This, is her Diary. Which my Twinnie, Dani, encouraged me to make {This Fanfic, I mean}. The AMAZING banner is compliments of Marie AKA Loki, Graphics GODDESS! And so I thank both of those girls, I luff them :glomp: --- Where to start..{Aside from the fourth page in this book} Okay, well, I'm Savina Nicole Mae, more commonly known as Savannah, or whatever crazy names people have given me. I'm fifteen as of a month or two ago, and a witch! Attending Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. Merlin lets hope no one gets there hands on this..especially not any muggles; That would be fun to explain - Not. Come to think of it, I think I'd be more concerned with a friend or family member going through my diary..that's besides the point right now, though. Anyways, just recently my 'aunt' Savina sent me this..diary. We had bought it years ago, on a trip to diagon alley, but I must have forgotten it at her place before going home. And no, Savina isn't technically my aunt, but close enough. She and my mother went to Hogwarts together, and have been close ever since. And since I have it now, why not write in it? what could it hurt, as long as I keep it out of reach from everyone else? right? Right. So, it's been abit since school let out, for summer. Finnegan {A Best friend of my eldest sister, as well as her husband's cousin} was waiting for Valencia {My sister-in-law} and myself, when Hogwarts express arrived. He also already had Dusty {Vee's brother} with him, Durmstrang students must have gotten out sooner than us, or were just quicker to travel maybe.. Anyways, Elissa {Another best friend of my sister and her husband, also Finn's wife} had picked up my neice Lainie, and since then we've been at their house. Somewere in Ireland. Silly, I know. I should know were we are exactily, but at this moment I don't. No biggy, Finn and Eli aren't just trusted friends, but family. They knew me when I was just a baby running around in diapers! And speaking of diapers..Eli is almost ready to burst! Anyday now; it's a boy! So exciting. Oops! I hear Dusty calling me now; apparently Finn is waiting for us, we're going to play soccor! Yay! And afterwards Vee and I will be helping Elissa in the kitchen, so I better go! - Savannah ♥ |

Theres no specific day, because I'm not sure when SiM started RP timewise. Alright, after that first entry I didn't have the chance to write anything in here. Till..now, obviously. We left Eli and Finn's about two days ago, went to my home in Marseilles, France. {- Urgh.} Then thankfully, Dad already had Julian, Kaitlynnh, Lydia and Lissy ready to go. Julian and Kaitlynnh are fraternal eight year old twins, while Lissy and Lydia are identical six year olds. Mum and Madison, my sister younger by a year; are going to get the newest addition to the family, apparently we've been planning on adopting, and everything went in, we were approved, and the kid's ready to be picked up now. Months later, mind you .. even though I'm JUST hearring about it! Anywho, He's coming home. Yes, a him! Another little brother; his name's Gabriel Reece - Soon-to-be Mae, and he's just about five years old. And while mum and Madison are away doing that, we all went over to Uncle Bear's, Dad's brothers. Alexis invited myself {Amongst other friends!} over for afew weeks, and her little brother Legend, asked me to bring Kaitlynnh and Julian. Where Uncle Bear's house was isn't too many hours from Lexi's place, so it was perfect. Aside from..I was babysitting both my neice, and her cousin. I consider him my nephew, although technically legal-wise that's probably wrong. - His mom is my neice's father's sister, and my neice's mother, my sister. But Lainie's father died, several years back. And my sister, Emmylyne, is re-married now. That is all a very complicated, looooong story, that I won't begin to go into now. Anyways! As I was saying, I was babysitting over summer. Obie and Lainie, of course I told Lexi, and she told me to bring them. So, well, Milan here we come. Literally. We spent a day at my uncles, and now It's about..4:47AM, and we're getting ready to leave now. Dad's dropping us lot of kids off, at Alexis', then coming right back. Leaving Lissy and Lydia with Uncle Bear for too long may not be the best idea..they haven't experienced any magical mishaps yet, there's a plus! So, please, I know your not a talking diary {Because I'd be VERY afraid then..witch or not!} but please, someone tell me WHY Dusty informed me that he, and Benny {My older cousin} wanted a chat with Curtis? .. Curtis being .. my first crush and boyfriend. I am proud to say, we've been together since about the middle of third year! Right after our first quidditch match, but now I'm trailing off again.. Again, I ask. Why? Dusty wouldn't be telling me this..unless it some kind of 'warning', in which case WHY couldn't they stay out of that part of my personal life, if you could call it that? I admit! I'm afraid of what they'll do..or say; Believe me, I love my cousin and brother-in-law both, dearly, but I can't trust them not to..be..boys! To not listen to me, morealess! I...don't know! Urgh. I just don't want them badgering Curt; If they want to..Befriend him, sure! Perfect, I love the idea. But I swear, if they dare try anything funny..*Sigh* I'm not a baby, nor do I need protected, or watched over {aside from the adults}. Especially NOT from Curt of all people! That's just insane! If they get on another roll of theirs, Ben and Dusty are going to drive me nuts with their whole 'big brother' acts. Oh well, I'll deal with them later. It's probably abit past noon, nearly everyone else is downstairs eatting lunch. I said I'd join them shorty. My neice, Lainie, had an early lunch, and being that she's use to afternoon naps, well here we are. In Lexi's room, on my guest bed. As I sit and write, she's curled up by the pillows, already off in whatever land she normally dreams about, if that even the case. Speaking of dreams, I know this'll seem off topic but it's not, trust me. You see those second and third already used pages in my diary, with the two pictures? One, of a gorgeous creature, more properly known as a Hippogriff. And on the other page, the second page morealess, has two little children. Although it's in black and white, I can assure you that both have dark locks of brown; the little girl with her sparkling bright eyes that matched the ocean scenery perfectly, while the boy, whom looked the littlest bit older, had orbs to match the sky after nightfall. Little freckles were barely visible on the little girl's face, in the picture atleast. Both had pale complexions, as if they had not spent many hours in sun, which was definitely false information. The 'names' under the picture are obviously nicknames. Super Con, and Ducky. Who are they? you know even though your a silly book, I shouldn't be telling! Super heros are suppose to keep their real identities secret. Oh well, I give in. It's not as if anyones going to read this, after all, first person that does will get hexed! Super Con is actually Conner Edmund Mae, one of my two big brothers. And Ducky, is refuring to the little girl. Her real name: Savina Nicole Mae, preferably known as Savannah. Yup, that's me. I had given Con that nickname so many years ago..the picture alone had been taken when I only just turned seven, and He, nine and a half year's old. Ducky. That was my childhood nickname, for almost an entire year I refused to listen or obey, if someone called me anything but that. Then, I wanted my name back, only because I went stubborn and wanted ONLY Conner, Wyatt and Alex to call me by that name: Ducky. Wyatt and Alexander Saunders, that is. My eldest sister's half-brothers on her father's side and Conner's two best friends. Now your probably wondering {Or maybe not..your a book} why I say that's not off topic, when it really looks to be? Simple. It came to mind, because of my dream from last night. More of a broken dream, I hardly slept with all the tossing and turning. I'm not surprised. Truthfully, I would be surprised if I hadn't dreamt of Conner. It's been two years now since his death, and not a day goes by that I don't find myself thinking about something that links me back to him, especially when my mind isn't occupied with something else. Probably part of the reason I try to keep as busy as possible. Anyways, I don't want to go any further into that. I..can't, still not ready. The last time Conner was mentioned with me around, was at his memorial service, and I am greatful my family keeps his name from reaching my ears. I don't think this went as well as I hoped *Blink* Too tired..oh well :P Well we're home, have been since earlier this morning..It's probably somewere around five in the afternoon now. I would definitely be sad to leave Lexi's, but I'm not. Why? not because I'll get to see her soon, again, cause still I'll miss Legend, my little hero, too. Her whole family really, their amazing. But guess what? Mum's being transfered again, back to the ministry closes or in Italy, I'm not very sure on it's location. Anyways! My whole family is here, helping pack. Tomorrow my god-mother, Savina, will be taking me over to her place in London. I think afew others might be coming, such as Dustin. So today, we've been boxing things up, nothings moved so far. That'll probably come tomorrow. In two days, TWO days, we move. Where? To MILAN! I can't even say how excited I am, we're right down the street from the Chosens! I have more news, that was the good ^^ now, here comes the confusing. I'll break down my family first, okay? Yeah..your just a diary, but my family tree still makes my head hurt sometimes, so it's easier this way. I'll try my best to break it down right. Then again, this serves whoever right if they try reading MY diary. But for history sake.. Theres my mum, Lorraine. With her dark brown hair, and matching eyes. She's a pure-blooded witch whom attended Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry, as a Ravenclaw, and has two sisters and a brother: Silvia and Grace being the baby of the three, Adrian being the eldest of them all. Their mother Angelina Brenin, a British witch while their father, Carl Johnson, a Italian wizard. Angelina had gone to Hogwarts, as a Hufflepuff no less. She and Carl met through work, traveling; according to her, atleast. My father's name is Scott Mae and he is half-irish, half-american muggle. Bright blue eyes, and a shaggy mess of blonde hair. I don't know my grandparents too well on that side, but I do have an aunt, and uncle. The first of my siblings starts with Emmylye Lauren Saunders-Mae. Yes, Saunders. We don't share the same father. Her father, was my mother's 'Hogwarts-Sweetheart' I guess you could say. Stephan Saunders. They didn't last, I don't know for fact but I don't think he was even around after my sister was born, which was November 14th, 2043. She definitely looked like a combo of both her parents. Golden brown, almost blonde hair, and eyes such a weird mixture of both green and brown. An earthy tone. Her skin tanned so easily, too. She was naturally tanned, no surprise. Shortly after graduating from Beauxbatons academy of magic, she and Benjamin Lawley had married. Both went on, with another friend to train for becoming Aurors. But..well, the Mae, or should I actually say Johnson temper runs thick. Just as thick as the twin chances in my family, but I'll get to that soon. As you could have probably guessed, Emmylyne quit. She disliked their instructer with a passion. I'm not about to repeat her exact words, because there's a chance I might remember them. Instead she went onto training to be a healer, another thing she had considered. Auror was chosen over that, only because she'd be working with Benjamin and Axel. Her training was put on a little hold though, about two year later I think it was. She had a baby, which they named Lainie Alona Lawley. A beautiful little girl. After afew months, Emmy decided she was going to get back to work, even though Benji prefered her to stay with the baby rather than letting a grandparent watch over her for alittle bit during the day. When Lainie was only five months, her father was taken from her. He'd been sent on a mission, and never came back. I remember it perfectly. Emmylyne was hysterical for awhile and baby Lainie, so innocent..so small, she had no idea at all what was going on. This is where I prefer not to continue into the story, because some people are very opinionated and would say something or think it. I don't like that, but there was one person I had told. Which was Bella Coulter. And I had my reasons for that. I think, even as a little girl, I know there was two boys who had my sister's head spinning. Benjamin Lawley, and Axel Phoenix. Two, of her four best friends that she had since the age of five. That never went anywere. During the time of Benjamin's memorial service Grandma Angelina, somehow, tracked down Axel. She probably hoped it would help Emmy, since Elissa and Finn weren't around either. Axel had left during my sister's wedding, and since then we hadn't seen or heard from him again. Till my grandmother got him to come, that is. He stuck closer, Axel was such a big help and keeping my sister in one peice. I'm thankful for him, because she did worry me, greatly. It took months and months before she was acting 'normal' again {What is normal, anyways?