Another Luna poem

You won't accept me
I don't understand why
I wanna be free
Instead I continue to cry

So I am different who cares
I'm still the same as you
I have feelings that no one hears
No one believs I am true

The words stab deep inside
You may not realise it but it hurts
I feel like just trying to hide
As the tears silently pour

I wanna friend that's all I ask
Is it that difficult of a task

I love writing poems to and don't car that much about the rules. But some of yours almost follow the rulse quite closely. You have great talent. There is this poerty contest if you are interested I am sure you will at least get published and propabley get in the top ten. um Check it out at www.poeticpower.com It is ligentament so you don't have to worry about having your poem taken away from you.

Hey thanks for the link I'll check it out! Here's a poem from my novel I'm writing. It's the introduction
Desert Innocence
Lost in the dark no one around
What she says no one shall hear
She wears not a smile but a frown
Face is covered by so many tears

She hasn’t laughed in decades
She can barely even survive
The glint in her eye continues to fade
As she waits for the end of her life

Where she goes no one cares
They all talk behind her back
Friends? There is none there
Happiness she continues to lack

No one notices her waste away
She hopes for at least one joyful day

My only chance to happiness is leaving me
She was and is the only one that cares
Yet now she waves goodbye and doesn't see
The tears falling freely there

Now I only see her back no tears wher in her eyes
Her hair flowing behind in the breeze
I didn't even get the chance to say goodbye
The sun now disappearing behind the trees

I breathe deeply not taking in the scene
It couldn't be actually happening actually real
It had to be just had to be a dream
Or a sick trick of some enemy to lear

I watch as the car pulls forever deeper away
First my dad and now my mother leaves me to stay

OHH! That is so sad! But very good!

Good! quite moving if i'm honest.

Her eyes shoot open and stare into the night
The noise that had awaken her repeats
The dark presses in and blinds her sight
She shakes and her heart beats

Quiet footsteps of her own
Lead her to the winidow now open wide
All her life she's been alone
No friend to share with her feelings inside

Slowly every minute she has been wasting away
And no one ever cared or knew
She looked into the sky turning slowly into day
The black to purple to blended blue

She turns her head quickly to the clock as it strikes four
And then in a blink a second she is no more

ok this next one I complied some of the other poetry into one I may enter it into a contest tell me what ou think

Horror happened very quick
Didn’t give me any time
No justice, the good get sick
Like it thought I wouldn’t mind

Now everything is fading to black
The worried voices begin to drown
And it seems they ill never come back
Yet your painful cry is still so loud

And you yell at me to stay
But there’s nothing left for me
You say wait another day
I only want to be free

You take my hand as I slip into forever
Your tear, it falls while I leave to return never

I dream of a world with everything right
No one has a single fault
Continuous perfect day and night
Nothing goes wrong at all

There's no death to loved ones
You never see a person hurt by words
No one is ever left to be alone
No one knows what pain's meaning is for

People walk the streets at night without a drop of fear
Children talk to strangers without ending up missing forever
You never see a person with eyes full of endless tears
Married couples don't leave one another but stay together

Too bad in this world everyone is hurt every second of the day
No one know the true meaning of happiness or love's ways

How can you be here
Standing smiling in front of me
I watched you die with fear
And now you're back and free?

You're playing with my mind once again
You never cease to make me need you back
I see your face while dwelling in my pain
The joy from your innocent laugh I lack

You make me think you're really alive
Then disappear once I believe
To live on here without you I strive
But you make it hard, when you deceive

I long to see your face some day
Too bad Fate has it's own little way

There's something different about you
Your eyes sparkle in a mettalic way
Lighting up the room with an eery blue
The colour around us fades away

We're left alone together
You take my hand in your own
I want it to last forever
The sound of your gentle voice tone

You seem to study me
With awe and love in your eyes
In your arms I feel free
And like your own special prize

My eyes open in the night A dream it was only a dream
But how could I really believe someone would love me
