his father who must have also heard them, and his lips twitched into a grin.
"That's the girl I told you about," he said, eyes twinkling with pleasure and a little excitement. "I wonder if that woman is that Marina," he wondered out loud, halting a few metres away from them as if not to interrupt their conversation, but close enough for her to notice them. See? He remembered all, even if they were only mentioned once and unimportantly.
"She is beautiful enough," his father replied as he was ready to smile at them in case they turned to their direction. It was his son's reputation here, of course he would be at his politest too.
"Louisa!" the Brazilian called when they seemed to have paused arguing. He smiled at her, taking a step further. "How are you?"

"Louisa!" the Brazilian called when they seemed to have paused arguing. He smiled at her, taking a step further. "How are you?"
Yeah, right, because Marina was the mother and this all was her fault. The young woman sighed and moved one hand over her long hair, she was ready to tell the young girl to calm down and not argue with her because she was out of it until someone called out Louisa's name. Marina's head snapped toward the source and found a boy approaching them with a big smile on his face, a VERY neat man standing majestically behind him. Wooo, someone was feeling royalty this morning.
Louisa heard the voice and she didn't have to turn and see who it was, João's voice had already been marked in her head. Smiling, she turned and made her way over to him and without answering him, she gave him an intimate hug because 1) He came in a perfect time to entertain her. 2) that'd bug Marina. 3) She missed him. For real.
"Hey, Jwaw." She answered after pulling away and trying so hard to get rid of the passive feelings she had a few seconds ago. "I'm good. How are you?" She looked over his shoulder to see a man standing still behind him, smiling. She smiled at him assuming he was his bodyguard or something, although he had this aura about him that suggested he was a king of some sort. Meh, she didn't really care. "Ho-" She was saying when someone brushed by her and almost making her collide with the boy. Turning around annoyed Louisa saw who it was; who else but..
..Marina's eyes widened when Louisa hugged the boy so not friendly hug, she heard the name 'Jwaw' and rushed to stand by the couple because Louisa had never mentioned this name before! Never! What about Dallin? Didn't Louisa say that Dallin was her best friend and she liked him a lot and drew hearts and whatnot when she was absent around his name? Who was this Jwaw? Hmm? "Hi," She said in her sweet cheerful voice and extended a hand toward the boy while absorbing his face features- hmm.. he didn't look like a jerk. "I'm Marina Stewart. Louisa's guardian," In case Louisa told him that Marina was the maid or the babysitter. Again.
Ivan Moonstone walked in with a trolley that had a trunk and a cage with a spotted owl squaking away inside at anyone they passed. Behind Ivan was his Uncle I.D., his guardian. They walked to the platforms of 9 and 10, as they were told to in his letter being that he was a muggleborn. He and his uncle did not talk they just looked around hoping to see something that would tell them what to do next.

João did think about hugging her and actually thought how nice it would be, but he certainly wasn't expecting her to do it. He thought she was still in the process of getting over that Dallin when she surprised him in front of the eyes of this Marina to hug him. Well, he didn't complain of course, no at all, smiled as he put her hands on her waist too. He would like to stay like that a bit more but she pulled away too soon. Yeah, she was still in that process.
Chuckling at Jwaw again, he also heard his father's chuckle. It was one of their entertainment; the foreign people who mispronnounced their names. And this time he wasn't even going to correct her, because she told him she wanted him to teach her... so he would. Alone. In a room. Hehe.
"I'm fine too," he said, taking another step back to get the angle to introduce his father when the woman made a sudden move. It was clear as sun that she was annoyed by this hug of Louisa. As far as he knew, she wasn't even a relative of Louisa--oh, she was the guardian. Well. He could see why she got too excited then upon seeing Louisa hug a boy, even though she was perfectly of age to do such things.
"Pleasure to meet you, Senhora Stewart,"he said politely, accompanied with a smile. "I'm João Neves, and he is my father, Fabio Melo," he said, a hand showing his father.
Senhor Melo smiled at the scene that unfolded in front of his eyes. His son had told him about this girl, but he only said she was a friend. He could see they both felt more for each other. Well, he also knew it was a matter of time his son had a girlfriend. He was attractive enough.
"Pleasure to meet you, madam," he said, holding out a hand to shake. Then, looking at Louisa, he smiled again. "Hello," he greeted her. He believed in the youth, so he was extra careful to pay them enough attention and respect.
"I believe we should be heading towards the platform," he said, checking his watch. "But I also fail to see any platform 9 3/4." In the other countries, they were of course disguised from the unwanted eyes, but not this much... maybe it was also like the entrance of Diagon Alley again?

