So I'm really, truly sorry!!!!!!!! I love you all!!!!

That very evening, Rose was in the library, looking up all the information that she could find about a bezoar. Nine inches of an essay was certainly not “a lot of homework” for Rose Weasley, but that day it suddenly seemed like a very difficult task. She kept taking down notes and wondering why the evening seemed too long. Maybe it was because she wasn’t concentrating on bezoars. Maybe it was because, even while she was doing her homework, she was actually thinking about the flying lesson. For the first time in ten years, Rose was actually tired of studying.

She stood up and went to put the book back in its place on the shelf. As she was walking, she heard a husky voice behind her say, “Excuse me, are you done with the book? I think I’m going to need it too.”

A startled Rose turned to look at the person who owned the voice and of course, it was Scorpius Malfoy. Rose’s face went through several shades of red and her mind went blank. She was about to drop the book as she started feeling dizzy.

At the very moment, Scorpius cried,” Rose? Are you okay?”

Rose found herself in front of Scorpius again, only this time, Scorpius was shaking her by her shoulders and the book was lying beside her on a table.

“I’m okay… what are you doing here? “ Rose said.

“I asked you for the book and you kept staring at me and then your eyelids started flickering and you looked like you were about to fall. So I snatched the book from your hands and started shaking you! That’s about all—are you sure you’ll be all right?”Scorpius said, relieved.

“Oh, I’m perfectly fine! Thanks. Er… it’s getting dark. Do you really want to study right now? If you want, I can give you my notes too,” Rose replied shyly.

“Er... Sure. Thank you! “Scorpius said, surprised.

“Then let’s go,” Rose said, walking out of the library, with Scorpius following her.

Rose and Scorpius walked alongside each other and even though none of them figured it out, both were feeling uncomfortable yet happy. Rose was blushing madly throughout the time, while Scorpius was wondering why Rose wasn’t mad at him anymore.

“So, Scorpius, I never really got around to thank you for kind of saving my life this morning! I really thought I was dead,” Rose said cheerfully.

“Oh, that was just—I wanted to see how I would fly, so I thought it would be a good way to start,” Scorpius said, feeling stupid for giving such a bad excuse. Undoubtedly though, he got his answer for why Rose was behaving nicely with him.

As they reached the portrait of the Fat lady, both of them said the password at the same time, and flushing as they did so. Upon entering the common room, they found it hard to avoid the stares of Vanessa, Gabrielle, Albus, Jacob and James together. None of them spoke a word, and Rose just smiled kindly at Scorpius before going to the Girls’ Dormitory.

You have a very great story going on here! I love the Scorpius twist, and its adorable that Rose is blushing around him!!! I can't wait to read more! You are doing very well, especially for being 12! That is wonderful!
