Here's a postie. I'm sorry it's kinda short.

Emmy skipped into the girls’ dorm, but then stopped short when she saw Alivia and Lily eating cookies in the middle of the floor.

“Uh-oh. Cookies…that can only mean one thing. What happened?” Emmy asked.

“Remus broke up with her,” Lily answered. Aww…poor thing, Emmy thought. Emmy knew that Alivia had really loved Remus, so she hugged her gently.

“Aww Liv, I’m so sorry,” Emmy said sadly. Alivia shrugged it off, eating another cookie.

“It’s his loss. Want a cookie?” Alivia replied, offering Emmy a cookie. She took it and smiled.

“Remus has been replaced by cookies. He should be depressed,” Emmy teased and the girls giggled.

“Miss Benson!” McGonagall cried, making Emmy turn around quickly. McGonagall was motioning for Emmy to come into her office. Emmy obeyed, wondering what the professor needed.

“Yes Professor?” Emmy asked. She had been on her way to class, and now McGonagall was making her late.

“As you know, the end of the year is approaching very quickly,” McGonagall started. Emmy was well aware of this fact. N.E.W.T.s came along with the end of the year and Emmy had been cramming for them every night.

“Yes,” she agreed.

“Well, every year after N.E.W.Ts and O.W.Ls, the seventh years are given a party for their hard work over those seven years. Every year we get a band to play. Professor Dumbledore and I were wondering if you would mind singing,” McGonagall finished.

“Sure! That would be fun!” Emmy replied and McGonagall smiled.

“Good! Thank you Miss Benson, you may go to class now,” she said, dismissing Emmy. Once out of the McGonagall’s office, Emmy broke out into a room, knowing she was going to be late for History of Magic. Emmy skidded into the classroom where Binns was already lecturing and she slid into her seat next to Sirius, who was passing notes with James.

“You’re late Emily,” Binns said writing something on the board.

“I know,” Emmy replied, running her hand through her blonde hair. Sirius flashed her a smile and winked, then continued to write to James.

Lily looked down at her N.E.W.T.s in front of her with her heart beating quickly. She read the first question and smiled. It was so easy. 1. If you wanted to stun someone, what spell would you use? Lily scribbled down “Stupefy” and moved on to the next question.

Emmy sprinkled glitter in her blonde hair, ready for the party. She was wearing a white cotton skirt and a purple tee shirt with pink and blue butterflies. Her hair was down around her shoulders and sprinkled with glitter. She had French manicures her nails and carefully applied make-up. She slipped on her white flip-flops from Hollister that her parents had sent her and she walked down to the Great Hall. The professors had transformed the great Hall into a fabulous party room with a platform for Emmy to sing on, and speakers in every corner. The lights had been taken out and replaced with black and colored ones. Emmy scurried behind the platform to where McGonagall was waiting for her. She pointed her wand at Emmy’s throat and muttered a spell.

“So you don’t need a nicphoney or whatever they’re called,” McGonagall explained and Emmy nodded, holding back laughter at McGonagall’s pronunciation of “microphone”, knowing if she laughed or talked, the entire hall would hear her.

“Okay everyone, you all know her, you all take classes with her, and we all love her. Give it up for Hogwarts’ very own, Emmy!” a voice announced. Emmy came bouncing up onto the stage as the lights flashed. Emmy was honestly surprised her fellow seventh years were as excited as they were. She thought the excitement of her being a celebrity would’ve worn off by now, but she was obviously wrong.

“I’m comin’ out so you better get this party started. I’m comin’ out, I’m comin’ I’m comin’ out so you better get this party started,” Emmy sang and everyone started jumping up and down to the beat of the song. She finished the song with a smile on her face. The crowd cheered as the music started for her next song.

“You keep watching the rain come down, yeah. Pretty princess broken crown, yeah. And you dreams have all burned out, but you don’t know that they brought you here somehow? All you need to know is you’re home, where secrets are told. See a new world unfolding. Where hearts are one, the pain’s undone and you’re finally belonging, yeah. What made you cry can make you smile, again,” Emmy sang, walking across the stage. She saw Sirius blow her a kiss, and she smiled.

