Allison nodded in agreement, slightly annoyed at the bickering. She watched as a bit of ink dripped onto her paper. Someone from our unit. Wonder who. She thought, looking up at AJ. She dipped her finger into the droplets of ink. Probably two of the ‘big, strong,’ guys. She watched some more, having no real input at the moment.

Star hoped that they would conclude this meeting soon. She really needed to go visit the little witches room and she had a pile of paper work to go through on her desk. She didn't know what she could do for this problem anyway. It's not a werewolf and she didn't work out in the field. 'It would be fun to get to do a stake-out' she thought to herself. She reached for a chocolate kiss, 'Goddess, I'm starting to get hungry' she said to herself as she placed the sweet in her mouth.

Katherine looked around the room. She hoped Teal got back soon with information, because she was starting to get bored. This meeting seemed like it was going on forever. If it was much longer, she was going to start wishing she had more coffee.

OOC: Well since no one has been posting anything that actually contributes to the discussion (and I have no more points to go over), I think this meeting is suspended. Basically, rather than just letting everyone post here saying how boring and stupid this meeting is now, and cluttering up the thread with wanting to leave, now that we've gone over pretty much everything we can until Teal can get back to us, I'm locking this thread and we're just going to have to pretend like there isn't a time-lapse whenever it gets back up and running again. There seems to be a little issue with the person who was supposed to play the Quibbler reporter, so that RP hasn't happened yet, and I don't want this thread getting cluttered with useless posts, or I may have to start deleting them.

Teal walked down the corridor until he found the Conference Room, the very rarely used Conference Room. The centaurs were getting more and more furious as the days past, and it had gotten to the point where he was going to need the entirety of his Beast Division making strides to helping the cause in the Black Forest.

The a big, heavy sigh Teal walked into the room. He was about twenty minutes early, but he needed to get everything organized. He started setting out papers in front of all the seats and but the main clip board at the main chair at the head of the table. He somberly stood there, coffee mug in hand, waiting for his employee’s to make their way over.

Rowan sauntered into the conference room. She had a clipboard in one hand and a quill in the other. Her purse was floating along behind her at a leisurely pace. She knew she was way early but she had made progess on her paperwork and the other project that she had been working on. She finally glanced around the room and spotted her Department Head Teal. Blushing she cast around for an apology.

"Hey Teal. I'm sorry didn't see ya there."

Violet walked in. The conference room was empty but for Teal and another employee she was unfamiliar with. She smiled at both of them. "Sorry I'm so early," she said. "I had nothing else to do, and..." She shrugged.

Teal looked up as the door opened and Rowan Cromwell walking in ready to go, early, yet ready to go. She seemed to have other things on her mind as it took her a moment to actually discover that Teal himself was in the room.

Taking a sip of coffee, Teal looked to the Werewolf Registry Employee, “No worries Rowan.” He said a bit tiredly, work had really been working him over lately. Taking out one of many folders, Teal slid one in her direction. “We have a lot to go over.” He said with a sigh.

At about that time, his new Beast Division Head pushed through the doors. Ah yes, Violet Silvermoon was early too, of course. She was very, very punctual; which was awesome. “No need to apologize.” Teal said with a wry smile, sitting down in his own chair while motioning the other two to take a seat as well. Taking a quick glance at his watch, he looked back to Rowan and Violet.

“Meeting starts in five minutes.” He said simply, implying darkly that the entirety of his Beast division better be there in time or else.

Violet smiled. "OK. Thanks. I guess I just have to get used to my new responsibilities a little bit. I've been either early or late to everywhere I've been today!" she said with a grin. She sat down in an empty chair and waited for the others to arrive.

Kass walked into conference room, holding the crumpled up memo in her hand as her hair- fiery ginger- stuck up in places. She wore her glasses at the end of her nose. It wasn't very often she wore them, but when it came to work she rather needed too.

After having the pesty memo come and deliver itself, Kasandra made sure to cast a quick charm over her dear dragon eggs. Now here she was, hoping they would be okay with their time apart from somebody as she held a clipboard, and chewed on the back of a muggle pen.

