Okay all my readers! Here is another chapter to Lady in Red! Enjoy!
Chapter 14:
Harry walked over to Hermione and Draco’s table. Hermione looked up from
her conversation with Draco and smiled at Harry.
“Hey Harry! Having fun?” she asked.
“Yeah. How about you?”
“Of course!”
Harry looked at Draco and smiled, “Hey Draco”.
“Hey Harry...”
“Harry sit down” Hermione said pointing at a chair.
“Actually I just came to say good bye. I’m leaving, I haven’t been home for
awhile and I think it’s time to go back”.
Hermione’s smile vanished. Harry, however, pretended not to notice.
“So yeah...I’ll see you all around”.
Harry shook hands with Draco and turned to Hermione who immediately
hugged Harry and started to cry.
“Hermione don’t cry, please” Harry begged her.
“I don’t want you to leave Harry” Hermione whispered.
“I have to...” Harry said. And even if he wanted to keep Hermione in his arms
forever he forced himself to gently push Hermione away and say, “I’ll see you
soon”. And after giving her a quick kiss on the forehead Harry left.
Hermione watched as Harry left and didn’t turn away until Draco spoke up.\
“You still love him don’t you?”
“Yes, very much”.
“Then go after him”.
Hermione looked at Draco and said, “No, I can’t”.
“Hermione come on! Take a chance”.
Hermione was about to argue but Draco silenced her and said, “It was nice
being with a wonderful girl like you Mione. But you need Harry more then you
need me”.
Hermione smiled and hugged Draco.
“Thank you” Hermione said as she let go of Draco and followed Harry out the
door, hoping that she was not to late to have her happy ending after all.
But it was too late...Harry was gone.

Sixth Year | The last and final chapter to Lady in Red! Run, Emma, Run!
Hello all my faithful readers! This is now the last chapter to Lady in Red! But before I post it I just wanted to give a huge thank you to all of my loyal readers! I know at times it took me forever to post but you all still stayed with me until the end. And for that I want to thank you all! I really appreciate all of your support and without it my FF's would not have been possible. So enough chatting and here is the final chapter to Lady in Red!
Chapter 15: A Happy Ending?
Hermione returned to the party with tears rolling down her face. She just
couldn’t believe it…he had actually left…he left without her…
“Hermione what happened?” Draco asked as he approached Hermione with
opened arms.
“He left Draco…He’s gone!” Hermione cried into Draco’s shoulders.
“It’s okay Hermione. I’m sure he’ll come back”.
Hermione pulled away and looked at Draco.
“No he won’t. He left thinking you and me were in love and that I had
forgotten about him. For all I know he probably hates me!”
Hermione continued to cry and all Draco could do was comfort her…what else
was he suppose to do? He couldn’t make Harry come back…
Three weeks later…
Hermione continued to cry every now and then. She had not heard from
Harry ever since he left. Draco had moved in with Hermione to keep her
company. He was afraid she would go crazy being by herself. At first Draco
didn’t mind Hermione’s tears. After all her true love had left her. But after
three weeks Draco started to get annoyed. That’s when he decided to do
something…
“Hermione I’m going out” Draco said.
“Where are you going?”
“I have to go to…to a job interview…” Draco said, knowing perfectly well he
would never go apply for a job in the muggle world even if they paid him.
“Okay…but don’t take to long. Dinner will be ready soon”.
“Okay, I’ll be back soon”.
Draco left. But instead of going to a “job interview”, Draco headed towards a
café down the street. Once there he took out a piece of parchment and a
pen, if he took out a quill people would stare, and began to write a letter…
Dear Harry,
You are cordially invited to our wedding anniversary on July 13. Seamus and I are truly happy together and hope that you will come and celebrate with us. Well were not asking you, we’re telling you. You missed our wedding and we feel you should make it up to us! Hope to see you soon!
Sincerely,
Seamus and Elizabeth
Draco finished the letter. Seamus and Elizabeth had gotten married a year
ago and Hermione was invited. Harry was invited as well but he could not go
due to Auror business. And just about three days ago Hermione received an
invitation to their wedding anniversary and at the bottom of the invitation it
said to invite Harry. Hermione teared up at the thought of Harry but Draco
decided to take some action. He would invite Harry himself and force
Hermione to go to the party.