See a new world unfolding, where hearts are one, the pain’s undone, and you finally belong, yeah,” Emmy ran her hand through her soft hair, ready to sing it out.

Sirius gazed up at Emmy happily, his hands in the air, waving slowly back and forth with the crowd. He loved hearing her sing, and he loved it even more when she wasn’t in Spain.

“Two months is too little. They let him go, they had no sudden healing. To think that providence would take a child from his mother while she prays is appalling. Who told us we’d be rescued? What is changed and why should we be saved from nightmares? We’re asking why this happens to us who have died to live, it’s unfair,” Sirius looked beside him to see Lily and James kissing. Sirius smiled, secretly wishing he and Emmy were doing the same thing. He looked back up at Emmy, listening to her beautiful voice.

“This is what it means to be held. How it feels, when the sacred is torn from your life and you survive. This is what it is to be loved and to know that the promise was that when everything fell, we’d be held. This hand is bitterness, we want to taste it and let the hatred numb our sorrows. The wise hand opens slowly to lilies of the valley and tomorrow. This is what it means to be held. How it feels when the sacred is torn from your life and you survive. OK, before I forget I'm gonna give credit to the people who's songs I'm using. So...thanks to Natalie Grant, a person I can't remember, Enrique Iglecias, and my sister Leah, who helped me write the song "Fairytale Lie."

I kept meaning to do that, and I kept forgetting. Anyway, here's another postie.

James wrapped his arm around Lily's waist, feeling the floor vibrate under his shoes to the beat of Emmy's song.
Fairytales are such lies. Someone should set them straight, how not every girl's a princess and Prince Charming doesn't always come. Frogs don't turn into handsome men and knights in shining armor aren't real. Kisses don't bring you back too life and Rapunzel's hair was just too long. I wanna be like Cinderella and wear glass slippers to a ball. I wanna be like Snow White and have a prince's kiss awaken me. I wanna be like Aurora and have my prince slay the dragon, but my crown is bent and the dragon killed my prince. Dream don't always come true and you don't always find your love. The crown doesn't always fit just right and the glass slippers are too tight. You can't always be a Disney princess and have everything turn out just right. I wanna be like Cinderella and wear glass slippers to a ball. I wanna be like Snow White and have a prince's kiss awaken me. I wanna be like Aurora and have my prince slay the dragon, but my crown is bent and the dragon killed my prince.

James buried his nose in Lily's red hair. She smelled like lilacs and her hair was as soft as velvet.

"I'll be your prince baby, and I promise to stay away from the dragons," James whispered. A smile formed on Lily's pink lips and she gently kissed his cheek.

"You better stay away from those dragons," she teased, snuggling up against him.

So where's my Prince Charming or my knight in shining armor? The one I had was a fake, and was only a loser in aluminium foil. I want to find the one I belong with and live my own fairytale. Oh yeah. I want to be a princess. Mmm, oh oh. Fairytales lie. Yeah, yeah, fairytales lie.

"Oh, oh! Fairytales lie!" the entire room screamed along with Emmy.

Larissa approached her master, her head down in shame.

"You have failed to kill the rockstar," he hissed.

"I know! I'm sorry," Larissa muttered, feeling her eyes swim with tear, but the master only rolled his eyes.

"Sorry doesn't cut it. You must be punished. Crucio!" he shouted.

"May I have this dance?" Sirius asked. Emmy put down her water bottled and faced him. She had finished singing, but now her throat was dry and sore. She decided she would just have to ignore it.

"Yes you may," Emmy replied taking Sirius's hand. Across the room, Alivia had hooked up with some Ravenclaw and was dancing with him.

Sirius wrapped his arms around Emmy's small waist as Emmy snaked her arms around his neck.

Let me be your hero. Would you dance, if I asked you to dance? Would you run and never look back? Would you cry, if you saw me crying? Would you save my soul tonight? Would you tremble if I touched you lips?

Sirius gently ran his finger over Emmy's soft lips, making her smile. She placed her head on his shoulder, gazing at her engagement ring that sparkled under the lights.

