Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone!

Wow, I'm a new reader, I just finished. I'm really in love with your story. I would hope that some of your ideas come true with the new harry potter book on it's way to being released soon in a couple of months. WHEW!!! That was a long week.I was so dissapointed from wensday, then again on thursday, then again saturday! But your story has made me feel so much better. Your story is so freaking COOL!!! Wensday was a crazy day. Im on the swim team at my school and we had our first home meet (so i really didnt want to embarrass myself). I was swimming the 500 (which is 20 laps)(it is also one of the hard events, besides the 100 butterfly or 200 Im [sorry if you are all really confused now. Swim lingo can be hard to understand ]) and i got confused thinking i was on my last lap (i really had 3 laps left ) so i swam to the other end and stopped. It took me awhile to relize i didnt finish, so when i actually did finish my time was 3 seconds faster then my last meet. So if i didnt stop my time would have been so much better!!!!But i still got first place Then thursday (another home meet) our team was behind in points so i really needed to get first in my 500 but i got third instead. But we still won at ou meet by 3 points!!!... Im so sorry im totally off topic Basicly i was a little dissappointed in myself this week (even though we won both meets) and reading all your wonderful posts took it off my mind.THANK YOU!!! Cant wait until next week to read some more posts!!! PAMS!PAMS!PAMS!

I hope that everyone had an enjoyable and safe St. Patrick's day. I spent a few hours gardening with Zephan and causing the Black Widow spiders to run for their lives, as they were invading my garden (I detest those nasty things) Then I went over to Zephan's house for some yummy Corned Beef and cabbage, and some potatoes! I love it! If I could eat it everyday with out getting weird looks from everyone I probably would! Well maybe not everyday, that might get old, but you know what I mean

You are so sweet, and I am so glad that you like my story. I am going to post more pretty soon. I left my Jump Drive at home today, and I am going be swamped with homework and preparing for another midterm, but I am going to try to squeeze a post in before Wednesday
I know exactly what you mean. One of my co-workers was out of the office last week, so I had to do her job as well as mine. It was really stressful to say the least. On top of that, I am trying to get a week off from work for Spring Break and I am not sure if that is going to go through, and I only have two weeks left before it starts!

Congratulations on winning you swim meat match! That is awesome even after stopping you were 3 seconds faster, that is great I am glad that your team won the second match also, and third place isn't that bad I can understand what your feelings of disappointment though. I know that I am a perfectionist (most of the time) and hate not being my best, especially when I know I can do better.

I am glad that my story could help keep your mind off of things and help you feel better, you are the sweetness, and I will try to post as soon as i can just for you

yup that's why I used that word I always think of a little kid wanting to jump up and run around, but knowing that they can't, thus they squirm trying to control and maintain their will power, I just wonder how long before that child gives in and jumps up to run in circles

I have my jump drive today, so I will try to squeeze a post in between swamped at work, and preparing for another midterm. This one is a group project, so it should be too bad. You guys are the bestest

No excuses! I am so sorry! I will make it up today *begs*

The group continued down the narrow corridor, lined with various doors. Each door had a small opening to look in. Harry peered into the first room, and gasped in horror. After that first room he refused to look in the rest of them, afraid of what he might see.

The group turned the corner and drew up short at the sight of a small elf hunched over a table.

“Who are you.” Moody demanded, causing the elf to jerk up.

“What?!” Harry asked confused, “you’re dead, I buried you myself and put your repulsive head on the wall.”

Kreature began laughing, a dry brittle sound. “Has the horrible Master been in that room since?” Kreature asked him, still cackling.

“No.” Was Harry’s reluctant response, “I have no reason to.” He shuddered at the thought.

“Master might want to go see whose head is on the wall then.” Kreature said cackling harder, causing himself to cough. He suddenly stopped and pointed his hand directly at the group.

Harry stepped in front of the others knowing that however much Kreature might want to harm Harry, he couldn’t he was still Harry’s House Elf.

“I never gave you clothes Kreature.” Harry all but growled, “Remember that.”

“Kreature knows.” He scowled at Harry, “Kreature can’t hurt Master, but he can hurt others.” Kreature suddenly jerked his hand towards the cell on the right of him.

“Kreature No!” Harry screamed as 10 wands shot out, each hitting the sickly elf with a different hex.

Kreature was stiff as a board, couldn’t move even if he wanted to and bound from head to toe in chains.

