:hello: everyone. I'm posting my poems to get some comments from people I don't know (that means you). I'm getting tired of hearing the same thing from family and my friends. So please be honest, but don't be to hurtful. :D. Thanks. Some are titled other are not. So if you have a title for the ones that don't. Don't be shy to share. Here's the first.

I hate you
You lied to me
Promises you couldn't keep
I'm coming back
These words you said to me
We'll be together
Are the words you whisperep
Months have past
And still your there
You broke your word
And my heart

I hate you
You talk sweet thoughts
But throw deadly daggers
Right at my soul
My tears roll
Without warning
You say I love you
How when you cause
These tears and pian
Your words are hallow

I hate you
You say one thing
But do another
My wounds heal
Then you come back
With your candy tasting talk
Then you leave agian
With no good-bye
Leaving stab wounds through out my heart
Why?O why?

I hate you
Not being able to be mad
At you or myself
Like I look for it
Your a drug I need to kick
But like a fool
I'm still addict

I hate you
I hate this hold you have
On me, my heart and my soul

It's quite nice, but the whole thing doesn't really have a rhythm to it. I think it's really good though!

Poetry doesn't need a rhythum to it. It's someones deep inner thoughts. Their feelings. If you feel dark and sad there is no beat to that.

Freinds Forever

Our friendship can stand the test of time
The distance away can't keep us apart
You are more then a friend
You are my heart
Time may pass
Things will change
We'll grow up
And our lives will hold diiferent things
But you'll always be my friend
I hope that is one thing that wil stay the same
You are my sister
Even with miles between us
You're on my mind always
Our friendship means the world to me
You and I know one another better then anyone
I'm greatful and thankful
That you are in my life
I know our friendship can handle anything
Life goes on and I know one thing

I really loved your first poem, I could really feel your anger. It was great! The second one was so completely different, it was really sweet and fluffy, it kind of reminded me of a Hallmark card (not meant in a bad way!!) But it was beatiful, and if it's a true friend, you're really lucky. Keep on writing! :flowersmile:

The first one is about my ex (well most or all of must stuff is about him). Te second is about my bestfriend. I've known her for 10 years now. :D.

Angel From Above

I search high and low
Looking for my angel
I never realized
I told her my dreams
My wishies, my problems
What and who my heart cries for
I cry with her, I laugh with her
My angel gives me advice
Tells me I should listen to my heart
She holds me up
When life has hit me hard
The angel helps me find the strenght
To stand up to the demons that hold me back
My angel has known me forever
She's loved me all my life
I can't believe I've never noticed her
My angel is someone I love
Someone I can count on
And I know who will be there always
My angel is "YOU"