James grabbed Lily's hand and motioned for her to follow him. Lily followed him until they were outside by the lake's edge. She could hear the music from the Great Hall, even from outside. James pulled Lily closer to him, squeezing her against him.

"Lily, I love you," James told her softly. Tell me what we've got, tell me it's a lot. Tell me it's the real thing.

"I love you too James," Lily replied, her face buried in his neck. A year ago, Lily never would have guessed she would be so in love with James Potter, but here she was...loving him. James let go of her, and took her hands.

"Lily, I am madly in love with you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?" James asked pulling a diamond ring from his pocket. Lily's eyes filled with tears of happiness and she nodded.

"Yes!" she exclaimed. James slid the ring on her finger and kissed her deeply.

Remus pulled Tonks closer to him on the couch walking his fingers up her arm slowly.

"I think it's really sweet of you to skip the party for me," Tonks said looking up into Remus's crystal blue eyes.

"I wanted to," Remus replied as Tonks ran her hand up his torso.

"I love you," she whispered.

"I love you too," Remus replied.

Emmy stared at herself in the mirror, amazed the person staring back was really her. Her hair was up in a messy bun, with curls falling out of it. Two curls framed her face and small fake flower were twisted in with her golden mane. A white veil was placed on her head and flowed down her back to her waist. Her dress was a perfect white with beads carefully sewn into it. Lily appeared in the mirror next to Emmy, a smile plastered to her face.

"You look gorgeous. Let's go," Lily said. Emmy took one last look at herself in the mirror and left the dressing room. Lily, Alivia, and Sirius's friend Heather he had met two summers ago stood in a clump, dressed in their pale pink bride's maids dresses.

"Ready?" Alivia asked. Emmy nodded and they walked up the stairs to the sanctuary of the church. James, Remus, and Alivia's boyfriend, Justin stood together, complaining about having to wear dress robes, but were still smiling. Emmy assumed Sirius was already at the front of the church since it was bad luck for the groom to see his bride on their wedding day.

The music started and heather and Remus started down the aisle followed by Lily and James and then Alivia and Justin. Emmy took a deep breath to try to get rid of the butterflies that had taken up residence in her stomach. She took her dad's arm, shaking a little.

"Ready?" Mr. Benson asked. Emmy nodded and took her first step down the aisle. Here we go! she thought.

Sirius beamed at Emmy as Mrs. Benson practically squeezed the guts out of her.

"I can't believe my baby's all grown up!" Mrs. Benson cried as a tear rolled down her cheek.

"Oh Mama. It's not like I'm going to disappear off the Earth. Sirius and I will visit every weekend," Emmy replied. She saw Sirius smirk out of the corner of her eye so she secretly stomped on his foot.

"Well...okay," Mrs. Benson sniffed as Alivia walked up, almost as pale as Emmy's dress. Emmy's mom gave her daughter one last squeeze before running off to find her husband.

"Emmy, I really need to talk to you," Alivia said glancing over at Sirius. He quickly got the hint that he wasn't wanted at the moment and scurried off to talk to James.

"Liv, what's wrong?" Emmy asked. Alivia pulled Emmy over to a corner. Her hands were like ice and she was shaking ever so slightly.

"I really don't want to dump this on you on your wedding," Alivia said softly.

"It's okay Liv. Just tell me what's wrong?" Emmy replied. Alivia paused for a long time before speaking.

"Emmy...I'm pregnant," she said, her voice quivering. Emmy nearly had a heart attack as her eyes practically jumped out of her head. She looked over at Justin who was chatting away with James and Sirius.

"With him?" Emmy asked motioning toward Justin. Alivia looked down at her white high heels and nodded.

"I really didn't mean to. It just...happened," Alivia said, "I don't know what to do."

"We'll get through Liv. I promise we will," Emmy swore.

Emy stiffled a yawn, leaning against her suitcase as Sirius checked into the hotel. He walked back over to her sleepily.