"Good day." She looked up from her clipboard, wishing she had brought her coffee.

Samson entered the Conerence room, hoping that he was just in time for the meeting. He spotted Mr. Andrus and some other employees from Level Four, walked over to them and took a seat on Kass` side.
"Hello, Mr. Andrus, Kass, Violet, Rowan! How do you do?"

Violet smiled at the newcomers. "Hello, Samson," she said back. "I'm doing fine, how about yourself?" She still couldn't take it all in. The Division head! She had a feeling she was going to be busy from now on.

Rowan smiled as Sam entered the room. "Heya Samson! I'm good and you?" There were a few other people that had walked in but she didn't recognize any of them. Shrugging she took an empty seat and made herself comfortable.

Kass smiled at Samson as he took a seat next to her. She pushed her glassed up. "Good day Samson." She said friendly. "Feeling well?" she asked.

Lenae slipped into the conference room, hoping she wasn't late for the meeting. She'd had to sort out a misdirected memo (how that happened, she might never know), and so was slightly late reading her hers.
Glancing around the room, she realized that she knew....no one.
It was what she got for allowing herself to be shy.

Muffling a sigh, she claimed an empty seat and waited to see/catch up on what was going on.

Samson looked at the others and grinned. "Oh, I´m fine aswell, thank you!"
He looked at Kass and added: "The Healers in St. Mungo`s told me that the werewolf attack didn`t leave serious injuries, so I´m safe!" He lifted his hands in a gesture of victory.


Then he noticed the newcomer and smiled at her warmly. "Hey there! How do you do?"
He didn`t knew this woman but he thought it was important to be open and always friendly to people he didn`t knew yet. They might become friends!

James Randall walked into the comference room ready to get to business he had recently stepped down from his former position as Division head due to some family matters that had required more of his time than he could give and still be an effective head. Teal had been quiet understandng about the whole ordeal and in awake of the decreasing stress form home as well as the office James was once again back on the top of his game.
James crossed the room give Teal and Volet both a respectable nod as he passed. He took his seat.

Violet nodded back to James, along with a smile. She felt she needed to be extra polite to him, seeing as she was filling the spot he'd had to step down from. She looked around the room, waiting patiently for the meeting to start.

Satisfied by the number of people that had already shown up for the meeting, Teal downed the rest of his coffee mug and set the empty glass down at the Conference table. He opened up the thick file in front of him and skipped right to the section that concerned this very matter.

Looking around the room, it seemed that just about everyone was chatting about. The level four Department spoke up to a higher voice. “Alright everyone, quiet down let’s get this underway.” Looking down at his page, he noticed he had skipped just a few pages ahead, going back just three pages, he then again looked up to his Beast Division.

“Alright everyone, if you could turn to page 32 in the file I just handed out, I’ll help explain what is going on.” He used the time they used to flip the pages to cast a nonverbal replenishing charm on the coffee mug in front of him. Taking a quick sip from the mug again, he went on. “As you might have already known, the usually civil group of Centaur’s that live in the Forbidden Forest have became hostile in the past few months. Supposedly, wandmakers have been encroaching upon their ‘god-given’ lands and have not exited at the centaurs will. Not only are they creating havoc within the forest itself, but it is rumored that if their lands continue to be infiltrated the centaurs will start to attack nearby muggle and Wizarding villages alike; one of them being Hogsmeade.” This was probably going to cause some discomfort, so Teal let the wimpers subside before continuing. “For the moment, Hogwarts is very well protected and is in no way threatened. But into to ensure safety there, we need to appease the centaurs as soon as possible.” Turning to Violet, Teal gave her a sympathetic nod. “Now, me and Ms. Silvermoon have recently received intel saying that the people encroaching upon the centaurs lands aren’t wandmakers at all, but they are dark wizards using that identity as a cover up. What their true intentions are, we are not certain. I’ll let you take it from there Violet.” He said with a confident nod, letting her explain everything she went over with the Ollivanders Shopkeepers.

