Brian was looking at Nathan, who seemed really get into job slowly, but enthusiastically. "Thanks Nathan, actually we have a just less than a week to finish up these advertising materials, then we have to start distributing them.." he said, his mind was so occupying with those stuffs, a new challenging and productive work. Happy that he had someone like Nathan to materialise his thoughts and ideas.

He smiled back at him warmly, "But where do you want to work with? I mean we have some campaign plans in Hogwarts too. So would you prefer the school or just within the ministry?" Brian's eyes watched him curiously, postively. But hey..what? What was the smile? Brian's eyes widened as Nathan smiled like something special when he was talking about his wife, Egypt Greenwood, the amazing woman. Anyone could read his mind and happyness through that smile. Such a satisfying and content smile. "So I'm hundred percent right. Oh goodness, fourteen years?" Brian gasped, smiling, "Congratulations mate!," he stretched his hand and gently patted on his shoulder. It was such a nice feeling when we see someone happy with their married life. "She's such an amazing woman I must say, and your loverly kids. you know what?" he smiled mischievously, "Me and Becca are planned to beat you in that area," laughing, "Egypt knows.." he said and informing him that he and Becca was in good relationship indirectly as smirking at Becca.

Now the two girls. Two important girls in his life were targetting him without knowing that they made him just out of focus. Silly women. He leaned on the other side, "Hey girls, drop that talks. We have lotta time to discuss about that later.." he said, grinning both at Becca and Julia.

Becca heard what Brian said, out loud for everyone to hear!? She blushed as Brian smirked at her and then turned away from him so she could focus "Yeah... sorry" she apologized as she stared determinedly at the wall. Okay, work, this was the focus, she nodded and then looked over at Ben to see what he said next.

Nathan smiled towards Becky. “Forever? Is that a good thing?” He teased her lightly.

“Less than a week?” Nathan's eyebrows raised. Merlin... he hadn't realised there was so little time left. Tomorrow, he'd have to lock himself in room away from the kids and noise and really try and get to grips with this. But tonight... tonight, Egypt had promised him a KFC bargain bucket in front of a muggle DVD and nothing would tear him away from spending the evening with his favourite three things.

As Brian asked him where he would prefer to work, he grew silent for a moment. On one hand, there was the possibility he would get to see his daughter if he went to Hogwarts, but on the other... there was all those pretty ladies and a comfy seat for his bum in the Leaky. Sheesh.. what a decision! Deciding to take the diplomatic route, he said, “Could I do a bit of both?” heh! Good thinking Batman...

“Yes.. thanks, mate.” Nathan replied with a grin as Brian congratulated him on his marriage, a little taken back by his enthusiasm. Though it was refreshing, and Nathan appreciated the gesture. “And congratulations to you too. You got yourself a lovely girl there.” He smirked over at Becky. He chuckled lightly as Brian said that he and Becky planned on taking them on in the kids stakes. “Yeah, yeah.. we have seven little buggers. You can take a few of them off our hands if you like.” He teased. Seven kids. Seven. It sounded so many when said out loud.

Becky seemed offended by something Brian had said. Did he miss something? Probably knowing Nathan. Running a hand through his hair feeling a little awkward, he turned his attention to the posters Brian had made, trying to get some inspiration for his own work.

Becca nodded "Forever is a good thing" she grinned, then Nathan said that Brian had got himself a lovely girl and smirked at her, she cleared her throat quietly and looked down "Haha, nah, we're gonna let you keep them" she grinned, seeing him run his hand through his hair, she frowned, she seemed like a pro at making people uncomfortable.

Julia searched for him as she had just heard his voice. Brian was leaning towards herself and Becca. She smiled at him as he talked about work. "Yeah, we'll discuss the things later Becca." she said keeping her fingers crossed. She heard Becca apologizing and nodded at the same time. "Sorry mate, did we miss anything important while in our talks?" she asked trying to look serious. She stared at a man(Nathan) who was standing Brian. She really didn't know who he was, she looked at Brian as though wanting him to tell her about the man.