"Let's go up to our room," Sirius said picking up his suitcase and leading Emmy up the carpeted staircase to their honeymoon suite on the second floor. He unlocked the door and they walked into the suite. Emmy closed to door behind her and dropped her suitcase. She flopped down onto the neatly made bed, watching Sirius close the window curtains and adjust the room temperature and she smiled. She couldn't believe they were actually in maui, Hawaii, married, and on their honeymmon. Sirius strolled over to the bed and flopped down next to his wife. She snuggled up ahainst him and closed her eyes.

"What do you want to do tomorrow?" Emmy asked Sirius, resting her head in the crook of his arm.

"Whatever you want to do. Hey, don't you think we should change before we just fall asleep here in our clothes?" Sirius asked.

"I suppose," Emmy replied rolling off the bed and crawling on the floor over to her suitcase. Emmy pulled out a pair of pink shorts and a pink and blue tee shirt and pulled them on. Sirius had stripped down to just a pair of black boxers with orange and red flames on them. Emmy eyes him and a huge grin played at her lips.

"Ooo. That's hot," Emmy said as she glided over to her husband and she ran a hand down his bare chest. Sirius flashed a grin at her as he wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Hot? I was aiming for sexy," Sirius teased. Emmy giggled, looking around the suite. She hadn't really noticed how beautiful it was until now. It was a monsterous room with a king size bed, a kitchenette with a juice bar, and a couch. The bathroom was almost as big with a jacuzzi that Emmy knew she would use at some point. Both rooms were painted light blue with beach themed decorations.

"Sexy would work too," Emmy joked. Sirius smiled and rested his chin ontop of her soft blonde hair.

"I love you Emmy," Sirius whispered. Emmy snuggled up against him, loving how his strong muscular body felt against her small delicate one.

"I love you too," Emmy replied.

Well here's a short little post. I'd post more, but my computer's being weird.

James walked down the dark street in Godric's Hallow and stopped in front of the beautiful two story house. He smiled, pleased with himself. He had bought it last week, but Lily didn't know that yet. Godric's Hallow was going to be a marvelous place to live and raise kids. He and Lily both agreed they wanted kids.

James took one last glance at the house before apparating back to the Potter mansion.

Remus sat on his bed with a quill in his hand and a piece of parchment in front of him. He had to break up with Tonks. He just had to. He lowered his trembling quill to the paper, but liefted it again. He loved her too much...but wasn't that the reason for breaking up with her in the first place? She didn't know about his "furry little problem" and if she did, she would drop him like a fly. Also she was four years younger than him and still in school, yet for some reason that he couldn't quite pinpoint, he loved her. He had to break it off to protect her, but he just couldn't bring himself to do it.

Another short snippet simply because.

Sirius heard a ringing beside him, pulling him out of a peaceful sleep. He saw it was the phone on the night stand next to the bed and picked it up, mainly just so it would shut up.

"'Lo?" Sirius mumbled sleepily into the receiver. Instead of someon replying on the other end, there was soothing music and birds chirping. Confused, Sirius turned to Emmy, who was asleep beside him.

"Emmy!" Sirius said quietly, making Emmy roll over and looked at him.

"Huh?" Emmy replied in responce.

"What's this?" Sirius asked handing her the phone. Emmy pressed the phone to her ear and she rolled her eyes.

"It's the wake-up call smart one," Emmy said somewhat annoyed as she yawned.

"Oh. Well, I've never stayed at a hotel before," Sirius said in his defence as he crossed his arms over his chest.

"Well, welcome to the twentieth century. The century where people stay in hotels," Emmy teased as she closed her eyes again. Sirius flopped back down into the pillows and glanced over at Emmy. He snuggled up to her and she laid her head on his bare chest.

"Emmy?" Sirius said, wanting her attention.

"Yeah?" Emmy replied as Sirius gently ran a finger up and down her tan arm.

"I don't know. I just felt like saying your name," Sirius replied with a grin, holding Emmy tightly against him. She smiled, and looked up at him with her bright green eyes.

"You really are adorable you know that," Emmy said softly. Sirius chuckled and gently kissed her forehead.

"I know," he replied.

Alivia reread the letter quickly before sending it off with her owl. She couldn't help but smile as she jumped off her bed and walked down into the kitchen. She poured herself a glass of orange juice and sat on the counter, gulping it gleefully. Everything was turning out right.