Carter couldn't believe it. His family was here. His whole family! Although, it would have been much better if his sister would do something other than glare. He, of course, could understand why she was upset. She had every right to be mad. He just wished she wouldn't be.
"I don't know what more you expect from me." he found himself saying once again. They've been having the same one-sided conversation for a week. He'd told her about how he wanted to explain everything, but was just waiting for the right time. She responded to this by walking away. He tried telling her about he was worried she'd let it slip to her adoption agent. She responded to this by hitting him. He even tried saying it wasn't all his fault, but that his parents hadn't told her anything either. To this she actually responded saying that they would have told her if he hadn't insisted on waiting. It was one of the few times she'd actually talked to him during the past week.
In fact, Anya had spent most of the week writing to Mina and Marie. Of course, she hadn't been able to send any more letters because of not having an owl.
This was his last time he'd be taking the Hogwarts Express to school. He was quidditch captain and a 7th year! This was supposed to be a triumphant, exciting trip. Instead, he was just hoping that the getting on the platform would be magical enough to break his sister's silence.

Mina slowly got out of the car as soon as the driver opened the door. She wasn't at all used to have a driver take her to the station, but it wasn't like she was going to drive herself. This was her last trip on as a student and here she was alone. Jade was off working and her father was overseas again. She had wanted Evan to be there with her at this moment, but she know he was at camp and one goodbye had been enough.
Watching the driver unload all her things, she glanced around and sighed. It really was her very last time going back to Hogwarts and it was surreal for her. She was finally a seventh year and all the dreams she had dreamt leading up to this moment hadn't really prepared her for this. She had been overjoyed for her friends that got badges and a bit jealous at the same time. She had failed herself, but she only had herself to blame there. Her only course of action now was to just throw herself into her studies again and thrive in her last year. She wasn't a quitter and considering that the most important man in her life was away making a name for himself, she didn't have anyone to try to impress now. She was going to be focused again on the prize.
Seeing that all her things were on the trolley, she smiled to the driver before tipping him and sending him on his way. This was really going to happen, she was going to be ride the train on last time and make the best of it. She would prove herself once again and nothing was going to get in her way. Yes, she would make the time for her friends and be that social butterfly again, but she had a goal that needed to be accomplished if it was the last thing she did.
Pushing the trolley towards the entrance, she heard familiar voices and stopped. Looking to the right and then the left, she spotted a no so little girl that she had been wanting to see all summer but wasn't actually allowed to see. They had written to each other all summer, but that wasn't the same at all. She had plans for them all summer, but alas they never happened and that vexed her greatly.
Looking up she noticed the whole family and smiled softly before noticing the look on the girl's face. Yes, she understood the anger there all to well. She herself was a bit more than angry with the same person those glares were directed to. Shaking her head, she took a breath and head over to the family.
"And if it isn't my favourite Philips in the world," she smiled pushed her trolley over and stopped beside the girl.

