"Harry! Control yourself!" Hermione yelled, alarmed. Harry's face was set in stone. She could see no trace of the kind, loving man she loved. Malfoy smiled.
"What? Gonna duel me Potter? Aren't you gonna tell me what I did?" He stood his ground, wand up.
"You don't deserve any explaination." Harry said stonily. "You're gonna pay for what you did to Dumbledore."
"Oh, is that what this is all about?" Malfoy smirked. "I didn't do anything. I-"
"SHUT UP! JUST SHUT UP!" Harry screamed. "Fiori Incananto!"
Draco was on fire. To be more exact, his clothes. Hermione shrieked as Malfoy screamed in pain. She turned to Harry.
"Stop it! Just stop it!" She pulled out her wand and doused Malfoy with water. Harry glared at her.
"Get out of here Hermione. This doesn't concern yo-"
"Stupify!" Malfoy screamed, and Harry dodged the spell with a Shield Charm. The spell bounced off the charm, and redoubled it's power.
"Hermione, look out!" Harry yelled, but Hermione didn't hear him in time.
"What do you-AHH!" Hermione was struck with the powerful spell. Her body glowed with the power of the stun. She rosed in the air. Then she crumpled to the ground, unconscience.
"Hermione!" Harry cried out. Malfoy stood there, stunned. Did he just hit a girl? "Hermione, are you ok?"
"Granger?" Malfoy crept closer, his wand at rest. Harry clawed at him, wordlessly telling him to go away. Harry's attention turned back to Hermione. Her eyes fluttered.
"Hermione, thank god-"
"Where am I?" Hermione sat up, clutching her head. Harry let out a long breath of relief.
"Hermione, you're ok!" He hugged her. Hermione pulled away.
"Who are you? Why are you hugging me?" Harry stared at her in disbelief.
"Hermione, it's me! Your...boyfriend? Harry?" Hermione looked around, confused. She spotted Malfoy.
"Hey sweetie. What's shaking?" She laughed, a high, unatural titter. Malfoy looked shocked. Harry looked ready to kill someone.
"Hermione, he just hit with you with a pretty heavy spell!"
"It wasn't heavy, YOU made it heavy with your Shield Charm!" Malfoy defended himself.
"Well, what were you doing shooting off spells in the first place?" Harry jumped to his feet.
"YOU started it, Potter!" Malfoy's wand was shooting off sparks.
"Take it to him baby!" Hermione shouted at Malfoy. He looked disgusted, Harry appalled. Just then, Professor Flitwick turned the corner.
"Hello boys. Not causing any trouble, hm?"
"Professor! Please, can you help Hermione? She...hit her head..." Harry led Flitwick to Hermione. She waved at him.
"She looks fine to me." Flitwick looked at Hermione.
"Hello sir. Do you know that boy?" Hermione pointed to Malfoy.
"Yes I do."
"Can you ask him out for me? Tell him he;s a cutie!" Hermione smiled. Flitwick turned to Harry.
"Maybe there is something wrong with her. I'll take her up to Madam Pomfrey. Follow me boys! And...no more fighting." He added as a precaution.
Oh no! Poor Harry! Hermione's falling for Dracikins! LOL

Harry wanted to help Hermione up to the Hospital Wing, but she wouldn't let him. However, she kept sauntering over to Malfoy and trying to link her arm in his. After the fifth time, he grew agitated.
"Geez Granger, lay off, will ya please?" Malfoy shook her off yet again. Hermione pouted.
"But sweetie..."
"I'm NOT YOUR SWEETIE!"
"Now now, students, mustn't fight." Professor Flitwick chastised. "Let's just get there, ok?"
Harry pulled Hermione away from Malfoy, despite her protests.
They soon reached the Hospital Wing. Flitwick called for Madam Pomfrey.
"Yes? What's going on?" She bustled in, wand in hand.
"Nothing serious Poppy, just a memory mishap. Miss Granger seems to think...erm, well, that Mr. Malfoy is very interesting. And Mr. Potter, well, doesn't like that. They were dueling is my guess, and a spell must have hit Miss. Granger pretty hard. Could you-"
"Well, let me see. Come here, Hermione." Hermione just stood there, oogling at Malfoy. He tried to ignore her. "Miss Granger?"
