Kris & Remus - The Perfect Couple? - Sa16+
 

Just a quick note: The only character I own is Kris. Katie is owned by HPlover_09. The others are owned by Jo, the one who created Harry Potter. Now to the story...

"Remus, stop!" Kris laughed.

"No! Never!" Remus laughed and kept tickling Kris.

"What are you two doing in there?" Came Katie's voice on the other side of Kris' bedroom door.

Remus and Kris stopped and looked at each other and bursted out laughing. "That's it! I'm coming in!" She yelled opening the door. She stood there with her mouth gaped open staring at the scene before her. They were on Kris' bed and Remus was ontop of Kris, he had her pinned on the bed. Katie was speachless at the site she saw, "What the hell were you two doing?!" She crossed her arms and waited. "Nothing!" Both Remus and Kris said and Remus got off of her and sat on the bed. Katie rolled her eyes and reminded Kris of Lily, though Katie wasn't kin to Lily she seemed to act like her. Her cousin, Arthur would always say, 'Katie, lighten up!' Kris smiled at the memory.

"Kris, are you still with us?" Said Remus' voice. Kris was a year younger then him but he never treated her like she was just Sirius' kid sister. That's what she loved about him, just because he was 19 and she 18 didn't mean he had to treat her like it. She could never forget the first time they met, Sirius had took her on the Hogwarts Express with him.

"Sirius! Wait up!" She was eleven years old and this was her first time on the train. Sirius stopped and opened a door to a compartment and stepped in. The door was closed by the time Kris got to it, Sirius had forgot all about her until he saw her face poke in the compartment, "Oh, guys this is my kid sister, Krissy, Krissy this is James," He pointed to a boy with glasses and jet black hair, "and this is Peter," He pointed to a mousey looking boy, "and this is Remus." He pointed to the last boy and thats the moment she got the crush on him.

"Kris? Krissy?" That was Katie she sounded worried. Kris shook her head and came back to the present day. "Kris? Are you alright?" Remus put his arms around her after she sat up. "Yeah, I'm fine." She smiled, "I just zoned out for a minute." Remus hugged her tightly, "As long as your ok." Katie felt out of place so she left to find Sirius. "Wonder where she's going?" Kris rolled her eyes, "She just said that she was going to find Sirius." "Oh yeah." He laughed and kissed her cheek. Kris giggled for no reason, "Hey, where's James?" Remus' smiled faded, "I don't know, I haven't seen him or Lily in a while, not since Harry was born." They sat quietly, Lily and James had something they didn't, a real family.

Sirius came running in looking worried, "Krissy! Remus! Hurry! It's Katie!" Remus and Kris exchanged worried looks and followed Sirius to Katie's side. Katie was on the floor twitching and screaming in pain and Peter was standing over her. "Expelliarmus!" Kris cought Peter's wand and glared at him. Katie kept twitching, Remus and Sirius went to her side not knowing what to do. "Take her to St. Mungos! I'll deal with Wormtail." Kris stood glaring at Peter, he tried to match her expression but he ended up looking scared.

"Peter, how could you?" Kris asked then her eyes widened as she said, "You're a Death Eater, aren't you?"

Peter smirked, "Took you a while, Kristie."

"You never could keep away from those you are better then you could you, Petie."

His smirk vanished, "Don't ever call me that!"

Kris smirked, "Why ever not, Petie? You use to love that I gave you a nick name. You had a crush on me, yes, Peter I knew, but I would never date anyone as scared as you."

"That's why I became a Death Eater, Kristie, to show you I wasn't scared."

"Oh but, Peter, I am with Remus." She silently used a charm she made that prevents him from changing into the rat he is. The door bursted open and in came Dumbledore, Shacklebolt and James. "Hi, fellows, so nice of you to show up. Tea?" They looked at Kris like she was nuts, "Oh, I have everything undercontrol, you see, Petie here is a Death Eater. He is the one that has been spying on the Order, he's the reason why Katie is in St. Mungos right now." Shaklebolt grabed Peter and Kris watched as he tried to change. Peter looked at her and knew she used the charm she had used on Sirius one time, a year ago. James and Dumbledore walked over to her and Dumbledore took Peters wand and placed it in his pocket. James put his arm around her and lead her to the couch, "I'm so proud of you, Krissy.' James said softly.