“Well, that solves that for the moment.” Moody said, moving Kreature out of the way.

“Ugh,” Harry said, “We had to kill that dreadful thing once already.” He dreaded having to do it all over again, and dreaded more seeing whose head was actually on the wall.

Moody made his way over to the cell and looked in, breathing a sigh of relief, “He is still alive, barely. It looks like they brought in Kreature to take care of him, because Kreature didn’t know what had happened, he just continued taking care of him, waiting for someone to give him orders. ”

“Can you open this Dobby?”

Dobby approached the door and stared at it, concentrating hard. After several instense moments, he exhaled deeply and dropped his shoulders. “Dobby cannot do it.” He all but sobbed.

“It’s ok Dobby, you tried.” Harry said, startled at Dobby’s distress.

“Only that one can open it.” Dobby spat at the chained House Elf.

“Otherwise the occupant of the cell would die, right Dobby?” Moody asked softly.

Dobby hung his head in shame.

“Master Malfoy would catch people, bad people he said, and put in these cells. He would charge House Elves to watch them, like Kreature, and then he would lock up the House Elves, so they couldn’t take care of their cells, and no one else could open them or take care of them. He would laugh about this. Master Malfoy was bad!” Dobby suddenly began banging his head against the wall.

“Dobby, stop!” Harry said grabbing the House Elf by the shoulders, shaking him gently. “Did you ever have to take care of these cells?”

“Oh no, Master Harry!” Dobby said sincerely, “Master Malfoy said he couldn’t trust me to do it properly” He said almost proudly to the amusement of the group.

“Well that’s something at least.” Harry turned toward Kreature, and lifted the hexes so that he could move but was still chained. “Kreature, you will open that cell without harming.” Harry demanded.

There was a long pause, and Kreature started laughing, “Kreature doesn’t have to obey bad Master anymore, there is another.” His laughter was cut short by the Impedimenta hex that was once again put on him.

Harry thought for a moment, his own confused expressions matching those of the rest of the group. Suddenly he smiled and turned to Dobby. “Dobby will you go and get Winky and Sirius and bring them here.”

“Yes, sir!” Dobby skipped out of the catacombs, the sound of his dissapearnce echoed down the hall, before anyone could say anything, the heard the crack announcing his arrival and a separate small voice saying, “What is it Dobby? Why has Dobby brought us to the horrible place?” Dobby turned the corner and pushed a confused Sirius forward.

“What is this Harry?” He asked, fear on his face.

“Not what you are thinking of Sirius, don’t worry.” Harry said smiling warmly to ease his Godfather’s fear. “We need you to tell Kreature to open that cell without killing its occupant.” Harry said bluntly.

Sirius looked baffled, “I thought Kreature was dead.” He said, confused.

“So did we!” Harry exclaimed motioning Sirius to the House Elf.

“What happened to him?!” Sirius exclaimed, “No tell me latter, let’s get this done with and get out of here, it is creepy.” He hastily added interrupting Harry, who smiled gratefully.

Sirius stood in front of Kreature as Harry lifted the hex.

Before Sirius could even open his mouth, the House Elf screamed in fear. “No! Master is dead! Bad Master, who broke his wonderful mother’s heart is dead, why is he in front of Kreature!”

“Shut up Kreature.” Sirius said calmly, effectively silencing the House Elf, although his mouth was still moving.

“Go open the door to the cell with Draco, do not kill him, and bring him out here to us.” Sirius left no room for argument.

Kreature screamed in frustration, and Harry knew that he would have to obey Sirius.

They watched has the Elf, apparently fighting with everything he had, made his way over to the cell, all wands were pointed at him as he raised his hand and lightly stroked it down the door and the across.

As the door began to open, the House Elf, sobbing now, walked in a dragged the unconscious boy out, into the corridor.

The instant he was clear of the door the chains instantly whipped themselves back around his board stiff body.

“How did you know that only he could enter the cell or the door would close?” Moody asked Sirius.

“Because I know the Malfoy’s and that is the kind of thing that they would find funny.” Sirius said shuddering “Let’s get out of here.” He added looking around.

We should have Dobby open one of these cells and stick old Kreature in it.” Ginny said as the made their way out, “Effectively throw away the key.” She added.

Harry was about to agree with her when he chanced to see the look of horror overcome both Dobby and Winky’s faces.