} But now I'll jump to about three years or so later, when she accepted Axel's engagement proposel. Just last winter is when they married, it was good. Very good. But no one will forget Benji, and we don't want to. That about sums up Emmylyne, except guess what? She's expecting! Twins, no doubt! I suppose I should explain that bit, the twins running thick in my family? Well, on either Grandma Angelina's or Grandpa Carl's sides of the family started the twins. Then, that follows through our mother's blood. Emmylyne's father's side of the family also has twins, so it's twice as good of a chance for her. And just to triple it, Axel's father's side of the family has twins. I'd say that's a good 75% chance there! Now onto the second oldest: Nikolas Roman Mae. He looks just like dad, with piercing blue eyes, and a mess of short blonde hair. He also has dad's past dare-devilish personality. He can be abit cocky, too. And definitely a charmer. I remember multiples times mum would get very annoyed at how distracted he could get around the young woman species. Nikolas graduated from Beauxbatons, and went to Romania to be a Dragon Keeper. Since then we see him much, much less often. Me especially since I also have school. But today he was back, with his wife! Jasmine's lovely. Very, very nice. She fits our family, and I'm glad. And guess what? yet another baby bundle to come. Actually, she's huge. Sometime in september is when she's due. That probably wraps my eldest brother up.. Now to the third born: Regina Aideen Mae. She too, looks identical to dad, but a feminine version. Her long blonde hair falls in curls, massive compared to Emmy's waves. Regina, just like the other two, graduated from that french school. But after, she left to america. She wanted to try living without magic at all. Regina wanted to try the muggle life-style, which included rarely seeing the rest of us. I'm happy for her, nonetheless. It's probably obvious but I can't think of too much more, on Reg. We'll skip ahead, I've still got too many to go. Fourth born: Conner Edmund Mae. Conner hadn't graduated. He hadn't dropped out either, his story is abit longer. He went to Durmstrang. The only reason my mother allowed it, was because Alexander and Wyatt Saunders were to go there too {My eldest sister's twin brothers, on her fathers side} and Conner wanted to attend the same school. He, unlike the others, had mum's dark hair. His eyes, they were blue, but they were a dark navy color. Not bright like dad's or Nik's or Reg's, but still bright, in their own way. If that makes any sense? When Conner was thirteen, in second year {His birthday came right after school starts, so he started first year when he was nearly twelve} during a trip to a near town, sort of like what Hogsmeade is to us, I guess, Conner must have adventured of. That wasn't at all unusual, or doubtful for that matter. Anyways, however it happened, he managed to get himself kidnapped. I don't want to go through the little details I know, I'm just going to keep skipping the less important stuff. We had been told by a 'witness' he was killed, gone. It turned out when we kept searching anyways that we had been fed false information from a criminal partner. Whether they were wizards or muggles I don't know. I wouldn't know if someone was out to get my large extended family for whatever reason there was, but I also wouldn't think it impossible. Not even close. Conner had died at the young age of fifteen, going on sixteen. June 9th was the day, and september 15th was his birthday. He had lived on before that, after being returned home. But he was never the same after that..he appeared to be; doctors and healers alike couldn't tell us anything different from 'He's in perfect health for what he's been through' but they were all wrong, because my brother would be with me today if they were right. And now that I'm even more irritable, we'll go to the next person. Sixth born: Yeah, me. We're not going there, that would just be weird. So next really is.. Seventh born: Madison Sophie Mae Madi attends Beauxbatons. She's only a year younger than me, which was probably part of the reason for our headbutting as little kids. We're close in age, but no were near in appearance. Where I have dark brown hair, and ocean blue eyes, she has icy blue eyes, and pale blonde, naturally wavy hair. Eighth and ninth born: Julian Edward Tristian and Kaitlynnh Gelilah Cantara Kayleigh Mae. I'm thankful your paper..you won't go asking why in the world are their names so long!? Told you twins run in the family. My family, I mean. These two aren't identical though, their fraternal. Julian has blonde hair, and brown orbs. While Kaitlynnh..looks exactily like mum. Their only eight years old, valentine babies, mum called them. Their birthday is February 14th, after all. They don't have much of a story, really. Their still little kids, innocent for the most part; Katie has that temper and it does get the best of her, often. Dad calls her the little spitfire, for good reason. It's good we're moving, since that will give Katie a change of schools. Mum and dad have had each of us go to muggle school till the age of eleven. It's sort of a tradition, or rule I suppose. But Kaitlynnh, twice now, has nearly done something 'weird' out of anger. Infront of a class full of muggle children, and a muggle teacher. Mum was giving her one more chance before taking her out of school. We can't chance that, it's too risky; Kaitlynnh needs to learn to handle it better. One things for sure, she's no squib. Tenth and eleventh born: Lissy Lindsy and Lydia Loretta Mae. I can't really say much on them. Their still tiny, six year olds! Their identical twins, seriously I'm not sure how I tell them apart, because they occasionally dress differently otherwise they match from head-to-toe. Blonde locks fall to the middle of their backs, and their deep brown eyes are always unreadable. Their a sneaky pair, always up to something. Their both pretty sweet too, of course I'd say that though. I'm the big sister.. Adopted, twelfth child: Gabriel Reece Mae. Gab's pretty simple..he's a year younger than L&L, we really don't know if he posseses any magic. We don't know his background except for the little the adoption agency was able to give us. It wouldn't matter either way, he's family now, and whatever he ended up being, wouldn't make a difference on how we see him. He's the cutest little thing..his dark, dark brown eyes looked nearly black at times, matching his curly hair well. And his complexion reminded me of carmel. Now, going through all of that above, do you see any mistakes? Any..gaps? try fifth born. Not seeing it? cause I skipped it. But there is a fifth born.. Joseph Steven Mae. Born May 5th. My twin brother, little had I known. This was what I was meaning to get to the whole time. I never ever knew I had a twin brother, and the others {My older siblings and parents} hadn't known he was alive. Weird, huh? well I knew my birth was an emergency life or death thing. What I hadn't known was it wasn't just two lifes at stake, but three. It had been a muggle hospital, and aside from them telling my not fully conscious mother that the first of her two babies hadn't made it, which I also hadn't know till now, we don't know what happened really. They hadn't let my father in the room with her, so I guess if it were their intentions to steal one of the babies, it would be easy..and it must have been. Savina was the reason he was returned, safetly to us. She found his name when she was researching deep into an adoption thing. She found his name, and.. here we are? To skip my furious reaction to seeing this teenage boy that looks almost exactily like me, that I had never known of, that I had every right to know of, deep..deep down, I'm glad he's home. I wish I had greeted him better, rather than yelling at my entire family out of anger, and hurt, and confusion. I admit to regretting it, but I can't take it back. I can only try making an effort to give him a chance. And I will. I'm getting tired, and I hear someone coming up the stairs now. Probably Lexi; she and Legend are spending the night, and she just left the room before I started writing. Yes, I know, it's been awhile! It's not as if I planned to wait this long. I've been keeping busy, duhh. With the help of Savina, I got my mum to agree to let me work in Diagon alley, at Flourish and Blotts. I've always loved that store, probably always will! I recently got a letter from Eli, which reminds me! She had the baby, it's a health, gorgeous baby boy. Not surprisingly, the kid already has pitch black hair, just like Finn. She sent me afew pictures, just like I asked her too. I can't wait to meet little Ashton Chase myself; maybe before school starts..we'll have to see. I'm sure Dusty would come with me, so of course I wouldn't be going alone. Silly as it is, mum still isn't comfortable with me traveling by floo powder alone. *Insert eyerolling here* Another bit of news, my older cousin, Benny {Edwards}, had an accident. He's in coma, they transfered him to a muggle hospital..no one can tell us when he'll wake up, if he will. I'm very, very sure he will though. He has to, we can't think like that. The whole thing has everyone..broken, almost. It's affected Danny the worst, by far, from everyone else. Ever since the accident Danny rarely ever talks, no joke. I'm worried about him, and Sam..and everyone really. My aunt Silvia's expecting {Yeah, surprise surprise! The day my family stops growing is the day the sky falls} and I can only imagine what this is doing to her stress levels. Onto better things, we went exploring yesterday. Hah, maybe not exploring..but we wandered around Milan as far from our houses as we could go without not being able to get back before getting introuble. We went pretty far though. Myself, Alexis, Dustin and Joseph. Thankfully Lexi knew her way around, to some extent. The boys suggested taking a little adventure, and of course Lex agreed. I can't remember how many times I tripped or fell, or smacked into something when I wasn't paying proper attention to my surroundings. The whole klutzy thing could have drivin me mad, seriously. But Dusty, of course, made good fun of it. It was fun, I'll say that much. And even better, Mr. Chosen nor my mum, or dad, found out how far we had gone. I would say a good give away was you could smell candy on Lexi's breath, but anyone who knows her well enough would assume she has a secret stash somewere. Which she does! Oof! I gotta go, Katie is yelling at Julian..something about hurrying up. She's probably anxious to go see Legend, which means I have to take them over there. First of, I know..I haven't written in this silly book in afew days. This will be a normal routine. Hey, and it gives me more to write about at a time. So there. All good. After work today, Savina came to get me, as always (To make it easier on my mum. Thats one thing I look forward to, apparating!) and Joseph tagged along. That happens often, too. But instead of how we usually go back to her place, then home afterwards (Unless we stay the night, it all depends on whats going on.) but today, we went to..neither. Yeah I know if you were alive, you'd probably be giving me a funny look or something. A '*Blinkstare*' sort of look. Anways! She took us to Grandma Angelina's house! And nearly everyone was there. All my sisters and brothers, Nikolas' wife, Emmylyne's husband, Vee, Dusty. Eli, Finn and the baby were there! Many others, all linked to the family somehow, but I can't remember every single face I saw. We had a BBQ, it was fun. Nik got out a old slip-and-slide but decided it was 'too wimpy' and created his own. Haha, ended in laughter. It was hilarious. Grandma Angelina forgot to turn off the sprinklers, that are on a set time to go off each day, as well, so we all got abit wet. It was fun, though. Kassidy (Molina. Eli's sister) went and bought a HUGE bag of balloons! Now I know your just a book. But put two and two together. Balloons + Water + Hot day + Many people = ? Utter chaos. And it was. I don't remember seeing one person dry, by the end of the day. Chaos is fun, though. A way of life if you will. Heheh, now I sound crazy or something. Oh well. Onward! ..Hmm what else to write..Oh! It's probably about one in the morning. Most of the younger kids have dropped into slumbers, so have most of the adults. Joseph's awake, nudging my foot as I write, actually. Nerd. Atleast he isn't nosy and hasn't tried peeking into my book. He's caught up in reading a textbook, and we're both out in the livingroom, at Grandma Angelina's still. I do have work in the morning, so Savina will be coming to get both Joey and I to drop us off at Diagon alley before she heads off to the ministry. Speaking of Flourish and Blotts! I've seen four particular first years, that I thought were adorable! All four were so excited, and polite, but all different from one another. I can't wait to see them get sorted once we're all back at school. Jacob, or Mr. Murray, whichever I should call him, is very nice! I do miss seeing Mrs. Blotts and