Kris stared at the floor, she was in after-shock. "Krissy? You ok?" James shook her gently, she looked up at him, "I can't believe...Peter...Death Eater..." She trailed off. James looked at Dumbledore and Shacklebolt, "Could you go check on Katie?" They nodded and left, James turned to face Kris. Kris had turned her head when James spoke to the others. "Krissy? Talk to me." James took his hand and gently moved her face so she was looking at him. Kris threw her arms around him and cried. James looked shocked when she put her arms around him, but no the less he had put his arms around her.

*tacklegiggleglomps* *looks around frantically* Hey!! Oh.. so.. Katie ain't here and she's in your story. And I am here and I'm not in your story?? *pouts*
I got a spider on me today!! I'm freaked!! Er.. How many times have I said that? :lol: Mentally insane, paranoid aracniphobe. Interesting... *hops like a lion back to her padded room howling 'God Rest Ye Merry Sock-a-tudes' like a flying frog brandishing her fencing stick* So what if it's a christmas siong?? :music: It's the most wonderful time of the Ye.a.RRRRR :music: *runs away rambling waiting for a new post*

I'm not the first person to post... I'm the second... *shrugs*

Hey!! And I said I looked around frantically... Probably from the spider... *goes off to the LLFC Chat or her stories to whine about school*
Did I mention how much I liked this story even though you put yourself with Remus??? Well, just in case you didn't know, I like it...

Well to title asks 'The perfect couple?' so..no..I shall not tell!

Ok next part of the story...it's not much but it'll do..

After Kris had calmed down James had gently wiped her tears off her face. Kris looked into James eyes and he hers, they inched closer to each other. James leaned in and kissed Kris, she knew it was wrong but she didn't stop him. Kris leaned back on the couch with James still kissing her, James also knew it was wrong but he had always liked her and couldn't help himself. Kris began undoing the buttons on his shirt when they heard a BANG then, "What the heck!?" James and Kris stopped kissing and looked to see who had shouted and saw Sirius. James got off Kris and started to studder an explanation but Sirius ignored him and looked at Kris.

"It's not what it looked like." Kris said. Sirius snorted, "So it wasn't James on top of you kissing you?" He asked sarcasticly. Kris and James looked at each other and smirked, James got out his wand and said, "Stupify!" Sirius went out then James pulled Kris up the stairs. When they got to the top of the stairs they started kissing each other, they kept kissing making their way to Kris' bedroom. They got to Kris' room and made their way to the bed, Kris started unbuttoning James' shirt.

Kris woke up the next morning beside James, oh damn! Remus is going to kill us! "James," she whispered, "James?" She shook him slightly. James groaned and turned on his side facing Kris, he opened his eyes and saw Kris. He smiled and said, "Last night was the best." Kris grinned, "Yeah, but if Lily and Remus find out..." Her voice trailed off.

OMG! Kris, I love it! PAMS!

Hey Katie!! When are going to get on AIM?????????? And thanks, Ashlyn tried to steal my ff plans last night. Ha! It's hid so well I might not even be able to find it!

This be all I got...but it should do.

The next few weeks Kris had been running to the bathroom every few hours. Remus and Sirius keep asking her if she's sick but she just tells them, "I'm fine." then she will mutter, "Just need to talk to James." One day Remus had had enough of her saying she was fine when she clearly wasn't. Remus walked up the walk way of James' house, he thought he heard him talking to someone but pushed the thought to the back of his mind. When he got to the door he knew he heard a voice, Kris' voice, he stopped and listened.

"James, I can't keep this up...I can't keep lying to them.."

