Can't beleive how long it is since I wrote in here!!! I wuz busy with my ff, then I got exams and then my computer broke *aaarrrrggghhh!!!* anywayz, here's a poem, but it's only related to hp in the fact that it's about feelings.


Liar.

I learned the truth
And hatred burned,
the trust was gone
though not long earned.

I'd been betrayed,
This couldn't be real,
A wound in my heart
that will not heal.

Desperate lies
that anger me,
all the pain
that you set free.

Life's a witch
but you must try,
you might scrape through,
you might get by.

I'm just young,
but i still cope,
you've been through more
but there's still hope.

Try your best,
you'll soon pull through,
you've drained my trust,
but my faith's in you.

hey, maybe I should add a poem... this one is linked to HP because Harry was wondering where we go when we die so...

Where do we go when we breathe our last?
To do we rest in peace or haunt our past?
Is there a heaven? Is there a hell?
Here's my theory for after the nell:
We go anywhere and everywhere,
Into dreams or in the air.
In your heart, in your mind,
If you seek then you will find;
The ones who left us, breathed their last,
They're in our future, not our past.

He smiles at me, I melt away
Eventhough I see him every day.
I look into his eyes and disappear,
He fills me with joy, I have no fear.
I'm under his spell and I can't escape,
I dream of him, I know it's fate.
If only he knew what I dare not say,
Then from my dreams our love would stray.
Until that day i'll have to dwell
Upon the dreams I know so well;
He smiles at me, I melt away
Our love is fate, you'll see some day.

I don't know if he likes me, I really hope he does,
If he knew I liked him too it could be the two of us.
Ron and Hermione, Hermione and Ron,
I just know he is the one.
I'm too scared to tell him how I really feel,
But until I do my dreams can't be real.
I wish I could tell him, I really do,
But this is one thing I'll just share with you.
I love his eyes, I love his hair,
His robes are hand-me-down; I don't care!
He's always there, always around,
Always protecting me so I'm safe and sound.
Ron and Hermione, Hermione and Ron,
I just know he is the one.

Pretty simialr to the last one but neva mind!

I'm guessing you like writing in a free style stanzas I love sonnets it says to post yours too so I thought I'd show you own of my fav ones (it's bein published yaya)

Horror happened very quick
Didn’t give me any time
No justice, the good get sick
Like it thought I wouldn’t mind

Now everything is fading to black
The worried voices begin to drown
And it seems they ill never come back
Yet your painful cry is still so loud

And you yell at me to stay
But there’s nothing left for me
You say wait another day
I only want to be free

You take my hand as I slip into forever
Your tear, it falls while I leave to return never

hey tip: expand your vocabulary and your rhymes don' always rhyme or use perfect rhymes try half rhymes

hey, go you gettin published! I can actually write other styles like sonnets, haikus or wat ever, but I only spend about 5 minutes writing the stuff i post in here. I have a personal collection of poetry which is much better (though i say so myself!).

ok, nuther 1...

the veil.

The air is still, but it flutters so,
I see it moving to and frow.
The room is light, but it seems to shine,
A kind of glow, it looks divine.

I hear a voice, 'hello? who's there?'
There's no reply but still I stare.
I stare and stare but still I fail,
I'll have to go beyond the veil.

Then again, I don't think I will,
I'll just stand here, quiet and still.
The voices are back, but I'll not go,
It's luring me in as it goes to and frow.

It flutters and ripples, tempting me,
Now it's done and I feel so free.
It's cold mind you, beyond the veil,
No wonder that old man's so frail.

The cold goes deeper than my bones,
I want to go back, I want to go home.
The veil has gone, now I can't get back,
I hear no more and the world goes black.

ya think? I just had this picture of the veil n i like the word flutter for some reason... i don't know why, maybe i used to flutter like a butterfly in a former life. (joke by the way!)
