Liam smiled. "It does sometimes get a bit loudly." He admitted though most of the time it is quiet." He wondered what she would want to see first, he decided to tell her what was on the walls first." He pointed to the notice on the bord next to him. "As you can see, these are the results of the games that have already taken place, next to that is the fixture list, that tells us who is playing who." He decided to let her look at them before continuing.

Frida examined the boards for a minute, "How many people do you usually have compete for this type of thing?" The fixture list reminded Frida of her days in the Academy, they had a similar way to sort out competetors. Same thing with equestrian too, since they usually had several riders compete one on one first off to get a feel of each riders ability. But that was just how her group had done things.

"Normal a team of players take it in turn, one on one,it's like the best of five game so there are seven players in a team and the team captain picks which 5 players to play with and then they have a game, he pointed to a result on the wall. "like this match here ended 3-2" He hoped that she liked how he had answered her question.

Frida listened as Liam explained, "Ohhhhh..." She said as her jaw slackened a little bit. The only sports she had ever really had interest in was riding and Quidditch. "Wait!" Frida said suddenly, "Is it similar to the muggle game called Curling?" She remembered a picture from her muggle studies book in school...which strangely enough she still had somewhere in her library at home.

"I would say so." Replied Liam. "Though most people think it is more like marbles but what is the different between marbles and curling, the balls are smaller in gobstones and marbles then they are when you go and play a game of curling." He laughed and wondered what she would want to do next. "So what next the gobstone set of some more information?" He decided he would let her decided what they would do. He was happy just speaking to her, he would have to ask if they could meet again when she left here.

"Do you have a set I could see?" Frida asked. Well, duh, the answer was most likely 'yes'. Imagine a Gobstones division with no actual Gobstones...sad thought. "And you've competed in Gobstones before, erm, I'm assuming."

Liam smiled. "Yes I have a set you can see." He openned a draw in his desk and took out a box and openned it, inside was the Gobstone set. "I have played a few games in the last few years." His smiling still on his face and he could sence it being there for the foreseeable future.

Frida smiled as she looked over the Gobstones, 'Ooooo, pretty! Shhh!' She shook her head to herself, 'Oh brother...' Without waiting for an invitation she reached out and took out a couple of the stones, "They are quite lovely actually." Frida said as she lifted two of them to her pale eyes to look over. "How much would something like these cost? I guess it depends on the level of competing a person wants to do as well though." She fell silent for a moment as she removed a few more stones, but placing the others back beforehand. "Did you do well while playing?"

Liam watch as Frida picked a couple up and smiled. "It looks like christmas has come early for you this year." He looked at her and said. "They can cost a bit if you are a world class player, they always want to have the best and most expensive set." He wondered how he should answer the next question. "I did okayish, I think." He suddenly remembered about the awefull smell that comes out of the Gobstone. "Please don't drop any, he knew if she did she would smell pritty bad and so would the room and he didn't know how he would explain that to Theo.

"Christmas comes early for me a lot I guess." Frida said with a miniscule smirk. "Only 'okayish'? I would think you'd have done better than that. You're just judging yourself too harshly I'm sure." She gently placed the stones back into their rightful place after, Liam's last statement, her head tilted a little bit to the side. "Why do they smell bad, what's in them? And if I'm not mistaken, it sounds like you've had a personal experience with busted up Gobstones. You said you have sons? Did one of the boys drop them?"

Liam looked at Frida. "Does it, well it doesn't for me, though I think it does for the kids quite a lot." He smiled when she said about him probably being better than just okayish. "Your so kind, I wish I could say I was better but I can't I wasn't that good at it." He looked around and remembered a game that he had taken part in. The smile vanished for the first time that day and his face became sad. "Yes I had a bad experience, I lost a game and I smelt terrable for weeks my wife and kids didn't want to be anywhere near me until it had cleared." Liam knew he was a widow his wife had disappeared some years ago and he didn't like talking about her. "Well all I know is it's some sort of gas that is smelly."

Frida waved a hand, "Oh, if you knew me very well you'd think I was overbearing. But yes, I do like to be kind, I was the nice one in my group of friends at school." 'So I got away with almost everythiiiiinnnggg.' She grinned a little bit at the thought, but that expression faded as she saw Liam's face. "Well, that's not very nice. I'd just put a clothes pin on my nose and say, 'It could be worse.' But that's just me, I'm sure the kids probably enjoyed the chance to run away whenever you came around the corner. Kind of like a game." Frida's eyes narrowed for a moment, "I hope it's not toxic..."