"I know, Krissy, I hate it too. But if he finds out you..me..we.."

"Yeah, I know, he'd kill us.."

Remus got out his wand and blasted the door down, both James and Kris jumped, Remus couldn't believe his eyes. So he asked, "What were you two doing? What were you talking about? What is so bad that it'd make me kill you?" His eyes went from Kris to James and back again.

OMG!!! That's really good! I think we've all figured out what happens next!
You know whats weird? The part that just happened, well, if you read my story Trouble Never Ends, you'll see, I've got a part that's almost like this, what happens with Kris and James and everything. I havent posted that part yet, so if you see it like next week, dont think I've copied, I've had it written 4 like 2 weeks so... I just that was kinda funny... Well don't hate me, didn't mean to...:) Post soon! If you're wondering what I meant about the coping thing, read mine 'Trouble Never Ends' and you'll see! It's in the restricted section too.

OK I know it aint much but my brain wouldn't give anymore.

Remus dropped onto a chair looking shocked, "You would leave me?" Kris glared at Remus, "Yes. If you don't want the baby." Remus closed his eyes thinking, after a while he opened his eyes and looked at Kris, "If you want to keep the baby then you can raise it by yourself." He stood up then walked to the door, when he reached the door he turned and looked at Kris. "Have a nice life." After those painful words he left. Kris looked hurt she wanted to go after him but she didn't think he would take her back unless she didn't keep the baby.James put his hand on Kris' shoulder, "Krissy? You ok?" Kris didn't say anything she just stared at the door as if hoping Remus would come back.

Yeah he is being awful..... but he kind of has a right to be.....I mean his best friend got is girlfriend pregnant. It's not an ideal situation.

ok I thought I would write what Remus is doing so here we go off into the wild blue yonder!...sorry bout that last bit but my school days flashed back *shudders*

Remus had his hand on the door handle thinking about going back inside. No! She doesn't love you, if she did she wouldn't have done this to you. He nodded then let go of the handle and walked off. He went straight home and started packing all of Kris' belongings. He was packing her stuffed animals when there was a knock on the door. He ran down the stairs half hoping it would be Kris, he saw it wasn't when he opened the door and saw Srius there.

"Playing with dolls now are ya, Moony?" Sirius smirked when he saw the doll in his hand. "No, I'm packing your baby sisters things." Remus snapped. Sirius looked shocked, mainly because he called Kris a baby. In all the years everyone had called her a baby...everyone except Remus. "Why? I thought you wanted her to live with you." "That was before she cheated on me with James." Remus and Sirius heard a snap and both looked at the doll in Remus' hands, he had broke it.

"Kris? Cheat on you? With James?"

"Yes, and you know what else? She is going to have a baby! Not my baby. James' baby!"

Sirius just laughed, "She loves you too mu-"

"No she don't!" Remus yelled throwing the already broke doll in the fireplace.

Sirius stared at Remus shocked at how angry he was. "I don't believe she would cheat on you." He finally said after Remus began pacing, Remus shot him an angry look then punched the wall until his hands bled. "I'll kill her. I swear I will." "Remus you don't mean that...do you?" Remus turned to Sirius and glared at him. He pushed past him then walked out the front door with one thing one his mind; kill Kris.

Kris stood up with the help of James, "I'm going to find him to talk to him." She gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek then left. She walked to Remus' house and saw him coming out of the house. She smiled when she saw him walking to wards him but her smile disappeard when he grabbed her arm tighter then what he usually did. He waved his wand and Kris couldn't talk he pulled her to the woods across from his house.

ARG!!!! What the heck!!! How harsh can he be!!??? PAMS!!! (repeat that 1,000,000 X)

Whoa, Remus what the heck is wrong with you? You can't kill people! Is Kris going to be ok? PAMS!

When they were deep in the woods Kris watched as Remus used his wand to tie her to a tree. Her eyes grew as she saw him pull a knife that had glinted in the moon light(No not a full moon). She tried to get free, "Oh stay still!" Remus said before he slapped her. Kris looked into his eyes and saw that they were dull and empty.

