Stephie and Adrienne, thanks for your comments!!! Here's a post. I was bored so I typed it.

The Potter mansion was still decorated for Christmas even though it had been over for a few days. Sirius sat on the steps with James anxious for their friends’ arrival. They went back to Hogwarts in five days and they had been on vacation for a week already. Emmy had gone to Jamaica with her parents and Sirius couldn’t wait to see her. She was probably tan too which made his heart flip. He looked over at James, who was looking right back at him.

“Nervous for tonight?” James asked and Sirius just nodded, unable to speak. The doorbell rang and both guys jumped up to answer it. Remus was standing on the snowy porch holding his suitcase and a bag of presents.

“Mooney! Come on in!” Sirius exclaimed taking the suitcase from Remus.

“You’re the first one here,” James said putting the presents under the tree that was almost dead.

“Aren’t I special,” Remus said sarcastically.

“Yes! You are special Remmy,” Sirius replied and Remus and James chuckled silently.

Sirius paced the living room wondering where Emmy was. Remus, Lily, and Alivia were sitting on the couch watching Sirius freak out.

“Chill Siri. She’ll be here soon,” James said, but Sirius continued to pace back and forth, staring at the carpet as he did so.

“What if her plane crashed and she died? What if she decided to go back to Spain? What if she decided that she’s too good for us and hates us all?” Sirius questioned and James rolled his eyes.

“She’s a celebrity Padfoot. She’s probably just fashionably late or she got delayed by the paparazzi. I can assure you, she’s fine,” Remus promised. Just then, the doorbell rang and Sirius threw it open.

“Sorry I’m late,” Emmy said stepping into the house. Sirius stared at her, speechless. While in Jamaica, Emmy had dyed her hair a beautiful shade of brown.

“Oh my God! You dyed your hair! It looks so good!” Sirius cried hugging Emmy like he hadn’t seen her since he was five.

“Thanks,” Emmy replied hugging him back and kissing his cheek.

“Emmy! Love your hair,” Lily and Alivia exclaimed in unison, hugging her with Sirius. Once they all let go of Emmy she put her presents under the sad looking Christmas tree.

“Glad you’re here Emmy. If you weren’t I think Sirius would’ve died,” James said. Emmy smiled over at Sirius and he melted. She had the brightest smile that could light even the darkest room. She also had the nicest tan. It looked like the sun had just kissed her. Then her newly brunette hair…wow.

“Did you miss me?” Emmy asked Sirius.

“Of course I missed you,” Sirius replied kissing her cheek. She hooked her arm through his and his heart sped up. He could hardly wait for tonight.

“Open the square one first guys. They’re all the same and I want to see your reactions, plus I got them free,” Emmy said as her friends opened the gifts from her. They had a system for opening presents that Emmy thought worked quite well. Everyone would open from one person at the same time, then they would move onto the next person. When Sirius had his present opened he burst out laughing.

“Yeah I bet these were free alright,” Sirius said laughing. The rest finished peeling the paper away from the present and either smiled or laughed. Emmy had gotten them all a copy of her CD.

“My producers sent me about ten copies and I had to get rid of them somehow. Now open the other one. I promise it’s not so cheap,” Emmy said as they started on their second present.

“Well, we like them even if they were extras,” Lily joked. Emmy smiled as they all struggled to open their present. Sirius finally opened his and held up a bottle of his favorite (rather expensive) cologne smiling.

“Oh, she thinks you smell,” James teased making the girls giggling.

“Haha, very funny Prongs. Thank you Emmy,” Sirius said. Emmy had gotten James and Remus gift cards to Zonko’s and Honeydukes, Alivia a necklace from Jamaica, and Lily had also gotten a Jamaican necklace, but in a different color.

“Thank you Emmy,” they all chorused.

“You’re welcome,” Emmy replied.

Sirius saw Emmy standing in the doorway under the mistletoe. He walked over to her and pointed up. Perfect Emmy! Sirius thought.

