Why did I not know about this before?

So, i read the whole thing, beginning to end and all I can think to say is Awesomeness!

Yep, you've practically shocked me speechless. Congrats on that amazing feat and your superbly awesome writing skills.

I love the way the serious things and frivolities of life balance out, as do the pain and darkness in his life with the joy and happy moments. And as everyone's already mentioned, it flows very well!

September 30th (6:14 pm),

Ugh girls! Seriously why can’t they all just get along? I was trying to teach Lima how to use non-verbals today. Apparently here at Hogwarts, they don’t think it’s very important, or Lima was just not paying attention when they were teaching them. At Durmstrang I started using them in third year. I had them mastered by the end of that year. Imagine a 13 year old having those kinds of capabilities. Anyways, it was going well, but I was little nervous to use spells on her, and lucky enough Penny comes waltzing over and I asked if she wouldn’t mind helping. Of course she said yes. She can’t stand Lima.

All was going well, until the last spell I had them use. Penny was obviously getting tired of the way I was...well...praising Lima. I was just trying to keep her confidence high. Anyways, Penny cursed Lima before Lima had her shield up, and man was that a mistake. Again I had to stand between them. It was serious. I know Lima wouldn’t have won. Penny was trained at Durmstrang as well and is very talented. Not as good as me, but still very good. She has beaten me in duels before. Anyways, I hope that one day they will be able to get along.
We shall see.

Well I have a new friend. She was my partner in Herbology for our first class. Her name is Astrid. She is a second year, but she doesn’t LOOK like a second year. Today in Charms, she got a bit of a shock when she was winking at me and I wouldn’t wink back. I mouthed to her, that’s my girlfriend and nodded towards Lima whom of course was giving Astrid the stink eye.

So, Astrid was a bit mad at me to say the least. I was relaxing in the court yard and she manhandled me to the fruitsy tree grove. We had a great conversation. I, of course, apologized for not telling her. But seriously, she is 4 years younger then me. Anyways, homework calls!

October 31 (12:05 am),

Amazing party tonight put on by Rhiannon and Josh, and Josh's house. I went with Nico. Of course, I wasn’t very happy to begin with. I love Cela, but she seriously has some issues. She made me dress up as an R.O.U.S. from the book/movie The Princess Bride. Of course big brother Nico gets to be the Dread Pirate Roberts. *Rollseyes* But I dealt with it the best I could.

Of course Lima showed up as Princess Buttercup thinking I would be the Dread Pirate Roberts, and she almost kissed Nico. Boy did she get a surprise. At one point during the evening I acted out a scene from Romeo and Juliet. I had been in a few plays. Shakespeare is one of my Favorites. Needless to say, Lima really enjoyed it.

By the end of the night, I was considered the Sexiest R.O.U.S. anyone has ever seen. I would seriously have to agree there. *grin*

So I found out some interesting information today. Nico, who has been dating this Hufflepuff girl Kayla on and off for the past year now, was apparently caught in the act with 3 different girls. Apparently there are pictures as well. But that wasn’t what I first found out. Apparently Nico and Anna, the Gryffindor Prefect, are now an item. I was utterly confused, until Kayla happened to stop by the table Lima and I were at and gave me the full play by play.

I was shocked. I know Nico would never hurt her. He told me himself how much in
love with her he was. I was astonished that she would believe others over him. She didn’t even give him a chance to explain she just broke it off with him. I tried to give Kayla some advice, and tried to get the name of the photographer out of her but she wouldn’t tell me. Though she did promise that she would if she didn’t hear from HIM soon. It doesn’t surprise me that something like this would happen. Nico may be very charismatic and have a lot of friends, but he also has a lot of enemies. Anyways, I plan on talking to Nico soon. If I can find the bloody kid… Usually I'm much better at finding people. I have a feeling Kayla will be a good friend. Anyways, off to bed.

Anyways, I got the collection of Shakespeare’s works from Lima, money from mum and Aunt Mona, and A picture from Suzy of herself and her boyfriend. Of course she has to rub that in my face on my birthday. Gotta love her. Anyways, DINNER!