Mr. Flourish around the place, but I like working with Jacob. Hopefully I'll be there again next summer, we'll see though. He's pretty calm, too. Much like myself. Thats a plus, of course. He only got mad once, because some kids were shouting. I had to hush some yelling kids at one point too, so its normal. Kids will be kids? Hehe. Adults will be kids, too, you could say. Or new adults, technically. I know, I know, 'What is she on about?!' Five words: Tancred Adara and Amelia Rose. First off, YES! Tanc is BACK! You've no idea how thrilled I was. Tancred is (Now) a seventh year Hufflepuff, but he wasn't around last term. His mother forced him to transfer to Durmstrang because she doesn't feel Hogwarts is safe enough anymore. Something like that. Anyways he was around, not last term, but the term before that; I can't remember exactily when I met him, eitherway he's a good friend and I'm glad he's back. Since Tanc is offically 'of age' he's decided he can make his own choices, and the first was he's transfering back to Hogwarts. Now where does Mia come into this? Well Tancred was in Flourish and Blotts, talking to me, and Amelia came in, and she tried...hiding? once she saw him? Yeah..very bad attempt. We both saw her. I tried getting her to listen to reason, but she insisted on not talking to him. You've no idea how hard it was to bite my tongue against what I wanted to say. I'm not even sure of what that was. It was just..annoying! Very, very annoying. The deepest kind. Mia and Tanc use to date, till he transfered, in which case they broke up. But now they're acting like children and avoiding any sort of contact! It annoys me, as I said before. Why? Because I was one to see how cute they were together. How much they enjoyed eachothers company, they honestly seemed inlove! I think they were, and now they won't even talk. Over one little year, their going to waste that? It's ridiculous, and I give up. Their both my friends, but their also being stupid, and despite the fact that if they truly had loved eachother, they still do but won't admit it, I'm not getting involved anymore. If your (yeah you, a book. Lets just not go there) expecting me to update often, note that this IS often for me. Hey, atleast I write everything down thats happened through the past whatever days I haven't written for. So last saturday (the 29th) just as planned, Lexi and I took my younger siblings minus Madi (she's already in france with a friend's family), plus her little brother Legend over to Grandma Angelinas, and spent the day there. It was a crazy, but fun. The usual, you know. Joseph came too, he and Alexis get along just as well as Alexis and I, except without the really-strong-almost-five-years-long-bond. Which I find good; I don't remember if I've admitted this yet, but I've offically accepted Joey as my twin brother. Sounds kinda funny, but I guess what I'm trying to say is I trust him, and I'm not afraid or angry to open up and answer whatever questions he has for me? I'm still kind of mad at mum though, for not telling me from the begining I once had a twin brother. I still can't understand why not telling me would make it better, as she seems to think? Whatever..It doesn't matter. It's done and over with. Thinking back it was a blast, when we were at my grandmother's the otherday. Grandma Angelina always lets us do pretty much whatever we want. I got to show Joey how to ride a horse, and nearly fell over because I was laughing so hard, Lexis almost fell off Cinnamon, but you know her she's a quick study. I rode on Esmerelda, a black and white horse; her prints are alot like a cows, actually. Afterward Grandma took us to the candy store, and we hadn't even suggested it! Insane woman, that was a big mistake giving almost ten kids a bunch of sugar but she didn't care at all! That's her, though. Her saying is 'Their my grandchildren and I don't have them as much as you do; I will treat them to whatever I want!' and yes, she would tell Alphonso (Lexis' dad) something similar if not the same thing! We went home around ten or eleven that night instead of sleeping over. Julian, Kaitlynnh, Legend, Lissy, Lydia and Gabriel stayed. My five younger brother's and sister's were suppose to, mum and dad have gone off to see a relative of dads. (They've always tried keeping us away from that side of the family, when we're young. Their muggle people, and if you've experienced magical mishaps already its hard to control if possible at all, keeping us from them was just a safer idea for everyone) and Legend stayed too, obviously he's always welcome to. We went to Emmylyne and Axel's, where Dusty was as well. He and Joseph also get along GREAT. Sometimes it worries me, that Dustin and Alexis will corrupt him, but.. while it worries me, I kind of think its a good idea? does that make ANY sense? Joseph's life might as well have just started, and I want him to have fun and fit in. Those two aren't bad kids! Not even close, having abit of fun even if it keeps me on my toes, is okay. I'd probably prefer it, if I didn't think Dusty is or has turned Joey into another 'Big Brother' (long story, if you haven't caught what that meant already - Later) I should wrap this up..it's six in the morning and I have to finish getting ready, gather my pets in their carriers and make sure I have everything before its time to go! But I did fail to mention, I (or we..) have a new pet! Okay here's the story put short and sweet: While at Grandma's that day, Lex and I had gone to sit down outside by the 'ancient tree', eatting candy (surprise surprise!) and Grandma asked if we were bored. We said kinda but not really, and she handed us... a PUPPY! a TINY tan-furred teacup chihuahua! She fit in the palm of my hand! Grandma said she was for us; Lexi and I. We decided to name her - wait for it! - .... HIPPOGRIFF! Such a tiny thing could only be maybe as big as a real Hippogriff's (or Reptar s for example, Lexi's Hippogriff) beak. She's called Hippo, for short. Guess who the other Prefect for our house is? Curtis! Alexis might as well have had a feild day with that information *Rollseyes* It wouldn't have made a difference eitherway, she's known too much since second year when I finally went to her and Alicia about my confused feelings. At the begining of last term, for example, she asked when the wedding would be and when would she get an invitation! (wedding as in to Curt and mine, which does not exsist. We're fifteen for crying out loud) Now that I've gone so far off the original subject; I am very, very happy and proud that Curt is the other Prefect. Agie Brandywine was one of the students to leave last term, but she didn't graduate like her sister Kerry Brandywine had. She was the Gryffindor's captain, now guess who's the new one? MISS CHOSEN! That made everything even better, I'm looking forward to returning to Hogwarts. Unfortunately I've just spent nearly an hour writing in this diary, and I HAVE to go now. We're not in Hogwarts anymore.. Horrifying words, I'll tell ya! I'd tell someone not to kid around if they suggested such a thing; it's offically happened a nightmare come true. The train ride was fine! Fun, even. I was tired, that's totally normal. A number of students congratulated me on the Prefect position; I shared a compartment with my close friends: Ariana Castior, Alexis Chosen, Vincent Archibal/Frederic Krum (errm, okay so that one I can't even consider a friend! We'll get back to that later) Amelia Rose, Dustin Phoenix and Curtis Diggory. Others came and went, too. Dusty and Curt were last to arrive and stay, have I mentioned that they didn't properly meet over summer? Have I also mentioned Dustin is overly-protective and doesn't exactily..approve of me having a boyfriend, no matter how sweet and nice and wonderful I tell him Curt is? Ehm, I'm not surprised..he recently sent Cisco (Valencia's dance partner, and boyfriend if my timing on guessing is right) a threatening letter, warning him if something happened to Vee..well, you get the drift. Or. I do, not as if you matter; It'll be me looking back on this. Anyways. Wait! Before that is when Ari joined us, right after Mia. It was just myself, Lex and Fred till Mia came, then Ari moments after (not including our many pets). It was hilarious! Lemme clear that up real quick, prior to the hilariousness, Lex, once again, brought up 'my' wedding of which does NOT exsist (Oi vay! I'm fifteen for goodness sake) and we were arguing over that; not unusual; the compartment door opened again and ....Who ordered a pizza?! Lexis claims to have! Hahaha. Ariana had thrown open the door, leaned against it and most casually called out (and I quote!) "Who ordered a medium pizza from Pizza Hut?" While Amelia wished there really was a pizza, Alexis played along - "Me me me! I ordered the pizza! How much will that be?" Ari's amazing entrance will forever be imprinted in my brain. On other more random news: Alexis is the same height as Amelia! 5'7! Only difference is Alexis is two years younger than her. Oh yeah, she was proud. Now back onto the proper meeting of Curt and Dusty: Dusty put out the fact they hadn't been properly introduced, and did so. Tell me WHY he had to not only go and add that he was my brother-in-law (because Curt already knew that! He's met Vee before) but over-emphasize the brother part?! I wanted to kick Dusty in the shin to make him knock it off; he's lucky he was sitting too far for me to do that! I felt bad, the one reason he was acting weird (yes, I'm using that word; no commenting! Nightmare come true: My reason to not being able to catch Curt on our own, to apologize for Dustin's behavior; when the train arrived at Hogsmeade station the carriages weren't set up right. There was a line of carriages going one way, and awhole nothing going a different direction! Neither going towards Hogwarts Castle! There was strange people waiting for us too; thank merlin Professor Shackleton was there, I'm not sure if I would have gone willingly into a carriage otherwise - Prefect or not, this wasn't normal and these were STRANGERS! I've learned enough to know not to trust people I haven't said two words to and visaversa. So, the boys had to go one way and girls went the other. I don't know what happened to the boys or anything, nor will it be likely I find out. We on the other hand were taken to 'Belle's School of Magic for Young Witches' The rules are nuts. Either A) Lex will be camping out in the greathall, B) She will be breaking rules (without my knowledge..since I can't let her, if I catch her) or C) She'll go crazy from being candy-deprived; Rule #7 of 11 is 'No food or drinks permitted outside the Great Hall under any circumstances'. I'm kinda scared to see Lex without..the energy? It's NEVER happened before. She lives off sugar. Earlier before arriving here in this So does that mean I can't owl Emmy? She is good as my guardian..mum's entrusted her to help 'raise me' or whatever. My school related things normally get ran by Emmy who then takes them to mum (incredibly long story, but it's kind of like early preparing for her, for when her daughter starts school..) and I live with both. But mum and dad are still alive and take care of me too, so there's no reason Emmy would be my 'legal guardian' I'm going to guess that doesn't count? I always owl her the day after we're back within the castle. Great, I should probably send mum a letter then, so she can pass the message on that I'm fine and if Dustin and Joseph haven't written that they should soon. Oh, I so forgot explain something in the last page, that I said I would. So I will now; Vincent Archibal..Frederic Krum, whatever you want to call Monkey Boy, we do NOT get along. I can't honestly say I know why, we just..don't. Its obvious. But we try acting polite or atleast civil infront of Alexis, because we're both two of her very best friends. Lex is the ONLY reason though. When we got off the train that day, she wasn't around, and Frederic started it! Thankfully the arguement didn't cause a scene or anything, I'll give the boy this, we're both smart enough not to let that happen. Alexis came though, completely oblivious to even the fact we were talking to eachother (which that alone isn't normal..) Also, I haven't gotten one on one time with Ariana, yet. That needs to happen, I still haven't told her some stuff that I've been wanting to from last term. And she has something important to talk to me about.. I really, really need some time with her, just us, you know? Don't get me wrong I love all my other friends too, our friends, but there's some things we can't talk about freely with others around. Note to self: Spend a day just hanging out with Ari. SOON. Aside from not being in the beloved Hogwarts Castle, things are well so far. The newbie badgers are pretty cool, two of which I met from working in Flourish and Blotts over summer; Crystal DiNozzo and Sheeta Aatariis. Those two are very sweet, I've learned quite abit about Sheeta; Her family..she's an only child and apparently her dad hasn't been around since she was little, but Sheeta reassured me he loves her mum and her, just it's apart of his job I think..traveling, studying the muggle world. A potions accident caused the first years hair to turn the bright