"Sorry Madam Pomfrey. She's unclear about who she is. Hang on." Harry stepped in front of Hermione's view. "Hermione?"
"Go away. I don't want to look at you. I want to look at-"
"Yes I know. Hermione, Madam Pomfrey wants to talk to you."
"Ok." Hermione stood in front of her. "Here I am. Let's hurry up, ok?"
"Fine by me." Madam Pomfrey examined her, and couldn't find anything physically wrong with her. "Ok, tell me what spells were fired."
"A Stunning spell and a Shield charm." Harry began.
"But the Shield charm doubled the Stunning spell, and then it hit Hermione." Malfoy finished. Flitwick gasped.
"What?" Madam Pomfrey looked irritated.
"That couldn't have been a Shield charm. Shield charms aren't meant to do that. The only charm that I know of that can do that is the Imbalance charm. It's very powerful. It's uses your own enemies power against him. But it's tricky, and can have powerful effects, like..."
"Having your memory wiped? Good going Potter." Malfoy smirked. Harry grew red in the face.
"Well, what's the counter-curse for it?" Madam Pomfrey asked, interested.
"Well...there isn't one. The person must be cared for constantly, for..I don't know...I'd say, a good six to eight months, give or take a few hours."
"Months?" Harry exclaimed. "But...but Professor...I have to study...I'm taking so many extra classes this year, looking after Hermione's going to be-"
"Alot of work." Madam Pomfrey said. "So, Mr. Potter, I'd suggest finding someone to look after Hermione while you study."
"Why not Mr. Malfoy?" Flitwick suggested.
"WHAT?" Malfoy and Harry yelled at the same time. Hermione winced at the sudden noise.
"I can't take care of Granger!" Malfoy said as soon as Harry said, "I don't want him taking care of Hermione!"
"We have no choice. Mr. Weasly's not here, and Mr. Malfoy is somewhat responsible for Miss Granger's condition. So be it. Mr. Malfoy is now taking care of Miss Granger!" Professor Flitwick clapped his hands together.
"Wait...what just happened?" Hermione asked.
"Well, it seems as if Mr. MAlfoy will be taking care of you dear." Madam Pomfrey said gently.
"Which one is that?" Hermione asked, looking at Harry and Malfoy.
"The blonde one."
"Oh baby! Are we gonna have some fun!" Hermione went over and locked her arm in with Malfoy's.
Malfoy groaned.

As they walked with the Professor Hermione kept winking at Draco who had a disgusted look on his face.
Harry was infuriated but controlled himself, he didn't want to get into deeper trouble but he was shaking and giving Draco hard glares.
Draco noticed how angry Harry was because of Hermione's actions and decided to play along.
He walked closer to her, "So, what're you doing later babe?" he said giving Hermione an alluring smirk.
She smiled at him with a flirtatious un-Hermione-like look, "Whatever you want it to be."
Draco peeked at Harry and saw his face getting redder by the second so he continued, "Oh well we can have a lot of fun later." he replied smoothly and winked at her.
She giggled, again, very un-Hermione-like, "Well I just have to get this weirdo off my back." she said pointing at Harry.
"Oh I'll take care of him," Draco replied grasping her hand while looking back at Harry.
This was Harry's breaking point, "GET AWAY FROM MY GIRLFRIEND!" he bellowed and charged at Draco.
But Draco was quick, within seconds Harry was levitated ten feet off the ground ranting and cursing, "YOU BLOODY JERK! GET AWAY FROM HERMIONE OR I'M GONNA KILL YOU! GET ME DOWN-"
"Now Mr. Potter that's no way to behave," Professor Flitwick lectured.
But Harry continued, "DON'T YOU PUT YOUR FILTHY HANDS ON HER YOU SLIME BALL."
The Professor turned to Draco, "Mr. Malfoy will you please accompany Miss Granger to the Headmistresses office while I deal with Mr. Potter?"
"Of course sir," Draco replied.
"DON'T YOU DARE WALK AWAY!"
Malfoy looked up at Harry and decided to end his little game with a bang, he slid his hand around Hermione's waist and said loudly, "See you later Potter!" he said with a huge smirk in his face, Hermione with a look of glee. Harry glared at him.