So today was a bit on the awkward side. We had a flaying lesson today that was extremely fun. We learned how to ride flying carpets. Of course I'm a natural. Well, I fell of once, but that was because I didn’t turn in time and ran into a boulder.

Anyways, that’s not why it was awkward. Kayla and Nico were both there. Kayla challenged me to a carpet race, which of course I accepted. The strange thing about it was, Nico landed and angrily sat in the bleachers. Once the professor called is in, which Kayla and I didn’t even get to have our race, she and I sat in the bleachers and talked for a bit, were Nico sat angry and brooding. I don’t understand why he would be mad at me I didn’t do anything. Of course, before I could talk to him he was gone. Nico is my Best friend I wouldn’t do anything to hurt him.

I just came from talking to this girl Nikki. Apparently she is one of Nico's best friends. She thought I was on Kayla's side, which in turn means that Nico told her that he thought I was. No wonder he was so mad at the flying lesson.

Anyways, I now have the Pictures. Kayla, in my opinion, completely miss read those pictures. The angles especially made them look like they were about to do something. Anyways, I now have them and plan on finding the culprit somehow.
First I need to find Nico. *sigh*

*sighwithaslightgrowltowardstheend* Yeah. Not happy. Kyler is back. How do I know this? I was out in the owlry sending a letter to mum when I heard a shriek that sounded familiar. I looked out one of the windows, and saw that Lima was tackling some guy, whom I could only figure was Kyler since she was the one shrieking his name. I watched them for a while. He touched her like....like....she was his. And she let him. Obviously she didn’t tell him that she had a boyfriend. Otherwise she wouldn’t have let him touch her like that.

Ugh I hate feeling jealous. Anyways I was so angry that I punched the wall and sent Asmara on her way with my letter. I silently and angrily went back to the common room. I decided to pretend nothing was wrong. I came off as cold, and ended up leaving her there. She didn’t know I had seen her. So now here I am. I told her I had some homework to finish even though it’s already done. I can’t sand to be around her at the moment. I'm too angry.

I just had a good talk with Astrid. It's funny how one of my best friends is a 12 year old. I see her more as a little sister then anything really. She and I went to the room of requirements after class today. I asked it for a place to study and kickboxing gear. She was very aware that I wasn’t myself so, I decided to tell her what happened will beating the punching bag to a pulp. It actually flew across the room.

In the end, Astrid helped me a lot. She made me realize that I need to at least try to talk to Lima. But if I see them together like that again I should just break it off. She's a smart cookie that one.

November 24 (11:01 pm),

Well I finally got to speak with Nico today about Kayla, and Anna, and the pictures. He was his usual fake self. He likes to hold that mask in place whenever he is upset about things. He doesn’t want people to think he's weak, but I know he’s faking. I know how he feels about Kayla. It’s the same way I feel about Lima. But that’s another story *gritsteeth*. I tried to get him mad to get him out of this facade, but it didn’t work well. I guess I need to work on my sneaky skills better. *Sigh*

He also thought that I was on Kayla's side which is completely absurd. Yes she and I had a good talk about things, but Nico is my best friend. The thing that bothered me the most about the conversations was, He actually told me he wanted me to be on Kayla's side.

He also told me what he did to Anna. He drugged her with a love potion. Someone put him up to it, though, he won’t say who. We talked a bit more, then out of nowhere he just leaves; though his intentions were good. He went to find Anna, I'm guessing so he could fix what he did. Anyways, I'm getting tired. All this drama and stress is going to give me nightmares. I can feel it.

Wow sorry this took so long. But it was a lot to write about. A lot of you Lima fans will understand Maddox's reasoning now.

November 25 (11:56 pm),

Today has been a never-ending day of anger, confusion, pain, and enlightenment. Anger because I tried to ignore the fact that my girlfriends ex-boyfriend was back, and acknowledge that they were just friends, even though Lima is still head over heals for him, by hanging out with them. All it took for me to realize it, was her begging him to play the song he wrote for her. Twice. The first time, he actually played it. That’s where the confusion came in. Confusion for the way he saw her. The lyrics were amazing, and about how a girl like her was impossible to find. Also, confusion because of the way she looked at him. She has never looked at me the way she looked at him.

