Minister for Magic -
The Minister for Magic is the leader of the Wizarding Community within Great Britain and the United Kingdom. The Minister oversees all action within the Ministry and subsequent departments. The Minister meets regularly with the Senior and Junior Undersecretary and all Department heads regarding the implentation of new and current laws and general governing of the British Magical community. The Minister also chairs the Wizengamot to pass Wizarding Laws or to hear and weigh in on important trials. They also correspond with the British Prime Minister of any ongoings on the wizarding world that may affect the region as a whole.

Senior Undersecretary for the Minister -
The Senior Undersecretary to the Minister of Magic is responsible for all other divisions and employees within Level One, the Minister's Office. The SU meets regularly with the Minister for Magic and the Junior Undersecretary and Ministry Advisers regarding the implementation of new laws and general governing of the British Magical community. The SU also coordinates and communicates with the Media Liaisons, Internal Liaison Supervisor, Magical Maintenance Supervisor, Public Services Commissioner and Education Office Supervisor. Junior Undersecretary for the Minister -

Internal Liaison Supervisor -
The Internal Liaison Supervisor coordinates with all department liaisons and communicates with the Minister and Senior Undersecretary where required about the ongoings in the Ministry from department from department. Ministry Ombudsman -
The Ministry Ombudsman sits in on meetings, takes employee complaints and conducts interviews and meetings to advise and assist in grievances. The Ombudsman also interviews parties involved in any dispute and investigates their claims. They use proven mediation techniques to understand each party's perspective and reach a mutually beneficial agreement. In extreme circumstances, the Senior Undersecretary or Law Enforcement may need to be informed.

Payroll Coordinator -
The Payroll Coordinator oversees all documents regarding payroll, incoming and outgoing payments, budgets for all departments. They coordinate and communicate with the Senior and Junior Undersecretaries where required and keeps track of all expenses within each department. They also distribute bonuses to each department as the Ministry budget allows.

Human Resource Officers -
Human Resource Officers responds to assignments given by the Minister, Junior Undersecretaries and other Department Heads as needed. They attend to any Human Resource needs to the Ministry as a whole, when and where needed. HR Officers assist in the paperwork of hiring, training and termination employees, help prepare job descriptions and interviews, compile and update employee records and file paperwork as necessary. They may also assist in recruitment events as necessary.

Ministry Event Coordinators -
The Ministry Event Coordinators regularly arrange fun, team-building events for Level One and other departments as needed, such as employee dinners, holiday get-togethers, etc. Coordinators will also work with the Human Resource Officers in planning/implementing new employee inductions. They also respond to any requests for Ministry-wide events, including (but not limited to) employee dinners, holiday get-togethers and level wide parties and meetings.They also liaise with other departments if they wish to run their own event.

Ministry Recruitment Officers -
The Ministry Recruitment officers attend job fairs, career fairs and other scheduled events in order to scope out potential future Ministry employees. The recruitment officers must have a wealth of knowledge of all departments and its positions in order to best assist potential employees. Recruitment officers make yearly visits to Hogwarts as well as Wizarding Universities to answer questions and assist.

Administrative Assistance

Level One Receptionist -
The Level One Receptionist and Secretary responds to assignments given by the Minister, and Senior and Junior Undersecretaries. The Receptionist receives and responds to general owl messages (simple questions or requests from the public), attends to tasks at the front desk of the Minister of Magic's Office (greets and directs visitors, responds to general questions), and may be assigned the task of creating, sending out, and or delivering notices and letters from the Ministry and/or Minister's Office.

Ministry Scribe -
The Ministry Scribes shadow the Minister and Senior and Junior Undersecretaries when needed and completes all documentation tasks for them. Welcome Witch or Wizard -
The Ministry Welcome Witch/Wizard is hired through the Minister's Office, but will work behind the podium at the entrance of the British Ministry of Magic (located in the Atrium). Duties expected of the Welcome Witch/Wizard include ensuring that all visitors are fitted with badges to describe the nature of their visit, maintaining the cleanliness of of his/her podium, and surrounding areas. There might also be a time when the Welcome Witch/Wizard will be asked to do other cleaning activities within the Atrium (when she is not otherwise busy). This job is one of the more important ones because this is the first impression some people have of the British Ministry of Magic, so a warm smile and positive attitude are MOST necessary.

