As the guy walked in and started getting attacked, the table watched the cushion leave. It didn't like the other objects, but it wasn't going to leave any of them behind to get locked away. It was going to help save the shoes. The table walked as quickly as it could towards Stephan and then began ramming itself into his legs. This guy was going down! |
As Lily ran after Stephan into the Muggle Artifacts office, she immediately noticed the pandemonium of objects flying everywhere, and Stephan being attacked from head to foot with multiple things. She quickly ran in and whipped out her wand. Using the same spell that Apha had used on the shoes, she immobilized the table, the airplane, and then the spade. Then she looked over at Stephan and said, "Are you alright?" |
Stephan stared up at Lily from the ground and sighed. "All in a days work!" He replied with a smile. "Not as bad as getting a hot iron at your heels. Took my mum three hours to get it to settle down." Stephan looked upwards and thought of his mother, and looked back at Lily. "Thanks, though." He walked out of the office and down the hall. |
The plane fell to the floor after it was hit by Lilian's spell. It lay there on it's side, folded again, thinking the same things the shoes had. These rude humans were interrupting it's fun! Had they no compassion? As Stephan and Lilian stood there chatting, the shoes started to stir to life again. They shook like a dog getting out of the bath as if to shake the magic off. They kicked and swung in Stephan's hands, trying to get free again. |
Falling to the floor with a loud clatter, the spade started to wonder if humans really were any fun at all. All it wanted to do was explore! |

"Phew. I've only been here a couple of hours and I'm EXHAUSTED," she said to herself. Then she followed Stephan back to the MLES office. |
The shoes went limp- again! Though they were getting used to this spell now. They began to stir again as they shook the spell off. They began kicking the doors of the cabinet, making the whole thing shudder. Maybe that spade could stab through these blasted doors... |
The table suddenly went limp as Lily immobilized it twice. Funnily enough, instead of making it less likely to move, the spell started wearing off faster. They waited patiently, thinking how to unlock the door. Brute force probably. |
Shaking the spell off with some effort, the spade stood up again and hoped for a result from the shoes. After realising they couldn't get through, the spade positioned itself so the point was pointing at the glass and then rammed into the door. A small crack appeared and the spade knew it wouldn't last long. After ramming it three more times, the door opened easily. The spade fell out of the cupboard and then got up. Deciding that now was the time to make itself scarce, it moved towards the door and exited the room. |
The shoes ran out of the cabinet after the spade. They tromped quickly down the hall toward that room that it had been in earlier. That room was way more fun. The plane perked up and got itself ready. It zoomed right out of the cabinet and started to fly around the room again. This room was nice. It had good, high ceilings to allow it to fly properly. Hopefully no one bothered it! |
Soon the spell wore off and the table watched as the other objects exited the room. Unfortunately, it was a bit bigger than them, so it had to break through the door. Immediately, it began to ram itself into the large wooden door, over and over. Eventually, a loud crack could be heard and the door burst open. The table moved down the hall as quickly as it could. |
Stephan stormed back in the room, slightly annoyed that he had to return. "Do you lot not work? Who's in charge here? He interrogated, holding up the shoes. "This is the second time we at MLES had to capture and subdue these sneakers." He explained, walking round the room. "We have stuff to take care of, let alone worrying about muggle objects that so freely come through our door. They've been immobilised, and additionally, incarcerated with the Incarcerous spell." He peered at the office, some listening, others not. "I feel it would be kind if you could keep these under wraps, please!" He immediately dropped the shoes on a desk, and they landed with a loud THUD! Stephan glared behind him as he walked out the room. Silly. |
A remote control walked into the room. Yes walked, on some skinny legs. It looked around the room, throughly bored. Everywhere it went, it seemed no one was in. Wasn't today a working day? Suddenly, it spotted a pair of old sneakers tied up on a desk. That was one of its lot. The remote took a running leap and landed softly on the desk beside the shoes. It took a couple of steps back and aimed itself at the ropes binding the shoes. A button depressed itself and a beam of weak red light flew out of it and hit the ropes. A few seconds later, the ropes fell apart and the shoes were free. There. It's job was done. The remote jumped down from the desk, taking care to kick over a picture frame in the process. CRASH! Oh, what fun! The remote exited the room. |
Stephan strolled in to the Muggle Artifacts office to see if he could get some leads. His mind was on this issue of Quidditch International when a remote-WALKED?- right passed him. He looked around, puzzled. He noticed that no one was around the office. "Some help this lot is!" He shook his head. He began to think of what might fix them. He paced the room as he spoke aloud in thought. "Well, these objects seem to have a mind of their own!" He remarked, but suddenly had an idea. "Maybe, Obliviate?" He ran out the room after the remote. |

HAHA! Stephan remembered the plane in this office, after Lily had hit it with a spell. He opened the door, Quidditch trunk at his side. He opened it and then pounced for the Plane. |
The plane zoomed for Stephen and was flying too fast to try and escape the trunk. It thrashed around inside of the trunk trying to free itself, but to no avail. It had finally been bested by this... human. It was no use now... |
"hahahaha! No use to struggle." Stephan shouted at the plane inside. After closing the lid he locked the trunk with the colloportus spell. Another one of those darn objects caught. Stephan walked over to the door, trunk slung over his shoulder, and down to the evidence lab. |
Walking back into the room calmly, Becca was ready to get to work on that box, or listen to the feedback from anyone who'd tried to work on it. She smiled and walked over to where she'd left the box. Her smile faded instantly. Where was the box? She crossed her arms and looked around. Mmm, sneaky things. She started to search around the room an then after half an hour, she gave up "Great" she muttered darkly to herself and then ran out of the room to search for the box and objects inside it. |
