Shane had started to walk back to her desk after informing Edward that he had to wrap up a case he had. She wasn't really paying attention to what the two Ministry employees were talking about, but some of the last few words stuck in her head that she had accidently overheard. All the information I need ... sell yourself short ... plan my defense ... you're a genius ... What in Merlin's beard did all this mean? What was going on down there?

She sighed as she sat down at her recently cleaned desk and mulled over what little she had heard. There was that bit she had heard when Mr. Wordsmith came over a day or so ago to fetch Egypt and herself for a case, but he had whizzed them off before they could put the pieces together. Then there was this ... this convention thing that was going on! What was the convention for, though? Hopefully Egypt would've gotten some answers out of Syd. Shane needed answers now.

She then looked up and saw Piper Underwood leaving the Wizengamont Administration offices. Shane smiled at her and said, "Have a wonderful rest of the day, Miss Underwood." And then the woman was off, probably heading back down to her department in Accidents and Catastrophes. Then the question came back again. What was going on down there?

She sighed once again and reached over for some files. All sorts of questions where buzzing through her head now. What were Piper and Edward talking about? What was happening in the Accidents and Catastrophes department? Where was Egypt? Did she get answers about this convention thing? So many questions ...

Egypt came breezing back into the office. She had a several books floating in front of her and a box of quick quote quills in her hands. She stopped Shane sitting at her desk. She walked over and sat at hers, pushing the file she would have to take home and do to the side. The books plopped down on her desk in front of her. "Do you know what we have to do?" She asked Shane, not wanting to explain it to her if she already know what they were supposed to be doing.

Shane sighed with relief when Egypt came back into the room. Hopefully she had gotten some information on what they were to do from Syd. She honestly had no clue what to do, besides expect a convention to be happening soon. Syd should've been more specifc in that notice about what was going on. Shane liked things being specific.

"I don't really know what we are supposed to do at all," she said after Egypt had asked her if she knew what they were to do. "I saw you leave after you read the notice, and I figured that you went to Syd's office to get some answers. ... But, no - I don't know what we're supposed to be doing to prepare for this convention. ... So, what are we supposed to do?"

"Oh I am sorry I ran off like that." She said to Shane. "That was rude, please forgive me." She asked her. She spread out the stack of books that was in front of her. "Mr Wordsmith said we are going to spearhead this international wizarding court." She explained. "Apparently the wizarding countries of the world want to have a common criminal court. So we have to hammer out the laws, their punishments, and then agree on said laws and punishments with the other judges from the other countries." She said stopping to take a quick breath. "So I am going through some law books from other countries to see what we already agree on to make this process go faster and smoother you know." She told her

"Don't worry about leaving," Shane said with a sweet smile on her face. "You wanted some answers just like I did. I was going to head off to his office as well, but I saw you did. Don't worry about it." She nodded her head and took a quick glance at the books Egypt had spreaded out.

"Oh. That's ... wow. That's quite a handful. Looks like we're going to be busy for a while then," she said, making a quick list of the things that they would be doing. Hammer out the laws, their punishments, and then agree on said laws and punishments with the other judges from the other countries she wrote on a piece of parchment that she tacked on her small bulletin board at her desk.

"I think we are going to be in conferences with judges from around the world for the entire convention. And if these go anything like that sessions for the United Nations we are in for some really long nights." She told her as she watched her taking notes. "So if you want I will take say African and Asian law." She offered it seemed to make sense to split up the work. One person having to familiarize themselves with the laws of 192 countries was crazy. "I would rather be busy with some real work than just going through old case files to be honest with you." She admitted to Shane.

For the first time since arriving at the Ministry, Kristofer Atkins entered the Wizengamot room. He strolled along with his hands behind his back, looking around at the room. This place was big, just like the one had been back in Germany.

The twenty year old ran his hands along one of the desks that was empty. He was looking forward to being able to work here, and shortly, be on the first case. He chuckled as he found the desk with a nameplate that had his name scribbled on it.

"Excellent."

He flicked his wand and a pile of things came following him. He lowered them onto the ground, and began to sort things in the order that they should be.

Two pictures were on his desk - a family portrait, and one of him and his sister, Karma. He smiled as they began to wave at him, and watched Karma pull on his ear in the one picture. Of course, she would do that. He chuckled, and after rearranging everything, he stepped back. His robes were at the house, and he would be ready to wear them when necessary.

For now, he loosened his tie slightly, and fixed his jacket. Maybe, yes. Time for a drink at The Leaky Cauldron.

He turned away from his desk, and proceeded slowly out the door.

Having been to see the department Catlin walked into what could only be described as her new office, Hoping that there would be plenty of work for her to set her mind to soon she found her desk and placed a couple of personal items on it. She then sunk into her seat and took a few moments to think on her new postion, It was a big jump from the house elf relocation office but she knew that she would be able to help more there then she ever did there. She then glanced about the room to see if there was anyone about

A piece of paper flew into the Wizengamot Administration Services and before landing split up into several papers before landing on each Wizengamot desk

Rebecca walked into the room timidly, she had just realised this division was on her list, she blushed as she saw Catlin, this was going to be slightly awkward.

Catlin looked up as a familier face walked in, Becca she called Hi there. Noticing the look on her face added, Erm you okay?

Rebecca's face went more red "Yes thanks, how are you all doing?" she asked

Yes im fine thank you, just waiting for some work to head this way she replied with a smile

Rebecca smiled "I'm sure some will come soon" Rebecca told her.

Hmmm how cryptic she thought to herself then speaking out loud Sooo you work round here then?

"Erm, yeah, I'm in charge of this division" Rebecca told Catlin with a small smile.

Catlin couldnt believe what her friend had said but she was so pleased to hear it. That is awsome She replied with a grin on her face.

Rebecca smiled "Thanks."

So boss what you got planned for us? Catlin asked with a cheeky tone in her voice

Rebecca noticed the tone of voice and smirked "Secret" she laughed

Catlin couldnt help but laugh aswell, Thats just unfair how am i ment to preper for my first job here without any heads up Still laughing she added Oh im sure i will cope.
So you only just get this division head job then?

Rebecca winked "You'll see soon enough, as soon as the other employees turn up" Rebecca looked around worriedly "hmm? Oh no, I just had a list and this division was on a different page that somehow got lost" Rebecca sighed "But I'm here now" she smiled.

Ohh i cant wait Catlin replied egerly, after hearing why becca had only just joined her division she just smiled and simply said Well at least i know one person in my office now

Rebecca smiled "I'm sure you can't" Rebecca laughed "Yeah, and you know the one person who is going to be the one you bribe" Rebecca joked

"Me..Bribe you..Never" She thought for a moment then added "Well unless i was desperate for time off maybe" with a giggle. "So how many others work here bar us two?"