red, too, she told me. It kind of reminded me of Whende Smape, the Gryffindor that graduated at the end of last year. I met her in my first year she played with me on the train, except her hair was rainbow, not just one solid color. Sammy's back, she flipped at the news of things (She was gone for a week, Danny really needed her at home) and abit after her arrival through the Hufflepuff's common room fireplace (Long story short, anyone can go into any CR, as long as their escorted in by a member of that respected house) Sheeta came in. She was kinda upset, I suppose. We talked to her, and she hugged me and said I was like the sister she never had. I think she was abit embarassed for blurting that out, but I'm glad she thinks so, as long as thats a good thing. She reminds me of a younger sister, except not as loud and crazy as mine, is the best way to put it. What else..what else..Uhm.. Classes! Homework! Oh my. Hehe. I should go, loads more writing to do not within this book. Erm, wait, I have to patrol the corridors before curfew. Then I'll come back to do homework. Potions was my favorite so far, run by a ministry-approved Professor. Miss Sophie isn't snappish or mean, I think she may think of us younger than we are..but she's nice nonetheless! Bear with me on the date..:erm: I'm lucky your on so many levels, that your just a book. It's been months since I've written, and you can't yell at me for it. Okay anyways. I got sick about .. a month ago? maybe a little more. I had the Dragon Pox. Didn't know, obviously, because I tried just staying in my dorm and wait it out, studying for OWLs you know and doing whatever homework I had. That didn't work out, so I ended up going to Belle's hospital wing, and had to go home. First step into my house, my mum grabbed me and apparated to the hospital in our area. Being sick wasn't fun.., at all. It was annoying not knowing what was going on at school. But A) I did get better, within...less than a month I was sent back! And B) I found out what's been going on in the family, which I would have already known if we could send letters! (Oh, Ellie's safe. She sent herself home) My sister, Emmylyne, had the twins. Ember Crescentia, and Colton Emery. They were born towards the begining of this month, on the ninth. They're both health and beautiful from what I hear (I wasn't able to see them). Then again, I think all babies are cute.. Anywho. Mum told me Jasmine (My brother Nikolas' wife) had they're son, September 4th, same birthday as Conner. That was rather...interesting, or weird. However you want to look at that. Hehe. He too is perfectly fine, apparently doing his job by keeping his parents up. I can only imagine what Emmy and Axel are going through.. Hmm. Oh! Lainie! She's loving her role as big sister, no issues there yet. Now back to school; We had our Quidditch game against Gryffindor, and between playing as a Chaser, which I rarely ever do even at home and missing a ton of practice, I got no where very fast. Thankfully Amelia wasn't upset with me or anything. We did win the match though, we're going to the championship. I was so proud of Alexis though, over all. Her team was brilliant! She might be new at this Captain thing, but no one can doubt her mad skills. After the game... I doubted it all being real! In the locker room, Amelia and Tancred were being all cutesy. And they kissed! Last time I remember, they wouldn't even talk to eachother and Mia got mad at me for trying to make them! That was .. weird. I still plan on bugging Mia about that, just for the sake of knowing. I was the last one in the locker room, and Curt came in and snuck up on me; of course I wasn't paying attention at first, I had no idea when he came in, till he hugged me. I would have been mad if that was all some odd vivid dream, the entire day. I can't even describe how happy I was to finally get to talk to him. The next day, I was outside playing in the snow with Alexis and Samantha. It was a riot, I almost couldn't stay up right I was laughing so much. The girl's were teasing me over being.. a total klutz. I accidentally tripped, over nothing, and Lexi suggested we go somewhere less dangerous for me, and somehow a bubble wrap room came up; Sam said only I'd be able to make that dangerous, too. Pop it or something. And Lex said I'd fall and break my leg and sufficate on the bubblewrap.... Yeah, nightmares anyone?? Later that day since it was Hogsmeade weekend, I went, and ran into Dustin. I told him about Emmy, Axel and the kids, and how we're suppose to go over to Eli and Finn's this summer again. And he told me he thought Curt was a great guy! You've no idea how pleased I was to hear that. But, he did say he would lighten up A BIT, not fully. I thought I made a mistake, by telling him... That he doesn't have to worry, because Curtis isn't like any other boys.. and that I think I might be falling inlove with him, or already am.. (Even admitting this through a book no one else will ever see, I know my face is turning bright red. I can feel the warmth; thank merlin I'm in my dorm, alone!) Dusty took it..uhm, better than I would have hoped after thinking about it. He shouted at me at first, which is where I started regretting it. He rambled off in spanish too, I have no idea what he said and I don't think I want to find out. Dusty accepted it though. I think... he said, and I quote "I can't...believe this. Are you sure? Are there ways to...check that sort of thing?" He also asked if this meant he was growing up, haha. And then realized.. that he was the first person to hear any of that. I guess I don't regret it now, he's my brother.. and in the end he was understanding about it. My confusion too, he seemed just as confused trying to comprehend what I said. I keep telling myself I'll get better at writing in this book, and you know what? I think I do worse everytime I say that. It's been weeks, I know. Mind you I have O.W.Ls coming up, and the Professors aren't preparing us at all! Not the ministry approved ones, they're not even showing us the theories of lessons we should be being taught, instead we're learning how to be ladies, how to keep ourselves primp and proper or whatever. I don't mind it, what I do mind is they're not teaching us what we need to know, to pass. Why can't they do both if they feel it that necessary for us to learn to groom ourselves? It would be more of a win, win. Yeah, so my days have been the same almost everyday. Breakfast, a number of classes, prefect duties inbetween classes, lunch, more classes, prefect duties again, homework, dinner, study time, sleep. Sometimes other stuff gets mixed throughout that, friends on occation. It's honesty crazy, I feel like I haven't seen my friends in a long time; this probably has been the longest. When I have seen them it's still not the same, because there's just not enough time in a day to actually have fun. I can't wait till it's over, come summer everything will calm down, atleast for a month or two. Looking back on my last entry, I might want to fill you in more, huh? Well the next day of Hogsmeade Alexis told me to meet her at the three broomsticks at a particular time, so of course I had thought nothing of it, and went. When I arrived, Curt was there too. And I knew something was up, well.. no surprise, Lex did something. Have I said before that she said from first through third year that if I didn't tell Curt I liked him, she would FOR me. See where I'm going yet? Lexi told Curt that I said something, that I had NOT said to her, I wanted her to know before Dusty of course, but heres three reasons why it was like that: I just... spilled, it was like word vomit or something, when I was with Dusty. The next reason is because I was kinda scared she would do exactily what she did! Which you'll find out about n a minute. And third, because I couldn't find her, and I was going to once I had her alone again. Now, if you haven't figured it out yet, Alexis told Curt that I said I loved him. once I reached the table she jumped up, explained what she said to Curt along with what she had said was a fib, and his response to me, and ran off. WHY was I surprised? Part of me wanted to laugh about it, and I probably would now. But I was briiight red. I mean I didn't get to tell him myself, he heard from an equal best friend. I was afraid to, because I didn't know what he would say. Curtis said Alexis was correct, in telling me he felt the same; It's silly. I guess we're kinda.. shy? I'm not sure, but I wouldn't say it's awkward at all, it's just.. new to us? Heheh. I dunno, don't quote me on that. (Tehe, that's great, I'm conversing with a book again.) I'm glad Lex gave us that.. push (as she called it), because I do sincerely and truly love him. I know for fact I do, and nothing will ever change that. Now I just hope Dusty and Lex kept quiet, because knowing my family, everyone will know by the time I even set foot through the front door at home. I can already image it: Nikolas waiting in the kitchen doorway, arms crossed with that stern, upset look with Jasmine and the baby sitting at the table visiting with the others. That would rather be amusing, almost funny actually. You'd have know my older brother to understand. I haven't been able to hang out with Ari and Sam in so long, I see Alexis most, but even then it's little. I need to make time to spend with them. Alexis looks almost sick, or she had, she's doing alot better now I think. Before she was getting thinner and even a sickly pale. Dark blue and purple rings under her eyes, all because she wasn't sleeping or eating anything but sugar while I had been gone before, and even a tiny bit after. I made her talk to me, because something was wrong. I felt so bad that she hadn't told me before then, and she cried. Lex has been having nightmares on and off since Legend was a baby, since her mum died. Nightmares of her mother's death, she had been killed while Little Alexis was watching, hiding behind something, I think she was still in the park at that time. She's blamed herself all these years, Lexi honestly believed she was reasonsible for her mums death, because she ran. Ran long and hard, and didn't tell anyone when she reached home. But it wasn't her fault.. I told her that, and more. I can only hope she listens to me, and tells me things more often. Maybe she'll accept the past, and that it wasn't her fault. Then the nightmares would stop, right? But she has to believe it, honestly. We'll work on that.. together; I'm not going anywhere. - Bored Badger ♥ |

Till I asked a stupid question (His bag was making a noise, and I'm not going crazy I think it shifted even the littlest bit!) and how was I suppose to know his temper is the size of a teaspoon? I wasn't expecting him to break the glass he was holding or anything. If I had been, I would have kept my mouth shut. Breaking the cup wasn't the bad part, not really. That was easily put back together. It was the obvious anger he had shown, and that's all it too - Alexis realized we can't stand eachother. After that, everyone went their seperate ways, Ari came with me and we went to talk to Mia, but only Tancred was at the Hufflepuff table. He said we just barely missed her. I was suppose to sit with them on the train, but I hadn't. I didn't even see them, and that's probably my fault. I wasn't in much of a mood to talk to anyone. I found Joey, and we shared a compartment. He's good company when you just want peace, you know? Joseph didn't push me to talk, but was waiting patiently to listen when I was ready to actually say something, explain why I was in such a gloomy mood. Coming home, I thought I would be greeted with bright smiling faces and big hugs and excited squeals, but to both Joey and my confusion, everyone looked the way I was feeling. That's when Dad took us in another room, and told us the news. A little less than a month ago my mum's older brother Adrian had died. A potion experiment at work had gone incredibly wrong, and he didn't survive the explosion it caused; He was with us the first three days, but it had done too much damage to his body. Uncle Adrian had always known the risks and dangers of his job, and he had always been the dare-devil type (I think that's where Conner had gotten it from) but nonetheless that didn't prepare any of us for this. And, It gets worse; Mum's baby sister, Grace, and her husband Philip (Tristian and Lima's parents) were in an automobile crash. No one knows why the accident happened, it just did.. and neither made it. We've already been informed about the current plans, concerning our cousins at least. Samuel, Uncle Adrian's son, is with Aunt Silvia, Uncle Leo and the kids. No one wanted him staying with Step-mum #6, he's known her for maybe eight months. Uncle Adrian and #6 (No I don't know her name! Sam numbers them and so far that works well) were going on two months into their marriage. Sam's family, and he's going to stay close now. Tristian is an adult, and is a big git as usual. He wants nothing to do with the family even now, it's highly disappointing and honestly, it upsets me. That's NOT how Aunt Grace raised him to be, nor Uncle Philip. That's not okay, it just isn't. But if he ever has a change of heart, everyone will be willing to