Emmy sat on the bathroom floor, leaning against a wall. She had been sick every morning for the past three days. She didn't know what it was that was making her sick, but whatever it was, it was bad. Sirius walked into the bathroom wearing satin athletic black shorts and a green tee shirt. He frowned when he saw Emmy on the floor.

"Are you sick again?" he asked. Emmy nodded miserably as another wave of nausea hit her. Sirius sat down next to her, pulling her blonde hair back away from her sweaty forehead. Emmy leaned against him and closed her eyes, hoping it would make her feel better, but it didn't. She felt Sirius put his hand on top of her head.

"Poor baby," Sirius said quietly pulling Emmy into his lap. They sat there on the bathroom floor for what seemed to be forever, Sirius holding Emmy, rocking her back and forth.

"Don't you have to go to work?" Emmy finally asked.

"Yeah. I better go soon," Sirius replied with a sigh. Emmy stood up to let Sirius get up, and her head started to spin with dizzyness. Sirius gave her a quick kiss and left the bathrrom. Emmy slumped against the wall and slid back down onto the floor, sweeping her hair back from her face. What was making her feel so awful?

"Aww. That's a cute picture!" Alivia said pointing to a picture of James kissing Lily's cheek under the Eiffel Tower. Lily had a completely shocked look on his face.

"Thanks," Lily replied with a smile.

"I want pretzels," Emmy announced randomly. Lily raised an eyebrow at her friend.

"There's some in the kitchen," Lily told her and Emmy jumped up and disappeared into the kitchen. Alivia turned another page in the photo album to reveal more pictures.

"Did you guys go to a French market?" Alivia asked and Lily nodded enthusiastically.

"Yes! It was so amazing! There were at least two hundred people on this little bitty street buying groceries," Lily replied flipping back to find the pictures of the French market.

"Lily! Do you guys have caramel sauce?" Emmy yelled from the kitchen.

"In the fridge!" Lily yelled back. What on Earth does she want caramel sauce for? Lily wondered.

"Found it!" Emmy informed then. She returned to the living room with a bowl of pretzels smothered in caramel sauce.

"Eww!" Alivia cried as Emmy ate one and Lily wrinkled her nose in disgust.

"I had a craving," Emmy admitted inocently. Hadn't Emmy just been sick that morning? Pretzels and caramel sauce probably weren't too good if she was sick.

"Emmy, weren't you sick this morning?" Lily asked as Emmy flopped down in a chair.

"Yeah. I have been every morning this wekk. It's so weird. I'm fine by about noon or so," Emmy replied, her interest on her pretzels. Lily and Alivia looked at each other then back at Emmy.

"You're pregnant," they said in unison making Emmy gag on a pretzel.

"I am not! That's impossible!" Emmy cried. Alivia snorted.

"Impossible! Yeah right! I mean, everyone knows you and Sirius aren't exactly innocent you know," Alivia objected. Emmy crossed her arms over her chest, a frown on her face.

"I am not pregnant," Emmy protested. Lily crossed her legs, not sure whether to believe Emmy or not, but she figured they would all find out soon enough.

Emmy sat down on her bed, her heart pounding against her rib cage. Lily sat down beside her, a slight smile on her face. She had convinced Emmy to buy a muggle pregnancy test and Emmy bought it, just to prove she wasn't pregnant, but now she wasn't so sure.

"Nervous?" Lily asked. Emmy shook her head, knowing it was a big fat lie. She was shaking she was so nervous and she dreaded going back to the bathroom to see her results. Lily pointed at the clock and Emmy's stomach dropped down into her feet. It had been three minutes...the amount of time it took the test to get results. Emmy walked into the bathroom, weak in the knees. She stood at the sink and looked down at the little white strip on the counter. No! I can't be pregnant! Emmy thought in shock as her eyes widened, but the little blue line said it all. She was pregnant.

Lily walked into her house long after dark and kicked her shoes off. She hung her jacket in the closet, wondering where James was. She found him in the living room watching a Quidditch game on TV. Lily sat down beside him and his arm quickly found its way around her.