Liam face expression was still sad when Frida spoke. "I wish that we had met soon." He replied. "I thought you were mischievous when you were younger, I bet you got away with a lot if everyone thought you were to innocent to do anything." He started to smile again. "I think the kids where playing a game like you said they see it as fun." A big smile came when she said that she would have stayed and not run away from him. "Would you have?" He wanted to hug her but decided against it. When she asked if it was toxic he spoke calmly. "Well no one had died yet, so I think it is safe."

"Well, later is better than not at all in my eyes." Frida said as she returned to looking at the Gobstones. "Well, you'd be right. My friends and I got into a lot of trouble at school, and I almost lost my title of Prefect because one of my pals managed to get the whole group caught one night." 'Yeah, we should have left him behind...show off.' "He knocked over a suit of armor, nearly woke the whole castle up." Her eyes glazed over for a moment, "I was the innocent one for a while, until people started catching on, oh well, had to end eventually I guess. I've only been out of school for, um, six, seven years now, but I already miss the place."

Frida always did seem to get the smiley ones, "I probably would have played the same game, they were always fun, acting like some monster was after you and hiding around the house." She raised a brow, "I wouldn't run now, that's pretty ridiculous, I'm not five years old or a sissy." Frida gave a short laugh, "So it's not toxic? Great. How would you feel about me locking you in a closet and tossing a few busted stones under the door. Then it might be toxic."

Liam looked at her. "Yes that is true, I am glad we have met." He listerned to what she said an smiled "That's the problem when you re in a group, now me and my best mate got detention once when we got caught out and about having a midnight feast." He laughed at the memory. "And as you say the grown-ups always seem to catch on eventualy and then you have to be careful about what you say and do in front of them."

"I think you are right, I think kids have a great amagination, I've always wondered why a child hasn't written a book, it might be interesting to read a book that a child has written." He laughed but his face became serious when it seemed that Frida was threaterning him. "I wouldn't think it was toxic, though if you try it, I think we might have to stop talking to each other and I would have to report you." He hoped that she wouldn't try anything of the sort.

"I didn't see you as a troublemaking type to be honest." She paused for a moment, "You were in Hufflepuff?" 'Another one! I'm a magnet after all!' Frida glanced down at her bag for a moment, then thought of something, "How many animagi do you know of who work here? There seem to be quite a few."

"Well, if a child does decide to write a book, I'll be sure and sponsor them." Children and books, nothing better. Frida laughed again, "Oh please, I really wouldn't do such a thing...not intentionally." She stared at the ceiling for a moment, an innocent look plastered onto her face. "You wouldn't report me, and you know it. I'm too nice. But really, I probably wouldn't."

Liam couldn't help but laugh. "Your to kind, though I was my dad said that I had turned his hair gray because of all the complaints that he got about me." Liam knew that the reason his hair had turned grey was because he had decided to dye his dads hair gray. "I was a Hufflepuff and all the family has been Hufflepuff except for one who was in Gryffindor and he decided that the family wasn't good enough for him." He though hard about the next question that she had asked. "I don't think I know a single one." He thought that he would tell the trueth.

Liam smiled again. "If a child did write a book, I too would sponsor it." He thought that if a child wrote a book it would be one of the greatest books ever written. He looked at her when she put the innocent face on and his face became serious. "I might not want to report you but I would." He smiled. "It's my job to report people who do things like that." He was about to say something when she continued. "Maybe you are nice but I still would have to report you." When she said that she wouldn't do it he smiled. "I'm glad that you wouldn't do it."

"Hmm." Frida said as she took out her water bottle and took a sip. "My entire family was from Ravenclaw, aside from myself when I was sorted into Slytherin...but my grandfather was a Gryffindor. I had to be the odd one I guess." 'Not that I will complain.' "I don't believe there has ever been a Hufflepuff in my family." Frida wondered for a moment, maybe that would happen one day, but not for some time.
"And you do know an animagi, believe it or not." She replied with a sly grin and swirled some of the water around.

Frida sighed a little bit, "Fine, you win. I guess you would report me." 'Tattle tale.'

Liam nearly laughed but managed to hide it. "So you were the odd one out then, so was I everyone in the family except me had been headboy whilest they were at school but I broke that even though I was made Prefect for my last year at school." He knew that was only because he had calm down and started helping people the year before. "I don't think we've ever had a Ravenclaw in the family." He smiled he was sure that would change eventualy. When she said that he knew an Animagi he smiled. "Does that mean you are one?"

Liam laughed. "Thanks, you may think I would be telling tales on you but it's part of my job you see, anyone that misbehaves has to be reported and even if they are my best friends I would report them if they were naughty." Liam knew that he would report anyone that misbehaved.