“You’re under the mistletoe,” Sirius said and kissed her, his heart thumping hard.

“I guess I am,” Emmy said between kisses. Sirius snaked his arms around her thin waist and pressed his forehead against hers.

“Emmy, can I ask you something?” Sirius asked, now even swallowing was hard.

“Sure. Shoot,” Emmy replied. Sirius pulled a white box out of his pocket and lowered himself onto one knee. He opened the box to reveal a sparkling diamond ring as Emmy gasped, covering her mouth.

“Emmy…will you marry me?” Sirius asked. Emmy nodded furiously.

“Yes!” she cried as Sirius slipped the ring onto her finger. Emmy pulled Sirius up off his knee and kissed him again. After all, they were still under the mistletoe…

"Are you guys ever going to let go of each other?" Alivia asked Sirius and Emmy. She was sitting on his lap, holding both of her tiny hands tightly enclosed in his.

"No," Emmy and Sirius said simultaneously.

"You know, I helped Sirius get you that ring," Lily said and Emmy raised an eyebrow.

"No you didn't," Sirius argued.

"Yes I did! I told you her ring size," Lily protested folding her arms over her chest.

"Oh yeah. That's helping a lot," Emmy said with a laugh.

"I want to go swimming," Remus announced out of the blue.

"Me too," Alivia agreed.

"Me three," Sirius added. James looked at them awkwardly, then at the clock on the far wall.

"It's after midnight," James said looking back at his friends.

"So? You're pool's indoor. Let's go swimming," Emmy said excitedly. James shrugged, giving in, and stood up.

"Okay, but you need to change," James said heading for the stairs.

"Who says? We can go skinny dipping," Sirius suggested as his lips curled into a grin. Remus and James laughed, Lily and Alivia looked appauled, and Emmy smacked him across the face...but not too hard.

"CANNONBALL!" Sirius bellowed while jumping into the pool in a ball. Emmy looked up from her teenager fashion magazine, smiling.

"Having fun?" Emmy asked. Sirius shook the water from his shaggy black hair and swam to the side of the pool where Emmy, Alivia, and Lily were lounging in their bikinis.

"Maybe. You girlies need to get in the water," Sirius said pushing himself out of the water.

"No we don't," Emmy, Alivia, and Lily argued. Sirius leaned over Emmy dripping water onto her. She pushed him away wiping water off her face.

"Sirius! You're getting me wet!" Emmy cried using a towel beside her to dry off the drips of water.

"Am I?" Sirius asked scooping her up and carried her over to the pool as she screamed and kicked her legs. Sirius dropped his fiancee into the pool, grinning from ear to ear. Emmy surfaced, spitting water out of her mouth.

"Sirius Black! I'm going to kill you!" Emmy screamed as she climbed out of the cold water, her hair dripping.

"Uh-oh," Sirius muttered.

"I'd run if I were you," James suggested.

"HELP!" Sirius shouted, running around the pool deck.

"This should be interesting," Remus said floating on his back. Emmy chased Sirius around the deck trying to avoid wet spots so she wouldn't slip and end up in the water again. Sirius looked back at her and screamed. He stumbled, giving Emmy plenty of time to catch up to him. Emmy pushed a screaming Sirius into the pool, his arms flailing. Sirius broke the surface of the water, spitting water and gagging. He quickly grabbed Emmy's arm and pulled her in before she knew what hit her. She kicked back to the surface and took a deep breath. Sirius smoothly grabbed Emmy by her bare midriff and pulled her towards him.

"Forgive me?" Sirius asked. Emmy kissed him passionately, answering his question.

"Aww!" James and Alivia cooed. Lily and Alivia finally eased into the cool water of the pool, watchin Sirius and Emmy. They finally broke apart and Sirius quickly ducked under the water, swimming along the bottom of the pool. When he came up for air Emmy splashed him. He turned around to face her, shocked. He splashed her back, but she turned before the water hit her in the face.

