One month later

‘Thanks mum, you have been a great help.’

‘I don’t have to stop helping you when you move you know. I can still travel to the manor and help, you’re my daughter and these are my granddaughters.’

Mum was holding both Evie and Violet in her arms and rocking them while I packed the last bag. I was so stressed but I knew it would turn out great in the long run. He had finally convinced me, it took time but I couldn’t resist. While I had been packing for the last couple of days, mum had been keeping the girls occupied. Feeding, changing, taking them walks. It was great for
me, I had peace and quiet to do the things I had to.

Everything was packed when he came to the door. He rapped twice and I opened the wooden door to a bright, smiling face. He walked into the cramped hallway and leaned over to my cheek and kissed it.

‘That all you’ve got?’ I asked with a small smile on my face.

‘Exscuse me for being courteous. You said you didn’t want anything more than that.’

‘Well, I’ve changed my mind.’

I kissed his smiling mouth and leaned against him, my hands wrapped around
his neck. This wasn’t normally allowed but seen as we were moving in together, I thought it was alright.

‘Ok then, you all packed?’

‘I sure am; the place looks empty.’

‘Where is Ted’s stuff?’

‘I put most stuff in the dumpster down the stairs but I kept a few things for the girls to have when they are older. I thought they should be allowed to know him.’

‘Anything for you?’

‘I would rather not remember him, he left me. It pains me to think about it.’

‘If you hadn’t lost him then we wouldn’t be here would we?’

He leaned towards me again but this time I refused.

‘Lost? Lost? I haven’t lost anyone or thing. He won’t come back so I quite clearly haven’t lost Theodore.’

‘Why are you using his birth name?’

‘Because it doesn’t feel real if I use that name. Now, can we get on with it please?’

The house was beautiful. Huge. Spectacular. The usual words that describe a manor.

My room was just lovely. I had told Rob that under no circumstances were we sharing until future notice. He had agreed, so the planning had gone ahead for the ladies’ quarters. The girls’ room is just off mine so I have easy access but they are still in their Moses’ baskets with me at the moment.

It’s very good that Rob happens to be a Quidditch player as he is pretty rich but the twins and I often get the house to our self. The nanny helps me out a lot when he isn’t available, which I really appreciate. She’s a lovely witch, dark brown hair, small, slightly podgy but really sweet. The girls love her.

The twins turned three months today, I can’t believe how long it has been.
That means that it has been three months and two weeks since....

Stop it Vic.

That’s what Rob is for, he’s a replacement. Replacing the hole in my heart.

Hello Katie, I still don't like Vic's chioces she's making, but I am anxious to see where this is going. It would be so wonderful if someone would see she needs help with dealing with Teds death, and the emotions she is confused with. At least she is being well cared for, and restrictions on umm living conditions are set, and Rob seems to be respecting them. It would be interesting if Harry had used the stone to see if Ted was really dead. Maybe I could believe he is really gone. But, anyway, I'll be watching for your next post. I'm glad the girls are thriving. I love babies.

‘I walked down the stairs in my jammies exhausted; I didn’t even know what the time was.

‘What do you want for breakfast?’ Asked Rob from the kitchen.
‘Anything, I have to feed the girls first.’

‘Already done, they are asleep in the living room. It’s just us for now.’

‘Thank you so much, you should have woke me up though.’

‘No, you need a break. You were out for the count.’

‘Well, thanks.’

‘No problem. Pancakes?’

‘Sure.’

We sat at the breakfast bar and ate our bacon and pancakes. We had a laugh and just talked about stuff- the girls, our relationship and the big game coming up.

‘So, I was wondering if you wanted to come to Sweden with me. I’m playing the semi-finals in a fortnight and the game could take a while. I don’t want to leave you this time. Your mum could look after the girls for a week.’

I smiled at him and thought about it for a minute.

Then, I kissed him. My hands in his hair, his hands running the length of my back. We stood up from our stools and moved closer towards each other, kissing more passionately. I pulled back to breathe and stated a very simple, ‘Yes’. He smiled and kissed my neck, ear, cheek, forehead and finally my smiling lips.

As his lips moved back down to my neck he started to steer me towards the sun room with the extremely comfy couch. We sat down and he pulled me to his lap, where I straddled his hips. We giggled and he started to tickle my lower back and waist.

As, things got slightly more steamy, I pulled back and whispered in his ear, ‘Wait till the hotel room in Sweden Rob.’

‘No problem, I can wait.’


I told you the Rob haters would hate it.

Hehe, you were right. I don't hate the story though or the post, just Rob I wish she would wait longer than a month or so before going into another relationship. But oh well, it's her choice
