Just before the Minister's office sits another office with glass walls. Through the glass sits a large desk made of solid Brazilian rosewood, behind which is positioned a very impressive chair of the same wood type with navy-colored cushioning. Upon the desk sits a multitude of items, some of which include: a multi-shelved document organizer filled with tasks to yet be completed, tasks that have already been completed, and tasks that haven't even been thought of yet; a tall, thin wooden cyllinder filled with oranately engraved quills, each with a different colored and patterned feather; three different ink wells, each filled with a separate color ink; an organizer journal containing a complete ongoing list of things to be done within the Ministry as well as a list of resources and contacts; and a whole assortment of other office supplies that no one person could even use in a year's time.

To the far left of the office is a small grouping of chairs and a short coffee table upon which there are several Ministry pamphlets and a couple magazines - the waiting area.

The desk with all its items and this chair are reserved for the Senior Undersecretary, Reagan F. Taylor. No one outside this department, and sometimes no one at all, may get in to see the Minister without stopping here first. So if you wish to visit with the Minister, be sure to pause at the golden name placard reading "Reagan F. Taylor, Senior Undersecretary to the Minister of Magic" and you just may be granted access... maybe.

Bella knocked on the door and waited for Reagan to call her in, her self inking quill in one hand and her note pad in the other.

Reagan spotted Bella at the door and gestured for her to come in. Angelina knocked on Reagan's office door. The woman really seemed to be more than just busy since she left the room right before Angelinas answer, last time she was in her office.
Oh well, it was understandable, senior undersecretary to the minister of magic.. it didn’t seem to be a easy job.

Reagan replied, "Join the club! I'd love to know if they've finalized the date for their wedding yet. But, on a good note, I am expected to meet with Ms. Belle to discuss and hopefully finalize some of the wedding plans. In the meantime, you can let the Head of the Department know that we will inform her of the dates as soon as they are finalized, but regardless of the date, we need the infestation beginning to be handled immediately.

"As for someone turning up from her department, I think someone already is here, if I'm not mistaken." Reagan glanced through the glass doors at someone in the liaison area who definitely wasn't a liaison. If Reagan recalled correctly, this woman was from the Department of Magical Creatures. Reagan continued, "Before you meet with her, or immediately after, I really need you to get in the Minister's office and start organizing. His lunch won't last much longer. I can try to help you with one of the tasks if you need me."

Reagan looked away from Bella and called to Angelina, "Come on in. What can I help you with?" Reagan was completely oblivious that she had been speaking with Angelina not that long ago about the transportation arrangements for the wedding. With all the hustle and bustle around her, things were beginning to slip her mind.

Just as she was about to offer both the women in her office a piece of fudge that she had made and stored in her desk, Reagan spotted someone bypassing her desk completely and heading straight for the Minister's door. She jumped out of her chair and walked over the Minister's door, incredibly grateful that the Minister wasn't in his office at the moment.

Once she had taken care of that matter, she sat back down in her seat and looked at both women, "Now, where were we?"

AJ stepped up to the office slowly, and raised a hand to knock. She knocked thrice, thinking that 3 is always a good number, and waited patiently to be let in.

No matter what, this had to turn out better than her attempt at reaching the liaison desk workers.

The woods within this park have a bowtruckle infestion that we would like cleared. Also, we would like the area to be inspected for other potentially dangerous creatures, all while maintaining your secrecy, both from the Muggles and from the Magical community. We don't want too many people knowing the whereabouts of the ceremony and thus, try to sabotage the wedding. Does that explain well enough? Or do you have other questions?"

Elijah entered the office; he felt a temporary wave of foolishness for not coming here first, but, after all, it was an emergency. He slowly glanced around, taking in the setting, then took a seat in one of the chairs in the left of the room. Absentmindedly, he picked up one of the old pamphlets off of the table and began flicking through it.

AJ didn't mind the wait, and was just happy to get some information on her assignment. 'Muggle foot traffic, secrecy, should be fun,' she thought with a smile on her face. "Nope, that explains just fine, thanks so much," she said and turned to leave.

Walking out of the office, she headed straight for the lifts. Time to go get a pest control employee and head outside, now that she knew what exactly they were doing...

Angelina opened the door with a smile and closed it behind her. She looked at Reagan.. maybe she was behind inconvenient, the woman surely looked like she had lots of work to do.
Oh well, she was already there.
“I’m here because I’ll have to ask for a portkey to take the Minister to his honeymoon and the guests to the wedding.” She started while she moved her eyes to the notebook she had in her hands. She didn’t want to forget about anything. And she knew that was something that could happen even if it wasn’t something that happened very often. “I just want to confirm where and when the honeymoon will be.. and the wedding.”
She recalled hearing something about where the wedding would be. But she wanted to be sure of it.
It was always better to check than make things wrong.

Reagan glanced to her right and observed the Mysteries employee sitting in the waiting area. She'd thought the Minister would have returned by now, but she should have known Clara would keep him away for quite some time. He always lost track of time when he was with her. Reagan supposed that was one of the consequences of falling in love. As she watched the man flip through a pamphlet, Reagan contemplated finding the Minister herself. On any other matter she wouldn't have dared, but a problem in the Department of Mysteries was very very important, and to not find the Minister could be even more problematic.

Reagan sighed. She wished she'd had more information for her liaisons, but she could confirm nothing. Miss Belle was still meeting with the Minister and hadn't yet informed Reagan of any details. Yet another reason to interrupt their luncheon, Reagan thought. She looked to Angelina and replied, "Unfortunately, I have yet to get any of that information confirmed, but I am going to take care of that right now. I'll either find you or send out a new memo with that information once I receive it. Sound good?" And with that said, Reagan stood up from her chair, grabbed her briefcase and exited her office hastily.