*slaps head* Stupid brain! It quit on me! Sorry peoplez this is all I got.

Ummm.... what is there to say? Except...this is not good! Not good at all! *shakes head* :(

Iknow! As much as I love him, I just wanna run up and smack him right now! (not really- he'll come to his sneses:)) ....maybe...*gulp*

At first Kris thought Remus was under a spell but when she saw pain and anger appear in his eyes she knew he wasn't. "You should have gotten rid of that baby, Kris." He ripped her shirt then ran the knife down her stomach lightly. Kris tried to scream for help but not a sound was heard. After a few minutes and stabs Remus left, leaving Kris tied to the tree.

Umm...there was suppose to be more but my mind has left to play cards with the Lord of the Underworld.

I don't think she's dead, but the baby probably is. Yep, Remus has deffinately gone insane. Now the question is, who will find her? Is it Sirius, James, Katie.... or will Remus come to his senses, and bring her to a hospital?

I'll post more once my mind has returned from giving me ideas for other stories....and about Kris being dead...hmmm....:shifty:

Ok this has Remus' view, Kris' view and Sirius' view.

Remus walked back into his house. “Sirius? I’m back.” Sirius stepped out of the living room, “Where’s my sister?” Remus smirked and started to the kitchen Sirius grabbed his arm. “Where is she?” Remus jerked his arm out of Sirius’ grasp and continued to the kitchen. He walked to the sink, got out the bloody knife, “Is that Kris’…blood?” Sirius who had followed Remus asked.

Remus muttered, “She should have got rid of that baby.” He turned the sink on and began washing the knife. Sirius changed into a big, black dog, sniffed Remus shoes then ran out of the house. Kris’ head began to get heavy, it was starting to get hard for her to breath. I’m so stupid… why did I do it? Why? Sirius followed Remus’ sent to the woods, he stopped and sniffed the air.

Sirius barked as he smelled blood, he ran towards the sent. As he saw Kris he changed back into himself, “Kris!” Kris looked up as she heard her name she smiled weakly as she saw her brother. Sirius waved his wand once and took off the spell that stopped her from speaking. He waved his wand a second time and took the binds off her. He caught her before she fell, “It’s going to be alright, Kris…I’ve got you.” He ran to James’ house he kicked on the door, “James! Lily!”

Lily opened the door, “James! James!” James came running he stopped short, “What…who did this?” Neither Sirius or Kris answered. “James, I don’t know what to do…” Lily took over, she told Sirius to lay Kris on the couch then told James to get towels.

Uhmm...Katie is still in St. Mungos from what Wormtail did to her...she's not crazy but they are trying to stop the twitching....Remus made me say this...said I needed to...*laughs as Sirius acts like Remus*

Go Sirius! Looking out for his sister! :lol: Um... Remus has seriously gone out of his mind! He's making me cry! :cry: WE shall see! PAMS!!!

*Steps infront of Remus* Hey! No killing Remus!

Kris kept mumbling something that no one could understand, James took Sirius aside, “Who did this to her?” “Is this concern out of friendship or something else?” Sirius asked harshly. James looked over at Lily and saw she was too busy taking care of Kris to notice what they were saying. “You know that I liked them both while we were kids but when I saw Kris liked Remus then I gave up on her. But in a moment of weakness…Sirius, I couldn’t help myself…my old feelings for her came rushing back.” James’ eyes slid onto Kris. “So you thought it was ok to get her pregnant?” Sirius asked. James looked at Sirius, “I asked her to get rid of it but she wouldn’t, she thought Remus would raise it as if it was his own…wait…did he do this?”