"Emmy's pregnant," Lily announced and James's mouth dropped open a couple of inches.

"You're kidding," James said as he carefully stroked his wife's arm.

"Nope. I'm dead serious. I saw her test results," Lily told him, resting her head against his broad muscular shoulder, burying her face in his warm neck.

"Well, I guess I'm not too surprised. Those two can barely keep their hands off each other for two seconds," James said with a smile as he turned off the TV. Lily giggled, wrapping her arms around her husband.

"I'm happy for them. Emmy's always wanted kids," Lily said, looking up into James's glistening hazel eyes.

"I'm happy for them too," James agreed, resting his chin on the top of Lily's head. He stifled a yawn and closed his eyes.

"Tired?" Lily asked and James nodded.

"Yeah, let's go," James said slipping out from under Lily's small body. He scooped her up in his arms, carrying her upstairs. Lily squealed as she was carried down the hall to their bedroom, yet giggled.

"Put me down!" Lily demanded, a smile on her face as James kicked open the bedroom door.

"Certainly," he answered and dropped her onto the bed. Lily screamed, grabbed the collar of James's shirt, and pulled him down on top of her. Without delay James seized his chance and kissed her deeply.

"James," Lily whispered, running her fingers through his messy black hair.

"Yeah?" James replied as he sweetly kissed her neck.

"I love you," she replied. James smiled down at her and kissed the tip of her freckled nose...then her lips.

"I love you too Lily Potter," James replied and Lily sighed. Lily Potter. It had such a nice ring to it...

Emmy stood in the shadows of the hallway, watching her handsome husband flip through a magazine while sitting cross-legged in a chair across from the fire in the living room. Sirius was so amazing. Simply amazing. He wasn't the same Sirius Black she had met at school, whose eyes always sparkled with mischeif and was always getting detentions for various pranks he pulled and for breaking the rules. No, this Sirius was different. This Sirius was kind and gentle. He wouldn't hurt a fly. This Sirius's deep chocolate eyes glistened with love and adventure.

So his personality may have changed, but his appearance was the same. He was still the gorgeous hunk that caught girls' attention faster than Emmy could say "he's married".

Taking a deep breath to calm the nerves that were raging through her body, Emmy stepped into the brightly lit, large living room. She padded across the cream colored carpet to Sirius and carefully lowered herself into his lap. Sirius looked up and smiled.

"Hey babe," he said and planted a soft kiss on her lips. Emmy grinned in return, the warm sensation of his kiss still lingering on her mouth.

"Hey. I have to tell you something," Emmy replied quietly, looking out the monsterous glass window. The sky was clear, showing off the sparkling stars in the darkness.

"And what's that?" Sirius questioned, curiousity in his large eyes. Emmy's heartbeat quickened, her hands growing cold from nerves. What if Sirius freaked?

He dropped his magazine on the floor and wrapped his arms around Emmy's thin frame, holding her against his chest.

"I...we...you're..." Emmy stuttered, her mind and heart racing. Sirius raised an eyebrow and studied her face.

"Just spit it out babe," Sirius insisted. Emmy took a deep breath and closed her eyes. She opened them again, a little relaxed.

"I'm pregnant," Emmy said, staring at the wall. She looked back at Sirius whose mouth was hanging opened. Slowly, his mouth formed a smile and he hugged her.

"Oh Emmy! We're going to be parents!" Sirius cried and kissed her forehead.

"So you're not upset?" Emmy asked, her bright green eyes meeting his as he laughed.

"No way!" he confirmed and Emmy let herself relax. Her nerves diappeared and she rested her head against Sirius's chest.

"I love you," Emmy said softly, staring up at the cresent moon that was easily seen out the window.

"I love you too," Sirius replied as he buried his nose in Emmy's platnium blonde hair.

"Apparently," Emmy teased as she gently patted her stomach. Sirius chuckled and kissed the top of her head. He tightened his small wife and they sat like that for the longest time.

Well, I really need to get this FF over so here's another post.

