Yup, here is my post, as I planned!
Draco
I caught up to her after classes that day when she was walking down the deserted hallway. “Hermione!” I called.
I couldn’t believe I was doing this. Saying sorry to a mudblood. Then again, I did like her, I’ll admit. I still couldn’t believe it, though. It seemed to whir past me.
“I’m sorry,” I said in my most sincere voice. “Really, I am, Hermione. Just…could you…forgive me? It won’t happen again.” The words came rushing out before I knew what was happening. These days I kept doing things on impulse, which was weird. Maybe love did this to you. Wait, no, I wasn’t in love with Hermione. *cough*
Her face seemed to soften a bit. “You sure?” Her voice was quiet. When I nodded, she whipped out a piece of parchment. She pointed to the bottom of the contract. “Sign here.”
“What?!” I exclaimed, brows furrowing at once. “You can’t be serious, Gra—Hermione.” But when I saw her expression, the do-it-now expression, I sighed and took the quill from her hand. I was about to sign it, muttering about how foolish and stupid this was, when she whipped it away as fast as it came out. She took the pen away from me too.
“Wha—?” I grumbled loudly, confused at what she was doing.
She rolled her eyes at me. “Never mind about the contract. Just never do that again, alright? Promise me.” Her eyes were pleading.
I surrendered. “Yes, I promise.”
Smiling once more, like she did before, Hermione reached up and brushed her lips against mine briefly. This stunned me for a moment there, but it felt good nonetheless to be back in her content.
Hermione
“Meet me tonight? At the library?” Draco asked me quietly after I kissed him, his head bent down to meet my gaze. His arm was laid lightly on my hip.
My mind whipped over all the events I had planned tonight: a bit (more like a lot) of studying, helping Ron and Harry with homework, and the DA. Nothing much—oh, the DA! I couldn’t miss that. It was now taking full swing. Harry and the others depended me to go.
“I’m sorry, I have something else planned for tonight,” I told him remorsefully.
His face fell. “Oh, alright. I’ll let you off the hook this time.” He chuckled and slid his arm off my hip as he walked away.

We were getting caught. I couldn’t believe it. I could hear scrambling feet all around me; students everywhere were running back to their common rooms, trying to avoid the Inquisitorial squad or worse, Professor Umbridge herself.
I lost Harry behind me as I sprinted towards the girls’ bathrooms. When I had finally reached the Gryffindor common room, I was panting heavily, but I was certainly glad to be safe for the time being.
