Sure, I can do this, do you have any other pictures of Ryan though? Those may be a little hard to work with resolution wise..If you want I can look for some, and if you still want it to be black and white I can change it to that for you...

I don't mind, though your second image doesn't work. the way you've put it up here is hotlinking it..and from what it says when I open the link the site has something in place against that, so you're going to have to save it to your computer and then upload it to an image account..Sorry about this it may be easier if you do the same with both images...
