Becky and Linda's Ministry Profile Pic Contest!

Well, now we have a siggy contest for the school, a profile pic contest for the school and finally a siggy contest for the Ministry - yay! That leaves only one thing missing, and we are here to fill that. This is to announce our Profile Pictures contest, and they will be centered on Ministry characters only. Each round we'll choose the model and post the challenge, and you will have four days to PM your entries to the current round host! It's that simple! The models benefit, too, as they get to keep and use all the fabulous profile pics they receive. What could be better?

[x] Ministry characters only, thank you. This includes all levels of Ministry employees, from the lowliest worker all the way up to the Minister herself!
[x] Characters chosen for competitions must be active members of the Ministry. Active means that they must have posted more than just that one time in the last 2 months. Special Ops, Daily Prophet and Diagon Alley shopkeepers and assistants are also eligible to participate.
[x] As much as possible, I would like to see this go in order by level, starting with the Minister's Office and ending with the Shopkeeper level, just as it is in the Ministry. -

[x] If we post one character for a competition and you PM us entries for another character... your entries won't be entries anymore. Keep to the current theme, please!
[x] You can enter up to two PPs per round.
[x] No animated graphics, meaning nothing moving.

Why this charrie should be chosen - Mrs. Taylor is the newly elected Minister of Magic, so choosing her for this competition would be a great way to celebrate that! Her owner, Tiff, puts a lot of hard work and dedication into the MoM, too, so I think honoring her with profile pics would be awesome!
Special details that would be helpful to people in making this profile pic - Just that she's Minister of Magic, a master potioneer, and she bakes one heck of a souffle!