take him back under the family wings. Because that's what family does, no matter how dumb someone can be being, or mean, we may have our differences but we're still one big huge family and we all love eachother despite our mistakes. Maybe one day Tristian will realize that, personally it seems doubtful but I've been wrong before. I just hope Lima would forgive him, as well. Speaking of her, Whiggalima is going to come live with us. Madi and I have already started making plans of how to change our bedroom to make her more comfortable since it'll be her room too. She's at Maddox's house for alittle while, but mum's going to pick her up and bring her home when she's done visiting. Right now, we're in the van on our way to the ministry of magic over here in Italy, where mum works. She's been the head of the International Magical Cooperation Department for years now, since I was around five if I remember right. Anyways, at home our fireplace isn't hooked up to the floo-network, because we're in a muggle neighborhood, we can only have that arranged to work temporarily; it's very risky to, and mum needed to visit her office for a moment to check something over. She's taking a bit of time off work, we're going to use the floo-network there to get to Grandma Angelina's and Grandpa Carl's house. Mum thought it would be a good idea that we stay over there a few nights, and frankly I do too. Mum's been having alot of breakdowns today. How she's made it all this time without crying once I will never know, but it makes me feel bad seeing her like that. It got to everyone, this morning. We all cried, except Joey but he wasn't home, he had gone to our grandparents house a day early. Now Lydia, Lissy, Gabriel, Julian and Katie are half-asleep in the back seats. Madi, too, beside me. Mum pulled herself together quiet well (though I know her to be a strong woman, so it's not surprising); While we packed our things I could hear her and Dad talking. I know everything will be alright; it's a hundred percent normal to grieve, and right now what we need is to be together. Mum said alot of relatives would be in and out of Grandma Angelina's, too. Not just us. I half wondered if my older siblings would show up too, with their little families alongside. The next few days will be hard, but with each day things would infact get easier. With each hour, and minute. This just meant.. they were meant for something bigger and better, and they couldn't do that here on earth. Aunt Grace, Uncle Philip and Uncle Adrian will be missed, but they'll always be in our hearts. And now.. I better go, we've arrived. - Somber days, Badger ♥ |

Saturday is here. We'll still at Grandma Angelina's, no idea when we'll be going home and I don't really mind eitherway. I love it here, and guess what? Mum was right. There's been a LOT of people in and out since we arrived a few days ago. Nikolas, Jasmine and baby Kristopher are here; both took time off work to come, Regina came too instead of going home like she had originally planned. Emmy, Axel and the kids are here as well, along with Dusty and his best friend from Durmstrang: Rocco (AKA Ballerina Boy). Mum said auntie Silivia, uncle Leo, Sammy, Danny, Samuel and the twins (Breanna and Ethan) should be coming today, she thinks but can't be a hundred percent sure of. Mum's being rather forgetful lately, but it's understandable. If I recall right, Axel left just a little bit ago to pick up Leah (Rocco's little sister, also a friend of Katie and Julian's) and Jae (Dusty's cousin). Grandma suggested someone owl the Chosens to come over. I should find this odd, but that's Grandma Angelina for you. I recently found out that Alphonse (Lexi's dad) has been really good friends with my mum and aunt Silvia for ages and ages now, since they were kids! Anyways, mum's doing that. I think there's more to it than just 'a celebration of life' going on, personally, and yes that's what Grandma Angelina is calling it. Everytime I walk into a room filled with only adults, they clam up at the sight of me; it's rather scary! I've no idea if that's a bad thing, but I can't see how it could be a good thing either! Oh let's just forget about that, no use worrying over.. whatever it is or could be. I have much more news for you! I am going to be a big sister, again. And again, and again. I know, I'm already a big sister to six (Madi, Juls, Katie, Lis, Ly and Gab) but you'll never believe it, mum's having triplets! - NO. I am not dim, I knew this once I saw mum after getting home it's just taken till now for me to announce it to.. you. a half-full book. Nevermind that either. As I was going to say, that's not all. Alexis' step-mum Rae (who is super awesome in my opinion) is expecting twins. See what we miss while we're off at school? We should consider ourselves lucky, actually. From what I heard Legend had a fit over it, according to Katie and I really doubt my younger siblings reacted any better at first. I know they didn't, mum was crying again the other night; Joey, Madi and I were the only ones up so we went to talk to her after figuring out where the sobbing was coming from. She felt bad, because it didn't seem like anyone except her and dad were happy about the babies. That upset me a little, while I can understand the younger lot not finding it as wonderful as mum wished, that still isn't necessary to voice infront of or around mum. The next morning I had a talk with them, and they wound up having me answer some questions. One was about how that's even possible, now that our two eldest siblings were married with small families of they're own; they wanted to know how that would work, since Lainie for example would be almost four and a half years older than her aunts and/or uncles. They're young though, all under the ages of ten so I could see why that seemed like an important fact, although really it wasn't at all. I kindly pointed out that Lainie doesn't even have to call Katie and Julian aunt or uncle. In my family, it's not really.. required, to do that. Not unless it's a child and adult, then that's a little different. It would be more proper, under those circumstances. Hmm. What else to say.. I'm trying not to think about whatever the adults could possibly be planning, or discussing rather. I'm not suppose to be impatient, and thinking about it will drive me crazy at this rate. Maybe I should concentrate on something else. Hmm. Oh! Guess what? Emmy and Axel asked me to be Colton's godmother, and Dustin to be Ember's godfather! I was so shocked, honestly I can't speak for Grizz but I hadn't been expecting that. Grizz is Dusty's nickname by the way. 'Cause he's a big grizzly bear. Speaking of bears, reminds me that I should probably go into the backyard and find Rabid. Tiger can help, he's sitting on my back right now; I'm laying on the soft shaggy rug in the bedroom that is serving as a nursery right now. The babies are all napping, Topher just fell asleep a few minutes ago. When I first pulled out my journal he was sitting up watching me with curious brown eyes. Seriously though, I should go. Thanks Whitten <33 :) It hasn't been six months, I win! Anyways, this time it really wasn't my fault I didn't write; I forgot you, and it's not as if I would have had a free moment to write anyways. Okay, so here's what happened: I found out what all the whispering and stuff was about. Grandma Angelina planned a vacation, for EVERYONE. Her and Grandpa, mum and dad, auntie Silvia and uncle Leo, ALL the grandchildren and great grandchildren, AND the Chosen family, Rocco and his little sis Leah, the Lawley's and O'Callaghan. Basically anyone and everyone Grandma Angelina considers part of the family, that she could get her hands on. Super SUPER fun. And even more chaotic. We went to Forks, washington. Dusty's mum's side of the family live there, believe it or not it's where Kaitlynnh and Julian were born, nine years ago on valentines day. We've gone there since as far as I can remember. Mum's known Catalina (Dusty's mum) and family for ages, I guess. I never really asked, it was just sort of obvious. It was awesome to get to see everyone ago, though I don't really care for people telling me 'My how you've grown up, your such a pretty young lady now!'. Kato, a cousin of Dusty's I've known for forever it feels like, kinda gave me a small scare. I had no idea he's an animagus, a wolf at that. So naturally when a wolf walked up and nuzzled me, I didn't think it was a human I decided to pet. He got a real laugh out of it, and mum scolded me for petting him because I thought he was a real wolf. 'Wild animals do not make friends, nor pets Savina! What are you thinking?' urgh. Forks was just as beautiful as I remember it. Everythings green and healthy looking wherever you turn. They get so much rain, it should look that way. It rained a couple of times while we were there. Luckily it was nice, warm and sunny the day Grandma Angelina insisted we go to an amusement/water park. I didn't think with how many people we had, that we could do that. For one, how much it would cost, not to count anything else but she had planned this all ahead of time. That was probably the most insane part of the trip yet. The only thing stopping mum from grounding everyone (not just her kids, but all of us) was Grandma Angelina. I am SURE of that. Grandpa told us older kids to go get cotton candy, and popcorn, and whatever, and the younger kids asked to come so we let them. Well, that was a big mistake. Legend and Katie started yelling at eachother, Gabriel BIT Legend (I was SO not expecting that one, I think Katie put him up to that), Legend chased him around while Danny tried telling him not to hurt Gab, Julian was shouting for everyone to stay with the group and Katie was chasing Legend. Kind of a dog, chasing cat, chasing mouse kind of thing you could say. Anyways, Dusty, Samuel and Joey went after them and we kept the others, still trying to our treats we had the popcorn guy yelling at us because of all the commotion and then Jae topped everything off by coming out of nowhere with a soccor ball, accidentally kicking it at the popcorn guys head. Yup. Mum's head looked like it was going to explode. It was scary. Grandma and Grandpa told the parents to go relax, and they would take over and take us on a bunch more rides. Emmy went with them, she didn't ride on anything.. though we did have Ember and Colton along, but there was plenty enough people to watch them. Odd.. anyways. That wraps up that, except Miguel pushed me and Lexi off our double inner tube in the konga river. It's like a huge three feet deep pool, and the water pushes you forward (really strong mind you, it took forever to get everyone out sucessfully.) around and around. We got our revenge later that week, when we took a walk to the beach. Shoved him right into the water. So, on one of our last days in Forks, the teenagers decided all of the of age people needed to get out and do whatever they want, without any kids to worry about. Not even the babies. So, that's exactily what we made happen. They didn't have an excuse not to, we had Rocco, Dusty, Joey, Samuel, Sammy, Vee, Kato, Me, Lexi, Miguel (if you could count him), and several others! I think we could handle a bunch of kids under the age of ten. We did, too. It was another crazy day, but that's not new. We made them leave at eleven in the morning, and they weren't allowed to come back till ten at night. By that point, the kids would be sleeping. Grandma Angelina thought the idea was incredibly sweet. We thought it was necessary, after all this whole vacation was to celebrate life, rather than mourn death. And guess what? getting the kids to bed wasn't that hard, we only had one problem and that was Miguel causing Katie to start yelling after I got Kristopher, Colton and Ember to sleep. Thank merlin himself, none of the three woke up. Unfortunately I had to finish my letter to Curt real fast, to go find out what was going on, but it was no biggy. Over all, it was a blast. Best summer ever. I wish Curt could have been with us, but we wrote back and forth a few times. He was in Godric's Hollow, at his brother's house with his family. I know he doesn't get to see all of his siblings in one place alot, so I was glad to hear that. Anyways, I better go. I just spent the last twenty-seven minutes laying across my bed, Madi and Joey are probably waiting on me; we're going to take the younger lot to the park. - Savs ♥ |