"Hey!" Emmy cried smiling.

"I wanna join!" James shouted splahing Lily. She screamed and splashed Alivia, who splashed Remus. Before you could say "hocus pocus" they were all splashing each other in a water fight, laughing their heads off in the process.

Sirius and Emmy were sitting on the floor, snuggled togetherm under the warmth of a fleece blanket. They had all changed into warm fuzzy pajamas, then gathered around. Alivia had fallen asleep in the chair, looking like a catepillar in a cacoon, with a blanket wrapped tightly around her. After a few minutes, Lily and James disappeared to somewhere (probably to make out), and Remus had decided to turn in for the night, leaving Sirius and Emmy alone. Emmy looked down at her engagement ring that was sparkling on her finger, then looked up at Sirius.

"I can't believe we're engaged," Emmy said gently touching his cheek.

"Well, believe it babe," Sirius replied with a smile and he kissed her fingertips.

Emmy woke when her phone started vibrating on her leg. She ran up the stairs to Sirius's room hoping not to wake anyone. Lily and James were asleep on the hallway floor cuddled together. Emmy flipped open her phone, noticing her caller ID said it was her mom.

"Hola Momma," Emmy answered.

"Emmy! I want you back home before you go back to school," Mrs. Benson replied.

"WHY?" Emmy asked in shock.

"Because I don't want you to be sleeping in the same room with three boys. It's not that I don't trust you Em, but if you make one mistake, you'll come home pregnant," Mrs. Benson said firmly. WHAT? Emmy wanted to scream but her held it in.

"Momma, I don't sleep in the same room with them," Emmy insisted, leaving out the tiny detail that she had just spent the night in Sirius's arms.

"I don't care. I want you in Spain by noon," Mrs. Benson protested sending Emmy's patience and temper straight through the roof.

"Too bad. I'm not coming! Adios!" Emmy replied sternly and hung up her phone and turning it off so her mom couldn't call back. She knew she would be in trouble when she came home, but she wasn't going to let that bother her right now. Emmy flopped back on Sirius's bed, running her hand through her newly brown hair, looking around Sirius's room. He had put up posters of her all over his walls. There was one of Emmy clinging to a banister with her head resting on it. There was also one of her sitting on the floor in a cute gray tank top with different colored flowers on it, jeans, and pink flip-flops. Emmy grinned slightly, remembering her year as a popstar, when she totally ignored the fact that she was a witch. She technically still was a celebrity, though she tried to ignore it. Although, when a fan sheepishly asked for her autograph at the airport, she couldn't help but put on the superstar act and smile through her jet lag.

"He put up those when we got home for break," came James's voice from the door. Emmy bolted upright to see James leaning against the door frame.

"What? The posters?" Emmy asked and James nodded, sitting down on the bed with her.

"He really missed you when you were gone. It's like he wasn't really Sirius. It was like someone had taken over his body. I mean, he never wanted to pull pranks, or anything the real Sirius ever wanted to do. He must really love you. Actually, I know he really loved you because he turned down at least fifty girls because he was still in love with you," James replied. Emmy looked at a poster of herself blowing a kiss and bit her lip.

"I know," she said.

Sirius finally woke around noon and immediatly sensed something was wrong. Emmy was no longer in his arms. His entire body ached from sleeping on the floor, but he climbed the stairs, wincing with each step. When he got to his room he saw Emmy sitting on his bed, a sad expression on her gorgeous face. He walked in and sat down beside her.

"Babe, what's wrong?" Sirius asked her. When she didn't reply he gently turned her face towards his.

"Sirius, I missed you so much. I love you," Emmy said.

Where'd my readers go?? *pouts* Thanks for commenting Steph! I like how they randomly went swimming too. =P I wrote that part after swim practice one day. Warning: the next few posts are kinda sad.