"It's okay Ms. Rebecca Todd," Brian teased her as she apologized and looked away at the wall determinedly. She was smart. Hasn't she?!

Brian shook his head, surprised at Nathan's offer. "Why not? If you want, you can do it at both places as you wish," he let him to do happily. Now he had to find another person to help him for both the places. He looked around, eagerly waiting for others to come forward and accept the responsibility.

Meanwhile the talks took a turn towards family and kids. For some relaxation in the midst of mind wrecking planning and all. "Yeah, you're right mate, I feel extremely lucky.." he nodded his head, agreed with him as he mentioned about Becca. Everyone knows about her. Hm..you must be proud of her man. Brian's jaw dropped when Nathan said they could adopt some of their kids. "Oh..well..that thing is..we will give some good playmates in future," he said, blushing slightly as he stole a gaze at Becca, chuckled. Ten must be a good number for them especially. Hehe..

"No..not much, just some promoting stuffs, that's all.." Brian explained to Julia who was also back into the buisness as per he requested. Both the woman were so sharp and brilliant. Lucky you Brian.


Then he spoke to the volunteers, "Well..I guess it's time for me and Becca to leave and test our luck in the daily prophet, " he looked up at Ben and Samantha too, waiting for their green signal.

Becca nodded "Okay" she agreed and listened quietly.

Becca almost turned around as Brian said her full name, he knew that she hated that, then he turned to Nathan and spoke, Becca laughed as Brian spoke, turning around to look at him, she realised he was blushing Whyyyyyyyy? Why now? Why here? she thought desperately as she closed her eyes. Then he spoke about the prophet, she nodded silently and waited for Brian to let her know that they could go.

Reagan had stepped outside for a bit a fresh air while most of the volunteers got to work. When she returned into Headquarters, she asked of the campaign heads, "Can I get a status report on the progress we've made? Are there slogans for me to approve? And at some point, we need to prepare for the debate, coming up with formal positions on each of the areas of interest." Reagan perched herself atop a table with her legs crossed and her body leaning toward her staff. "Let's not forget that we need to hold a fundraiser, preferably at a location in Diagon Alley. Any ideas?"

Samantha took out her notes and looked them over. "There have been several suggested slogans, at least five," she nodded. "Here are the ones that have been suggested so far -

And I believe we are working on those formal positions right now and should have them shortly, am I correct?", she asked the group of volunteers. "And as for a location in Diagon Alley for the fundraiser, there are two choices which come to mind, either the Leaky Cauldron or Fortescues. The advantage to the Leaky Cauldron is that it's roomy, lots of space for people to come and listen in a relaxed, stress free environment. The advantage to Fortescues is that it's a great setting, reminscent of the old ice cream socials muggles used to enjoy. In fact, that might be an interesting idea for a fund raiser - an ice cream social!" It was as if an electric light had suddenly gone off over her head. "I think that might be a really fun way to raise money for the campaign, with an ice cream social, where for a certain fee, people could come and sample lots of different flavors of ice cream and other interesting desserts, that sort of thing." Samantha smiled, she thought this was a brilliant idea. "Are there any other suggestions from the rest of you on this?" she asked, looking around the room.

Reagan listened to the suggested slogans, and while she thought they were all good and each had their merits, something about them didn't ignite the spark that she felt the perfect slogan should do. "Hmm. They're certainly a start, but how about something like," Reagan began scribbling a series of slogans down on a piece of parchment and handed it to Samantha to review. It read:

"As for the fundraiser, Florean's sounds like the perfect place, especially for our first fundraiser. Assign some volunteers to work on the logistics of that, assign some others to help me prepare for the debate. Where's Ben and Brian? I need them working on new promotional pieces with the slogans that we decide upon." Reagan's eyes scanned the crowd, looking for her other campaign heads.

Becca looked up as Reagan came back into the HQ, even though she was talking to Samantha, Ben and Brian, Becca felt like she had a duty to speak up, she went through everything that had been decided in her mind and opened her mouth, but she heard Samantha speak first.