After he finished it, Lima begged to hear it again. That’s when I knew it was over. That’s when the pain came. I quickly asked her, before he started playing again, if I could speak with her alone. We went into the trophy room, and I explained to her exactly why I had been distant and cold to her. She tried to tell me I was crazy, and that she wanted to explain. But I didn’t want to hear it. I told her we were finished, and that I had lost trust in her. As soon as she heard that her face dropped, but it was the truth. She knows how I am about trust, and honesty. I could tell she knew she had lost me forever. I turned and left her in the room by herself, I got out before she started crying, thank goodness. I wouldn’t have been able to stop myself from comforting her.

I quickly went outside. I had to find Astrid. She was the only person I could talk to then. I knew exactly where to go as well. The fruitsy tree grove was her favorite place to go. I quickly ran there, and found the tree we always sat at. She was there of course, just like I figured. I told her what happened. She hugged me and told me it would all be ok. This is where the enlightenment came in. She also said that it was a good think that I broke it off with Lima. Lima didn’t deserve me. We had a great conversation. At which point, I decided that I wouldn’t dwell on it. I was going to jump back into the life style I had at Durmstrang.

Always surrounded by a pack of girls. Beautiful girls. Girls that would make Lima nuts. Oh revenge is sweet. That’s when I told Astrid I had to go find someone. I found Penny out by the front gates. I told her what happened, of course she was apologetic, though I knew she was ecstatic. I grinned and told her old Maddox was back. She squealed with delight and gave me the kiss I had been waiting for since the last time I saw her.

The old Maddox is back. Ladies, be prepared.

December 12 (12:02 am),

Today was the first Qudditch match. We beat the Slytherins! It was the first time I had gotten to be a beater since second year at Durmstrang. It was fantastic. I hit almost every single one. It was amazing!

We had a victory party after the game. Penny had already gotten there before me so I decided to make it known that I was single. Funny thing, Penny was having a conversation with Lima. I walked straight to Penny, and wrapped my arms around her waist, and pulled her into a huge kiss. Lima walked away speechless. It was an amazing feeling. The whole room saw us.
Now everyone knows I'm a free man.

So I finally got to talk to Kayla today. She finally told me the name of the photographer. The fact that I know the worm from Durmstrang, made me extremely excited to find the twerp. His name is Zeph. Everyone used to make fun of him. Apparently he is in love with Cadence, the girl that Nico has an arranged marriage with, (that he's been trying to get out of for a while now.) It was no wonder that Zeph was trying to get back at Nico. But completely uncalled for.

Anyways, Kayla made me promise that if I was the first to find him that I had to make sure that She was there before Nico and I started the fight. Of course my loyalty prevailed, and I promised her I wouldn’t let Nico touch him even if I had to knock him out myself. Now...to tell Nico...if I can find him. *sigh*

UGHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why can’t Lima Mind her own business! She’s trying to get in on the drama with Nico and Kayla. But I am not having it. She came up to me asking for the pictures. PFFT! Like I'm going to give them to her! Besides Kayla has them now anyways...I'd love to see her go up to Kayla and ask for them. That would be a very interesting show right there.

January 1 (7:04pm),

Well I just got back from Christmas break. I went home and visited Mum. I haven’t spent a Christmas with her since I was 11 years old. Of course Aunt Mona, Suzy, and her boyfriend....Pierre...were there. He's not that bad, but not good enough for her.

Anyways, it was a good break from all the drama. Of course I finally came clean and told them what happened with Lima. Suzy has mixed feelings about it. She thinks I should have let Lima state her case, but at the same time she understood why I didn’t, and said she would have done the same thing.

Anyways, Merry belated Christmas, and happy New Year! Maybe this year will get better. Time for dinner!

January 15 (3:12 am),

Ugh bloody nightmares. I thought maybe since they had gone over the summer that I wouldn’t have them anymore. It wasn’t just one dream this time. It flashed to many different scenes with many different people. Some including Kayla, Nico, Penny, and even Lima.

*Sigh* I guess the stress of all the drama is starting to get to me. I hope it calms down a bit...back to bed I suppose.

