well, i wrote this at the end of last year.... tell me what you think.

Hello, my name’s Sirius black.
My life is a bit slack
I’ll gladly tell you my tale,
With enthusiasm, I might fail.
So you better stay off my back.

It started way back at school
Where I made friends with a fool
He tricked me to believing
it was trust he was retrieving
But only liked me for I was cool

Alongside Moony, Prongs and Wormtail.
We noticed his confidence fail.
We didn’t bother
To blow his cover
And now he’s fated in jail.

We ended up paying our debts
By sharing our darkest secrets
We helped him transform
To a mouse; like his form
But for that we lost all our bets.

As our last year came to an end
I then took him as a true friend
Prongs finally married lily
We had fun and acted silly
Could’ve you guessed in the end?

Our lives became amusing and gay
I far from knew they would go astray
As Voldemort began to rise
It was to my surprise
Our friend was the one to betray

Soon James and Lily had a handsome son
To destroy the dark lord, he was the one
We hid them well
So no one could tell
But to Wormtail, something had to be done.

I soon knew Voldemort wanted Harry
So I thought of a plan that I would carry
I was their secret keeper
Foolishly I gave it to the seeker.
For this, the sufferer would be Harry

That same night Voldemort went to their house
Such a commotion, what an arouse
James died trying to fight
Lily’s cries were lost in the night.
How did I ever trust that filthy mouse?

lol, thankx guys! i havent written any more marauder poetry, but i have done a fanfic if you wanna check that out. it's in the mystery section and the title's 'one small step for a timeturner and one giant leap to the past'

A Marauder's Dark Secret

Moony, Padfoot, Wormtail, Prongs,
Bonded forever, pure of heart,
enriched by the phoenix song,
Except for one,
Who lived in fear,
And that memory,
Of all the lives and friendship lost,
Will haunt the Marauders,
Forever. :/

Here iz a poem by Snuffles

Thousands of creatures wanted me for a kiss,
It was there greatest desire,
Though none of the beasts had romantic thoughts
Of setting my soul on fire.

I was imprisoned,
though I committed no crime
I had to escape;
There was so little time.

Wormtail was the traitor,
He gave the position away...
Lily and James did live no more
Once Voldemort had his way.

He found The Potter's hideout
He took their lives away,
Then turned to the crib
where baby Harry lay...

He raised his wand to end the life
Which had only just begun...
The spell backfired,
This was the end to the Dark Lord's fun.

I got the blame for Wormtail's betrayal
And for his so-called death too,
But I knew he was a filthy rat..
A secret known by few.

I'll leave it to you
To complete this tale
Please don't let poor padfoot fail....

to Lucio Kennsington: my fanfic at the moment isnt about the marauders, but im planning to write one after the one im on. my previous one is getting fixed up on my comp, but you can still read it if u want. i'm almost finished.