Today the younger kids went to Grandma Angelina's house, their spending the night. Joey, Madi and I are here at home with mum and dad, both of which took the day off. I get the feeling they arranged this whole day on purpose, but I didn't ask. It was awesome, I'll tell you that. We got to spend time with, just the three of us, with our parents. Just.. bond the entire day. It was nice. Nothing against my younger sisters and brothers, I love each and every one of them to death, but naturally with so many kids in one house it makes it hard getting a word in when you want to. I can't remember the last time the house was so quiet, or the last time there was only a few kids around (same difference really, if you know my family). It was probably back when Madi was the baby, whenever Emmy and Nik went to school it left Reg, Con, me and Madi at home. We also had school though, each of us. We went to this muggle school; it's my families tradition, I suppose you could say. We all attend a muggle school till the age of eleven, instead of attending a local wizarding school (it's kinda like for little kids, you don't learn anything too extremely important that your parents can't easily teach you) and once we hit eleven, we get our acceptance letter(s) and prepare to go off to a magical school. I was going to say when Emmy, Nik and Reg were in school, but I realized then we had two new additions (Julian and Kaitlynnh) were babies in Regina's first year of Beauxbatons. I'm trailing off a little, huh. Anyways the day was great. We all (minus mum) went to the park, dad played soccor with us for hours. When went got home, mum had dinner ready and everything. After that we were going to watch a movie, but we ended up sitting and talking. Which was even better. I guess sometimes mum and dad feel the same way as us, that they can't always express what they want to, towards us, because they're always running around doing something else. We all agree, it's not a bad thing. Our family is HUGE, bigger than a giant (I got that from Lydia, the other day she said 'Our family tree must be bigger than a giant' which went onto her asking where the tree was, anyways..) we have our bad moments, as any family does. But we also love eachother more than life itself, no matter whether someone's mad at someone else, we're always there for one another when it matters. Basically, put more simply none of us would trade our family for the world. No matter how insane, hectic, chaotic. Mum and dad both said they're very proud of us. Addressing us each seperately in that; mum never expected me to become a Prefect, for one. She's always had a lot of dreams and wishes for us, but that was never something she thought about for me apparently. She said it make her happy. I've proven to be a better student than she had been in her days, she thinks. It's not that she thought I'd be a bad child or anything, it was just... she didn't ever mean to make such high goals for us in her eyes, it just happened. She doesn't want us to feel bad, or like we've failed, if we haven't met 'her standards'. I think the whole Emmy thing made her realize that. Mum and Emmy have always had a rough relationship, ever since she turned ten, when Stephan came into her life. It wasn't too bad, till he died two years later. That's when things went down hill and fast. Mum's reaction to Ems getting married right after graduating, and then baby Lainie not too long afterward wasn't the best; she really hadn't thought of Emmylyne's feelings, she had such high hopes for her first child's life, it clouded her brain. They get along loads better now, and mum tries being understanding towards everything now, atleast at first. I think sometimes she had gotten jealous of her mum, because her kids were always excited and loved going over to see Grandma Angelina. I'm glad she learned from the thing with Emmy, it really came in handy when Nikolas got married rather young (still older than Ems had been) not that we don't all adore Jasmine, and when Regina decided she wanted to move out to america summer after graduation. No need to tell me (hehe, yeah right) I know, I'm falling off track again. Not surprisingly, our parents asked mostily about school. Joey and Madi were bugged about if they were seeing anyone, or if they had any crushes. Curt came up in the conversation too. No ones caught Joseph's eyes so far, frankly I'm not shocked. His head is always in books, he concentrates on learning and keeping up with everyone in our year. I'm amazed after just a year and ALOT constant studying, he is at the level he should be. As for Madi, that was probably the very first time I've ever seen her face color like it did. Which, she did try hiding. She does, infact, have a crush. The thing is it's her best friend Rosalie's older brother Elijah. I've met the family before, their very nice. Madison seys she cannot like him, it goes against the best friend code. Mum and I both rolled our eyes, since that's incredibly silly. Joey told us not to encourage her, he's still getting use the idea of having his sister's date and he doesn't want another added onto that just yet. Dad laughed. After that, mum and dad starting reminiscing about when we were just little toddlers, which lead to other memories. Joey didn't know alot, for obvious reasons if you knew his past. He really seemed to enjoy hearring all about it, perhaps that's why mum started crying. I think it was also because she wished he could have been with us the whole time. Plus, mum's been more emotional than usual. It was surprising we didn't all cry from laughing so hard, too. I'll never ever forget when Conner and Wyatt accidentally blew up the kitchen. Mum's reaction, oh I thought multiple times she was just going to literally blow up too, just like the kitchen had. Okay, I should go. I have to get up in five hours, we're going to Grandma Angelina's bright and early. I have to write one more thing: This morning dad was on the computer, and Madi was bugging him so I went over to see what they were doing. My sis was just asking about it, what it does and stuff, so he let us sit down while he explained, I got to play with the controller; dad calls it a 'mouse' funny.. it doesn't squeak. Anyways, you would think since I grew up around muggles and whatnot that I would know how everything made by them works. Well, I don't. Not everything. That contraption was just as confusing as the one that plays the movie, except instead of not being able to start it, I thought I broke it. The screen went black! And the power sound went away. What was I suppose to do? I started yelling for my dad. It turned out not to be my fault, Madison had pushed the wrong button. Her fault, not mine. Summers just about over, I enjoyed summer very much but I can't wait to return to Hogwarts. The common room, mainly. It'll be refreshing to see the gold and black colors again. I went to Diagon Alley two or three times, less than usual but I didn't have to get school shopping done since mum ordered our things ahead of time not expecting there to be enough time to go out and get our supplies, with all the family stuff going on this summer. You'll never in a million years believe who I ran into, on one of the trips. And just for the record, this time I don't mean 'ran into' literally. Molly Woodrow. Oh yes, Molly. I could barely believe it myself, when I saw her in Florean Fortescue's. I never stopped hoping to see her again one day, and yet that still came as a big shock to see her. She hasn't changed too much in the past two years, definitely not on the inside either. We sat for a bit to eat our ice cream, and talked the entire time. She told me what happened, why she disappeared a couple of terms back (during my third year). During christmas break her sister took her to australia to celebrate her being quidditch captain for our house, and while she was there she was stung by a billywig. She thinks she had an allergic reaction to the sting because instead of it causing the normal giddiness and levitation, she became really ill. She had spent the next several months in a wizarding hospital over there, till her sister Jordan took her home and from there she had to rest. She was home schooled for the next year, regaining her strength and giving herself time to fully recover. She's all better now, nice and healthy and she's returning for her final year of school! I updated her on most of what she missed. Whatever came to mind, atleast. I told her about Rabid; she wasn't surprised, just excited. She thinks we should take pictures of him out on the grounds this term, since she asked if I had a picture of him with me for her to see and I didn't. My second trip was with Alexis, we had to get her school books and some other books. For something else. I'll tell you all about that later, though. So anyways after we left Flourish and Blotts I dragged Lex over to get ice cream, she had asked something about why Frederic and I don't get along before we left the store and I couldn't get her to answer why she brought it up. It was obvious, atleast to me, something was on her mind. Hoping ice cream would get her to open up, I dragged her there (which she complained about the pulling. She said something about treating her like a rag doll, but after saying I could hook a leash to her instead she was pretty content). For some reason she didn't want to tell me. I didn't have much of a choice, so I used the 'best friend' card and she fessed up. Alexyna Chosen; Candy Queen Alexis, thinks she might like Frederic Krum. REALLY smooth, huh? My best friend's very first crush, is the boy that cannot stand me and I cannot stand him. I promised her I would TRY getting along with him, again. For her and her alone, I'm not doing it for him. Unfortunately, speak of the dark lord and he shall come (figure of speech. I don't think that badly of Frederic) Frederic walked into the ice cream parlor right after I said that. I told Lex to invite him over.. and so far so good, I didn't say anything he could take as being rude. I didn't say much of anything, actually. But that's besides the point. I sort of saw this coming, Ari and Mia did too. It was a little surprising when she first admitted it, but now I don't know what to think. She trusts him as much as she trusts me, which is ALOT. That kind of worries me, I don't know Frederic at all.. but now, for Lexi I feel I need to figure him out. What if she shouldn't trust him after all? What if he doesn't care for her even as a friend? Yeah.. it's times like these I'm thankful you can't talk. I know, he totally different when it's just him and her. Still, I have to make sure. Hiya again. Purely for the record, I've kept up with this thing well this month! Anywho, that's not really why I'm writing now. So, Joseph and I are at Grandma Angelina's; We've already said our goodbyes to our family, and we have all our school supplies here they just need packed properly. Grandma's going to be the one to drop us off at the station on the 1st, that way mum and dad don't need to. It's two days away, and it's just begining to sink in that we're really sixth years now. It's a funny feeling, knowing your less than a year away from being of age, and less than two years away on starting your future. Really, really weird. Madison's already in france, Rosalie's dad Mr. Romano and her brother Jackson came to get her yesterday. They invited Madi to sleepover a few nights, and said they would take her to school since she and Rosalie both go to Beauxbatons together, it worked out great. For the past few days, I was kinda grounded. Not just me, but everyone. Which was sort of my fault, I tried getting everyone else off the hook but mum wouldn't have it. Here's what happened: our parents were both at work, so naturally Madi, Joey and I know we're incharge and to watch over the younger kids. Well, we were. As soon as everyone was up and ate breakfast we played with them till about two in the afternoon, till everyone started getting hungry. I had an idea, so I dragged Joey and Madi into it and told the others to continue playing outside while we went to cook. I wanted to bake some kind of treat for everyone, I'm pretty good in the kitchen if I do say so myself, and Madison and Joseph do fairly well. I had them help get out all the ingredience and I grabbed mum's cook books and started flipping through them till I found a special family recipe for cookies. Of course, we couldn't just make cookies. We would have to eat lunch first. Have something good before eatting sweets, that's always been a rule in our house and from generations before (Grandma Angelina doesn't abide by it all the time, admittedly) so we put the cookie stuff aside. I gave Joey the job of cutting up fruit and putting it into a big plastic bowl and Madi was to clean and set the table, I took to making sandwiches. Once we were done, we saved the lunch we prepared in the fridge and started on the cookies, that way while they baked we could get everyone inside to eat. Well.. what is my family, if not completely chaotic and crazy? Gabriel ran inside, being chased by Katie, who was followed by Julian who had Lydia on his back, and Lissy wasn't trailing too far behind. I heard a SMACK and then a CRASH! and an echo of 'oops's and 'uh-oh's. Katie started yelling about something the next minute right before I got into the livingroom. Gab was crying, Lissy had accidentally ran Katie into the wall, which shook the fireplace just enough to knock mum's vase of flowers down. Gabriel tried to pick it up, and got a cut. That took a good twenty minutes to sort out, but we saved the flowers, cleaned Gabie's finger, and got them to settle down. But they followed me back into the kitchen. Long story short, it started with flour being thrown, and ended in water being thrown. Mum came home early, and I'm almost positive I really saw steam coming out of her ears. Dad came home after she called, and he grounded us because mum was too angry to see straight to do it herself. I'm sorry, yes we did something wrong, but why are