Thousands of years the stone walls stood
Knowledge it Imparted
Four wizards and witches came together for a greater good
So Hogwarts school they started..

Now centuries later Hogwarts still stands

For Slytherin the green, has cunning at it's best
They are proud and noble as the snake on their crest
Ravenclaw the blue has smarts and wit
If you have memorized your spells, in this house you'll surely fit
Gryffindor house those of strong will and mind
The scarlet clad lion will always defend their kind
Hufflepuff the yellow house, is home to the hard working and fair
If you belong in Hufflepuff you'll always have friends who care
So enter these walls and sit on this stool
I am the sorting hat, a most knowledgeable tool
I've never been wrong, I'll place you right
Whether you're ambitious, caring, brave or bright!

Voldemort's Oebsssion

Unicorn's blood will sustain my being
The omen of bad luck will not deter me killing
I'll have control from Quirrell's head
Flammel's life stone will be mine in his stead
Though Harry Potter thrawted my plot
I will have revenge on his damned lot
The chamber shall I open with naught but a memory
Tom Riddle's soul will I unbury
A young girl's secrets would have given me matter
But my basilisk was killed, I'm once again hindered by Potter
Here comes wormtail a most cowardly thing
Maybe he can take my luck for a spin
In a graveyard of stone I regain my body
Then I offed a gangly kid named Diggory
The Wizarding world can't know that I am back
I will off the mudbloods when I attack
The Order of Pheonix will suffer a tragic bend
As Kreatcher the house-elf saw to Sirius' end

It will cry for you but I will not listen

Minerva's Dumbledore

His twinkling blue eyes warm the coldest winter nights
Tender words and a comforting look calms the scariest frights
Fifty years of service feels like naught but a day
He was an outstanding leader all the way
As I watched him teach, I admired more
Great feelings developed that I never felt before
He was the king of Hearts and I was the Queen of Spades
We could never be, Oh I wished my feelings would fade
But stronger they grew as did his power and lore
While my heart was heavy with the feelings I bore
Many women loved and boy did they lose
He was oblivious to love so Albus did not choose
In late night meetings I would always steal a glance
While you talked about dark wizards and taking our stance
In those dark days we fought side by side
More than once I almost told the secret I held in side
Now here I am sitting by your tomb stone
So angry that you have left after you promised I would never be alone
But I never told you what I should have said
No I never told you my sweet Albus, and now you're dead
No bitter tears will bring you back
And i regret not telling you for that simple fact
Sleep dear Albus you deserve your rest
Just always know I love you, you were truly Hogwart's best

Dobby Does

Dobby works because that's what house-elves do
Dobby brushs and polishes master's shoe
Dobby cooks and Dobby cleans
Dobby keeps master happy by whichever means
It is a house-elf's job to labour every minute of the day
Though Dobby likes to do that his own way

Is it the thought of leaving your halls?
No longer walking your halls,
That got me feeling me feeling...so lonely,
Can't take you with me, got me wishing..'If only'

Talking about days of yellow and black
Sneaking out late, getting caught while coming back
Masterson's dog and days by the lake
Please turn back time, for Merlin's sake!

Parchment and ink, muggle pens and paper
Behind your walls Hogwarts, is where I feel safer
Seven years have gone by so fast
Corridors to the grounds are now in my past

Quidditch Bliss

The cool wind on my face, as I zoom through the air
One hand, no hands, I fly without fear
Opposition on my tail, I wonski faint and loose them
Coming back up I catch a glimpse of the game gem
Wings fluttering brilliantly I look around for the seeker
Then had to dodge a bludger sent my way by the beater
Quidditch is not a game for the faint hearted
You have to be on constant vigilance once the game gets started
The quaffle ball is hard and round
Keep putting it through the hoops until the snitch gets found
Quidditch is quite a thrilling game
I'm sure every house player in some way feels the same
It is a sport to thrill, entertain and excite
There's never a dull moment once you take flight
There will never be a game that I will love more
Quidditch is the sport that the magical masses adore