Remus folded the letter he had been delaying for weeks and gulped. He couldn't believe he was actually going to break up with Tonks. If you love her, do it! Remus told himself. With a deep sigh Remus handed his owl the letter. He ran his hand through his hair feeling depressed.

"Why can't I just be normal?" he asked to no one.

Lily woke with a yawn and rolled over to face James. She was surprised to see he was awake and staring at her.

"Morning," Lily whispered and gently kissed him.

"Morning love. Have I ever told you that you look fabulous in my clothes?" James asked leaving a trail of kisses down her neck. Lily giggled like a little girl and looked down at James's tee shirt and lounge pants she had taken from his dresser.

"No, I don't think you have," Lily replied as James gently kissed her collar bone.

"Well, you do," James told her. Lily smiled, glad it was Saturday and she didn't have to get up and go to work. She let her hands make their way to James's bare chest as he kissed the base of her jaw. Lily could feel his hands sliding up her stomach and to her ribs, making her heart flip.

"James don't," Lily warned. Immediatly James removed his hands and stopped caressing her body with kisses.

"What the matter babe?" James asked propping himself up with his elbows. Lily simply shook her head and slid out of bed.

"Just don't," she said and walked out of the room and down the stairs to where the house elf, Koetter, was making breakfast.

"Good morning Mistress," Koetter greeted cheerfully as he flipped a pancake.

"Good morning Koetter," Lily replied, flashing a smile to the friendly house elf. James came bounding down the stairs wearing a pair of black and pink stripped boxers.

"Good morning Master," Koetter welcomed, putting warm pancakes on a plate.

"Morning," James muttered before turning to Lily. "Are you mad at me?"

Lily shook her head as she walked into the living room, leaving James in the kitchen. He chased her into the room and grabbed her wrist.

"Why are you ignoring me?" James asked, wondering what was wrong with his wife.

"I'm not!" Lily snapped, pulling out of her husband's grasp.

"Well now you're yelling at me," James insisted, crossing his arms over his chest.

"No I'm not James. I'm snapping at you," Lily corrected and James smirked in annoyence.

"Well what are you doing that for? Five minutes ago you were all happy and then I touched you and you flip! What's up with that?" James demanded to know.

"I'm pregnant James!" Lily screamed at him before she even knew what came out of her mouth. Did I just say that out loud? she wondered. James's eyes widened, telling Lily that she had indeed said it out loud. Without delay, James grabbed Lily by her shoulders and kissed her. He felt Lily's body relax against his own as he gently rubbed her tongue with his. She slowly pulled away to see James smiling.

"I'm gonna be a dad?" he asked. Lily nodded and snuggled up against his chest.

"I'm sorry for getting mad," she said apologetically.

"It's okay baby. It's okay," James replied. Lily smiled, happier than she had been in a very long time.

Sirius placed his hand on Emmy's bulging stomach. The baby due any day now. Under his hand he felt a slight jolt, and gasped, excitement dancing in his eyes.

"It kicked!" Sirius announced joyfully. Emmy giggled and placed her hand on his cheek.

"I know," Emmy said, a smile on forming on her lips. Sirius gently kissed her. He couldn't wait to be a dad.

The Dark Lord paced the old musky room. He knew something was going on that he did not know about. He wanted to know what it was, and he wanted to know now. Frustrated, he called for Wormtail. The blonde young man appeared at his feet in a low bow.

"Yes Master?" Wormtail asked in a squeakish voice. The Dark Lord's thin lips curled into an evil smile.

"Wizards are plotting against me aren't they?" he asked the servant bowing before him. Slowly, Peter nodded. "Wormtail, bring me Severus."

Sirius looked at the tiny baby girl in his arms, a huge smile displayed on his face. Meggie Julia Black had been born the night before. Sirius couldn't remember a time when he was ever happier. Carefully he handed his sleeping daughter back over to Emmy who was also beaming. Meggie resembled a doll in Sirius's eyes. She had the softest baby skin and a little tuft of black hair on the top of her head. Sirius felt his spirits soar through the roof as he gazed at little Meggie in Emmy's arms. Nothing could ruin his day now.