Ministry Gift Shop Attendant -
The Ministry Gift Shop Attendant is hired through the Minister's Office, but will work in the Ministry Gift Shop, which represents all levels within the Ministry (located in the Atrium). She/He will be expected to maintain its appearance and content, as well as the cleanliness within the shop. This basically means she/he will be checking inventory, stocking shelves, sweeping and wiping counters, as well as making sure the merchandise remains appropriate to the standards of the British Ministry of Magic.

Ministry Daycare/Nursery Supervisor -
The Ministry Daycare/Nursery Supervisor is the person over the Ministry Daycare/Nursery Attendants. As the Supervisor, they are responsible for the following tasks: Assigning daily tasks to Daycare and Nursery attendants, handling the organization of activities, supplies, and approving field trips (i.e. to the park or just around the Ministry). They will also work hand in hand with the Department Head in the organization and upkeep on Childcare Agreement forms. This includes making sure all information on the forms is current and accurate! The Daycare/Nursery Supervisor will be required to do employee evaluations at the end of each Ministry term (for Daycare/Nursery staff ONLY).

The Ministry Daycare/Nursery Attendants are a part of the Daycare Sector, and as such are under the direction of the Daycare/Nursery Supervisor, AS WELL AS the Senior Undersecretary. They are primarily responsible for the following tasks: attending to the health and welfare of Ministry workers' children during regular business hours, organizing activities for the children that will promote learning and creativity (in all ages), and the general upkeep and sanitation of the Daycare. Ministry Head Healer -
The Ministry Head Healer acts as the leader and voice of the Ministry Healers. As the Head of this sector, they are responsible for the following tasks: organizing and recording patient data to backup files, reviewing supply inventory, reordering supplies, potions, and other health-related materials when necessary, and handling the more severe patient cases. They will also be responsible (and held accountable) for any severe ailments brought about by negligent 'Healer practices.' The Head Healer is NOT required to do employee evaluations at the end of each Ministry term, as all Healers must answer directly to the Department Head, who will evaluate them individually at the end of each Ministry term.

Ministry Healers are a part of the Healer Sector, and as such act under the direction of the Department of Specialties Division Head. As a Healer in the Ministry, they are responsible for the following tasks: organizing and recording patient data; administering potions and treatments to Daycare and Nursery children, as well as employees inside the Ministry; proper disposal of implements and potion vials (when necessary); and keeping track of supplies used. Public Information Services

Public Information Services Commissioner -
The Public Information Services Commissioner works with the Minister, and Undersecretaries to create and distribute official Ministry statements. They also relay information to and works with the Media Liaisons and the rest of the division to organize and properly distribute information. They stay up-to-date on newspaper articles, opinion articles, and other quips regarding the Ministry to moderate and respond as necessary.

Media Liaisons -
The Media Liaisons coordinate with the Commissioner to stay up to date on Ministry publicity. They will also liaise with the Wizarding Media (Daily Prophet, Quibbler, etc.) and act as spokesperson regarding official ministry stances, particularly where the Minister or relevant department head is unable to speak. They also attend all press conferences and work with department heads to ensure the right face is presented on sensitive issues. The Press Secretary in particular is the first face of the Ministry in all official correspondence and works closely with the Minister and Senior Undersecretary to present the Ministry in the best possible light.

Magical Maintenance

Magical Maintenance Supervisor -
The Magical Maintenance Supervisor is the person over the Maintenance staff. The supervisor of this subdivision works under the Senior Undersecretary. As the Magical Maintenance Supervisor, they will be partially responsible for assigning tasks and jobs and making sure said jobs are completed. They will also be required to do employee evaluations at the end of each Ministry term (for Maintenance staff ONLY).

General Magical Maintenance are a part of the Ministry Maintenance Sector, and as such act under the Magical Maintenance Supervisor. Education Office Supervisor -

Student Aid Advisers -
The Student Aid Advisers help less fortunate students and their families with finances for attending Hogwarts and Wizarding University. They create budget plans with the families for their student and create an allowance per student to pay for books and supplies and all other school-related finances as necessary.

Wizarding Examination Proctors -
