She didn’t notice that she was being watched by Si, Lissy and Lady V in the corner of the room.
“She looks happy, look how purple her eyes are! She also seems to be radiating light, like someone put a thousand light bulbs under her skin.” Lady V Said
“Yes she does look happy, but do you think she will be able to put personal feelings aside and spy on him?” Si asked concerned
“I have no idea, she is very good at spying and all of that. But this is the first time her heart is involved.” Lissy added
“Very true.” Lady V said nodding
“I’m just not sure she can handle it, after all she is very young, she hasn’t been doing this as long as we have.” Si said
“I agree.” Lady V said still looking at Princess Thea who was laughing at something Jack said
“We should give her time.” Lissy said
“We might not have time, if he is in fact trying to kill Harry potter then we need to find out immediately!” Si snapped
“Yes we know that. I say we call a meeting with Ottery, and see what he has to say. We will take it from there.” Lady V suggested
“I agree, I’ll go talk to him right now.” Si replied as she marched over to where Ottery was standing by the doors.
“Poor Princess Thea, things are not looking good.” Lady V said sadly “I hope she is ready for what is to come.
“Me too.” Lissy said as they watched their young friend smile and laugh with Jack.
“Your name is what?” Jack asked Princess Thea as he laughed
“Princess Thea Elizabeth Marie Andrina Piper Noelle Gate the Third” She said with a straight face.
“Wow, how can you be the third?” He asked baffled
“It’s easy, 2 other women in my family have had the same name so I’m the third.”
“How do you remember all of that?” He asked laughing again
“Well it gets easier as you get older, but believe me when I was in first grade, it was so hard to write out! I would spend almost an half an hour on my name alone!” She exclaimed as Jack laughed again. They had barely eaten anything, because of having laughed and talked so much.
“Oh my goodness I need to get to potions class!” Princess Thea said looking at the time.
“Well I’ll walk you!” Jack said rising from the table
“Are you gonna walk me to all my classes?” Thea asked playfully
“I would like to walk with you for the rest of your life.” Jack said seriously looking down at her
“Oh my.” There she went again, jelly, man why did this boy had to have this affect on her?
Jack smiled “c’mon let’s go or you will be late for class.” He flashed her one of those knee melting smiles and they headed for class. Princess Thea didn’t even notice Ottery and Si watching them
“You see what I mean?” Si said “Look how happy she is, do you really think she will be able to do this mission?”
“Well who could blame her? He is a really good looking guy. I‘ve never seen her this happy before, her eyes really light up the room.” Ottery said looking at Princess Thea’s brilliantly vivid purple eyes that seemed to shine with an amazing inner light
“Ottery! This is serious. He might be the spy who wants to kill Harry Potter, What are we going to do?” Si asked more insistent this time
“I say we give her some time,” Lady V said as she and Lissy joined them “She will do it. It will probably be very hard for her though.”
“I say we let her think she is still doing her mission but have one of us follow them and get what he says. Cause I mean did you see her? She looked like she was on cloud nine.” Si argued “I mean I love Princess Thea too, but we are talking about Harry Potter’s safety.”
“Why can’t we give her a chance? She’s stronger than we think.” Lady V protested, Princess Thea was very special to her and she couldn’t stand hearing people talk about her this way.
“We can’t give her a chance if Harry Potter is in danger.” Si spat
“But we don’t know if he is the spy.” Lissy added
“Ottery! What do you think? It’s obvious we are getting nowhere!” Si exclaimed
“I say we do both, give her a chance and have someone follow her. She is young but she is good, I hope that all you angels will all try and help her with this. It will not be easy for her, she needs all the help we can give her. But there is a bit of danger with this, so I suggest we get all of you to follow her, I‘m gonna call a meeting tonight. Princess Thea won‘t be there and we can make up schedules and things. But don‘t let her know you are following her. She won‘t like it.” Ottery said
“What time is the meeting going to be? And how will you not let Princess Thea be there?” Si asked
“The meeting will be at 7, and I have my ways for her to miss the meeting, something is going to mysteriously come up. But Lady V I want you to tell her about the meeting.”
“Tell her about the meeting? Okay.” Lady V replied
“Now that we have that covered, Who are you girls going to the Halloween ball with?” Ottery asked looking interested
“I’m going with Draco.” Si said “ He asked me last night, after I got back from the meeting.”
