Alrighty, I do believe it's time for a new post



“Date night? Who goes on date nights?” James asked with a scowl as Ruthie finished strapping on her shoes. She was wearing a green grass colored sweater dress that hung to her hips vivaciously. She had been dating Scorpius for three months now, and everything was going smoothly.

“I do,” she said in hurt tone. James rolled his eyes and she threw a pillow at him. He caught it before it could do any damage to his already ruffled hair.

“Where are y’all going?” he asked in mock curiosity and excitement.

“Oh shut it, James. Just because you don’t have a girlfriend doesn’t mean you have to diss me when I have a date.” Ruthie put her hands on her hips. Some of her hair fell around her thin head band. James scowled at her sourly and she made a face at him.

“Don’t worry, James… I have no plans so we could always hang out,” Leslie piped in. Ruthie suppressed a giggle and turned around so they couldn’t see her grinning.

James flushed red, nodding slightly. Ruthie moved toward the Portrait Hole as Leslie wished her good luck. She walked through hole and found Scorpius leaning up against the wall on the other side of the hall. Her small smile turned into a wide one as he smiled his radiant smile at the sight of her.

“Hi,” he said as he held out his arms for her. She walked up to him as quickly as she could without looking too eager.

“Hi,” she whispered as his arms encircled around her. She reached up on her tiptoes and his lips met hers. Even though they were no longer new at kissing, it was still something that made both of them fill up with butterflies. Their touch sent electric shots through each other’s veins and their burning desire never faded in the slightest. Ruthie pulled back from the kiss with an amusing smile playing on her lips.

“Hi,” she repeated with a chuckle. He grinned at her before kissing her forehead.

“C’mon, I have a surprise for you,” he chuckled, taking her hand. Ruthie laced her fingers through his as he led them down a hall. Instead of going down the staircase, they passed by it, heading to the North Tower.

“Why are we going up there?” Ruthie asked curiously.

“I told you… It’s a surprise. As in I’m not going to tell you,” he laughed.

Before they stepped through the door that would lead to the outside, Scorpius untangled his hand from hers and took a step back. His hands immediately went to cover her eyes, ignoring her protests.

“Okay, carefully, don’t trip over the threshold,” Scorpius said quietly, trying to not chuckle.

“Are you making fun of me being clumsy?” she asked in irritation.

“Maybe,” he laughed. Ruthie tried to nudge him in the gut with her elbow, but he dodged it, laughing even more now.

“Okay, only a little farther. Stop here!” Scorpius exclaimed. Ruthie couldn’t help but think about how cute he sounded when he was excited. “Are you ready?” he whispered into her ear, causing her to shiver.

“Mmmhmm,” Ruthie sighed. Scorpius slipped his hands down her cheeks and wound them around her waist. She hesitantly opened her eyes and then gasped.

“Scorp, you-you d-did all this?” she stuttered finally. He smiled against her hair as she turned around to face him. He nodded silently and she kissed him full on the lips.

There was a pile of pillows and blankets on the ground with a picnic basket full of delicious treats and a couple bottles of Butterbeer. A telescope was set up against the balcony and there was a radio set right near the blankets.

Chuckling, Scorpius towed her over to the balcony where the telescope was. She leaned over to take a look at all of the stars. The first one that came into view was the one she made a silent wish to.

Star light, star bright, the first star I see tonight; I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight… I wish…for nothing because I have everything I already want, Ruthie thought silently just as a shooting star flew through the night sky. She turned around to find Scorpius watching her, a smile on his face.

“What did you wish for?” Scorpius smirked.

“Nothing,” she whispered.

“How come?” he asked in confusion.

“Because I have everything I want already.” Ruthie leaned back against the stone railing of the tower. “What do you wish for?” she whispered.

“You,” he replied simply.

Ruthie’s breath caught. “You already have me.”

“Good to know,” he whispered.

“This is the perfect date,” Ruthie whispered.

“The only kind for you,” he whispered as he walked forward and wrapped his arms around her. She smiled widely as he reached for his wand and pointed it at a small radio. A slow song filled the air and they started dancing in circles. Ruthie rested her head on his shoulder as his arms tightened around her waist.

“I love you,” she whispered into his neck. She kissed his silky skin as he sighed.

“I love you, too,” he whispered back.

Theres been like this really good meteor shower over Scotland. There was one at summer and it was awsome, but in the one just now you can see up to 50 shooting stars an hour.

Hello Emily. I'm gonna half to make this short. I'm very sorry. I really like how smooth you write. It doesn't matter if the subject is happy, sad, lonely... you always write it smooth. It makes reading so much more enjoyable when you don't get jarred around from spotty writing. Hope you know what I mean. Anyway, your a good writer. Scorpius planned a perfect date and it was lovely. I was thinking the exact same thing as Katie, only for some reason I was thinking it was Rm no. 14. But it doesn't matter, it just reminded me of that.

I LOVE star gazing. And I can't believe you've never seen a shooting star! I watch them whenever I remember it's time for them to be coming. And did anyone happen to see the total Lunar Eclipse the other night? It was soooooo cold, but I braved it to see some of it.