“I don’t think that is the right thing to do” Harry said thoughtfully, “I don’t want to bind Dobby to this place any more than he already is.” He said slowly.

Relief flooded both House Elve's faces.

The group nodded, grumbling a bit as they began to climb up the tiny stair case once more. Moody exited first and turned around to help the others over the steep edge. He had just finished helping the last person and was about to turn and grab Kreature when there was a loud explosion from somewhere below them.

Fire erupted through the opening as the archway slammed itself shut. Sealing the fire inside, protecting the house.

“Dobby hurry! Open it up, we need to get Kreature” Moody yelled, panicked “he might try to escape!”

Dobby quickly put his hand on the door to reopen it, but instead he was thrown backwards about 30 ft. He hit a wall and crumpled to the floor.

Winky began screaming hysterically as she ran to Dobby’s side.

“Winky!” Harry bellowed over her sobs, “I need you to get a hold of yourself! Take Dobby and Sirius and Malfoy back to the Head Quarters straight away!”

He turned to Sirius, “Can you alert Dumbledore and the others as to what has happened, it is too dangerous for you without a wand.” He added apologetically.

Sirius smiled at him, “No problem, Harry.” He quickly embraced his Godson, easily picked up the boy as Winky now in control grabbed his leg, knelt down to Dobby, and they disappeared.

You don't need to be sorry. It was a great post. I loved it and you too!! I'm glad Sirius got to help out. Love him!! I could just picture Kreachers face when he saw him. I almost laughed. If it would not have been for my want to read the rest of your post I would have!! I hope Draco is alright I guess. I'm not mean, just got a little mean spot for him but, maybe you could change that for me too. Your a great writer so maybe you could give him a second chance at being nice or at least good. ...........I hope Kreacher is not going to get away that easy. He would go back to the new Lord(). I bet anythng he is serving now. I feel confident that Harry and the Order are going to fix his wagon. I think that Sirius could help with that department because even if he does serve the new lord. He is still bound by his (enslavement) to his Master Sirius. I just wonder if he will still have to serve Harry as well. I mean I don't think it likely that their situation has occured with anyone else. If it did I doudt they know anything about it. Maybe they could ask Dobby or Winky about it...... Dobby better be okay too. With the wall and everything!!!

You are right, it was important for Sirius to be able to help out, otherwise he would feel the same as he did before, and I didn't want that at all.

We will see about giving Draco a second chance. he has been through a lot, there is no doubt about that, but he has also put everyone else through a lot as well. We will see if he is reformed.

I love your theories on Kreacher and the New Dark Lord!

Their situation has never come up before, so I don't think Doby or Winky would know what to do. I think it is more of a magical bond, so it doesn't really take any though. For example, Kreatcher didn't know that Sirius was back, he knew he didn't have to obey Harry, that there was someone else, but he didn't know it would be Sirius.

There is nothing wrong with cheesiness, and I love the smilies! they are wonderful!
I am writing some more and I am once again suffering from writers block. I have two more chapters waiting, and I am beginning to stress a little bit, which is not making things any better, let me tell you :arg: However I am writing right now, and it is slow coming, but I can feel the floodgates giving under the pressure, so have no fear! :litebulb: Have fun with your I think I am going to get that game you recommended this weekend perhaps.
All I will tell you about Kreacher is.... School is tiring at the moment, but I did get a B+ on my midterm and a B in the class, which makes me very happy!:heart2: :techni:

I like going to school, because I like learning new things, and you can never have enough knowledge, I am just insanely burnt out right now and really don't want to do it. However I know that if I try to take a year off (last time my "year off" lasted three years) then I might not go back again, and that is just not acceptable for me. I like the going to school part, I just don't want to do the homework part

Well now the wait is over. I have heard several theories, and I know that quite a few of you have either figured out or have a pretty good idea of who the New Dark Lord is. So after MUCH waiting and anticipation, I present to you....

Chapter 33: The New Dark Lord

Harry turned back to the front of the house as the Weasley twins came running in. “We need to get out of here now, we cannot take them on” Fred screamed, trying to warn everyone.

“They are crazy!” George added.

Lupin came from around the corner, causing everyone to jump, “They have the house surrounded, they killed Kingsley.” He said softly, motioning to the floating body beside him. Kinglsey’s open eyed stare was proof enough of the Killing curse.