Siriurs, Emmy, Remus, Alivia, James, and Lily sat on the couch, counting down minutes until the New Year. Emmy was wearing her turquoise dress that Alivia had gotten her for her birthday since she and Sirius were going to the movies at exactly 12:01 for their first date of the new year.

"TEN MINUTES!" James announced.

"OKAY!" everyone replied. Emmy plucked a pretzal from the bowl of snacks and started nibbling on it. Sirius elbowed her to get her attention then motioned toward James, who was staring intently at the clock. Emmy giggled then rested her head on Sirius's firm shoulder.

"NINE MINUTES!" James yelled.

"Yes Clock Man," Alivia teased.

"Do you really have to yell?" Remus asked as he snuggled with Alivia, rubbing her nose gently with his.

"YES!" James screamed. That's getting rather annoying, Emmy thought.

"That's getting really annoying," Sirius said, somewhat irritated.

"You read my mind," Emmy said quietly to Sirius.

"EIGHT MINUTES!" James bellowed and everyone moaned.

"I have an idea!" Lily said, a light bulb going off in her head. She got up off the couch and sat down on the floor next to "Clock Man" and started kissing him.

"Well that shut him up," Alivia said with a small grin.

"Yup," Sirius agreed.

Sirius glanced over at Emmy who smiled and nodded.

"Hey Prongs," Sirius said to James who had Lily tightly wrapped in his arms.

"What?" James replied.

"ONE MINUTE!" everyone but James yelled. He crossed his arms over his chest and stuck his lower lip out.

"How rude," James whined.

"HAPPY NEW YEAR!" everyone shouted the second the clock said midnight. Emmy looked over at Sirius, a hopeful look on her face.

"First kiss of the new year?" she asked him. Sirius looked at Emmy lovingly and kissed her deeply, wrapping his arms around her waist as she did so.

"What an amazing first kiss," Sirius said, a huge smiled glued to his face.

"Would you two love birds just get out of here?" Remus asked.

"Gladly," Sirius replied jumping up, pulling Emmy with him to the door where they were going to apparate. Emmy opened the door and was surprised to find herself face to face with large group of papparazzi.

"It's Emily!" someone shouted as cameras flashed. Emmy's head was spinning as she tried to figure a way out. Run! her head was screaming, but she couldn't make her body move.

"Is he your boyfriend?" someone shouted.

"No! They're engaged! Look at her ring!" another replied. Sirius looked at Emmy, helplessly. How had they found her? Feeling dizzy, Emmy grabbed his arm for support. Why aren't you running? Emmy asked herself. It was like her feet were glued to the ground.

"Give her a smooch!" someone commanded.

"It's the same guy she was with in the music video!" another observed. Thinking quickly, Sirius grabbed Emmy's wrist and pulled her back into the house. She felt the room spinning, then everything went black.

Emmy felt a cool washcloth on her forehead causing her to bolt upright. She was sitting on the couch with Sirius, her hand tightly enveloped in his. Lily was sitting on the floor in front of the couch holding a washcloth that had water dripping off of it. Alivia, Remus, and James stodd behind Lily with pale faces.

"Emmy, are you okay?" Lily asked. Emmy nodded and looked at Sirius, who had fear in his eyes.

"What happened?" Emmy asked. The last thing she remembered was the papparazzi.

"You passed you and scared me half to death," Sirius said pulling Emmy up against him. Emmy looked around at everyone who were staring at her intently.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to scare you," Emmy said giving Sirius an apologetic face.

"Just don't ever do it again," Sirius replied brushing Emmy's hair out of her face.

"Only if I want to scare you all," Emmy teased.

Larissa quietly snuck into Emmy's dorm, not sure why she was being quiet. No one could possibly catch her since everyone was at dinner. She put a small wrapped box on Emmy's pillow, an evil grin plastered on her face.

"Well Sirius, say good-bye to your popstar...forever," Larissa whispered.