Becca nodded in agreement with Samantha and then listened "Hmm... sounds good, interesting, ice cream social" Becca nodded "Ah, also, Brian and I are going to the prophet, Brian has some plans for Hogwarts and I think he was planning on having Nathan -" Becca indicated Nathan "- standing in the street and talking to people, asking what they want from a leader" Becca nodded and then fell silent until Reagan asked where Brian was, Becca pointed at Brian who was next to her "Over here"

"What about 'It's Time for Taylor' or 'Time for the People to Take Control: Vote Taylor' or something about that?" Rico piped up from the back. He was a fan of alliteration.

He kind of just wanted everyone to agree on a slogan already so that he could get to work on some advertisements. And he really didn't like the way Brian's girlfriend was looking at him.... whatever the hell her problem was. This was why he avoided relationships and commitments and any of that jazz.

"Those are all great suggestions for slogans," Samantha agreed. "I had one other one to suggest also - Taylor Made to be Minister."

Samantha looked around the group. "All right, I need some people to help work on the fundraiser, and some others to help us prepare for the debate. Let's make this easy. Those of you who are on the Research Committee, I am assigning you to help with the fundraiser event, and those of you who are assigned to the Speech Writing Committee, you are assigned to help us prepare for the debate. Let's get to work on these projects right away, as time is running out. So, here is a list of who is doing what, once again." Samantha displayed a parchment with all the employees' names who were assigned to her along with the projects they were to be working on.

Liam looked at Samantha and smiled. "So what do you need then for the fundraiser event?" He wanted to make sure that he was doing the right thing as he wanted to do the best he could to help Taylor win the election.

As the votes came pouring in, Ben tallied them up as Reagan and Samantha began planning a fundraiser. He stood up and coughed. "Ahem, I hate to interrupt but the results of the vote just came in. In an overwhelming victory, it seems that the majority of the volunteers would like 'Together, Fight for Change' as our main slogan. What do you think?" he asked Samantha and Reagan. He hoped they would approve so that they could continue the planning for the fundraiser.

"If you'd like we can use a bunch of those slogans--this was just the one we chose for the main one. I do like number four on your list in particular, Miss Taylor," he said with a grin.

I have just become a volunteer and the slogan is nice but overused" " J. J. Starr told Ben. " I prefer something catchy and that will catch the voter's eyes " J. J. Starr said to Ben.

"Well, I definitely think we should go with what the majority of people like, as that is what the majority of the voters are going to respond to most favorably, as well," Samantha said, nodding towards Ben. "If this is the slogan which people prefer, then perhaps that is the best choice."

As Reagan got into the discussion again, Brian was listening her suggesstions. Fund raising, a different working area. His eyes gone through the list Samantha had pinned on the board. Once Reagan called out his name, Becca reacted before he open his mouth. My girl. He smiled and winked at her before responding to Reagan. "They seems attractive too. I like the fifth one from you list Ms. Reagan," he voiced his opinion, truly. "But we're ongoing the poll for the best slogan, " he said, looking at Ben.

Without delay, Ben started to give his opinions. Brian nodded as he spoke. "Yeah, I go with Ben, If we decide to stick with one or more slogans, we can work on that line.." he said, already started to sketch out some new banner posters with some selective slogans.

Ok, " Together Fight For A change" is the campaign slogan" J. J. Starr told everyone at headquarters. " Let's get started" Joe Jon MontCenaggio said with excitement in his voice.

Becca glanced around as that 'Rico' guy spoke, she took in his appearance again and tried not to say anything, but upon thinking of Brian she pursed her lips and turned away from him.

Becca nodded at Samantha to show she understood "Samantha, if you want to focus on the speech writing, I'll oversee the fundraiser and report back to you..." Becca nodded to Samantha, she had to let her friend know she was there and willing to help.

Becca nodded and grinned at Brian as he winked at her, she said nothing though, she was waiting for Reagan to speak.

