Chapter 15
Return to Godric’s Hollow

A few minutes after the letter came, Harry left, Ron following as well. Annoyed with the Ministry, he said he wouldn’t allow them to push him aside while his best friend got all the glory... again. The two Apparated into their office, met by a group of fellow Aurors waiting.
“What...?”
“We’re told to wait for you and be of assistance,” one of the Aurors, Anthony Ganzeveld said quickly, spitting the word ‘assistance’, since he never liked to be under someone else’s authority while on a mission.
The five Aurors surrounding him, one of the including Tonks with her normal bubble-gum pink hair, waited momentarily. Just before Harry was about to tell the group something, a memo flew into his face. A few of the Aurors chuckled as Harry pulled it off his face.
We have received news of the whereabouts of the Death Eaters. They are at Godric’s Hollow.
Harry was surprised by all the help he was getting, usually he figured everything out himself with past missions he had been set out to do, with help of others of course since he was younger then. He also found it somewhat amusing the Death Eaters were reportedly in Godric’s Hollow, he had been there long months before.
“Ok we’re going to Godric’s Hollow!” Harry announced with a superior tone. “Met me by the former house of my parents... if you know where that is.” And with a pop, he was gone. He appeared by the gate in front of his first home.
He waited there, knowing all the Aurors would have to go through it to get into the house. Ron appeared behind him not even a moment later, and Tonks.
“Do you have plan by any chance?” she whispered.
“Not a clue,” Harry responded just as quietly.
Normally, Tonks would’ve chuckled at Harry’s lack of pre-planning, but the situation made her do otherwise. The three of them waited in silence for another ten minutes. The Aurors, all grouped together, finally found the gate.
“Great place for a house, couldn’t have thought better,” Anthony mumbled sarcastically.
“Now’s not the time, Ganzeveld!” Tonks snapped under her breath. Anthony just rolled his eyes.
“So what’re we going to do, Potter?” another Auror, Jackson Bradford, asked. (outta story: hehehe, I looked at a last name site and used Bradford, but I found out it’s a city in England...)
Harry realized he still hadn’t thought of a good plan.
“Um... sneak in...?”
“What are we, girls?” Anthony shot at him.
Tonks glared warningly.
“We can bust down the door, not that hard to do...” Anthony suggested.
“Yeah, just beckon our deaths even more while you’re at it, Ganzeveld,” Harry snapped.
“Well it’s better than your idea, Potty.”
“Do you have any good ideas, girly Ganzeveld?” Ron practically snarled. He wasn’t in the mood for Anthony’s attitude at the moment, like everyone else. Anthony glared coldly.
“Someone can climb up a tree beside the house and either get in or look through a window,” Tonks suggested. There were more than enough possible trees to climb.
“You can easily...”
“That sounds good,” Harry cut off Anthony’s pessimistic response. Bradford agreed to climbing the tree and looking in through a window to see if there was anyone in the room. He signaled to the other Aurors that there was no one inside there and that he was going in. Everyone followed suit until Ron came up last.
They entered what looked to be Harry’s old room from when he was one, the crib was still in it surprisingly. The group decided on walking out of the room quietly and looking into each room until they found the Death Eaters they were after and disarm them. They went down the hallways carefully for a few minutes until they found a room with three Death Eaters.
Just as they were about to disarm all of them, their wands flew out of their hands, and they were flung to the edge of the stairs.
Their wands flew away from their position on the floor, and into the hands of two Death Eaters, three others behind them.

OMG HOW SCARY!! AND its at Harry's old house!! OMG does Harry know that that house is his old house??? PAMS!! PAMSOiD!! :]

Yeah, otherwise he wouldn't have said 'meet me by the former house of my parents'. He knows the story... (and I don't see why he would've said he wanted to go to Godric's Hollow and miss 7th year in the 6th book, cause he said he knew it was the house his parents were hiding out at last before being killed, and he would've HAD to be alive then cause that's when he got his scar...)
So yeah, he knows His house was also the house where the Final Battle took place in the 1st chapter if you forgot.
Yeah, I think I will post later today (like, later tho... like, I dunno, 4ish hours, not long, maybe longer, but yeah... I feel like it!)

yeah, well, I totally had to look all that up cause I forgot myself So it's not like, horrible to forget the small things like that

I love it!!! PAMS!!! and try to be a little less mean to Ron...he is just trying to hold on to hs best friend...and I can't wait for the wedding chapter though!!!