What's Larissa up to you ask? I guess you're just gonna have to find out, cause I'm not gonna tell you.

Emmy returned from dinner early, so the common room was quiet. She climbed the stairs to her dorm and ran into Larissa on the way up. Why isn't she at dinner? Emmy wondered, but shrugged it on, not really caring. Only one person was on her mind and that was Sirius. Emmy entered her dormitory ready to finish her homework so she could have the night off. Professor Flitwick had piled on the work with no mercy what so ever, so Emmy had to devour her food so she could get it done. She ambled over to her bed to get started, and to her surprise a small wrapped box was sitting on her pillow with a note attached to it. Happy Anniversary! Love, Sirius was all it said. Emmy raised on of her pretty blonde eyebrows in confusion, but she couldn't help but smile.

"I thought we weren't doing anything special until tonight after everyone went to bed," Emmy wondered aloud. It was her two-year anniversary with Sirius. It wasn't their actaul "anniversary" since Sirius had asked her out on Christmas of their forth year, but when they added the time they had actually been together and not broken up over silly fights, it was. They had figured it out on the train back to school since they were bored and there was nothing better to do. Emmy opened the box and found a bunch of little chocolate candies. As her smile widened Emmy dug out her notebook where she had started her essay for Charms. She continued to write it with her right hand while popping a chocolate in her mouth with her free left hand. Emmy had always adored chocolate, but these were the kind that just melted in your mouth. Suddenly out of the blue the room started to fade. Crap! Please don't let me faint! Emmy silently pleaded. She saw a flash of light in front of her eyes and fainted...

Sirius sat in the Great Hall with Remus and James thinking of Emmy. He wished she didn't have homework and she was still eating with them, gently rubbing her foot up and down Sirius's leg like she had been before she left. He could barely wait to give her the gift he got. Emmy was simply going to flip. He hoped her homework was done by the time everyone was headed to bed, from what she had said, she had a boatload.

"Padfoot, are you going to eat that?" James asked pointing to the raspberry tart on Sirius's plate with his fork.

"No, you can have it," Sirius replied pushing his plate toward James. Sirius really didn't want dessert since he had gotten Emmy a big box of chocolates, one of her favorite candies. He had the whole night planned, minute by minute. He would gently place a chocolate in her mouth, then kiss the tip of her nose...then her lips. Sirius sighed deeply, a lovey-dovey look on his face. The thought of kissing Emmy made his heart skip a couple of beats. He rested his chin in his hand, his elbow on the table. He had kissed Emmy many times before, but his desire and obsession was growing. Sirius was more than in love with Emily Benson and he knew it.

"Sirius!" Remus exclaimed pulling Sirius out of his daze. His head shot up and his arm fell off the table and into his lap.

"What?" Sirius asked, wondering what could be so urgent.

"We thought we had lost you. You had the goofiest grin on your face and you were so dazed. I don't even want to know what you were thinking mate," Remus answered. Sirius rolled his eyes, knowing exactly what Remus thought he was thinking.

"It wasn't anything like that!" Sirius insisted.

"Sure...what a girl can do to a guy..."James said eating another spoonful of chocolate pudding.

"Oh whatever," Sirius cried and left the Great Hall. He scurried down the corridor to the library, hoping that would help him kill some time.

Larissa hid behind a bookshelf watching Sirius flip through a Quidditch magazine. It made her heart ache to know that he was going to be so sad...but when she made her move, his gorgeous face would be smiling again. Larissa's best friend, Kayliee, walked up and stood beside Larissa.

"I take it he doesn't know yet. He still looks really happy," Kayliee observed.

"You're right, he doesn't know yet," Larissa replied without looking away from Sirius. "Come on Kayliee, it's time to disappear."

Alivia and Lily entered their room to find Emmy sound asleep with her homework and a box of chocolates spread out around her.