Violet turned her head as Teal announced the start of the meeting. She looked down at her file and turned to the right page quickly. She sat back in her seat and looked back at Teal as he began to talk about the centaur situation. None of this was new to her, but that didn't make it any less foreboding. Face grim, she nodded in agreement to his words. When he turned to her, she inclined her head to everyone in the room. She smiled and nodded again before beginning.
"It has become a rather serious problem, as Teal said. To try and receive some insight, I went to Ollivander's...the wand shop...a few times to talk to the shopkeeper. The first time, I spoke with Ms. Elizabeth Laurent. She told me that it was either very oblivious wandmakers or Dark wizards taking the wood, the latter being much more likely. However, she didn't know for sure and told me she would look into it. Just a few days ago, myself and Teal received information that Laurent had been succeeded by a man named Otavio Beezwick. When I went down to speak with him, he told me much the same thing as Laurent had: that he didn't know much about it at all, but that he was certain Ollivander's had nothing to do with it. Unfortunately, we could not get ahold of Ms. Laurent, as she did not leave her new address. Beezwick unfortunately does not see how he can be of any more help to us. I told him I'd go back to the shop in a few days, and in the meantime he should figure out whatever he can. At the moment, I'm afraid we don't have many more answers than we started out with." She glanced at Teal. She had meant to go to his office and tell him before the meeting, but she hadn't had the chance.

Toshi listened to their words and thought about it. Ms. laurent moved right after she had been talking to Violet? Was that just a coincidence or was there more behind it?
"You`re right that sounds rather serious! In case there are really dark wizards I think the Aurors should be informed while we take care of the centaurs. But at first - ", he took a quick look at the file in his hands "- we should make sure that we don`t lose control over the centaurs in the forest, while some check out what`s behind the intruders in the centaur`s lands. What do you think?" He looked at Mr. Andrus, Violet and the others.

Violet nodded. "Right. That is why we have decided to send a multitude of Ministry employees to the forest to speak with the centaurs. Everyone from the Beast Division is asked to go, and we're probably going to bring a few Aurors with us as well." She glanced at Teal and gave him a nod, his cue to add anything she might have missed.

Kass read the file that she was given as everyone around her talked about the situation they were in. She looked up, her glasses dangling on her nose as they talked about how they were being asked to go into the forbidden forest and attempt to deal with the issue at hand.

"Don't you think that having a great number of us go into the forest to confront the centaurs make even more of a problem?" She asked looking around at her co-workers. "I'm not saying don't send anyone. It's just if we have the whole of the beast division sent into the forest plus aurors, we are only adding more unwanted people to their land. I think it would be smarter to send a small team in. Have back up around the forest in case the team needs it."

Rowan consulted her own file and listened to the problem at hand. She nodded her head. "I am in agreement with Miss Tonks. I think sending in a small team would be far more beneficial if we plan on resolving this dilemma diplomatically. Back-up would be advisable of course." She gave Kass a respectful nod and a small smile.

Then she looked at Violet. "Doesn't it seem a tad strange that Ms. Laurent disappeared without a trace? I think it would be prudent to put someone or a few people onto tracking Miss Laurent down." Maybe she didn't have all the facts but that seemed to her like a wise course of action.

Samson looked at Rowan and Kass as they said it would be better to send just a few people into the forest.
"I don`t think that would be a problem. To send more people. We`re not there to steal their land like these dark wizards did, are we? I also think it`d be safer to have more people, I mean it`s the forbidden forest and there are cretures there, not as friendly as centaurs!"
He raised a hand and adjusted his hair. Then he said, looking at Rowan: "I think you`re absolutely right about Ms. Laurent, Rowan! I think there might be something strange going on! We hear about dark wizards intruding the centaur`s lands and the person we speak with disappears after she finds out about us being on it? Maybe I´m just paranoid, but I think, too that it`d be a good idea to find her."