I told you I'd be a little harsh on him tho. I've seen worse with how ppl treated him in their F.Fs actually

So how long have you been writing for??? You really have a way too pull people into stories that they wouldn't usually read...I still can't believe that I am reading this and actually rooting for Draco and Hermione...but I really like it...

Lol, sry about not posting, but busy day, was at the barn for two hrs cause I went to another barn to look at another horse then I waited for this other lady to come to the barn with her horse I was gonna try out and yeah, overall took about 2.5ish hours and since I gotta get this stupid math thing done, I HAVE to post like, NOW!
I'll be a minute to post, and if I really really feel like it, I'l post a 2nd chapter

Well I started doing F.Fs in late-August really, actually more early-September, not all that long. I've been doing other short stories and my (attempts) at a book (fantasy... never realized how difficult it can be ). I just hooked on writing stories when I was 7 and wrote my first ever story about a horse and I got top marks in the class for it and yeah...

Still Harry’s POV I might post the chapter after this later if I have time, but don't have high hopes, it just might not happen depending on homework stuffs.
I probably will though, since there will be NO post tomorrow at ALL because after school I'm automatically going downtown to volunteer for this thing from 3pm-10pm and when I get back I'll be asleep. So I'll make up the lost post tomorrow by posting tonight.
If we're lucky, I might post in a few mins, depends on how fast replied are... if any...
Kinda short chapter, but the other just might be shorter.

Chapter 16
Battles

“Look what we have here,” one of them sneered. “Poor, pathetically defenseless blood traitors and mudbloods.”
Bradford’s face looked as thought it was screwed in pain as he tried summoning his wand, but the Death Eater fought it. His face screwed into even more pain as he crumpled to the floor under the wrath of a silent Cruciatus Curse. The Death Eaters cackled darkly as Bradford started screaming in pain.
“Accio wand!” the rest of the Aurors, including Harry, said at the same time. Their wands flew out of the Death Eater’s grip and into their hands.
“Expelliarmus!” Ron and Harry yelled together. The two Death Eaters were flung back and disarmed. Their wands flung towards Tonks and she grabbed them.
“Sectumsempra!”
Anthony fell to the floor under the effects of the spell the Half-Blood prince had made (outta story: to bad you can’t describe it here... the effects of Sectumsempra I mean, I had it all in my head then I remembered the rule). The remaining Aurors noticed two other Death Eaters coming out of the room they had been standing outside of moments before.
“Crucio!”
Ron crumpled to the ground, howling in crushing pain. Bradford was getting up slowly as Ron fell to the ground. As he got up slowly, he revived Anthony. They both got up, Anthony looking paler than before because of the loss of blood.
The battle went on, Tonks accidentally killing one of the Death Eaters with a backfired hex. The other four were stupefied, mentally taken away from the world around them. The group had walked over and past the five Death Eaters and into the room. Inside was one lone Death Eater in front of a person lying on the ground. Harry couldn’t get a good look at the captive.
“You honestly think you can win against us again?”
The voice sounded eerily familiar. It took Harry a few moments to realize who it was. Tonks recognized it immediately, it was the voice of her mental aunt (as she put it), Bellatrix Lestrange. Bellatrix slowly turned around and faced the group of Aurors.
“And such a small group? Ego flying high again with you, isn’t it, Potter?” she commented in a dark, cool way.
“All alone, Bellatrix? Your overly-confident ego is a bit higher than you think of mine,” Harry retorted as he raised his wand. Bellatrix’s eyes flashed angrily at the response. A wave of red light emanated the room, but it merely missed Harry by a hair.
“You might need a better aim than that,” Tonks shot at her aunt.
“Ah, yet another mudblood with high hopes.”
“Unfortunately related to you,” Tonks retorted. “Maybe I inherited it...” Before she knew it, she was on the ground, withering and screaming in pain. Bellatrix laughed coldly. She stepped forwards, and Harry got a good look at the captive’s face.
He looked into the lifeless face of Draco Malfoy.

OMG IM GOING TO HEX YOU!!! NOT MY DRACO! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!*cries forever*

Why on earth would you hex me? Just bring the F.F right to an end, only 2/3rds of the way through...

