I'm going to let you know now that making her eyes blue is impossible. They're too dark for it.
Also, do you have any high quality photos of her? I can't really do anything with one picture, especially when it's that size.
And lastly: what do you mean by "slightly smaller than allowed size"? Are you taking in KBs? Height? Width? Both? Why don't you just give me a size? Or, what are you looking to add in? One line, size 11 text? One line, size 15 text?
