Cool Cause I thought of the idea awhile back and thought it'd be pretty cool since HSM is annoyingly popular now (I liked it the first two times... the million times afterwards and seeing ads about HSM Concert, HSM On Ice, HSM plays... it got too annoying too overdone )

I was stuck on a name so I after awhile I was like 'heck, I was in one of my twinneh's F.Fs, why can't she be in mine?'
So you're my main character so it's a Draco/Tara story...

I started writing the idea out so I'll see if I can continue it since at one person so far would read it

Lol, ditto Makes things easier instead of having people be like, editing your work constantly (*cough*dad*cough*) or asking how something goes... seems easier because you're like, the only one that knows
When my parents walk in I switch to another window where it's like, all internet games so they think I play games all day (I told my mom... I dunno if she believed me tho )

I'm sure more than one person would read it, seeing as so many people here on SS are obsessed over HSM too. WRITE IT! *gets down on knees and begs twinneh*

Oh I know there'd be more than one, but at the time I just saw just your response I've had the idea on my mind for awhile now, first I was trying to make it Dramione and I totally gave up on that (I thought of another idea for Dramione but that's still kinda bleh like the HSM Dramione thing).

But yeah, I spent like, 10 minutes going through lists of names and was like 'wait a minute... I'll just use Tara '.
But I'm definitely gonna start on that. get a little ways in and then start posting it. No need to beg *pulls twinneh up off knees*

It probably won't be anytime really soon cause I get caught around other stuff (which is why I start the first few chapters before posting it... the other reason for that is mainly not having a title idea half the time of course), but when I do technically start writing the actual chapters (I just have the storyline plotted out so far), I'll put it up. Might be a month or so...

But it will NOT be put off the way I keep putting off Only Hope (I say for the HSM one that... no later than the New Year, and if so, post what I have I thought of the corniest title for it cause I was working with the original title, so it'll probably be called Hogwarts School Musical, all the same songs, probably some lines changed in case, and everything )

But I'll totally PM you when i see it up, but for now it'll definitely be up by the earliest October, latest December, so expect it between there (mid-late October and November)

I'll make a PM list. Who wants to be on it for when my Hogwarts-style High School Musical story goes up?

P.S: I'm updating tomorrow

I just realized it's nearly been a year since I even started with the idea for Only Hope yet kept putting it off...
Anyways, I'm updating (and I wrote out a list for PMing so far, you're all on it ). It's short tho...
Pre-written message now:

I’ve never been a fan of writings trips to Hogsmeade actually... dunno why. That’s why it took me practically two weeks to finish this chapter alone! And that’s why it’s rather short for that matter (stupid Hogsmeade!)...
In fact, I commonly just skip around it. I’m bad with that, I know... so basically I titled a short summary of a trip!
Enjoy! The next chapter is the couple’s dance, and trust me, that’ll be... fun
And sorry this is so short... I got stuck and I had a big plan for the dance and it wouldn’t go away as I wrote this, so I got writer’s block... for twoish weeks...

Chapter 21
Hogsmeade

“Wait... did you just say Dean? Dean Thomas?” Hermione clarified as she met Ginny at the top of the girls’ dormitory stairwell on the morning of Valentines Day.

“Yeah,” Ginny responded, blushing as she walked down the stairs behind Hermione.

“I thought you two broke up halfway through last year... twice, right? What made you...?”

“He asked me to go with him, Hermione,” Ginny cut in simply. “So I’m assuming you’re not going?”

“Didn’t I tell you...?” Hermione asked slowly, thinking.

“Tell me what?” Ginny asked curiously, spinning around on the flat floor at the bottom of the stairs, nearly being tipped over by Hermione in the process.

“So I didn’t... Wow the week has gone by fast...”

Ginny gapped. She then looked around the common room, scanning faces quickly. “You finally made it with Malfoy?” she whispered as to not draw attention.

“A week ago, yes...”

“And you didn’t tell me?” she exclaimed.

“Must’ve slipped my mind...” Hermione said airily as she pushed by Ginny to get into the common room. She stopped suddenly and turned on her hell to look at Ginny. “Well I’m going to go. I’ll see you later I suppose.”

“Ok,” Ginny responded with a smile.

“Have fun,” Hermione said.

She turned around and walked out of the Tower and down the many flights of stairs. When she saw the front courtyard of the grounds, she saw a thin group of people leaving to Hogsmeade. Hermione scanned the area for any sign of Draco. After a few minutes, she found a bench off to the side and sat down, waiting.

“Hey, beautiful.”

Hermione jumped out of her seat in surprise. Turning around, she saw Draco smirking.

“Nice of you to finally drop by,” Hermione responded, smirking back. “Are you finally ready to go?”

“There’s one thing I forgot, actually.”

“And what would that be?” Hermione asked curiously.

Draco pulled her closer to him and kissed her.

“That,” he whispered.

“Now are you ready to go?” Hermione whispered back, smirking.

Draco rolled his eyes and pulled away. They joined the students leaving the grounds, hand in hand, and made their way to Hogsmeade. They wandered through the streets for hours, walking in and out of the stores, often with at least one bag in tow. They went to Madam Pudifoot’s in the end, despite Draco’s complaints of ‘it overdoes Valentines’, ‘it’s too sappy in there –all that pink and that general girly look’, and ‘The Three Broomsticks is just as good’. In Madam Pudifoot’s, though, Draco took a small box out of one of the bags and gave it to Hermione. When she opened the box, which revealed earrings and a ring that matched the necklace she received at Christmas, Draco handed her a single rose and all he said was, “Happy Valentines Day, love.”

Thats so sweet i loved it.I cant wait fot the dance Hermione will....Never mind i hate going into detail today( which i usally love to day but High school is one big pain).Great post.PAMS

Definitely I haven't really started on it cause I'm just fixing a few plot things but when I get around to it I'll start writing it and post a bit of it.

I'm glad you liked the update

I shall update sometime on the weekend when I find time. But DEFINITELY Monday by latest and Monday is a double-posting day cause it's my birthday (4 more days!!)
Stupid school... it's the easiest semester (my only core subject is Socials, all I have after that is French, P.E and band as linear, and Planning. Next semester tho... *shivers* I'm already having nightmares about the homework to come, so updates will be slower from January on probably... for like, any F.F I'll have up at the point that is). Stupid homework for this weekend as well as filling out the Rotary Exchange application for Tuesday. I hate that my teacher didn't say anything, if my friend didn't tell me I wouldn't know and I would've had more time... I have a fair amount to do this weekend, and tomorrow I have off cause it's a school holiday (Professional Day, aka Pro-D Day)