After finishing the letter, Draco walked to the post office and mailed the
letter. He knew his plan would work, he just didn’t know how fast.
At Harry’s office…
Dear Harry,
You are cordially invited to our wedding anniversary on July 13. Seamus and I are truly happy together and hope that you will come and celebrate with us. Well were not asking you, we’re telling you. You missed our wedding and we feel you should make it up to us! Hope to see you soon!

“Another wedding!” Brian said.
“Yeah and I have to go this time because I missed their actually wedding.
This is just their anniversary” Harry said as he read the invitation.
“Fine! Leave me with all the work here!” Brian complained.
Harry threw a pen at him.
“Shut up! Every time I leave I come back to a pile of work! You don’t do a
thing!”
“I know!” Brian laughed.
On July 13 Harry packed his bags and headed for Seamus’ house.
At Hermione’s house…
“Draco I’m tired!” Hermione complained as Draco forced her into the bathroom
to get ready for the party.
“Hermione you are going! Be there for your friends!”
“Then why don’t you go!” Hermione snapped.
Draco looked at Hermione and raised his eyebrow.
“Seamus and I never got along! How am I going to go to his anniversary
party?”
Hermione giggled.
“Fine I’ll get ready!” Hermione said and she shut the door in Draco’s face.
Half an hour later Hermione came out of the bathroom.
When Draco saw Hermione he said, “These are the times when I wish you
and I were still going out”.
Hermione rolled her eyes. She was dressed in a beautiful red gown. Her hair
was in long gorgeous curls and the highlights she had gotten done brought
out her eyes. Her makeup was pure and simple. She looked stunning.
“Okay Hermione…have fun!” Draco said as he gave Hermione her purse.
“Yeah sure…I’ll probably be back in an hour”.
“I don’t think so…I’m sure there will be something holding you back”.
“Draco what are you talking about?” Hermione asked, confused.
“Nothing! Have fun!”
Draco left Hermione and went to his room praying that his plan would work.
At the party…
“Hermione!” Elizabeth said as she embraced her.
“Hey Elizabeth! Congratulations! One whole year of not getting on each
other’s nerves!” Hermione laughed.
“I know!” Elizabeth said smiling, “It’s a miracle!”
Elizabeth led Hermione to a room wear all the ladies were. On the other side
of the hall was were all the men were gathered. And just as Hermione settled
herself down in a chair, there was a knock on the door.
This time it was Seamus who answered it.
“Harry! You came!” Seamus said as he shook Harry’s hand.
“Yeah, I figured I couldn’t miss this!” Harry said.
Harry then followed Seamus into the room where all the men were. And after
about two hours of talking the real party began. Everyone went outside to a
beautiful dock where the food and dancing would take place. Hermione
walked right past Harry but he didn’t recognize her and neither did she.
After dinner a man announced that the couple would dance to their “song”.
Seamus took Elizabeth by the hand and took her to the dance floor. The
song began. During the song many men approached Hermione and asked the
same question, “Would you like to dance?” Hermione however turned down
every offer. But still, they didn’t give up hope and continued to ask her.
Harry was on the other side of the dance floor and when he went to get
something to drink that’s when he saw her… Hermione was turning down an
offer to dance with some guy but he would not leave her alone. It was clear
that Hermione was getting annoyed. Harry was happy to see Hermione again.
He had missed her so much.
Harry walked up to the guy tormenting Hermione and said, “I’m sorry sir but
this young lady owes me a dance. She promised me one about a month ago”.
Hermione turned to look at the man who seemed to be claiming her, ready to
yell at him. But instead of seeing a guy who was twenty years older than her
she saw those emerald green eyes she had longed to see.
“Harry?”
“The one and only”.
Hermione started to cry, “Harry I’m so sorry! I…”
Harry stopped her and held out his hand just as a new song started to
play, “May I have this dance Miss Granger?”
Hermione smiled and nodded.
I've never seen you looking so lovely as you did tonight,
I've never seen you shine so bright,
I've never seen so many men ask you if you wanted to dance,
They're looking for a little romance, given half a chance,
And I have never seen that dress you're wearing,
Or the highlights in your hair that catch your eyes,
I have been blind,
“You look beautiful” Harry whispered as he danced with Hermione.
