"I no longer drink the coffe at the ministry, muggles make coffee thats good enough for me." he mumbled then added something about the coffee being bitter and scalding with or with out loads of sugar. Luriken sat comfortably in his seat but not looking like a slouch, he actually sat as though he were in comand of the room. "I'm Lurken Abengarde, Broom Regulatory Control." he introduced himself noticing that he hadn't already done so.

Lorraine nodded as she listened to Micah also step in and complain about the coffee. Honestly, men... they're such complainers.. she thought, rolling her eyes subtly.

"Like cardboard, eh?" she repeated, documenting the problem that her male division heads seem to have with the coffee. "Well I will look into the problem with the coffee and work on getting us a new brand. As we can't have bad coffee for this convention." She told them reassuringly, figuring she would talk with some of the other dept heads to find out where they get their coffee.

"Well Anita, I really have no idea about why your division was a complete mess. But perhaps since you'll be working on the flying laws, then I will contact Magical Creatures on Level 4 to complete an investigation as to the problem..." She told her young employee, before looking at the male who had just spoken up. "On second thought, Luriken? Do you know about this mess? If so, then I'll have you talk to Level 4 about completing an investigation. We can't have random creatures roaming around, can we?" She nodded at that last rhetorical question, before looking back to the group.

"On that note, you all know your tasks. I expect to see them completed in one week. Any problems, then see me in my office or leave a message for me there if I am not present," she told her employees. "Meeting dismissed. Questions may be broached individually, at this time, if you have them."

Anita smiled at Lorraine.

"Thank you so much, Lorraine. I do appreciate it," she said.

When Lorriane said "Meeting dismissed", Anita got up, picked up her quill and paper and left the room. She was curious as to how to do the assignment.

As the meeting finished and people started to get up around him, Filius stood up and headed for the door.

He followed Filius towards the door deciding that he may as well go back with a colleague.

Madison heard the final words of "Meeting dismissed" and looked up with her brown eyes to see everyone standing and leaving the room. She of course, stayed behind to figure out what was needed to be done with the magic carpet laws since she had volunteered her services and wasn't going to be completely bored anymore.

Lorraine knew what she needed to do next; send a memo to Evaline to arrange for her three ladies to discuss flying carpets. Quickly scribbling down a note, she tapped her wand on the parchment and sent it flying off to Level Five to arrange a meeting time.

"Madison?" she told her quietly. "You can go and start researching carpet laws if you'd like, or wait and talk to Kyra. I've just sent a memo to Evaline Bass on Level Five to arrange for a meeting with their law department, so I will let you know the time of that meeting."

Noticing the room empty out, she waited for the last few before following them out herself.

Oh... Uhh, meeting dismissed, that meant go, right? Winter gave a quick grin towards his Department head, then gathered up the piece of paper that he was thinking of writing notes on, and left the room.

Now the the meeting was over, Kyra took this chance to speak properly with Madison. It seemed like they would be spending some time together working on the Flying Carpet laws and she wanted to extend a welcome, so to speak.

"Hello Madison, I'm Kyra." she said. "I'm so glad that you volunteered to help with this assignment. I was afraid that I was going to have to tackle it on my own." she said with a little laugh. "I was just wondering if you would like to research the carpet laws together? I believe that I have some free time this afternoon and I'm anxious to get started." she added.

Micah was nearly the last to leave after he heard "Meeting dismissed". He grabbed his stuff and slowly walked to the exit and nodded slightly to Lorraine and the remaining level 6 employees.

Blaze walked into the Conference Room and closed the door behind him, placing several blank rolls of parchment onto the table. He then waved his wand and some quick quills appeared on the table beside the parchment.
He sat down in one of the chairs and waited for John and the first interviewee to arrive. This should be interesting he thought to himself with a smile on his face.

John opened the door to the conference room only a few seconds after Blaze and saw scrolls flying off the table before turning to him. "Who are we interviewing first?" John asked as he took a seat

Frida made her way up to the Conference Room, slightly annoyed that there had been so many people in the lift on her way up. 'Like they have no other way of getting here? Pah! I hope the lift jams...'. She walked to the door and before even knocking she straightened her long, light brown hair so that she looked much more presentable.
Taking one final look at herself in a small mirror, Frida closed it with a snap and knocked lightly on the conference room door before opening it slightly. She looked around the room with her pale grey eyes and spotted two people. Of course, Frida knew one quite well, while the other she had only met once...and didn't he close a door in Frida's face one day?