Sirius looked at Kris worry in his eyes, James walked to the door after he heard a knock. “Remus, what are you doing here?” James asked not letting him in. “Just thought I’d drop by.” Remus replied pushing James out of his way. He walked in nodded to Sirius but stopped short when he saw Kris. “Lily, there’s something you need to know about that girl you’re helping.” Lily looked up at Remus from her spot on the floor, “What is it?” James walked up behind Remus and whispered, “Remus, please don’t tell her.”

*Prays everyone will like it*

What is Remus trying to do? Lily would still help Kris..... she would be mad yes, but she wouldn't let Kris die.

Personally, I think Remus is under a faulty imperious curse..... or maybe it's a death eater using the polyjuice potion......hhmmmmm *contemplates* I'm going with the imperious theory.

You all are going to hate me but I had to! It just seemed so right...*hides*

Remus smirked, “She was pregnant with your husbands child. I think this is a good thing that happened to her.” Lily stood up and looked at James. “Is this true, James?” James hung his head and that was enough of an answer for Lily. “How could you, James?”

“It wasn’t his fault, Lily.” Kris said in a whisper sitting up. Lily looked at Kris wondering what she meant. She sat down by Kris then asked, “What do you mean ‘it wasn’t his fault’?” Kris looked at James then the floor before whispering, “It was an accident, Peter had just made Katie go to St. Mungo’s and I was scared and hurt…he was just trying to comfort me then…we kissed…we just got carried away…and now…thanks to me for wanting to have the baby I probably wont ever be able to again…”

Sirius glared at Remus, Kris looked at Remus, “I was going over to the house to tell you I was going to put the baby up for adoption…just to make you happy…” Kris began to cough real badly, so bad she started to couch up blood. “I want you to know Remus, that I regretted it the morning after…” Lily stood up then made Kris lay down on her side. Remus got on the floor beside her and held her hand then whispered, “I’m sorry, Kris.”

James and Sirius pulled Lily back, “I don’t think she is going to live, she lost too much blood and the internal wounds I couldn’t fix with magic…” They all looked at Kris and Remus. Sirius had tears in his eyes has he stared at his little sister. Kris slowly closed her eyes knowing she was dying was better then not knowing. The last words she heard was Remus saying, “I love you.”

*hits post then hides again*:hide:

*jaw drops* that's all I can say...

*sniffs* I didn't want to but I had to! It just seemed so right!

Remus had tears flowing down his face as he repeated, “I’m sorry.” over and over. James went to the door after hearing a knock. He came back with none other then Albus Dumbledore he said no greeting he just pulled Remus back. Dumbledore placed his hand on Kris’ stomach then as if seeing what the problem was he got his wand out. He place the tip of his wand on her stomach and began muttering some spell.

A few minutes after Dumbledore finished the spell something started to float. Her spirit (or as most say her ghost) rose out of her body, everyone stared at what was happening, even Dumbledore seemed to stare. After a few moments of hovering Kris’ spirit fell back into the body. Dumbledore smiled then said, “She will be fine…for now.” He then left the house without a single farewell.

“What does he mean by ‘she will be fine for now’?” James asked hoping someone would tell him. There was a cough and the four looked at Kris, her eyes were closed but she was slightly moving. Sirius was the first to hear it and as he heard it he stared at Kris wide-eyed. Next to hear it was Lily she didn’t know how it was happening so she didn’t know how to react. When James heard it he jumped, he didn’t expect to hear Kris’ voice in his head. The last to hear it was Remus, he spoke back as looked at Kris.

“I know you expected Dumbledore to heal me and bring me back, but it’s too late for me.”

“I am sorry I didn’t give you a chance to explain…I…I wasn’t in my right mind…”

“Remus, I love you…and I always will…you do not need to explain anything to me…I understand how you felt…I can’t hold on anymore…”

Her last words were heard by all four, “I want you all to know that you were the best group of friends anyone could have…” Everyone had tears streaming down their faces as they watched her breathed her last breath.

Lily&James - had another child

Sirius - got married and had a little girl and named her after Kris

and as for Remus, well, he never found anyone else he wanted to be with and he visits Kris' grave so much that you would think he slept there.