“I want to go with Lupin.” Lissy said “But I haven’t got the nerve to ask him yet.”
“Lupin?” Lady V said giggling
“Yes Lupin!” Lissy said “What’s a matter with him?”
“Well he is kind of old.” Si said
“You forget how old we are.” Lissy said
“Yes I do, hanging out with all these teenager make me wish I was one again.” Lady V said sighing
“I wish I was young again.” Ottery said sighing “But oh well looking young is another way to go, so who are you going with Lady V?”
“I’m going with George Weasley, he asked me at breakfast this morning.” Lady V said blushing slightly.
“Who is Princess Thea going with?” Ottery asked
“I thought you knew she was going with Jack?” Lissy asked
“Well that is what I heard but, I wanted to make sure.” Ottery said quietly
“Who are you going with Ottery?” Si asked
“Well, I was thinking about going with Mel, my friend from third year.”
“That sounds pretty cool.” Lady V said
“Yeah it’s okay, hey we need to get to class or else and I don’t want Snape yelling at me, he ticked off enough as it is about that closet incident.”
“Closet incident?” Lady V asked
“Yeah umm..” Ottery blushed “I gotta fly.” and he raced out of the room
The Angels just looked at each other and shrugged. They had better get a move on it too if they were going to make it to class!

That day was a blur for Princess Thea, Jack walked her to everyone of her classes, and then he walked her to lunch. But during lunch he was called away by someone and Princess Thea began to catch her breath. She had learned a lot about him, his favorite color (Red), type of music ( rock ), he even quoted movie lines like she did ( but why is the rum gone?). And he had an affection for the muggle sport baseball, like Princess Thea did. They even liked the same team, The San Francisco Giants! But there was nothing else that would help her out, no deep dark secret, no skeleton in the closet, no nothing. The thugs even liked him! Spike had given her a thumbs up sign when Jack’s back was turned. He was just a kind, funny, smart, romantic, handsome man. That could kill Harry Potter! She sighed and pushed her food away, She couldn’t do this! She needed to talk to Ottery and now. She got up from her table and looked around, she didn’t see him anywhere, so she raced out of the dining room only to run straight into Lady V knocking her to the floor!
“Oh my goodness, I’m so sorry!” Princess Thea said as she helped Lady V up off the floor.
“It’s okay, I didn’t to be standing anyway!” Lady V said laughing “where are you off to in such a hurry?”
“I need to find Ottery, do you know where he is?” She asked frantically her eyes turning a dark green like they always did when she was upset.
“Yeah I know where he is but I need to tell you something first.” Lady V said noticing how frantic she was
“What?” Princess Thea said looking around
“There is a meeting tonight at 7 in the room of requirement.” Lady V said smiling “And Ottery is in the Library.” She said as Princess Thea started to race down the hall. “Thank you!” She heard as Princess Thea’s voice floated back to her. She shook her head and walked into the dining room.
“The library.” Princess Thea had heard and she was off, she said a quick “Thank you!” and rushed down the hall, her robes billowing behind her, dodging people and trying not to run into teachers. Especially Snape, the last thing she needed now was detention. She picked up her robes so she could run better and burst into the library where she looked around to find Ottery. She spotted him sitting at a table alone with his nose buried in a huge thick book. She ran over to him and panted “I,, I ,, I need to talk to you.” She said her breath coming in gasps and a sharp pain forming in her side and tears were starting to fall.
Ottery looked up a tad stunned to see Princess Thea before him, slightly disheveled and panting her eyes a brilliant green and tears running down her face. Not to mention the four thugs that had run to catch up with her and were now standing behind her panting too.
“Princess Thea! Trying out for the marathon team?” Ottery said a tad sarcastically
“No! I need to talk to you. Do you have a minute?” Princess Thea said as she sank into the chair beside Ottery.
“Yes I have a minute, I was just studying for a class of mine. what’s wrong?” Ottery asked looking concerned
“ I can’t do this!” She exclaimed and put her head down on the table and started to cry.
“You can’t do what?” Ottery asked looking a bit taken aback, he wasn't used to girls crying.
“This! I can’t do this! I can’t spy on Jack!” She raised her head and tears were streaming down her cheeks.