we being grounded for that?! We annoyed the popcorn man enough to anger him and then hit him in the head with a ball for merlins sake and we didn't get introuble! I'm not sure whether I should be grateful for that, or .. yeah, maybe I should just be grateful. Nevermind. Anyways, dad was disappointed in us. He said we should know better, and we need to stop stressing mum out especially right now because it's not good for her or the babies. I don't get why he can't see if it's not us, it's something else. It's not always going to be our fault but she'll still be stressing over something, so why is this being made a big deal? we were just having a little fun.. and it could have easily been cleaned up and forgotten about. Man, if they wouldn't have come home early they would have never known! I don't think it's fair the little kids got introuble too, I was incharge and I should be at fault only for letting it happen. I better stop talking about this before it gets me worked up and annoyed. Obviously, Grandma Angelina is to thank for mister lost in a book again, and I being here. I've no idea how she got mum to agree, but she did. Grandma's been talking to us about our futures too. I suppose I didn't expect it, but I didn't not expect it either. Instead of like every other little girl that dreamt about who there 'prince charming' would be, I always thought about whatI would be when I grew up. Since first year, I started thinking about careers within the magical world, and till now I had gone undecided on what I truly, really wanted to be. I always knew I wanted to work with creatures, non-magical or magical. Eitherway, I would be satisfied. Figuring out what kind of job involving creatures was the question. Today, my Grandma was telling me about one of her old friends she had met way back from school when she was just a child. Her name was Isadora Bass, and now Bass is her maiden name since she married Oliver Foxx, another person Grandma knew from her days attending Hogwarts. Her point of telling me of this friend, I found out a few minutes into the conversation. Isadora is a very talented witch, very skilled within the magical world, and non-magical. Grandma said not only was she a muggle veterinarian but a wizarding one too. Grandma Angelina didn't give me too much detail, except assuring me Isadora definitely knows her creatures and whatnot. Isadora has her own business where she lives, or somewere around there in new zealand I was told. Grandma and her have talked, and they both thought it would be an amazing idea if she trained me. If that's what I want, which I do! She's more than capable of it, she's trained many others. The thing is since I'm off to school again, I can't meet her yet. We haven't arranged when I can, but I'm suppose to owl her once I get to Hogwarts. I'm very excited about that. I know exactily what I want to be once I graduate now, and I know whose going to teach me. She seems like a very nice lady, Rabid must not have any complaints. That's the friend Grandma takes Rabid to or has come see him, a few times during the summer just to check up on his health and stuff. It's important, since he's not like any other badger. He was never raised around them, so of course he's not. He's more like.. a dog, I guess. Still a little different from a dog, but that's the closes thing I can think of similar to him. Keeping his diet as normal to your regular badger's is the main concern, though. And he's done just fine, he's grown so much since I first rescued him. Oh! I almost forgot I need to ask Grandma if I can take her camera with me again, Molly and I will need it! - Nervous Badger ♥ |
Hmm. I'm a little bored. Which is why I'm writing, one last time before we're off to school in the morning. So, for my last update till . . . . the next one, I get to tell you all about my day. Grandma Angelina took us (Joey and I) to see Benny, at my request. Mum took us once, just us and Madi. She doesn't want the younger kids going, they know but she thinks it's less painful if they don't see. I know I've told you before, my cousin Benny is in the hospital. In a coma. It's been about a year now? I miss him so much, I don't even know what to say when that subject comes up. I feel so bad for Sammy, Danny and my aunt and uncle. For everyone involved, really.. it wasn't an expected event. Not that something like that ever is. But it's been a year, shouldn't he be waking up? If he does wake up will he remember anything? Will he remember his family? His friends? I wouldn't dare ask mum, for fear of her breaking down again. I asked one of Benny's nurses though, when she came in while we were visiting. She said she was sorry, but she couldn't say. Their main concern was him waking up. Grandma answered too, I liked hers better. She said even when he was little, Benny was always a little soldier in her eyes. She believes he'll wake up and be good as new, but only time will tell when that'll happen. It was hard to sit there by his bed and try keeping a smile on my face. Joey wasn't able to, but I don't know.. I know Benny couldn't see me, I just felt like I had to stay strong. I couldn't cry, like (almost) everyone else had. Grandma was quiet almost the entire time, except when answering a question. When we were going home, she said we shouldn't be sad because he's there. He's in a deep sleep recovering, and regaining his strength after the accident. I sort of understand what she means, and I know she's right. It still makes me sad though. Benny's missing so much; And most of all, we're all missing him. I should probably wrap this page up, my wrist kinda hurts. I'll have to see Nurse Numel after showing the firsties to our common room lounge, or the following day. Now that I think about it, this is the second time I've hurt my left wrist. The last time I broke it, morning of going to catch Hogwarts Express. Flying incident, nottt fun. This time, I don't think I broke it. It aches, but it's not the same. How did I manage this you ask? Grandma has horses. Put two and two together. No! I didn't fall off.. I fell of while trying to climb down. Totally different. And Snow's the biggest of the three, mind you. I didn't want to go to a healers or doctors, I found that senseless to waste what was left of our last day before going back to Hogwarts (not that I'm not excited, because I definitely am). All is well, my wrist and hand is wrapped up in that elastic bandages stuff to keep me from hurting myself further. I got to pick out the color, which was awesome. It's bright blue. That probably means it'll be the first thing Lexi notices, I'm not sure if that was the best choice now, but... I like this color. Oh well. I'm off to bed! - Clumsy Badger ♥ |

Thankyou Twinniee! <333 So, we've been here in Hogwarts for a while now. It's great to be back, you've no idea how welcoming the common room felt the night coming back to the castle. Everyone seems to be happy compared to how people were acting during last terms split. I've had little problems to deal with, such as students fighting/arguing, ect. Which is always good! Or.. maybe bad. I'm not sure. That could also mean they're up to no good. Ehm, oh well. What can you do? I've got homework, so I can't sit and write for long but I will update you on whatever I can and whatever comes to mind. First off, Lexi is insane (Yeah, I know we all knew that before. I needed to address those facts again). Why do I say that? She was making me catch acorns and kept tossing them down from the tree even after I told her to stop because she hit me in the head, twice. Don't bother asking what that was about in the first place (and lucky me, you can't. Your a book. Of my thoughts.) Speaking of Alexis reminds me to tell you - I ran into Frederic. NO, not literally. And.. technically I guess I hadn't 'run into him' since I was sort of looking for him. I can just imagine the look I would be getting if you had a face. It would be just like the one I would get if anyone else found out. Which they won't because I am not telling and Frederic isn't stupid enough to, thankfully! So as I said, I was kinda sorta looking for him. Once Lexi said she thought she liked him as more than just a really trusted friend I knew I had to do something. I also promised I would try being nice to him again despite the fact we ALL know thats a lost cause. Back to the story - I was up on the seventh floor, and then I saw him going to find the RoR so I followed. It was the perfect opportunity to As you could guess, he was NOT happy to see me. It went a little something like this: "YOU?!!!" "Oh don't act as if I'm going to turn into a dragon and swallow you whole!" "Just to point it out to you I wouldn't mind a dragon..." "Too bad, you don't have that option" That's not really it, but yeah.. I thought we were making a little progress at one point. My goal was to A) try actually talking to him on a civil not fake basis - FAILED - and B) The reason for A, to make sure he's trust worthy and isn't going to make Lex regret trusting him. 'Suppose I can't worry about that now. I'm not even sure I believe he would be capable of that.. gah! Onto better stuff! Ari and I went to the three broomsticks recently. She's doing good. Her cat Ginger is having kittens very soon too. I'm going to help with whatever I can; I've already owled Grandma angelina to ask if she could send some stuff over, and she has. I'm also going to keep one of the kittens, Ari said I could. Mum should just love that *sarcastic* Oh well. I'll have to keep Rabid, Ellie, Tiger and the kitten over at Grandma Angelina's anyways what with the new babies in the house. Winters approaching. I'm waiting for a letter back from my parents; towards the begining of term they owled me and basically forbid me to tryout for Quidditch. You can imagine, that annoyed me an awful lot for the first few days. They said it was just because they know I have no desire to go into Quidditch professionally after school and they would rather me put my concentration and focus onto my studies for my future career. I know I could balance both, along with Prefect duties and time for friends. Unfortunately, mum and dad don't agree. So that ends that; I won't go against they're wishes. During christmas/holiday break when we have the option to stay in Hogwarts or go home Joey and I are going to go home for a few days, as well as Madi from Beauxbatons. Normally I take abit of time to decide whether or not I should come home for abit, or stay, but mum wants us home. That'll be the same time of the babies due-date, which is the same as Rae's babies due-date so obviously Lexi will be coming home too. I think Phineas will be home by that time too. Phineas is about ten years old, and the second child to be adopted into our family. Mum has a friend from work that has a sister that works in an adoption agency place, or whatever you call them. Though sometimes I know mum can seem (or sound) strict and uptight, she really does have a big, kind heart. She does get stressed easily, but that's kinda just how mum works. She only does the things she does, whether it annoys us 'kids' or not, because she's trying to do what she thinks is best. It's a mum thing. Our family is VERY large, immediate and extended, but mum and dad wouldn't be adopting another kid with three on the way unless we could handle it in every whichway. Personally, I think it's a great idea as long as we can do that. It may even make Gab feel better about the babies coming, since he's been sort of abit upset about it; I don't think he understands nothings going to change, we're all family and we'll all matter to our parents and eachother. Lots and lots and loooots of stuff has been going on, this is my first real chance at writing in you - no hard feelings, right? About two months ago or a little more, Amelia sent me a letter. As you could guess, I was thrilled! I hadn't seen or hear from her since before she graduated; She's doing great, she told me all about her training with the Ballycastle Bats and other things. Most importantly, which is SO not fair, I missed Tancred proposing to her on the train! They're getting married this coming summer, and I couldn't be happier for them. See! When I tried forcing them to talk a few summers ago, in Flourish and Blotts, I had the right idea. I knew I did all along, it was so obvious they were meant to be. Plus, like I told them I don't believe you can say you love someone and then a year later say you HAD but you don't anymore. If you love someone, you love someone.. those feelings can't honestly vanish. Atleast NOT from their issues, which was Tanc switching schools because of his mum. Their issues were emotions, pure and simple. Both were hurt, and Mia was stubborn to give in. Tanc tried, and Tanc gave up to give her some space. All in all, just like in fairy tales Mia also gave me her Hufflepuff bracelet, she said it was time she passed it on to me and it should bring luck. It's beaded black and yellow, and has a little itty bitty metal Hufflepuff charm. Naturally, it hasn't left my wrist since I got it. At most I cover it up whenever needed, for example in Care of Magical Creatures class. I think, next year at the end of term feast after I write in the seventh years book, I'm