Hermione blushed. She was so happy to be back in Harry’s arms.
The lady in red is dancing with me, cheek to cheek,
There's nobody here, it's just you and me,
It's where I want to be,
But I hardly know this beauty by my side,
I'll never forget the way you look tonight
“Harry I’m so sorry about everything” Hermione said.
“Don’t worry about it. Just forget everything that happened. I want to
remember this moment forever” Harry said as he twirled Hermione.
I've never seen you looking so gorgeous as you did tonight,
I've never seen you shine so bright, you were amazing,
I've never seen so many people want to be there by your side,
And when you turned to me and smiled, it took my breath away,
And I have never had such a feeling,
Such a feeling of complete and utter love, as I do tonight,
“You know, I consider myself a lucky guy” Harry laughed.
“And why’s that?” Hermione asked.
“Because all the other guys are looking at me as if they want to kill me just
because I’m dancing with a beauty”.
The lady in red is dancing with me, cheek to cheek,
There's nobody here, it's just you and me,
It's where I want to be,
But I hardly know this beauty by my side,
I'll never forget the way you look tonight
I never will forget the way you look tonight...
The lady in red, the lady in red,
The lady in red, my lady in red.
“Hermione?”
“Yeah?”
“I love you”.
“Harry you don’t know how long I’ve waited for you to say those words
again. I love you too”.
The song came to an end and Harry led Hermione to a table.
Harry got on one knee and said, “Hermione I have carried this with me ever
since I arrived at Ron’s house for his wedding”.
Harry pulled out a small box and opened it. Hermione gasped. Inside was a
beautiful diamond ring.
“Hermione, will you marry me?”
“Oh Harry! Yes! I would love to marry you!”
Harry smiled and slipped the ring onto Hermione’s finger…a perfect fit.
Hermione hugged Harry and that’s when she saw Draco. He was standing by
a table talking with Elizabeth. Draco looked at Hermione and smiled. That’s
when it hit Hermione…Draco had planned all this out just for her. Hermione
mouthed “Thank you” And Draco nodded. Hermione knew she owed Draco her
life for doing such a sweet thing for her.
One year later…
“I do” Hermione said.
“And do you, Harry James Potter, take Hermione Jane Granger as your wife?”
the priest asked.
“I do” Harry said.
“And with the power rested in me I now pronounce you husband and wife.
You may kiss the bride”.
Harry kissed Hermione and they both walked out of the church, followed by
the best man…Draco. Ron had found out about what Draco did for Hermione
and he was the one who suggested that Draco be the best man.
Outside Hermione turned to Draco and said, “Thank you Draco! Thanks to you
I am happy! Thanks to you…I have everything I’ve always wanted”.
“No problem! I had to do it. Congratulations Hermione”.
Draco hugged Hermione and said, “Well I have to go…I have to go and see
Angelina”.
“Angelina?”
“She’s my girlfriend”.
“Awww…looks like Draco is at the top of his game again!” Hermione laughed.
Draco laughed and said, “I’ll see you around”.
He was about to walk away when he felt someone grab him by the shoulder.
He turned.
It was Harry.
“I swear I was just hugging her!” Draco said throwing his hands into the air.
Harry laughed and said, “I know that! I just wanted to say…thanks Draco”.
Draco lowered his arms, “No problem”.
Draco left. Harry turned back to Hermione and said, “So…where do we go for
our honeymoon?”
“Mmmm, I don’t know? How about Spain”.
“Spain? Okay does Madrid sound good?”
“It sure does. As long as I’m with you”.
Harry smiled and kissed Hermione, who was now his, and only his, Lady in Red.
There you all go! The final chapter! I hope you enjoyed my FF Lady in Red as much as I enjoyed writing it! And I shall have another FF up soon so if you want me to PM you just say so!

Oh my goodness...you posted this a long time ago, and I never expected to read the last chapter! Twinnie...I cried! This FF made me cry! Mostly 'cause of Draco and his plan and everything...but still! I love it and I can't believe that it's over! This is one of the best FFs ever yet! I hope to read your new one soon. ^^