“Why can’t you spy on Jack?” Ottery asked in a comforting voice.
“Because, He’s too nice and too sweet, and too cute, and when he looks at me I turn to jelly!” Princess Thea leapt up and started pacing around Ottery’s table. Ottery wisely put a silent charm on the librarians door so the librarian wouldn’t come and yell at them.
“So you like him?” Ottery said watching her pace up and down tears still flowing down her face
“Yes I like him! I like him too much! I can’t spy on him! How can a boy that sweet and kind and gentle and romantic want to kill Harry Potter? I just can’t do it!” She sat back down and laid her head in her hands and wept. Ottery went over to her and patted her head, looking a tad uncomfortable.
“Princess Thea do you think we would give you this mission if you couldn’t handle it?” Ottery asked while he patted her head
“I can’t do it Ottery, I just can’t.” She said raising her head from the table. “I know Harry needs to be protected, that’s why I can’t do this mission.”
“You can’t put Harry’s needs in front of your own?” Ottery asked now smoothing her hair.
“I want to, but I don’t know how I can.” She said looking distressed
At that moment Jack burst into the library, and he strode over to where Princess Thea was. “Thea?” He asked looking very concerned “What’s wrong?”
Princess Thea got up and flew into his arms and just cried harder. Jack put his arms around her “shhh” He soothed “it’s going to be alright.”
“No it’s not!” Princess Thea cried into his shoulder
Ottery got up and went around to where jack was standing looking bewildered and holding a sobbing Princess Thea in his arms. “Ottery, What’s wrong?” Jack asked
“Girl stuff.” Ottery replied “she’s had a hard day, why don’t you take her back to the common room and then maybe do something special for her tonight. You can use the room of requirement.” Ottery said smiling
“Okay, thanks Ottery.” Jack said looking relieved
“No problem.” Ottery said as he walked out of the library and gave Si a thumbs up as she was right by the door.
“Meeting tonight, 7 o’clock the dungeons.” He said as he passed her
“The dungeons?” Si asked as he walked past “Why?”
“Cause the room of requirement will be busy!” Ottery said smiling and walked toward his next class.

Well here is a nice little post for you. I will be gone for the weekend. I'm going to a wedding.

Princess Thea
Princess Thea was still crying into Jacks robes It wasn’t it fair, she thought. She finally found a nice, cute, funny guy who wasn’t obsessive and who liked baseball and who actually liked her. And he might be a spy! This is soo my luck!
“Princess Thea are you okay?” Jack asked as she sobbed
“Yes! I just like to cry. “ She said as her sobs subsided
Jack smiled “but why are you crying in the first place? Was it something I did?” He asked quietly kissing the top of her head
She looked up at him into those beautiful green eyes and said “No it’s nothing you did, how could you do anything?”
“I’m glad. I don’t want to ever do anything to hurt you.” he said softly
“Me neither.” She said as she snuggled against him.
“Why don’t we go back to the common room and sit in front of the fire until you calm down?” Jack suggested
“Yeah I would like that.” Princess Thea said smiling up at Jack her eyes starting to go purple again.
“Good and I have a surprise for you tonight.” He said as the moved into the corridor
“You do?” she said lighting up “I love surprises!”
“I figured you would.” He said and laughing they went up the stairs to the Gryffindor common room not seeing Lady V, Lissy, Shannon and Candy go over to the table in the library where they had just vacated. They had all witnessed her breakdown, as Lady V informed them and they had all hurried up to the library. Fortunately Princess Thea’s thugs had blacked them from view and they snuck to a row of books besides Ottery’s table.
“Wow.” Lady V exclaimed “Did you see her in there? I’ve never seen her like this.” Lady V said her heart going out to her friend. She wanted to make it alright, tell her that she knew for sure that Jack wasn’t a spy. And that Harry wasn’t in danger.
“Me neither.” Shannon said as she felt for her friend. “what are we going to do?”
“We will find out tonight at the meeting I guess.” Lissy said tears still in here eyes.
“But what happens if we have to follow her around? Or worse, forbid her from seeing Jack at all.” Candy said
“I have a plan.” Lady V said “We will go to the meeting tonight, and agree with everything Ottery says. Then we will carry out our own plan.”