"Good afternoon gentlemen." Frida said as she stood in the doorway and bowed her head a little bit.

Blaze glanced up at John and smiled "Hello again," he said, smiling again "We're interviewing Frida Bok first," he replied, then added "I believe you've met her before. She came to the office once when we were waiting for Mike and Nat to get back from lunch."

Blaze heard the knock on the door, turned to look at it and saw Frida enter the room. He smiled at her, hoping that she didnt mind John being there as well. After all he had slammed the door in her face. But then John was a good employee and was very keen to work so he had decided it should be fine. "Good afternoon, Miss Bok," he said, thinking that it sounded extremely strange to call her that. Then again though, this was work so he had to at least try to sound professional. "Take a seat," he said, smiling at her once again.

Frida nodded slightly again and sat down carefully to the acknowledged chair. Smiling slightly, she tucked her bag underneath the seat, just to keep things in order and then placed her hands on her lap, while crossing her legs. "Afternoon, Mister Phoenix," Frida couldn't help herself. She exchanged pleasant glances between the two men and waited for this whole thing to start, though she couldn't help wondering how long it would take. "And the same to you Mister...um, I'm sorry, I'm afraid I don't recall your surname."

"The names bond, John Bond" John said growling at the lady slightly as he pushed her chair out from under the table a little with his feet. John didnt trust people alot and this was no exception.

He smiled at Frida when she called him 'Mister Phoenix'. It had sounded quite strange to hear her call him that. He then had to remind himself, once again, that this was work.

Blaze glanced at John, unsure of whether it had been such a good idea to let him question Frida, but he couldn't do much about it now as they were already there. If things did get out of control, he'd send John back to the office, but he didnt want to do that.

He decided to start asking a few questions. "Not that I don't know who you were talking to during the Conference but could you just confirm who you were speaking to for the sake of the notes?" he asked, smiling to himself. It certainly was strange to be speaking to Frida in these circumstances.

Clearly, this John person was making a joke...right? Well, whatever it was, Frida didn't get it. She was about to speak when her chair was pushed back a little.
The woman looked down at the floor and caught a glimpse of another person's feet slipping back to the other side. She didn't say anything, but rather just moved her chair back to it's original position.

Frida nodded her head very slightly, "I had spoken to a couple of people. You, first of all for the majority of the time, and the Minister from the United States, I believe her name is Abigail Road...no more than a few words however."

Blaze nodded and wrote down "Spoke to Abigail Road (US Minister) and Blaze Phoenix (Division head Of The Portkey Office)". He then looked up again and smiled once more. "At approximately what time did you arrive at the Conference?" he asked.

"What time did I arrive?" Frida had to try a bit harder to remember this one, it wasn't like she always kept track of when she ended up somewhere...."I think it may have been around 7:15 or 7:30 in the pm, I'm a little fuzzy on the actual time, I don't wear a watch you see." True, Frida never did like watches very much, they always got in her way.
She glanced over at the, John person, he didn't seem to like her very much, which bothered Frida slightly...almost everyone liked her!

John switched onto a serious mode as he started to take notes of the questions Blaze had been asking her, "During the conference, did you notice anything....odd" He asked hoping that Blaze thought this was a good question.

"Odd? I guess that would depend on who you were asking." Frida thought for a moment, maybe that voice was odd...and the sudden commotion near the front. "Well, at one point there was a louder voice speaking...I think they mentioned threatening someone. I cannot recall the name. And a couple of hours into the conference, a group of people hurried the ministers out of the hall and away from the others. I guess I assumed it was all part of the show at first, nobody seemed too upset about it for a while." She sat back and thought for a moment, as if it might help to spark her memory.

Blaze smiled at John's question, glad that he was getting into the questioning as well now. "How long after you arrived would you say this happened?" he asked, wanting to have a rough idea for the rest of the interviews. He was unsure himself of the time, having been there as well, but he supposed it wasnt long after he arrived and he had arrived at about 7.15, just before she did as he had seen her arrive.

"A couple of hours I think, at the most." Frida scratched her right arm lightly and tried to be as accurate as possible. "I believe it was after all of the entertainment, which I guess is why nobody really noticed much, including myself." She felt bad all of a sudden, wishing she had payed more attention to what was going on after all.

John knew that she didnt really know much but still he had to continue questioning . "I wasnt there so i dont know what actually happened so can you tell me exaactly what happened?" He asked knowing that it wasnt the best question, but it would do.