"Mr. Potter, I expect better of the child of Lily and James Potter. Well, maybe not James, but Lily for sure. Now, what's gotten into you." Flitwick spoke sternly.
"Professor, Malfoy's only doing this to make me mad-"
"And he's suceeding! Don't let him get to you. This is only until Miss Granger gets her memory back!"

Malfoy and Hermione walked to Professor McGonagal's office in silence. Hermione was smiling broadly, but Malfoy soon got tired of the little mudblood. He thought of his date this afternoon, and grimiced. Madeline was going to kill him.
"How do we get in, baby?" Hermione asked innocently. Malfoy sighed, and spoke the password.
"Albus." The eagle spiraled, and they entered the study.
"So, Mr. Malfoy...YOU have been intrusted with Miss Granger's care?" McGonagal said skeptically.
"Trust me Professor, it wasn't my decision." Malfoy said eagerly. "It was Fl- Professor Flitwicks idea."
"Yes, I must talk to him about that../never mind then. I guess you'll have to have a room of your own, so you can watch her. Won't do you any good to be in two places at once."
McGonagal pulled out a large piece of parchment and looked at the squares printed there.
"I suppose you could have that...oh never mind, Peeves uses that for storage...why I'll never know....what about....no, Filtch uses that room....alright, you may have the empty Head Boy and Girl room. Usually, it's full, but since...things have turned up..."
McGonagal sniffed, and it was clear she was thinking about Dumbledore. Malfoy looked uncomfortable. McGonagal shook her head.
"Well? Why aren't you on your way yet?" Malfoy led Hermione out of the room, depressed more than ever.

Malfoy trudged up the stairs and down the halls to their room. Hermione was pouting, because Malfoy wasn't paying her any attention. She tried to get his attention by...talking.
"...and I enjoy ponies, and muffins, oh, and I think you should...honey, what's the matter?"
"Look, I'm not your baby, I don't care what you think, and for pete's sake, I'M NOT YOUR HONEY! Why do you keep calling me that?"
"Because I like you alot." Hermione linked her arm in his. He rolled his eyes.
"I hope this is temperary. Oh, there's the room." Malfoy inwardly sighed with relief. He stopped in the doorway. "We need a password."
"What's your name?" Hermione asked randomly.
"Draco Malfoy. What's our password?" Malfoy asked impatiently.
"Dracikins!" Hermione crowed.
"No no no!" Malfoy tried to change it, but then the door opened. He groaned, and Hermione flounced in.
"Ahh...this is nice Dracikins. Where's YOUR room?" Hermione looked around, and Malfoy growled.
"Alright....BED!"
"What?" Hermione turned to look at him curiously.
"Go to bed, NOW! I am, and you should too. This is getting ridiculous. I'm not Dracikins. I'm not honey, not your baby, you belong to HARRY!!"
"Whose Harry?" Malfoy slapped his hand on his forehead.
"Never mind, just go to bed." Hermione pouted and went into one of the rooms. Malfoy rolled her eyes.
"That's my room."
"Oh, right." Hermione grinned sheepishly and went into the other room.
***** Harry stormed into the Gryffindor Common Room. He sat down in one of the chairs, cursing under his breath. Ginny looked up from her book, interested.
"Boy, why are you angry?" Ginny asked, nonchalantly. Harry threw a pillow across the room.
"Nothing, unless you consider the fact that Hermione is now living with the world's biggest git, and she doesn't even know who I am! Honestly, who calls Draco Malfoy hot? It just doesn't make sense!"
"Oh c'mon Harry, it can't be that bad..." Ginny approached Harry carefully. Harry put his face in his hands. Ginny tentatively rubbed his back. He sighed.
"Yes it is. She doesn't realize that she's with me. She is all over Malfoy...and he hates her...what if something happens? What if-"
"Shh...hush Harry, let it go." Ginny hugged him, and continued to rub his back. "We'll talk about it tomorrow, ok? Just rest."
"Yea? Ok, fine..." Harry got up, then turned to Ginny. "You're a really great friend, do you know that?"
Ginny's ears turned red underneath her flaming red hair. "I know it. Go to sleep Harry."
Harry went up the stairs with heavy steps. Ginny waited until he got all the way up.
YES! She pumped her fist in the air, then checked herself. She scrambled up the stairs, chuckling madly.
