here is the last part of chapter 17, and the full chapter 18. after this there is one last chapter..i think! "Alright Mudblood; let's do this. And if this doesn't work, you'll be receiving the worst of me," Malfoy threatened. "Oh it will...Okay he's almost out of view! I'll go distract him, and you go check if they're there. If they are, come and pretend to fight while leading us. I'll go first." Hermione nodded and ran out of the bush and ran up behind Ron. This was Malfoy's cue to leave. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Blair ran down to the Whomping Willow. She followed Harry 10 minutes after he left her. She stopped in her tracks and gasped at what she saw. The Whomping Willow was gone. Just a smoldering stump now. What had once been a meeting place of Blair's and Harry's was gone. Her eyes fell onto the boy that was standing beside it. Blair slowly made herself walk towards him. "You...?" Was the only word she could find. Harry sighed but kept his eye contact. "But......why?" She asked him. "Because.....I love you," Harry said with meaning. "Well if you love me, then why did you destroy the only symbol of our relationship? The only hope and knowing that we could be together. Why?" "Because I love you so much that I can't let this happen anymore. Ron loves you a lot too, and I cannot betray my best friend. Don't you see? This love is forbidden, that's why it can't work. Blair, I love you so much that it has to stop." Blair had tears rolling down her cheeks. "Harry if you love me then why" Blair was interrupted when she heard footsteps stop beside them. Harry and Blair looked over to see Hermione, Malfoy, and Ron. "What........is going.......on here?" Ron's steady but angry voice sliced through the silence. "I-I-I-I can explain, Ronald," Blair choked through tears. "Blair. Leave. Now," Ron demanded. Blair sobbed harder and ran to find Lorraine. Malfoy and Hermione exchanged smirks. Things were going as they planned. Ron shuffled around a bit before he spoke. "She's loyal to you? She's loyal to you? SHE'S LOYAL TO YOU?! HOW ABOUT SHE'S LIEING TO YOU!? I THOUGHT WE WERE BEST MATES HARRY POTTER! BUT THAT OBVIOUSLY MEANS NOTHING TO YOU!" Ron yelled. Harry shut his eyes. He hated himself. "Seven......years of friendship, have you decided that it means nothing?" Ron asked, still angry. He shook his head and went to find Blair. Chapter 18- Confessions Blair had old Lorraine what had happened and she let Blair cry on her. They had stepped out of the Ceremony, which was boring anyways. They unembraced when they heard footsteps coming. "May I speak to Blair? Alone?" It was Ron. Lorraine gave him a look that said "hurt-her-and-I'll-hurt-you." Blair just looked at him, still crying. "Well are you going to tell me your side of the story?" Ron asked her, almost yelling. Blair sniffed. "Okay. H-Harry was flyin on his broom alone a few months ago. I-I was at the Qudditch Pitch also, with Draco. Harry's broom lost conrtol and he took a fall. We stayed in the Changing Rooms where I healed him. Then Draco's little contest came alone and I didn't know that I would be getting you, Harry's best friend. He hated me for liking you, but then we saw more of each other. Our love never stopped." Blair continued crying. Ron's expression softened. "I wish you had told me this before," He said coldly. "I wanted to, but then I learned to like you as well. I just..." Blair cried harder. In a distance there was an explosion and someone screamed,"He's back!!! The Dark Lord is back!!" Ron's eyes widened in horror. "Go! Find Harry and hide! It would not be right of me to interfere a real love." Blair ran for Harry and Lorraine. one chapter down. one to go. |

thanks much much and MUCH guysssssss! okay so i wrote the LAST chapter last night and it got me a little teary eyed for two reasons!! 1) because it reminded me of the ending in tristan & isolde 2) because its the first story i EVER finished hand-writing...HAHA. okay well, im going to kauai! on friday...its one of the hawaii islands! woo im excited!! so i think i will get the last post up before friday if i can, along with a preview for my next fic!! and then i will just post my next fic, Life Has Moments, after i get back! *Danielle* BTW- i will be gone the 7th-14th |

happy fourth! here's ya'lls post! last one!: Chapter 19- A Heart Attack Harry's eyes swept over the ground. "Harry!" a girl yelled from not too far away. It was Blair. She was running with Lorraine down the hill where Harry was standing. "Harry! Ron's letting me and you be together. Isn't that great?!" She hugged Harry hard and Harry let go quickly. He pulled open the hatch on the ground he was looking for. "Get in," He demanded. "But aren't you-?" Blair asked, confused, as she climbed down the steps after Lorraine. "If anyone askes, Blair, tell them that it was our love that created this war." And Harry slammed the hatch door shut. He heard Blair scream, but there was no time for that. Harry ran to where everyone was fighting. And that was where he saw him. Right in the middle of everything, shouting curses at everyone that wasn't on his side. Unexpectedly, Harry was hit with the Crucio Curse. Searing pain shooted all throughout his body. Unbelieveable torture from the one who caused it. After time, he was brought down. "Has Harry Potter come out to play?" Harry heard a cold, evil voice drawl out from over him. On top of extra pain from the Crucio Curse, his vision became blurry as his scar seared with white hot pain. Through the torture, Harry stood up. "Draw your wand Potter. I want a giht out of you," Voldemort sneered. Harry took out his wand. "On the count of three. One-" Voldemort was interrupted. "SECTUMSEMPRA!!" Harry yelled at the top of his voice. But to Harry's displeasure, the curse did not even scratch him. Voldemort was clapping. "Well done, Harry. A bit Dark for your taste, isn't it? But if you will remember, I am not entirely human, so therefore, I have no blood. I believe it is my turn." Voldemort cast the curse without even speaking. Harry did not recognize the spell, but it felt as if he broke his right leg. "Avada KEDAVRA!!!!!" Harry screamed at Voldemort when he was laughing at Harry. He watched Voldemort with pleasure as he fell to the ground. Just as he struggled to get up on his good leg, he recieved a gust of wind hit him, and he fell backwards, getting a nice blow to the skull. He heard a crack and his head seared with pain. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!" He yelled. "Harry!" Ron yelled. He ran over and picked him up. He carried Harry down to the lake, away from the others. "What happened!?" Blair ran up out of nowhere. She was crying. "Voldemort....dead....Death Eater....knock me down....cracked....skull," Harry gasped. Blair cried harder. "Harry....no...Don't leave me..." Harry's eyes were drooping. "Blair..." he breathed. Blair's face was soaked with tears. "Y-yes Harry?" "I....will....never,ever.....stop loving....you," and that was Harry's last words Epilouge Aftre Harry died, Ron went back to the fight. He shouted curses and killed half the Death Eaters in Harry's honor. He and Hermione got married 2 years later, after she confessed of her feelings and the plan with Draco. Draco had disappeared the next day, and wasn't ever seen after that. It was rumoured that he had written a letter to Harry and was placed with him at burial. Blair buried Harry where the Whommping Willow once was, and as she did so, a new tree reappeared along with a field of wildflowers. She now offers Qudditch lessons at Hogwarts, where she now lives. She never married or dated because she was still in love with Harry.