"I missed becoming head girl by two mere points. All because of a technicality on an exam." 'Stupid thing...' Frida drank some more water and for a moment wished that she was in the creek near her home. Goodness how she missed being a kid, no worries, playing all day with her now deceased brother Calvin. She sighed a little bit, then smiled. "Yep. I became one a few years ago. I bet you can never guess what form I take though, it's quite uncommon." Frida swirled her water bottle again for a moment before taking another sip.

"What if someone had to break the rules? What if by breaking the rules they were doing everyone a favor? Would you still report them?" She asked, a grin plastered on her pale face.

Liam felt sorry for her. "Well I am sure that you would have made an excellent head girl and I'm sorry you didn't get an opportunity to prove yourself as the head girl." He smiled and then told her something he had never told anyone else. "I nearly became an animagi but I had a chose to make, you see the first lession on how to become an animagi and the warning and so on was on the day I had my trial at the Quidditch club and I decided to go to the trial." He smiled again. "It was the best choice of my life as I went on to captain club and country and I even won the league 11 times, and 4 of them were as captain of the team." He smiled and made a wild guess. "I would think a Phoenix would suite you." He laughed.

Liam didn't know what to say at first to Frida last question but he soon had an idea what he would say. "I would ask that person to warn me in the future of their plan."

Frida nodded, "Sacrifice is a part of life. We can't always get what we want. Besides, it was the better decision to go to your Quidditch trial, not all animagi are happy with their designated form." 'Like that girl at the Academy who became a grasshopper...poor thing.' She decided to share, "A girl that I attended a summer school with actually became a grasshopper when she transformed. She wasn't very pleased...especially when a sparrow nearly carried her off."
"Eleven times? That's quite an accomplishment!" Frida said, clearly impressed. "A phoenix eh?" She smiled a little bit, 'Maybe now it would, considering Blaze and myself.' She shook her head to clear her mind. "I'm actually a saltwater crocodile. The fall after leaving my Academy two other friends and myself got together to compare forms...I was the clear winner, seeing as the other two turned into a rabbit, and the other into gazelle." 'Not the most compatible animals in the wild...'

"Fair enough." Was all Frida would say to Liam's response.

Liam smiled when she said that she had become a saltwater crocodile. "I think I would have tried for a dinosaur" he smiled at the thought of him being a Dinosaur "I think, I would have definitely won you all." He laughed. "I hope you didn't go after your friends." He smiled. "Yes I won the Quidditch League 11 time and the Quidditch cup 6 time." His face became sad for a moment. "Would have been 12 times but I retired from Quidditch 5 games into the season and the team went on to win the league." He thought about how much he had cheered when he had found out. "I got injured in my last match and called it time on my career." He smiled again. "I am in some of the Quidditch books." Now he had forget why they had come here in the first place.

"I'd just hide in the river. Dinosaurs didn't swim very well from what I understand. So I've got that advantage." She laughed a little bit but quickly became more serious.
"Well, what is the form of your patronus? That usually gives a good indication of what your animagi form will be." 'Usually.'
Frida gave another small smile, "Eleven times is no small feat. You should be proud to have had the opportunity. It's a once in a lifetime for most." She drank some more water, "Well, I'm sure your family was glad to have you come home in one piece. Better to call it a day when you are still functioning properly. And I'll be sure to check out some articles and books when I get home." Goodness, she had her own library full of Quidditch books and hadn't ever read most of them. Looking at a clock in the office, she realized what time it was...

"Well, I heard that some Dinosaurs lived in the river, but not many." He smiled. "So maybe, I would be one of them, you never know." Liam had to think hard about the next quesion, it had been awhile since he had used his Patronus, but he eventualy remembered what it was. "Mines a Phoenix." He smiled, he was glad when he had managed to produce his first full patronus and was even happier when he saw what it was. "What is your Patronus?" He asked he realy wanted to know what it was. Liam looked at Frida. "11 times is good, I must admit but 12 would have been a great number to bow out on." He smiled and told her. "If I had played 5 more games I would have got a medal but because I didn't, I didn't get a medal." He thought what to say next. "Ever since I left the team, they haven't won the league and I'm on about for a full season." He smiled. "They even want me to coach them and I know some of the fan mail I get from my fans ask when will I take over as coach." He thought about the time when he had gone to a game when the team didn't have a coach and they all were chanting Liam for coach, that was just after he had got a job in the ministry. "I keep telling them that I work in the Ministry now but they still want me to be the Coach of the team." He laughed. "Well I think you should read the books they are great and have a lot of information in them.