Angelina observed the woman in front of her. She surely looked like someone who needs a break.
She wrote something on her note book before Reagan started talking. She turned her brown eyes to the woman and nodded.
“Sounds great to me.” She told the woman while she observed her standing up from her chair.
After that Angelina left the room and walked back to her desk.

Cambell knocked on Reagan's office door and walked in quickly. She knew it would be hectic around here for the next week until the wedding. There must be tons of things to do!
Cambell walked up to her desk and cleared her throat. "Is there anything you need me to do so this wedding can happen as smoothly as possible?" She asked, wondering what tasks there could possibly be.

Bella hurried down to hall and waited outside Reagan's office once she recieved her assignment. Next week! How did they expect them to pull up a perfect wedding in a week. There is so much to do. She has to confirm the flower arrangements and the food and all the decorations need to be done.

She stood outside, and noticed Campbell was waiting outside too. Sighing lightly, she stood next to her. "Hello Campbell." She said with a nod.

Angelina quickly reached Reagan's office with a white quill in one hand and her loyal note pad in the other.
It was a mystery to her how didn’t she felt on the floor with all that rush.
The weeding was next week, and she could feel the pressure on her shoulders with all the things she had to do.

And it seemed that she wasn’t the only one waiting for Reagan.

She gave a few more steps and she noticed to other womans. One of them was Bella, but the other one she didn’t knew.
“Good Morning Bella.” she said with a smile while she touched her back on the wall next to Bella.
Then she turned to the other woman she said politely. “Hello.”

Reagan re-entered her office from the Minister's and saw three liaisons waiting for her. Breathing a small sigh of relief, Reagan smiled weakly and said, "Boy, am I happy to see you ladies! We have a LOT to do and not a whole lotta time to do it in." She turned to Angelina first and replied, "Since you already know what your task is from my memo, we'll start with you. I just spoke with the Minister and he's requested reservations at the Krup's Paw Bed and Breakfast for the evening after the reception. Buy out the entire place because he doesn't want any other guests to detract from their service. He also needs a two week reservation at Walford's Wizarding Resort in Egypt for a full suite on the Nile and spa treatments for Ms. Belle. Any questions?" She'd practically quoted what the Minister had just told her. Thank goodness Reagan was good with the recollection of mental notes.

Turning to Cambell and Bella, Reagan began, "Now, you two are going to help me with a variety of random tasks. First things first, I just found out that our liaison to the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures has resigned, which means we need someone to complete her task until we find a suitable replacement. Bella, since you've spoken with that Department Head quite a bit recently, why don't do take care of that? Should be quick and relatively painless. The assignment is in the memo box. When you finish that, I need you to report back here because there is a lot more to be done. By then the florist, the tailor and the caterer will have all arrived and we'll have to discuss arrangements with them."

Reagan referenced her list of things to get done before starting on Cambell's task, "Now, Cambell, since there was no task involving the Department of Education, we'll just have to find another task that you'll be comfortable doing." Reagan offered only one choice, "I need you to go down to the Head of Magical Maintenance and tell him that for the evening of the wedding, we need maintenance to bewitch the ceiling to look like the evening sky in the atrium, much like they have in the Great Hall of Hogwarts. It must be beautiful, the most perfect dusk or twilight anyone could ever see. And there must be stars as well. Perhaps they can transition the sky so that one part looks a bit darker and thus, the stars will shine a bit brighter. As soon as the set-up begins downstairs in the Atrium, I need them to be in there taking care of it and then getting out of the way. Oh, the head of maintenance is also the head of security. Make sure security is on duty that night checking the clothing of the guests. People will not be allowed entry unless they are wearing black or a lovely shade of purple. Anyone who doesn't wear the appropriate colors will have their clothing switched to something more desirable from the perspective of the bride. Have Security on that task as the guests start arriving before they sit down for the ceremony."

Reagan looked at the two women she had just given directions, "We need everything done as swiftly and perfectly as possible. Do NOT take no for an answer. You have my permission to let uncooperative employees know that when their annual review comes up, demotions, pay deductions, and even lay-offs will be considered." Reagan raised a brow to let them know how serious she was and then gestured for them to head out.

Chad strolled down the way over to the office; his assignment had said come, so he came. He noticed however that he wasn't the only one needed as there were a few people already standing outside the door. Figuring a little waiting wouldn't hurt, he reached the door and leaned against a wall to wait, nodding his head to the people waiting in acknowledgment.

Angelina had never seen Reagan speaking so fast and saying so much things.. one after another without stopping to even breath.
She quickly started writing everything down on her note pad, she was writing so fast that she barely could understand her handwriting.. which was something pretty unusual.
After noting it all, Angelina turned her eyes to Reagan and spoke.
“So I have to requested reservations at the Krup's Paw Bed and Breakfast for the evening after the reception and I also have to buy out the entire place. And I have to make two week reservation at Walford's Wizarding Resort in Egypt for a full suite on the Nile and spa treatments for Ms. Belle.” She repeated all. She didn’t want anything to pass her by. “I’m going to take care of it and speak with the transportation department right way.” She said with a firm nod.

She was about to leave the room when she remember something. She turned around and spoke again. “Ohh.About the honeymoon destination.. I really need to speak with the Portkey Office about that.” it would be something that she could scratch of her to do list. “ Have you already been informed of where is it?”

Reagan surely knew how to speak fast.
Angelina quickly nodded. "Erm.. sure.Right. I'm sorry about it." she gave some steps back until and then opened the office's door. "I'm going to take care of it right way." she said politely.
Before Reagan could say anything else, Angelina stormed out of the room.
"Next stop, level Six."