Carter smiled hearing a familiar voice. It was none other than his favorite Ravenclaw.
...
But apparently he wasn't her favorite anymore.
"Fine. I deserve that." he said throwing up his hands in frustration. Obviously he wasn't capable of doing anything right. "Mum. Dad. You remember Mina." he said re-introducing them. They'd never had more than a few moments conversation while dropping him off in London to visit with her. He looked at Mina again. It was obvious he wasn't wanted there at the moment. He turned to his parents again. "Bye Mum. Dad." he said giving both of his parents a hug. He turned to give Anya one, but she was busy talking to Mina.
Things would get better, right?
And with that thought he turned and slowly made the trip to the platform.
"MINA!!!!" Anya exclaimed seeing her. She gave her a giant hug. "I hope your summer was better than mine." she said pathetically. She eyed her brother once again. For once she understood why he was never capable of keeping a girlfriend. He was just... gah! Infuriating. And awful at talking and apologies.
Tears began filling up her eyes. She tried to blink them down.
Her brother was a liar and a horrible person. She wanted nothing more than to send him off that train for good. "I don't understand you can even stand him." she complained to Mina as soon as he was out of earshot.

She was in a sour mood, and that was rare for Harlow. But her brother's had played a nasty trick on her. They woke her up at midnight convincing her she had missed the train for Hogwarts, and she had dissolved into tears when they revealed the prank.
She wasn't speaking to either of them. Even though her mother made Harlow her favorite breakfast, french toast with whipped cream. She brightened considerably when they went with their dad to work. Which left Harlow to be accompanied to the train station by her mother and baby sisters.
Persia and Cuba were in the pram and fast asleep. Harlow was bouncing on her shiny mary janes to get to the train. "Harlow please calm down." her mother chided for the millionth time as she hauled Harlow's trunk onto a trolley. Harlow took the pram and her mom pushed her trolley with her trunk.
And they were on their way.

Her brother was a liar and a horrible person. She wanted nothing more than to send him off that train for good. "I don't understand you can even stand him." she complained to Mina as soon as he was out of earshot.
Mina looked at her bestie gave him a look. He was always going to be her bestie, but at the moment she wasn't too please with him at all. "Carter." she replied as she witnessed his little act of frustration. She did hate to be vexed with him, but seriously he had brought it upon himself this time. Turning her attention to his parents, she smiled brightly. "It's so nice to see you again, Mrs and Mr Phillips. I was really looking forward to coming out and visiting over the summer and all," she voiced before glancing at the Carter. "But I was misinformed about things." She was of course still very hurt about the snug. "Perhaps, next summer I can come and visit Anya though. I have a new kite I'd love to show her and I miss our girl time." Anya was really the little sister she wish she had. Her own twin little sisters never wanted to do the things she and Anya liked to do.
Turning her attention back to her special friend, she grinned. "ANYA!" she replied as she hugged her tightly. "I've missed you soooooo much. I'm so sorry I didn't get to come visit like we had planned, but you know things happen that we don't wish to happen," she added as she noticed Carter walking off. She felt bad for her bestie, but he made his bed and he had to sleep in it now. Was she going to go after him? No, she had more important things at the moment; but she would find him on the train or she'd let him find her. She wasn't about to forgive him without a heartfelt apology that even rivalled the once from their third year!
Turning to Anya, she shrugged. "The beginning of it was great since I got to be with my Evan, but the rest would have been better if I was allowed to have come see you," she explained. They had planned it so she would be there to help explain everything but low and behold, she was tossed to the side once again and replaced! That did make her blood boil at the thought of just who she had been rejected for.
Noticing the tears, she pulled out a handkerchief from her bag and wiped her tears. "You know it takes A LOT of patience and work, but he is my bestie" she frowned. It was breaking her heart to see her cry. Seriously, things would not have happened if she was allowed to visit or at least they wouldn't have been this disastrous with her there. Anya had deserved to have had a friendly face there with her when the truth was let out, but no; she had been pushed aside once again. Shaking her head, she gave Anya another hug. "Well, I'm here now. So let's see if I can make things any better. I mean, you trust me, right?" Only because she wasn't allowed to be there before, she wasn't going to go back on her word to help Anya understand what was really going on.

Elle and her parents arrived at King's Cross Station. She was very nervous yet excited at the same time. It will be her first time being away from her parents and home. While searching for the exact platform, she saw another girl around her age and decided to say hi.."Hello..I'm Elle. What's your name?" with a bright smile on her face.