March 14 (9:49pm),

Kayla and I decided we wanted to go to the library and get some homework done. Wouldn’t you know that when we walked in, Nico, Lima, and Penny were all sitting at a table together? Of course Nico was obviously bored, though he knew Penny. Penny and Nico kinda had the same relationship she and I had, but she's my best friend. It's hard to explain. Anyways. So As soon as he saw Kayla and I he got up and left. Walking right past us. He knew why I was there. We did our normal quick greeting of clutching the tooth pendent. Kayla asked why we did that, but I didn’t know what to say to that, really. We just....do.

Kayla and I had a very, very good conversation. I told her about the things that had happened to me in my childhood, and my Inheritance. You see when my father’s parents died, I inherited three different estates. The one they lived in just outside of Nottingham, one in Spain just outside of Madrid, and one in France just outside of Paris. The one in France has horse stables. It is pretty much a business. We train horses, stable muggle Jockey’s horse's, give riding lessons, etc. That one I visit regularly to make sure it is running well. I also inherited a very, very large sum of money. I also have a trust fund from my mum's parents, they are still living, that I will receive when I turn 21. I didn’t find out about all of this until I was 15 though. Just before I started here at Hogwarts. Anyways, enough about bloody me. I learned a lot about Kayla. Stuff that I can’t even write about in here, because if it got into the wrong hands, she would get into major trouble. It was a pretty good day. Kayla and I are Kindred spirits. I have a feeling she will be a very good friend.

April 3 (5:49pm),

Muggles Studies was amazing today! The lesson was about muggle carnivals. The professor even had one set up for us it was amazing. I don’t think I have ever eaten that much junk food in my life, of course I shared it with Penny. She and I also rode every single ride. It was amazing!

Today was Quidditch finals against the Ravies. Of course, we lost to them. Just like last term. But our team was as amazing as ever! I don’t think I’m going to try out next term. I love Quidditch, but it's taking to much away from my studies, and id I want to be an Auror, I need top marks on my NEWT's.

Anyways....I'm in dire need of sleep. GOOOOOOODNIGGGGHT!

May 10 (3:09pm),

The oddest thing happened to me today. I was out in the Fruitsy tree grove, lying under a tree. I just had gotten my eyes closed, when someone fell on me. I opened my eyes, and there was a gorgeous Slytherin girl lying on top of me. She was very, very sweet. Her name is Camira. Anyways, we ended up talking for a while.

Then out came Astrid, holding some boys hand. She introduced him as her boyfriend. I was like "not my lil sis you dunderhead." Not really, but something to that effect.

Anyways, it’s been an interesting day. Off to study.

May 30 (2:17pm),

Thank you Merlin! I finally got to talk to Nico today about the Photographer. Nico was extremely angry, but who wouldn’t be. Especially since we both know Zeph, and Nico has a bad history with him. He was also a little angry with the promise I made Kayla. But I'm going to do what I have to do. A promise is a promise. I just hope I find Zeph before Nico.

June 5 (9:41pm),

At last, we found Zeph. I was coming into the common room, and as I did so, the little worm was sitting there resting his eyes by the fire. Big mistake. I snatched him up quickly, by wand point, and sent two patronuses. One to Kayla and one to Nico. I told them to meet me at the dueling arena.

Of course Zeph followed, he feared for his life to much. As soon as we got to the dueling arena though, he tried to sneak off on me, but Nico was there to stop him before he turned the corner.

It was an amazing duel. Though I have never seen Nico give mercy to his opponent before. He actually let Zeph, mid duel, pick up his wand and send a hex at him. Nico was madder then I had thought. Then they got into an argument. Zeph, being the dummy that he is, decided it would be a good idea to send the body binding hex at Kayla. Another big mistake.

The next thing I knew, Nico was pulling me off of Zeph. Well…more like he punched me in the nose. Twice. First time to get me to stop, of course he fixed it for me. Then Zeph said something and I was going to start in again, but Nico punched me in the nose again, and this time left it broken, and left me and Zeph tied up as well.

I'm guessing he let Kayla out of the body bind as he went, because she fixed my nose and let me out of the ropes. After that I let Zeph go. He's lucky that I was that generous. Anyways....It's been a long day.

So today was the end of term feast. Not much to say about it, other then the fact that Kayla and Lima were talking to each other about me like I wasn’t even there! *sigh* Like I would ever go back to her...Please.