Stacey-Ann entered the building that headquarters was based she felt rather shy now because she hardly knew anybody and was hoping that she could be of some help to Miss Taylor during the election

Julia listened to Ms.Reagan speak. She now had a clear view of her. Quite impressive voice and command. She is brilliant. The slogans suggested were good, she particularly liked the 6th one. When Ms.Reagan talked about assigning members for debate stuff, she moved a little forward. Ofcourse, that was what for she was here. "Erm, I can help with the debate stuff." she said as she moved forward, not knowing exactly whether she was allowed to speak.


Julia watched Ben, the voting was done and the slogan selected was too good. She moved a little towards him. "We can use this particular slogan for some big moment, cause its the best, we can't risk other campaign's member get an idea from it. While we have some of our best slogans still in hand and Ms.Reagan's too." she told Ben. It was just her idea, however he took it.


In these oncomings too Julia noticed a new member. The new on was quite nervous. She smiled and moved towards her. "Hi, am Julia Smith." she said extending her hand towards the new lady. Hoping she'd count her as a friend. "So what have you been assigned to do?" she asked cheerfully.

"I have an idea for a fund-raiser." J. J. Starr told anyone who will listen. "Usually , there is dinners for the candidate and the price is anywhere from $ 250- $ 1000 a plate" and this is a good idea" Joe Jon Moncenaggio, told them. "I have a fun idea, we could do a Karaoke party and for so many songs you sing, you would pay that particular price set by our fund raising committee but I also agree with the dinner, too" J. J. Starr explained. I have donors set up since I am good friends with Jason Potter Weasley and I am close to his family" Joe Jon Montcenaggio finished talking waiting for questions, answers or approvals.

Samantha looked at J.J. "Hmmm, a karaoke party is an interesting idea, as well as the dinners" she said. "Since we are talking about doing more than one fundraiser, certainly, these are definitely good possibilities to keep in mind. I like your ideas very much, I'm glad to see you were spending your time away from the Ministry thinking of these things." She smiled.

"Becca, thank you for stepping up to the plate on the fundraiser coordination," Samantha said, still smiling warmly. "That would help very much. I think it might be possible to run all three of these fundraisers at different times - ice cream social, dinner party and karaoke party. I will leave the logistics to you, but will certainly work with you in the planning and execution of these ideas. And I do encourage all of you to make use of your wealthy contacts, as J.J. mentioned."

"Thanks, doll," Bella replied, in her usual overly-friendly manner. "I've just voted for...erm...something or another." She waved her hand as if to say "Ehh, whatever," and then casually glanced around the room. Her teammates, or whatever you wanted to call this little group, were busy at work piecing together all the ideas they's managed to come up with. Bella would have to start paying attention and getting more involved at some point. She turned back to Rico and shook his hand. "Bella Greingoth... I'm from Puerto Rico originally, but I moved here to attend Hogwarts. I've been here ever since," she said. "...and you have seen me around Diagon Alley. I own Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor."
When Brian spoke up and addressed the advertising panel---that'd include Bella---, Bella glanced up and hung on to everything he was saying. She seriously needed to start paying close attention and getting involved. "I've already made a few button designs, if you'd like to see them. They're text-only, but I can create more with pictures on them if need be. I'll also be available to create posters and the such, as well," she said. "As far as distributing materials, I own a shop in Diagon Alley---Florean Fortescue's---so I can make the rounds in the various shops near mine. Just let me know, and I'll get right on it!"

Bella didn't know much about the status report of the progress they'd made (heck, she didn't even really know what a status report was), but if there was anything she did know about, it was ice cream! If Taylor was looking for a place to have a fundraiser at---particularly in Diagon Alley---Bella knew just the place!

"That's exactly what I was about to suggest!" Bella exclaimed. "You're also in luck with that one, because I happen to own Florean's, so you already have the green light to have your fundraiser there!" Oh, this was just going to be oh-soooo-exciting! A political fundraiser---for the Minister of Magic campaign---in Florean's! Bella nearly bounced up and down at the very though, but she refrained. "If everyone is okay with that idea, I can get to planning right away..."