New post?


Summer was mainly boring for Ruthie. Since none of the parents knew about her relationship with Scorpius, they really couldn’t see each other. Ruthie and the other Weasleys all went on their traditional vacation trip to their cabin in Greenland. Scorpius went to Paris with his family, though he didn’t have much fun. It was just him and his parents and since his parents went out every night, Scorpius was alone with nobody to talk to. As they got ready for their sixth year at Hogwarts, they both received a letter.

“Are you almost finished packing?” Astoria asked from the doorway of Scorpius’s room.

“Yeah, almost,” he replied with a sigh as he started moving his books into his trunk.

“Dinner’s almost ready, don’t forget to wash your hands,” Astoria said before climbing down the stairs.

Scorpius quickly went to his bedside table while he was alone and snatched up the picture of him and Ruthie. He placed it carefully on top of everything else and closed his trunk.

After washing his hands, Scorpius crept down the stairs of the manor and made his way to the dining room. The smell hit him first—spaghetti and garlic bread. He licked his lips absently as he sat down beside his father.

“Are you done packing?” Draco asked.

“Yup,” Scorpius said shortly as he started piling spaghetti onto his plate.

That was pretty much their conversation since Scorpius really couldn’t talk about his relationship with Ruthie. And school was just school. So they sat in silence until they finished eating and then Scorpius turned in for the night. After he brushed his teeth and changed into a pair of sweats, Scorpius retired to his room.

“What the!” Scorpius said suddenly as he saw a white owl perched on top of his trunk. After calming down from the near heart attack, Scorpius snatched the letter from the bird’s beak and the owl flew off.

I can’t keep lying to my parents. And I’m sick of being lonely over the summer because my boyfriend can’t come see me. I don’t know why we ever thought it would work. I mean, I’m a Weasley and you’re a Malfoy. Those families just don’t mix. I think it’s better if we see other people. Sorry.
Ruth.

Scorpius started breathing heavily as he read through the letter twice, three times, ten times in all before he finally balled it up and threw it across the room. He kicked his trunk with enough force to cause damage to his little toe. Without realizing it, his tears released as he jumped on his bed, muffling the choking sound coming from his throat with his comforter. The love of his life just broke his heart and he didn’t know what to make of his life anymore. There would be no one else he could or would fall in love with. He would die alone if Ruthie wouldn’t take him.

“RuthIE!” Emma screamed bloody murder from her bedroom.

“What now?” Ruthie muttered as she made her way to Emma and Geoffrey’s room. She ran into the room and saw Emma’s red face and teary eyes. She scanned the room for her little brothers that were probably the cause of this. “What’s wrong?” Ruthie asked frantically as she scooped Emma up in her arms and started rocking her.

“Why’dyewavetaleeve?” she cried into Ruthie’s shirt. Ruthie suppressed a laugh at the inaudible child in her arms. Ruthie decided she’d try again when Emma had calmed down.

“Everything okay up here?” George asked from the doorway in passing. He stopped in his tracks when he saw Emma crying in Ruthie’s arms. Ruthie shrugged.

I have no idea, but I’m all over it, she mouthed at him. He nodded, though still concerned.

“Call if you need reinforcements,” he said quietly. Ruthie nodded as he disappeared up the hall. Ruthie repositioned them on the bed so that she was propped back against the pillows and bed frame. Emma’s sobbing finally died down after about fifteen minutes as Ruthie stroked her hair.

“What’s wrong, Emmy?” Ruthie whispered.

“Why do you have to leave?” Emma hiccoughed.

“Ah, now I understand,” Ruthie murmured. “Emma, we’ve been through this. I’ll write you every other day if you want and I’ll see you all the time over holidays. And when there are Hogsmeade weekends, you can ask Mum or Dad to take you there and we can see each other there. We will see each other all the time; I promise.” Ruthie kissed Emma’s forehead as she nodded. They had this tantrum every year. Emma didn’t like being the only girl in the house, which is understandable.

After another half hour of calming Emma down by reading her a muggle fairytale, Ruthie tucked her into bed and then made her way to her own room.

“Hey, is everything good back there?” George whispered as he stepped out of his bedroom.

“Yeah, I took care of it. It’s the same thing every year,” Ruthie whispered back.

‘Yeah, well, we all miss you when you leave,” George grinned.

Ruthie rolled her eyes. “Would you like me to drop out like you did?” she asked as she put her hand on her hip.

“Not a chance,” George laughed as kissed the top of Ruthie’s hair. “Good night, Butterfly,” George said before going back to his room.

“Night, Dad.”

Ruthie walked into her room to an owl sitting on her windowsill. She didn’t recognize him, but he did have a letter tied to his leg.

She crossed the room in a few strides and opened the window. The owl lifted his leg and Ruthie gently untied it. The owl flew off immediately as Ruthie started ripping the envelope.

A single hymn bracelet fell to the floor. Ruthie picked it up, frowning. It was the one she had given Scorpius for their two month anniversary. She hesitantly unfolded the parchment.