Well, I just got home, and was welcomed as usual by mum, whom was extremely excited to see me. Bloody hell, did I miss her!

The train was alright, Penny and I had a good conversation about why she and I had that fight just before the incident with Rudolphus. I explained to her it was simply because I was trying to protect her from being the traitor's son's best friend. She said she didn’t care about that, she just wanted to be with me. Which I understand now.

Anyway, Mum's calling. DINNNER HURR I COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, summer is almost over, and today was my visit to Diagon Alley. I needed to pick up a few things, but not much. I already have everything I need for this term. It was a pretty interesting day though. I ran into Evolette. A girl I met last term. She is also very good friends with Nico.

Speaking of Nico...He won’t be returning to Hogwarts. But of course, I had to find out by hiding in the back of the shop while he and Anna were having a fight. Then when he walked out into the street, I went after him, but he was gone. Maybe I will get a letter or something...who knows.

Anyways, Evolette is a very beautiful girl, that I enjoy hanging out with, despite
her boyfriend being Terry, whom I despise.

SOOOOOOOOOO Summer vaca was slightly annoying. I went to check on things at my
French estate, where Suzy was staying for a couple weeks before she moved back to
London. Come to find out, she had been letting Lima and some of her friends stay there, with some French guy. I was absolutely livid. It was so bad I almost hexed Lima. Suzy held me back though...actually she took my wand and hexed me with it.

All I know is...Lima better stay away from me this term.

September 1 (9:32pm),

Finally back at Hogwarts. The feast was amazing as usual. Though the ride to school....awkward!

Apparently, everyone in Penny's family thinks that she is in love with me. But she tells me that they are all crazy, and yes she does love me, but she loves me as her best friend, and nothing more. I mean it isn’t the first time she has told me about what they say about me and her. It's just strange to think of her that way.

Anyways, bedtime. Night.

September 3 (5:49pm),

So today was a very good day. I went out to the lake for a swim, because classes haven’t started yet so I figure I might as well have some fun before they do, and Camira just happened to be there. She is bloody gorgeous.

Anyways, we actually had a really great conversation. She is very intelligent, and has been through a lot of crap in her life, kind of like me. I really got to know a lot about her today. Then I picked her up and jumped into the lake with her in my arms. It was actually pretty funny.

Then we swam back to shore. When I say we, I mean me. I swam with her on my back clinging to me. Once we got to shore, I just laid there. While she was drying off. Then next thing I knew, she was drying me off. Which lead to kissing. She...is a very good kisser.

Anyways...bye.

Ha! I snuck up on Kayla today! I hadn’t seen her since summer at this party. It was funny. She totally freaked out. Though the main reason I did it was because she was walking with some guy named Gabben. He looked like he was really getting into her, so I decided it would be best to make it known that she wasn’t going to be with him...ever. Though really she won’t be mine either, I mostly did it for Nico's sake. Even though I still haven’t heard from him. You would think he would write his "best friend."

So after I got the kid feeling uncomfortable and he left, this gorgeous Ravie girl walked past us and was so checking me out. Kayla suggested that I go after her but, I declined. I would rather walk with Kayla. Besides, I ran into her after our walk anyways. Her name is Karma. Boy is she gorgeous. I have a feeling I will have my group of girl's soon.

September 12 (2:41pm),

Today has been an amazing day! The new COMC professor is letting us take care of baby magical creatures, and we got them today. I have a baby Phoenix. I named her Serefina. Looking at her I would say she had her burning day yesterday. She is still a tiny bit ashy. But she is beautiful. I'm so excited! I've wanted a Phoenix since I was a little kid. My patronus is even a phoenix. The next 5 days are going to be the most important, because she will be at her full maturity by then. I can’t wait to see her tomorrow. I plan on going everyday till she is fully grown, then every other day for the rest of term.

Bloody hell, I swear Cela is going to be the death of me. That girl...gah! Last term Nico asked me to help him keep an eye on her, and since he isn’t here, I figure he still wants me to keep an eye on her.