"Sh'es probably really tired. Just let her go," Alivia whispered before Lily could wake her. Alivia and Lily quickly and quietly changed into pajamas so they wouldn't wake Emmy. Alivia flipped off the lights and crawled into bed.

"Goodnight Liv," Lily said from across the room.

"Night Lily," Alivia replied. She stared at the ceiling, wondering if Emmy was really okay. She never fell asleep doing homework.

Sirius paced the common room checking the time again. Emmy was supposed to meet him an hour ago. She was tired and just fell asleep, Sirius told himself, but he was still mad at her. She had never stood him up like this before. Giving up on waiting, Sirius stormed up the stairs to his dorm in a cloud of fury.

Peter approached his master with a smile on his face.

"She did it Master. She will be dead within the hour," Peter said happily.

"Good job Wormtail. Now we can get Black to join us. His brother might be helpful to you. You know what's next Wormtail," his Master replied. Peter bowed and scurried back into the castle.

Lily woke sometime in the middle of the night and looked of at Emmy. Strangely she hadn't the slightest bit. Lily walked over to Emmy's bed and panicked. Emmy wasn't even breathing! There wasn't even the slightest movement in her body. Lily quickly grabbed Emmy's hand which was stone cold. There was no pulse.

"Alivia!" Lily cried. Alivia shot out of her bed and looked around, her curls going everywhich way.

"What?" Alivia asked, a somewhat worried look on her face.

"We need to get Emmy to the hospital wing now!" Lily exclaimed.

"Miss Evans, you should probably go wake Mr. Black. He'll want to know what's going on," Professor McGongall told Lily. Emmy was settled into the hospital wing, but still out cold. Lily nodded and sped off to the Gryffindor common room. She bravely ran up to the boys' dorm and into Sirius's room.

"Sirius! Wake up now!" Lily whispered, shaking Sirius by the shoulders gently. Sirius grunted and sat up. He looked at Lily and blinked.

"Lily, what are you doing in here?" Sirius asked, confused.

"It's Emmy. She's in the hospital wing," Lily replied causing Sirius to burst out of bed and run out of the room. Lily ran after him.

"What wrong with her Flower?" Sirius asked as they ran out of the common room.

"Don't know. She's not breathing, she doesn't have a pulse, and she doesn't respond to sound or light," Lily replied. Sirius bit his lip and ran faster, almost running into Filch as he turned around a corner.

"Sorry sir," Sirius muttered. Lily hurdled over Mrs. Norris, trying to keep up with Sirius as he turned into the hospital wing.

"Sirius!" Alivia exclaimed as Sirius took Emmy's hand.

"What's wrong with her?" Sirius asked now stroaking Emmy's cheek. Madame Pomfrey laid her hand on Sirius's shoulder.

"She's been poisoned. I gave her the antidote, but it had already spread to her blood. There's a possibility it'll work and Miss Benson will be fine, but I'm not making any gurantees. The best we can do is hope," Madame Pomfrey replied sadly.

Okay, here's a post!! These next few chaptersactaully reduced my best friend to tears...she's really emotional...hope it doesn't do that to you guys.

Alivia watched sadly from the doorway as Sirius stroked Emmy's still face. Professor McGonagall and Madame Pomfrey had left the room, leaving Sirius, Lily, and Alivia alone with Emmy.

"Baby don't die on me. Remember all our plans? Remember all the good times we've had. Your lung capacity is getting much better! Remember how we were going to get married on the beach, then go to Hawaii for our honeymoon. We're going to name our first daughter Meggie like you wanted. Remember that Emmy? Please don't die," Sirius whispered as tears rolled down her cheeks. This was the first time Alivia had actually seen Sirius cry and it made her own eyes cloud over with tears. A few escaped and trickled off the end of her nose. Please God, don't let Emmy die! Alivia prayed.

James stared at Lily is disbelief. Emmy had been poisoned?

"You're not serious!" James shouted looking over at Remus, who was paler than usual.