Ruthie Weasley,
I must say, it’s not my taste. The bracelet that is. I’m more of a sparkly person myself. You’re probably wondering why I have it, huh? Well, your boyfriend gave it to me the other night when we were together, alone. I must say, he is a fantastic kisser, and his body… I’ll spare you the details. Stay away from him and I won’t embarrass you in front of the whole school by telling them that he cheated on you. Otherwise, you’ll be the joke of the school. I can promise you that.
Your Worst Nightmare.

Ruthie stared at the piece of paper, her jaw hanging open. She had no idea what to make of it. Scorpius didn’t seem like the cheating kind, but how else would this person have gotten his bracelet? As her tears released, Ruthie climbed into her bed, her letter still clutched in her hand. She felt like someone was repeatedly stabbing her in the heart with sharp glass or using the Cruciatus Curse on her heart alone. She fell asleep with tears still seeping through her eyelids.

Exhibit A was sent first, why wasnt Miss.Weasley upset further on in the post untill exhibt b came along if she had really sent it first....



Miss.Weasley was not upset before she got the letter. She said herself that Mr.Malfoy was not the cheating type. And that only once she read the letter, she was upset

It was also stated that Mr.Malfoy had a boring summer stuck in Paris, so how could he have possibly met up with this stranger unless they were from Beaubatons?

I believe there is more to this case than meets the eye. I will be watching for more evidence and clues that follow.

Both Miss.Wesaly and Mr.Malfoy seem to have all ths news taken as a surprise. But wouldn't Mr.Malfoy have regognised it at Miss.Wealeys handwriting? And What will happen back at Hogwrats when both have been told a different story.

James is so much like Harry, I wonder and hate who the person is whom sent Ruth that letter... And why do I get the feeling that whoever sent Ruth the letter is the same person who sent Scorpius the letter supposedly written by Ruth.

I have a shrewd suspicion, involving a certain pug faced slytherin's daughter... Merde, I've said too much!

“If I see him, I’m gonna kill him!” James said mutinously, a little too loudly. Some of the parents turned their heads as Ruthie hit James in the gut. “What was that for?” he protested.

“Will you shut up? I didn’t tell you so you could yell it for everyone else to hear,” Ruthie said angrily.

“Right, sorry,” James muttered. “So, how are you?” he asked quietly.

“Not so great,” she whispered. James sighed, pulling Ruthie into a hug.

“I’ll make his life hell this year if it’s the last thing I do,” he ranted.

“James, can we just forget about it and leave it alone?” James didn’t say anything, so Ruthie sighed. “Let’s just say goodbye to the parents and find a compartment,” Ruthie whispered.

“Yeah, let’s go,” James said as he let go of her. She saw Scorpius over James’s shoulder and looked away quickly before her tears could get the better of her.

“You promise you’ll write me every other day?” Emma whispered into Ruthie’s neck as she hugged her little sister.

“I promise,” Ruthie smiled. Emma nodded and went to grab her mother’s hand. Ruthie hugged all of her siblings and her parents before trudging onto the scarlet train, James and Leslie right behind her. Ruthie let James pass her absently as they searched for a compartment. Without realizing where she was walking, she ran into somebody, knocking them into the other compartment.

“Sorry, I wasn’t watching where I was—” Ruthie stopped immediately when she realized that it was Scorpius. “Oh, it’s you,” she said in a small voice.

“Yeah, it is me. And don’t bother apologizing. I get it,” Scorpius said evenly as he pushed past her down the hall. James started after him but Ruthie grabbed his arm and dragged him toward the compartment that Leslie found.

“I can’t believe he had the nerve to talk to you!” James said loudly as Ruthie closed the door to the compartment and shut the blinds.

“James, please, I really don’t want to talk about it.” Ruthie sat down opposite Leslie and James sat beside her.

“Fine,” he huffed.

“Whatever, I’m going to make sure Hoot is all right,” Ruthie said as she stood up to leave. She walked swiftly down the hall as the train made some smooth curves on the track. She opened the door to the animal compartment and sat down on some of the trunks, not bothering to even look for her snowy owl. She buried her head in her hands and let out a low sob. She had imagined her reunion with Scorpius much better than accidentally bumping into him in the hall and then him basically pretending she didn’t exist anymore.

She heard a scuffle from in front of her and her head snapped up. A figure came out of the shadows and her heart skipped a beat.

“S-sorry, I thought the compartment was empty,” Ruthie said quickly as she wiped her eyes.

“Wait, Ruthie, we need to talk,” Scorpius said quickly as he reached for her arm. She yanked it back from him, glaring.

“Just stay away from me,” she whispered before running from the room, leaving a hurt Scorpius in the shadows. She ran into the nearest empty compartment and slammed the door shut, locking it and closing the blinds. She threw herself onto the cushions and cried into the seats.

I think it didn't really give too much away and now I can't think at all! Emily, could we please have another post soon *smiles sweetly and bats eyelashes* I feel sorry for both Ruthie and Scorpious cause none of them really know the story. But I personally think that whoever did send those letters should be executed...OMG! Is it JAMES! We can't execute him! ... sorry that just came to me there...Or has Draco found out....ok I have to stop this, sorry.