going to give the bracelet over to another badger. Mia passed it onto me when she graduated, and said it brings luck. Whether it does or not, it's no less special. It could be like a little tradition, I think Mia would like that too and I'll ask her myself of course. I would probably give it to Rapunzel next, since she's in the year under me she could keep it for a term then pass it onto Kaika who would do the same, and so on. Anyways, so I've been focusing alot on classes, homework and studying, which is the usual normal stuff. I've also made sure to keep time for friends, too. Especially Ari and Molly, both of which will be graduating this term. I try not thinking about that part, really. At this very moment I'm not in Hogwarts, I left really really early this morning (around three, I'm almost sure) along with Joey and Alexis. Know why? My mum AND Alexis' We got there just in time, if you didn't realize that already. Madison was suppose to be pulled from her Academy too, but because no two schools are the same and Beauxbatons has their exams (like our OWLs and NEWTs) in sixth year instead of fifth, we couldn't have Madi come home for even a day; She would miss a test, and that wouldn't be good. Also, since I realize I never mentioned this Mum had planned for Madi and I to be with her when the babies came, and Joseph would stay with dad in the waiting room (he has been through it many times before, and doctors don't like more than two people being in the room during that. Mum thought it would be a nice experience for us, she had also done the same thing with Emmylyne and Regina) the rest of the kids were at Grandma Angelina's house, and will stay there for the next three days. I'm pretty sure I'll be going back to Hogwarts tomorrow morning, all I know is it'll be soon. It's good and bad, because I don't want to miss anything at school and I don't want it being noticed I'm not there (by my friends not the Professors, I didn't leave without permission!) but I'm also enjoying it here. I'd much prefer being home, and not in the hospital but everyone will have to stay for the next few days to make sure the babies and mums are doing fine and all. So, onto the babies! I won't tell you about Alexis' twin siblings, not yet. I have gotten to see them, and they're just as adorable as my mum's triplets. I will say all of the babies are doing well, as is mum and Rae. There was - Waaaait a minute, I forgot to tell you about Phineas! Yes, I had a chance to meet him and talk for abit when I went over to Grandma Angelina's for a little while. He's actually just turned eleven, and he is a wizard (You see, that's not a surprise; We generally try getting the magically gifted children when we adopt, not that we would mind a muggle child! We've learned it's harder for a wizarding child to find a home and stay there, with weird unexplainable things happening in a muggles home that's only happened since said child came home.. well you can see where that leads, huh?) He's not a bad kid, he's still trying to adjust to having as many siblings and relatives as we do. Especially with the new babies and all, I could see how that would be tough. I was told I'm the first person Phineas actually opened up to, also. I'm not sure that's a good thing, but I'm happy if I could have made him more comfortable. Hopefully he warms up to everyone else soon. Okay, now I'm getting to were I need to hurry and finish up. I'll tell you about the Mae Triplets. They have names but the doctors gave them letters first. Baby A, Baby B and Baby C. Each A, B and C are perfectly healthy! Okay.. well not perfectly, they're each having minor issues but that's sort of normal. The doctors believe everything will be okay. Mum and dad let the younger kids name them, they've always allowed that and it was their turn since all of the older kids have had that chance. Baby A was a boy, Kaitlynnh and Julian named him: Edwin Thomas Mae; they said Edwin because Julian's first middle name is Edward, and Conner's was Edmund so why not add an Edwin to the mix? Baby B was a girl, Lissy and Lydia named her: Lucy Shanice Mae; I'm not at all surprised the first name has an L, the name suits her though. And lastly, but definitely not least we have Baby C. It was another.. boy! Gabriel and Phineas named him together, his name is: Johnathan Perry Mae; Eddie, Johnny and Lulu for short. They are beautiful, and none of the three look identical in anyway. 1 down, 12 to go XD Home sweet home. I know, it's been how many months? Six? It's honestly not my fault this time! I accidentally left you at home. Now to fill you in on stuff that happened last term, we'll start with the 'Therapy Session' that surely could have made history! This is how it went, I received a letter while out on the grounds, it was from Lex telling me to get the RoR (Room of Requirement) as soon as possible and so I was thinking 'Oh please don't let her have set anything on fire!' (because we've been working on this non-school related project involving potion work) and what do I find when I get there? Frederic Krum. HA, bad dream? I wished, at the time. He put two and two together first, asking if I had gotten the same letter - which of course, I had. The letters were a trick, from none other than Alexis herself. We didn't know what was going on though, not at first. The hyperactive Gryffindor came in behind us and told us both to take a seat, she was all happy and cheerful; Asking us what was up, it was an obvious 'innocent' act that neither Fred nor I were fooled with. I asked her what she thought she was playing at, trapping Fred and I in the same room if it weren't for our experiment (which it wasn't!) and refused to sit. I try not to ever be mean, but I was annoyed, she didn't need to go about it like she had - which I'll get to at another point you'll see. Frederic was much more calm while asking what the whole idea was. Weird, I know it's like we momentarily switched places. When Lex spoke again saying she would rather I sat down, her voice was a little high pitched like it goes when she's upset sometimes. That made me feel bad, I knew I crossed a line, and did as she requested; I took a seat. After like the third time of Fred having to rephrase himself, Lexi answered the question: What the letters were about. She said we (Frederic and I) have problems, and people with problems go to therapy. Therefore she was our therapist. Sounding insane yet? You don't even know the half of it. I told her we didn't need therapy. Not together atleast, couldn't speak for Fred Alexis ended up yelling at us, along with "Your opinions don't matter here! Haven't you ever seen how a real therapist works? The patient sits and tells their problems and the therapist goes 'and how do you feeeel about that?'" No options, blah blah. She moved two desks infront of us (with the help of some skilled charm work, might I add) and said if we really wanted to leave we would have to both write 'a good solid reason' of why we 'hate' eachother. Sam came in then, with a 'hostage', who unfortunately happened to be Curt. Don't get me wrong, I love having him around! But he really didn't need to be tricked into that too. I suppose I didn't look very happy, Curt as confused as he must have been asked if I was okay. And I kinda sorta blew up at Frederic for the whole therapy comment, saying I wasn't the one who broke a glass last term due to temper issues. Also said I didn't hate him, I don't hate anyone which is still true. Not even Frederic could change that. All I could say to Sammy was "Samantha I can't believe your in on this!" and told Curt aside from feeling like a child being unfairly punished, I was great. Then apologized, since I was having abit of an attitude. Uncalled for, but I don't care for being locked in places against my own free will because YES Alexis locked the door after Sam and Curt came in. Trying to speed this up abit with less details, Lex tied Curt up with a rope spell unexpectedly and said if I didn't write down a reason she would torture Curt with muggle movies from the 1950s or something like that, and Fred's punishment was being attacked by TK. Now I will take a moment to say I am NOT proud of myself on this particular day, I was AWFUL and I know it. At this point, I blew up at Alexis for what she did to Curt and for trying to force us into doing something we didn't want to.. something about it being uncalled for to involve Curtis and my personal thoughts about Frederic were personal for a reason, as in not to be discussed. I think we ALL were amazed when Frederic spoke up, asking Lexis to unbind Curt since it wasn't fair, he had nothing to do with it. That's when Lex untied him, saying she was only playing and then the tears came. Alexis Chosen RARELY ever cries, I should have felt bad immediantely and went to comfort her but I don't know, I was mad. That's all I could come up with. Sam however wasn't having ANY of it. She scolded Fred and I; Alexis had dumped alot on us, she said, but how must she feel knowing we hate eachother. GAH this is where I would like to interupt with: Do you have ANY idea how much easier life was as a second or third year? ALOT. Anyways, I was guilty of being a reason Lex was crying. I wasn't being fair or nice about it, and so I pointed out Fred and I have an agreement to be civil with one another Again, Frederic was just full of surprises that evening. FULL of them. He went over to her and was almost pleading for her to look at him, because she was sitting on the floor crying Can you guess what happens next? I think not. She tried to leave, but Sam stopped her. Taking over the therapy session herself, and including everyone. We had to say something about one person in the room. Before I would obey my angry cousin, I had to get everything off my chest and fess up like Alexis had wanted all along. I told Sam she could be disappointed with me, but I couldn't help it. I turned to Alexis and that's when it began: You say Frederic and I are childish? What was that Alexis? What did you do tonight Alexis? You're calling us childish. I completely fess up to it, I was being childish. I apologize for that, I wasn't thinking at all. I'm not perfect either, no one is. But look what you did tonight, you tricked us here for therapy. You could have just asked us honestly, we both would have come because you asked us to Alexis. Yeah.. I remember it that well, word for word almost. I'm not proud of that day, like I said. But I think at the same time, it was all necessary. I think we all grew from it, or sort of. There's an exception to that, I'm not done. I explained my real reasoning for not liking him. Rather, not trusting him. The only thing I could come up with. He infuriates me and he knows it, but that wasn't the main part. The main part was he was so close to Alexis, right alongside me. Us being the two she would run to with anything, that she trusted that much. It scared me, because I don't know Frederic - we haven't given eachother that chance I guess.. what I do know is his temper, and that with as much as Alexis trusted him he could hurt her. I know, we've been over this a thousand times but it was the honest answer. I was worried that she was falling for him, and she had. I was also being overly protective and stupid. I shouldn't have acted that way, I KNOW that now, but I really hadn't thought about it before. I apologized to Frederic, and admitted I was glad he proved me wrong. We all went and sat back down, everything simmered down playing this little game, you could call it. Alexis and I agreed to no fighting, we fought once for nearly two weeks and the world could have easily ended in that time of seperation! When it was Curt's turn to go, he said he didn't have any problems with anyone in the room except that maybe Lex worries too much about our relationship (Mine and Curt's) and not enough about her love interest. That, mister journal, is when the unthinkable happened. Alexis told Curt to shut up, he didn't know what he was talking about and then left in a rush before any of us could have stopped her. Frederic (keeping good to his previous words about defending Lex if anyone hurts her in any kind of way) attacked Curt! Pushed him to the ground and covered his mouth with the hand that wasn't on his throat. Sam and I were quick to break that up, as soon as I shoved Frederic off and got into the middle Sammy was helping Curt up and kept him there. She suggested we switched places, and told Fred it was time they left. Thank goodness for Sammy, I'm still greatful she was there after all. She had put me in my place earlier, and helped when there was a near fight at the end. Curt, surprising me, was worried about me. He asked if I was okay and then warned Frederic not to ever lay a hand on me like he just had Curt, otherwise it would be the last thing Frederic did - First time I ever heard him so angry. More than understandable! But still, that was as mad as I'd ever seen or heard Curt. Fred and Sam headed back to the Lions common room, I think (not sure) and Curt and I were just as quick to leave the RoR for our badger lounge. That was that. Now- Eeep, I'll continue another day, mum needs to go shopping so I'm incharge here. Later! - Babysitting Badger ♥ |
