Frida nodded and thought again for a moment, 'Exactly what happened?' It was slightly fuzzy to her now too, having happened several months ago.
"Well," Frida started out saying, "I remember it being all calm one moment, and then everything just started to get a little out of hand." She thought some more, "I remember the voice, being loud enough for everyone in the room to hear, and then things at the Minister's table seemed to get a little crazed too." Remembering something else, Frida continued. "I think one of the Ministers was stuck to their chair from what I heard people saying, though nobody really seemed to care much." She fidgeted a bit with her hands, "A few of the Ministers started getting up I think, and then they were all rushed out of the room. I remember some yelling about someone having something stolen, maybe it was the one stuck to their chair...and some mention of a note, but not much else." She pushed some of her light brown hair out of her face and stuck it behind her ear. "Soon after that, the rest of the room was supposed to be cleared out for safety measures or something."

Blaze nodded, having remembered pretty much the same thing, if not less, himself. He had been a little... preoccupied... He really needed to remember to listen more during conferences in the future, even though he had been extremely pleased to have met her of course. "Do you remember anyone saying anything else about this note?" he asked, knowing it had some significance.

"Um...".Frida started to fiddle around with the sleeve of her robes, "I'm not sure." She was disappointed in herself now, her face flushed slightly and her mind strambled to recall anything else that had happened. "All I know is that after the letter showed up, one of the Ministers became rather upset...I think it was the Japanese Minister...I'm not sure though...". The woman's voice trailed off until she had become silent again. Looking up at Blaze with her grey eyes, she gave him an almost apologetic glance.

Blaze nodded and smiled, knowing that most people didnt know much about the letter anyway so it was hardly surprising. "It's alright, I just have to ask questions and get as much information as possible." He smiled again, glancing at his notes and wondering if he would even be able to read them later on. His writing went weird whe he had too much coffee. "Were all the Ministers there at the time?" he asked, unsure of whether he would have to interview them or not and being unable to remember who had been there himself.

John was starting to get annoyed that he couldnt think of what to ask her but after a long tie thinking he finally ssaid "I was wondering if you had any alcoholic beverages during the conference". John knew that it was a very bad question but it was better asking stupid questions than sitting there like an idiot.

Frida nodded a little bit, "I think all the Ministers were still the-" She stopped as the irritating man spoke up from his seat across from her.
Frida stared at him for a moment, 'What kind of a question was that?!' "Um..." She started to say and then thought for a moment, "I think most people had drinks actually...I did as well, but not enough to make me, you know, tipsy." Frida looked over at Blaze for a moment before continuing, and wondered if he would remember, "I barely had anything during the conference, the next day was different, but not at the conference."

Blaze nodded, remembering she hadnt had too much to drink at all. Maybe two glasses if that? And unless she was a lightweight when it came to drinking, there was no way she had been drunk at all. He remembered her being as sobre as she was now, in fact. "Do you remember hearing anything strange about the conference since then?" he asked, unsure of just how far the news of the French Minister's death had travelled in the Ministry and whether it had been linked to the conference at all.

"Umm..." Frida thought for a moment, wondering if she had known anything. "All I remember hearing is that a Minister was murdered, and they aren't sure who had done it. That's the only thing odd that I remember hearing." Sure, it wasn't much help, but that's all she had remembered or even heard about.

Blaze nodded, guessing it had travelled far enough. That only really confirmed something in his mind, rather than actually helping much with the portkey incident as such. "Okay, thanks. I think that's all the questions, unless you have anything else to ask?" he said to John.

John didnt really ask any questions in the first place as he didnt really know what to ask since he wasnt there and he didnt really know much what happened, but now he had a clearer picture. "No i think im good" He said as he was adressed by Dawlish.

Frida nodded and quickly tapped Blaze in the knee with her foot. She stood up and gave a small bow. Since she wasn't needed any more, there was no sense in staying here.
"Have a nice day gentlemen." She said politely and left the conference room.

He watched Frida leave and smiled a little to himself, then checked his list for who would be arriving next. "You can go for lunch now if you want, John," he said, smiling at him. "Nat and Mike should be here soon." He then sat waiting for the next employee to be interviewed.

Armen Recard hurried to the Conference room to go in for questioning. He didnt know why he was being called but decided he was needed to help so he didnt question it. He opened the door and walked toward Blaze one of the Division head's of his Department and smiled and shook his hand. he sat down and waited for the questions to flow.

Blaze smiled at Armen as he shook his hand and sat down and said, "I'm afraid I can't start the questioning until my colleagues from Portkey get here, unfortunately." He shrugged a little, "They shouldnt be too long." He then took a different piece of parchment from the pile he had and put the piece he had previously written notes on into a file. "How are you today?" he asked as he turned back to Armen.