Chapter 17
Tonks’ Strength

Harry might’ve loathed Malfoy for as long as he had known him, but he couldn’t help but feel saddened by the expression Draco had. He looked dead, killed by one of the Death Eaters.
“Impedimenta!” Bradford yelled. Bellatrix laughed as she fell over. She seemed to be getting a kick out of this battle more so than taking it seriously.
After waiting a few moments, Bellatrix got up again, and Tonks couldn’t take it.
“Avada Kedavra!” she yelled, aiming her spell at her so-called aunt. Bellatrix looked horrified, but it turned into a lifeless expression similar to Draco’s.
Tonks had wanted to do that all of her life, she had hated Bellatrix with all her body. She had caused her grief and misery all her life, and she was finally getting revenge for it. The group of Aurors walked up and circled Draco, all except for Tonks, who didn’t even care ‘the Malfoy boy’ was the captive at all.
As they bent down to look at Draco, their wands, yet again, flew out of their hands. Turning around, they faced the three Death Eaters they had stupefied a long while ago.
“Crucio!” all three of them chanted at the same time.
The crushing pain on all the Aurors, including Tonks who was closer to them, increased by about three times because of its power. Harry tried to fight it to the best of his abilities, but the pain slowly destroying him was too great.
Suddenly, after minutes of torture, and Harry on the brink of going insane like the Longbottoms had many long years before, the curse was lifted, and the three Death Eaters were out of sight, all running away. It seemed Tonks was able to fight the curse just enough to scare the Death Eaters away by shooting off a threatening Cruciatus Curse herself, which hit none of them obviously.
Harry sighed, happy to feel normal again, and got onto his knees. He spun around and looked down at Draco. To Harry’s utter surprise, Draco’s eyelids fluttered opened.
“What... where...?”
“Malfoy?”
Draco looked up, and a loathsome expression filled his face.
“What are doing here, Pot-Head?”
Harry knew something was wrong, very wrong indeed. Malfoy had dropped the nickname ‘Pot-Head’ many months, technically years, before, even notifying Harry about it in his own way, but calling him ‘Pot-Head’ again, something was different. It took Harry a moment to realize it.
Malfoy was under the Imperius Curse.

*TAKES BACK THE HEX* DRACO'S NOT DEAD! *REALIZES HE'S UNDER THE IMPERIOUS CURSE* NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! * hexes again* Leave my Draco alone! *snarls* PAMS! lol

It was like totally AWESOME! PAMSOID!! Wait is bellatrix dead now? And draco is under the imperius OMG!! POST SOOOOOOON!

Dun dun dun...so basically I want to know how they got Draco in the first place...and I love that Harry is starting to feel sympathetic toward Draco...PAMS!!!!! I Love it!!!

Yeah, if that part was.... confuzzling, Bellatrix is DEFINITELY DEAD!
Yeah, I would've posted like, 3 hours earlier but I was too lazy to get up from the reclining/rocking chair thingy a few feet away from my computer so yeah... and T.V being there didn't help.

Chapter 18
Disgust

“Why am I here?” Draco snapped. Harry practically had to drag Malfoy into Number 12 Grimmauld Place.
“You live here, incidentally,” Harry responded with a bitter edge. He dragged Malfoy into the kitchen, where Hermione was waiting. Draco’s expression turned into a look of disgust when he saw her.
“What’s the mudblood doing here?” he asked bluntly. Hermione looked confused yet insulted.
“Hey Malfoy, there’s a bed upstairs with your things on it, why don’t you go up there for a good night’s sleep?” Harry offered.
Malfoy pulled away from Harry and walked away. He slammed the kitchen door behind him.
“What the hell did you do to him?” Hermione practically exclaimed. Harry looked completely taken off guard.
“Wha... me? Why would I do something like that to him and drag him all the way back here?” he shot back at her.
“Then why’s he the way he is right now?”
“He was captive of the Death Eaters, Three got away, but one of them must’ve put him under the Imperius Curse.”
Hermione’s expression turned into a disgust similar to Malfoy’s earlier and she shook her head slowly.
“Those...”
“I had a suggestion for you,” Harry cut her sentence off, knowing what she was about to say.
“What?” she practically snapped.
“Have you read The Daily Prophet recently?”
Hermione scowled.
“Well since you did apparently, you’d know they’ve found an anti-potion for the Imperius Curse,” Harry said. “But it’s really expensive...”
“How expensive?”
“About two thousand Galleons.”
Hermione’s mouth dropped as she gasped.
“What?” she nearly screamed.
“Well I know you have the money...”
“It’s money for the wedding, Harry!”
“Well you’re not going to have a wedding unless you fix Malfoy.” With that, Harry walked away. Hermione fell into her chair, crying softly.

That was such a great post!!! What will Hermine do??? She needs to get her Draco back...I can't believe that I am rooting for Draco and Hermione...well...they are kinda growing on me...so what has Ron been up to lately????