Jonathan, his father and mother finally apparated to King's cross. Jonathan's stuff was already packed and definitely he was good to go. He already finished shopping for his new robes and new books and what not. He can't believe that he is finally a fifth year.
Time flies so fast indeed.
His parents, originally, wasn't coming back til this fall but Jonathan's mother just couldn't bear not seeing his son leave without her saying goodbye. Even though how much Jonathan tells her that he is old enough, Jonathan was never old enough for his mother. So they came back a week ago just so she could see her little boy leave for Hogwarts.
This summer felt short and fast. Jonathan wished it could have been longer enough but thing is the longer the summer, the lazier he gets. So maybe school isn't a bad idea after all.
Dude. The Pensevies aint got nothing on you. Aslan is the God
FINALLY. They were here. Kings Cross. Her gateway away from pregnant women, baby clobber and mood swings. Her huuuuuggge mother, had thankfully said all her goodbye's to her in the car, and was waiting for her dad to drop her off before they went to a scan. Eww. So...messy. She pulled her trolley, laden with her trunks, books, owl and cat and pushed it into the square, her father closely behind her, scanning his blackberry and reading emails. How very typical.
She pushed her trolley into the station and could hear the busy rush of people, children, parents, owls, cats, buisnessmen trying to get away from it all or to it all. She stood in amazement at the maddnes of the building, before pulling her dad to the side. Finally he put down his phone and adressed her.
Got your stuff? He asked, putting the blackberry away into his pocket, and checking all her trunks, which were covered in stickers, flags and overall joy. Her trunk at the bottom had a bit of her weekend clothes sticking out and she kicked it in so the trunk closed properly. He surveyed her one last time before nodding. Shall we go now? Lauren and her father, Jack Morgan, side-long apparated a few streets away from Kings Cross Station. The jerky movement caused Lauren's coffee cup to spill a few precious drops of cappucino-y goodness onto the ground. "Careful," she grumbled at her father, who just rolled his eyes in response.
"Don't be a brat,"Jack told her "Or I'll ditch you at the station and leave you to figure out how to get on the Platform yourself," he teased playfully.
"Mean," Lauren retorted with a yawn, followed by a sip of her coffee.
Chuckling, Jack led his daughter out of the quiet alley he had chosen to apparate into, pulling her magically lightened trunk behind him. "That's me," he replied, in a matter of fact tone. Setting a brisk pace, he led her through the streets towards the station, Lauren followed behind, apprehension building in her chest...

Anya frowned. "I wanted you to come too!" she said. "Carter promised that I'd get to see you." She glared at her retreating brother. "Yet again something he hasn't been truthful about."
"Oh, your boyfriend!" she said recalling the name. "I'm sure that was fun for you." she said giving a little wink. Boyfriends were fun, right? Well... she wouldn't know... she'd never had one. But they looked fun on television.
She accepted the handkerchief and dabbed her eyes. She nodded slowly after Mina asked if she trusted her. "More than some people..."
"I... I just... don't understand..." she said sobbing again. Great. Now she was crying. In public!!! Carter was going to pay for this!
"Five years!" she exclaimed. "I'm not stupid. I can keep a secret. HE just didn't want to tell me. At all!"