With coffee on his mind, even though there was coffee already in his hand, Mike entered the conference room swiftly. He stopped near the doorway, looking behind him out in the hall, as he waited for Nat to arrive. Mike smiled at Blaze and the other man that sat next to him, as he kept holding the door open. He had to be a gentleman of course. "Hello Blaze. Afternoon sir," Mike said, smiling and nodding at the two.

"Afternoon Mike," he replied, "Is Nat now coming?" he asked, glancing at the coffee in Mike's hand and wondering how long it had been since he had actually drank any of his own coffee. He suddenly felt obliged to drink it and drank his coffee quickly, smiling as it refilled itself from the Level Nine coffee machine.

Natalia was panting as she opened the door of the Level six conference room. She forced a smile as she gripped her coffee and she turned to close the door behind her as she entered. She walked towards the three and apologised, "Sorry for being late, Blaze, Mike and.." she paused, "...sir." She was wearing her smile though maybe that would do the trick. To her surprise when she glanced at Mike again, he also had was gripping on his coffee. "So we can start now?" she asked.

ooc: sorry i've been really busy with school and i only get on now when i'm not busy and i have time.

Chris looked up as a woman walked into the conference room, ok that was three people and they all must be his questioners. "Ok so can we begin?" he asked the people in the room.

OCC: Is everyone here?

ooc: yeah i bet.. .so i'ma start it now coz i'll be out for the weekdays again...

Natalia was relieved to hear the man's answer. She have seen him once around the ministry. "Yeah... sure we can," she told her. She looked at Mike and Blaze and then back at the man again. "To begin with... May i please know your name, sir?" She was right, right? She wasn't comfortable calling him Sir. She brought out her small muggle notebook and muggle pen from her robes pocket and turned it into the blank page. Muggle things come in handy in times like this. It was the first page actually, first case though.

"Yes you may," he smiled. "I am Armen Recard, Employee of the Apparation Center." He said with a business tone, as he stated his occupation.

Nat scribbled on her small notebook. "So how's the apparition office this days?" Her sister is a fourth year and she heard they'll be learning how to apparate this term. She chuckled, "Sorry about me asking that. Hmmm," she tried to recall what are the questions she and Mike had come up with. She took a sip from her coffee. She never drank coffee then but since she became a ministry employee she had started to trust coffee as a treat. She gulped and asked another question again. "You've been in that wizarding conference then?" she raised her brows, "The last international wizarding conference?"

She couldn't restrain herself from asking so she continued, "Uhmm, mind to share your views about what had happened?"

Armen smiled at the lady as she asked him about the Apparation Center. "Oh well things are doing well. We are in full swing of the Apparation lessons at Hogwarts at the moment, and are working with the usual people coming in for their tests." he said brightly.

Armen's tone became more serious at the mention of the International Wizarding Conference. "Yes I was in attendance that night." he nodded. "I was sitting at a table with the rest of my division. I was in the middle of a side conversation when all of a sudden I heard a scream, and I saw a rush on the stage and then it was chaos in the crowd." he said calmly reliving the night in his head.

She listened to Armen's description about the apparition office and said, "Good to hear that." Since they had started the formal interview she became more stern about the subject. She wasn't all alone doing the interview though she had been talking much and her partner's been silent. Were they testing on whether i am serious with my job? A thought that had popped inside her mind as she listened to the employee in front of her.

She didn't scribble what Armen had just said. If there is one thing she hated is that writing while listening. You wouldn't understand a thing if you do two things at once. And listening would do the trick this time however she would have to write down important details afterwards.

Back at the conference, she wished she had entered the ministry earlier. She bit her lip for another question. Seems like the first question had answered some of the other questions already. "So... you had no idea that someone had died when the chaos had started? Did you notice anything weird?" she inquired again. "Anything at all that seemed like outta place during the event? During that time when the crowd had panic? or even before the conference had started?"

Once in a while she flashed a smile so as not to make Armen feel like she's going to eat him alive. She was just way too serious about it now that she's faced with it unlike the planning stage. She is bombarding him with a lot of question at once and she's sorry. She just wanted to get the thing over and solve the case.

Armen watched as the woman wrote som notes on her notepad. And then she asked if he had noticed anyting strange before the incident happened. "Well no, I mean i have to admit I was in cnversations with my co-workers and those from other Division the whole night, and then next thing I know everyone as lookin gat the stage and then everything turned to chaos." he was sorry he didnt know anymore information than that.

"Oh," she murmured hopelessly. She couldn't blame Armen either. "So what else can i ask?" she even asked him jokingly. "Do you have anything else to say?" There was still a tiny ray of hope inside her. "Maybe you have something in your mind, Armen," she said. Nat was expecting the answer to be "none". They might have their luck with the next one.