"We're serious James. There's a big possibility Emmy's going to die," Alivia said with big tears in her soft blue eyes.

"Sirius probably won't be coming with us tonight then," Remus said to James.

"I wouldn't count on it," Lily replied knowing perfectly well that there was to be a full moon that night.

"Can we go see her?" James asked. Alivia nodded and they all ambled to the hospital wing. Sirius was still sitting at Emmy's bedside, staring at her hoping that she would wake up, or at least move.

"Sirius, are you okay?" James asked feeling sorry for his best mate. Sirius's eyes were red and puffy nd he was as white as Nearly Headless Nick. James knew if Lily was dying, he would look like that too. Sirius looked up at James and shook his head.

"No! I am going to murder whoever did this!" Sirius bellowed, standing up and kicking a table with all his might.

"It might've been an accident!" Remus argued, but Sirius wasn't listening even the slightest bit.

"LARISSA! I bet it was her! She's always hated Emmy!" Sirius shouted and stormed out of the room. James ran ofter him, curious to see what was going to happen. James tailed Sirius all the way to the Gryffindor common room where Larissa was sitting with one of her many friends, Lola.

"Why the h3ll are you trying to murder my fiancee?" Sirius yelled in Larissa's face, grabbing her by the collar of her robes.

"Sirius I'm not!" Larissa insisted, her face ashen with terror.

"Yes you are! What did you poison her with?" Sirius growled.

"I swear I didn't Sirius!" Larissa replied quietly.

"I know you did it and I'm going to prove it," Sirius threatened and returned to the hospital wing.

Here's the rest.

Lily sat down beside James in the common room.

"So what happened when Sirius left the room this morning?" Lily asked curiously.

"He tracked down Larissa and threatened her," James replied. Lily leaned against James and looked up at him.

"I feel so sorry for him. I think if Emmy dies he's going to die of depression right along with her," Lily said thinking of Sirius who was still in the hospital wing. He hadn't left all day and he hadn't eaten even a crumb. Madame Pomfrey had tried to force him to leave and go eat something, but he just melted down into a fight of tears and shouts at her.

"It's kind of romantic, like Romeo and Juliet, but I feel sorry for him too," James replied as Remus appeared from the boys' dorm. "Well I gotta go. See ya tomorrow night. Love ya babe."

James kissed her softly and left with Remus. Lily collapsed against the couch thinking of what couldn't possibly poisoned her best friend. There had only been her homework and a box of chocolates on her bed. Lily gasped.

"The chocolates!" Lily muttered under her breath.

Alivia and Lily bent over Emmy's bed to look at the box of chocolates. Sure enough only one was eaten.

"Let's take it to Dumbledore," Alivia said. Lily pulled on a pair of rubber gloves that she had taken from a First Aid kit her mother had packed in her trunk and carefully picked up the box of chocolates. The two girls carried the box to the stone gargoyle in front of the entrance to Dumbledore's office.

"What's the password?" Lily asked. Alivia gulped. She had no idea.

"I don't know," Alivia replied softly.

"Uh...lemon drops?" Lily guessed.

"Acid Pops-"

"Pumpkin Pastries-"

"Ice Mice-"

The gargoyle flew aside, revealing the spiral staircase to the Headmaster's office.

"Ice Mice?" Lily asked looking at Alivia who shrugged. They entered Dumbledore's office to find him sitting at his desk.

"Professor, we think these poisoned Emmy," Alivia said as Lily put the box on Dumbledore's desk. He leaned over them and took a careful sniff.

"These are most definately poisoned," Dumbledore confirmed and he pointed his wand at the box. A flash of purple light hit it. Lily and Alivia both recognized it as the DNA spell, often used by the Ministry to help solve murders by using it on suspects wands. One person who had touched the box had been...Emily Benson. Seconds later, another name was spelled out in midair. Larissa Yamen!

That's all now. =) Kinda left a little cliffe. Hehe.