“Ok, everyone go!” Moody shouted, Harry watched as the others disapperated, Ginny running to him. All that were left was Harry, Ginny, Minerva and Moody. He nodded to Moody as Ginny reached him and was about to apperate to safety when the front doors flung open.

Narcissa Malfoy and Bellatrix Lestrange strolled through the front doors, side by side, as though just entering their home from a day out shopping. They wore almost identical sneers on their faces.

“They would be pretty if they didn’t sneer so much.” Harry thought to himself, and immediately heard the sound of laughter, cold laughter, drawing his attention to another person.

He briefly wondered what the man was laughing at and if he had accidentally spoke aloud.

Behind the two sisters Harry could see a tall thin man in a mask emerging through the door way as he reached the top of the stairs.

As if on cue, the two sisters stepped out of the path of the man as he entered the house. His face concealed by the mask that he wore. His presence and his movement were some how familiar however.

He wondered why had not felt this man coming, Voldemort he would have been able to feel if he had so much as thought about confronting Harry. He vaguely realized it was because he had such a connection with Voldemort, and he had no such connection with this man, putting the Order at a serious disadvantage.

“You were always quick witted, I will give you that much, Harry Potter.” The man spat out, Harry could just picture the sneer on his face.

At that moment he gasped realizing who the man behind the mask was, “I thought you were dead!” He burst out, anger filling his veins. He was immensely thankful that his parents were not here. He realized something, he turned to Minerva, “You knew? Didn’t you? You knew that HE was the New Dark Lord.”

Minerva looked shocked for a moment, and then answered, “I suspected, but not until after we realized that Peter was still alive. My fears were confirmed when we found Kreature, I’m sorry Harry, I should have told you.”

He turned back to the masked man who was leaning against the door frame waiting for them to finish. He examined his nails as he said, “How are your parents, Harry? It has been so long since I have seen them, I was hoping for a little…..reunion.” He placed heavy sarcastic emphasize on the last word.

Again, Harry felt his blood boil, and knew he was being purposefully batted by the man. He fought to control his temper.

The man laughed, “Temper, temper, Harry, you always did have a short fuse, didn’t you.” He pushed away from the wall and stood directly in front of Harry, completely ignoring the others.

As he moved, Harry stepped in front of Ginny. Minerva seizing the opportunity grabbed Ginny to try to protect her, against all her fighting; she was still able to apperate out.

Harry barely flinched at the crack, thankful that Ginny was safe for them moment. “Why don’t you drop the pretense and take off the mask?” Harry asked, feinting boredom.

Again the man laughed, a cold sound full of no joy, “No, I don’t think so, I enjoy having the edge.”

Harry shrugged, “Suite yourself then, I would just as soon not see your ugly face, and greasy hair. I am surprised however that you can keep that mask on your face however, what with your massive nose.”

The man was silent for a moment, but Harry could see his shoulders shaking in furious anger. He had hoped to bait him into taking the mask off, thus gaining the upper hand.

The man suddenly reached up and ripped the mask from his face, slamming it onto the ground in anger.

“Ah,” Harry said smiling, “Temper, temper, Snapey-poo, who has the short fuse now?”

He could see Snape’s eyes turn red with anger as he raised his wand.

He had been so focused on Snape that he hadn’t even noticed Moody inching his way closer to him, and apparently neither had Snape or the two women. Harry yelled in surprise as Moody grabbed Harry and turned apperating away just as a green stream of light hit wear Harry had just been standing.

“What are you doing?!” Harry screamed directly in Moody’s face as they landed in the padded room at Head Quarters. “What were you thinking?! Why would you do that?! We could have finished him!” Harry didn’t even notice the group of people standing in the doorway.

“You couldn’t have done anything, Harry. He would have known exactly what you were planning.” George said quietly.

“That’s why our diversion didn’t work.” Fred added, “He knew exactly what we were planning before we did it.”

Harry stopped in mid-rant, caught by the soft, sad, almost apologetic voices of the twins. He stood there for a moment, not two inches from Moody, finger still up pointing, mouth still gapping, before he dropped his shoulders in defeat. “Ok,” he said resignedly, “What do we do now?”

WWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEE got a PPPPOOOOOOSSSTTTTTTTT!!!!!! YAY! *runs over and hugs you too pieces for posting* hehe *dances*:party4: this is really cool but I've never had an excuse too use it