Well...I was taking a walk through the student gardens today, and I heard some familiar voices talking by the benches. Of course, when they are near by and talking loud, it’s hard not to over hear. But little did I know it was Cela and Anna talking about...Cela....and...BOYS!

Apparently some boy named Plymouth kissed her. I figured it was time to make myself known. Cela and I got into an argument, and Anna just looked embarrassed to be caught having this conversation with a 13 year old. Cela is 13. She doesn’t need to be kissing boys! She's too young!

Cela is like a sister to me. I want to protect her form being hurt like I was. She is too young to go through that, and this Plymouth is older then her for one. Of course Cela is amazing, what’s not to like? But I don’t know what his intentions are and I don’t want her getting hurt. I think I need to meet this kid...Scare him a bit.

Cela is angry with me now though. She knows how to hold a grudge too. Oh well, hopefully this will pass soon enough.

So I met another Ravie girl today. She seems very nice, kinda flirty, and likes to have deep conversations with people she has just met. Which is fine with me, I don’t mind intelligence. She is very pretty as well. Her name is Elizabeth. I could see us as very good friends. I was considering her as one of my girls, but I'm not quite sure at the moment. Maybe our next meeting will make up my mind...

Well, dinner calls!

October 1 (10:32pm),

So today was the first Hogsmead visit of term. It was actually a very eventful day. I heard and saw a fight brewing in Honeydukes between this guy named Helios, who we like to call "the prince." He's this Greek dude, that is so...ugh! Anyway, I stopped the fight and threatened him a little, and got Kayla out of there quickly. She and I walked and talked for a bit, before I headed to meet Karma at the Three Broomsticks.

Let me just say, Karma is HOT! She and I talked about a lot of different things. I told her my story she told me hers. She is an amazing girl really. Also, a Ravie like Elizabeth, and just as smart as her. I actually had a reason for meeting Karma there. I spoke to her about being one of my girls. I thought I was going to get slapped, but instead she agreed, and we pretty much snogged in the middle of the pub. She is a great kisser.

Ahhhh girls...gotta love them.

October 4(3:41pm),

Wow what a long day. Camira asked me to duel with her today, so I met her at the dueling arena. She is an amazing dueler, but I’m not surprised. She is very talented.
She sent some amazing curses that I have never experienced before. Apparently she made them herself. At one point I was slipping into a slow hypothermia. I was shivering so badly, and it is hard to make me cold. But it was amazing non-the-less.

The worst part for me was at the end. I used a curse that I haven’t used in a very long time. One that I made up. It’s horrifying, at times, and I don’t know why I used it against her. I think I was so into the duel, and getting angry, that I got into my old style of dueling. The curse causes the victim to hallucinate their deepest fear but no one else can see it except for the victim. I can’t imagine what she saw, but she was screaming and fell to the floor. With that, we stopped, and went back to the castle. I felt horrible. So I apologized, and she said it was alright, and that I had to teach her that one.

It's strange though, my reaction to seeing her like that I mean. I was so scared, and...yeah. I think I might have feelings for her.

Anyways, I have to go check on Serefina.

Today was interesting. I got to meet Evee's kitten muffin today. He is a mean little bugger. But it's just because Evee has him so spoiled. He chewed on my collar. I don’t know how many times he pounced on me, but once I started rubbing him behind the ears, he was fine. Apparently he doesn’t like guys very much.

Oh...and I kissed Evee. Yeah…it was nice. Very nice. Though if Nico finds out, he will for sure kill me, because Evee is one of Nico's best friends. But...meh…who cares. It was just an innocent little kiss. After I kissed her though, that little bugger attacked me. It was actually pretty funny.

Anyways, homework beckons!

Celandine Toussaint. Of course, my best friend would have to have a little sister like her. Don’t get me wrong, I love Cela like she was my own little sister, but even when she is brought up in a conversation…ugh.

Anna, Kayla, and I had a conversation by the Whomping Willow today about Cela. Anna thinks we should just leave her be, but Anna doesn’t know her Like Kayla and I do. She can manipulate people so well. But, we do need to let her be, I guess. The only reason Kayla and I are so worried about her is because we don’t want her to get hurt like we have been so many times. I don’t know, maybe we are going about this the wrong way. I just want Cela to be happy.