“What is it?” Candy asked
“First of all I want everyone to dig into Jack Snow’s background, find out everything you can about him. Then I want to investigate every new 6th and 7th year student to Hogwarts. If Jack isn’t the spy we need to find out who is!” Lady V said
“That’s a great idea!” Shannon exclaimed
“Yes it is!” Lissy added “And there is only 3 new 6th and 7th new student to Hogwarts Jack Snow, Noah Gate a 7th year Ravenclaw and Caleb Black a 6th year Slytherin.”
“Okay, Shannon you take Caleb Black, Lissy you take Noah Gate and I’ll take Jack Snow.” Lady V said
“What about me?” Candy asked
“You have a very important job Candy. You need to find out why exactly Dumbledore thinks Jack is a spy” Lady V said smiling at Candy
“Wow, okay! I will do that!” Candy said
“Good, now don’t let Ottery , Si or Princess Thea find out. We need this to be a secret.” Lady V looked around at Shannon, Lissy and Candy who were all nodding. “Okay girls lets get moving!” and at those words four girls scattered very quickly.

So anyways, Princess Thea, I'm sorry I'm late. I just caught up, I hope you didn't think I had abandoned you. Why? No one's ever been sweet enough to write me into one of their fics so, yeah, I won't be dropping your fic anytime soon. Your fics in my siggy isn't it? Consequently those are the only fics I'm reading, if you're not there sorry.
Sorry, Lissy, I'll try reading your fic later, I can't right now. My life's in the pi *remembers there are ladies present* that is to say, uhm, my life is in flux at the moment. No one PM me. I let my inbox fill up because people were asking really intrusive questions, people I don't even know. Lately I've been getting a lot of underhandedly mean remarks and snobbery thrown my way here on SS and I don't know why. So I'm taking a low cover...I need this like I need a hole in the head. As if my life wasn't complicated enough, right?
So that's why Thea. Don't think I'd drop your story. You're too sweet. Have fun at the wedding, don't cry too much. Weddings always make me cry. Quote:

BTW, Shannon's having surgery so...she's probably not going to be here too soon, and Candy's swamped with siggy requests...which is why I haven't bugged her with one.

Here is something short and sweet! There will be more drama later! heheh
Back in the Gryffindor common room Princess Thea and Jack were sitting by the fire.
Princess Thea had finally calmed down and was enjoying sitting next to Jack, Her head on his shoulder. He smelled good too, a mix of aftershave and soap. Princess Thea inhaled deeply and smiled.
“You feeling better?” Jack asked as he stroked the top of her head
“Yes I’m feeling much better, thanks you for being so great. I’m sorry that you had to see me like that.” She said as she sat up to look at him
“It’s okay Thea, really. I’m glad you trust me enough to cry in front of me! I just wish I knew what was wrong and how I could make it better.” He said as he looked down at her
“I do too Jack, I do too.” She snuggled back up against him and wished she could tell him what was wrong, that he was the problem. That he might want to kill someone and that it was tearing her apart. They sat there for a long time for a long time like that, Princess Thea’s head against Jacks shoulder and his arms around her. They didn’t speak, each was busy with their own thoughts, but it was a companionable silence and ever now and then Jack would kiss the top of Princess Thea’s head. Princess Thea wished this time would never end, that she wouldn’t have to leave and face Ottery and the Angels at the meeting.
“Are you going to be late for potions?” Princess Thea asked
Jack looked at his watch “Oh my goodness I am! Are you going to be okay? I can take Snape’s wrath if you want me to stay with you.” He smiled and she went weak in the knees
“Thanks but I think I’ll be okay, I have to get to charms anyway.” She replied as he helped her to her feet.
“Great I’ll walk you!” He took her arm and they walked to her charms lesson, “I’ll see you tonight at 7!” He said as he took off down the hall.
“Wait, 7?” Princess Thea asked as Jack stopped and spun around
“Yes 7, Ottery said we could use the room of requirement.” Jack answered starting back off down the hall.
“Ottery said? Okay I’ll see you then!” She was a bit confused that Ottery said it, Oh well maybe the meeting was cancelled. She took out a mirror and put her features back in order. She had been so happy, that not only her eyes but her hair was now a bright purple. “This has got to stop before I get expelled for purple robes!” She exclaimed shaking her head and walking into charms.