"Come on, Kenny!" The twenty-three year old witch said. She knew that her newly-found cousin was nervous to go to Hogwarts, especially because of all he's been through. She should have slipped something into his drink this morning to make him happy. Pitty, her dad had forbidden her too.
She turned around and went back for the younger boy, whom was walking as fast as a turtle. She took hold of his sleeve and began dragging him towards the station. "It'll be fun," she said, with a dreamy expression. "You'll meet a lot of people, especially girls AND you'll learn about magic, AND you'll be able to play pranks on people, AND maybe you'll even find yourself a girlfriend," she said, giggling at the last part and winking at him.
Kennedy needed to loosen up, have some fun.
Kennedy rolled his eyes at his VERY strange cousin. He had met her at the end of June and she had apparantely taken it upon her to help him...with EVERYTHING! His hair, his clothes, his learning, his...everything! Somethings like her teaching him about magic he didn't mind, but the rest, it was getting annoying.
She also called him Kenny. Kenny was NOT his name. It was Kennedy, thank you very much! "It's Kennedy, Bianca," he said, scowling at her when she began dragging him.
Then, she went on with the same speech he's heard all summer. Bianca didn't understand how hard this new transition was to him and probably never will. That just made it harder for Kennedy to like her.
Packed and ready, Annabelle let her mother apparate her to King's Cross, along with all her luggage.
"Behave, Annabelle" Her mother, Aphrodite, warned again. "No fighting util you've been here for at least a month-"
"Yes, mum, I remember you saying it to me the first time" She said, rolling her eyes. "Can we just go, now?"
Second year couldn't be any worse than the first, right?

India walked up to the Kings Cross public square and sighed. Today was the first day she had been here - it wasn't every day you went off to hogwarts for the first time of your life. No not at all. This was a once in a life time experience. As all first times really were. But this was BIG. Bigger then Sydney.
Now what the heck was she supposed to do? She thought. Reaching into her pocket she read the instructions on her phone. Well, that thing would be useless at school. She had to get used to using Ferdinand the utterly disgustingly stinky owl. He was cute. But reeked.
"Walk through a wall?" She read out loud on accident. Upon realizing it she gasped.
Now who was there that could help her find it - or needed help because a gaggle of oddly dressed people would surely make a sign of being 'Hogwarts Bound'. She thought with a nervous smile.

She asked, running a hand through her thick brown hair, her skirt sticking to her legs in the heat
Today was the day.
SO, besides being a fifth year it wasn't like "Oh yeah I know everyone so it's great", Nikolas was new at Hogwarts. Was he excited? Yes, of course but that didn't mean that he was slightly nervous. Meeting new people, new teachers...anyways, he knew he was gonna be alright, after all his siblings had come here before and had talk about how amazing this school was. He was expecting to agree with them.
Pushing his trolley, he heard her mom telling him something, which he didn't listened. Maybe was something typical, like Behave, Don't do this and that , etc.. His brother, Andrew, walked by him "I hope you, John and Amelia aren't wrong about this school" Nikolas said. Andrew chuckled and patted him on the back "Pshh obviously! You'll love it and by the end of the term you will wish not to go back home" he said. Hmmm, yeah right. "We'll see" he said. He finally reached the famous "wall", he stopped and looked back waiting for his mom and sister to arrive. Merlin! they were so slow. "Hurry you women!" he yelled, Andrew just leaned on the trolley waiting for them. Finally, her mom and sister were beside him "So, Nikolas you have everything you need? Books? Cauldron? Enough clothes?..." his mom started, he interrupted her "Yeess, I have everything and if not you'll send it to me" he wrapped an arm around his mom "Aha, that's what you think young man" his mom said. His sister, Amelia, stood there impatient because she had a date with her boyfriend, he simply rolled his eyes. He was ready to go, but his mom started giving a speech. Boring.
While barely listening to her boring speech, he saw a girl waiting to walk through the wall as well, he simply smiled.

Oh Merlin....
Kurumi didn't know what had possessed her to come alone, but she had felt that this time she needed to. Her father had pouted and looked as though the world were coming to an end when she had requested him to stay home, but he had understood in the end. She couldn't help but feel that, for the first time, he was hiding something from her. Something that HE had done and she didn't like the feeling of secrets being kept from her.
Her thoughts all over the place, and her hand clutched tightly around the badge in her pocket, Kurumi made her way around King's Cross Station looking for any of her friends.

The day had finally come. Arianna was excited to be heading back to Hogwarts and half the fun of it all was the train ride there. She found a trolley and loaded up her bags. Looking around at the hundred of muggles she tried to spot any of her fellow kind but couldn't at the present moment. So she ducked her head and headed towards platform 9 & 3/4.
