2. With these pictures:  I don't have any for you! I'm sorry!  Feel free to look for some if you want, but I don't really care if it has any pictures. Just go creatively wild with it. If you do decide to go hunt for pictures, I like anything vintage-y and black and white or whatever you think fits the lyrics. If you don't go with any pictures, you can leave the background blank OR you can do whatever you want. I'm leaving it all up to you!
3. and THIS size: I don't have a real preference. Whatever looks good as long as it fits with SS requirements.
