Reagan made a mental note of the details, nodding as she listened to the Minister name locations and times. She heard her name being called from her office and knew that the liaisons must have started congregating for work. She replied quickly to the Minister, "Thank you, sir. I'll go take care of these arrangements now." Before he could provide her with another task to complete, Reagan scurried out the door, closing it gently behind her.

As per their usual routine, Reagan knocked twice on the door to let the Minister know she was entering, and then opened the door to step foot inside his office. She approached his desk and explained, "Sir, Mr. Epaulet Esterre, the tailor for the wedding, has arrived for your fitting. Shall I send him in?" Reagan was concerned the Minister would take one look at the vibrantly clothed man and refuse to let him dress him. Then she'd have to find a new tailor on short notice and she wasn't entirely sure that would be a possibility. Goodness. This better go well.

"Yes, yes, send him in," Brennan stretched and rose, coming around to sit on the front of his desk.

Reagan nodded and replied, "Right away, sir." She disappeared quickly through the door...

...and reappeared quickly with the tailor before her. She introduced the man, wondering what the Minister would think of the tailor's flamboyantly colored attire and weird accent, "Minister Cooper, this here is Mr. Epaulet Esterre, the most highly recommended couterier of our time. Mr. Esterre, this is Brennan Cooper, Minister of Magic." Reagan paused to allow time for introductions, and then excused herself from the office, "I'll let you gentlemen get to it."

Epaulet Esterre bowed deeply at the introduction, sweeping off his hat in respect. "Minister Cooper, but of course. It ees great pleasure to make your acquaintance!" He placed his hat on his head and smiled. "I understand that I shall be suiting you for this, your happiest day, and I am soo uk-CITED!" He took out his sketchbook, opening it to a page featuring several animated sketches of Minister Cooper in a wide variety of dress robes, ranging from extremely conservative and elegant, well designed suits to more outlandish robe styles, all in various colour palettes. "Vot ees your theme for your wedding, sir? Und your palette?" One of the more extreme animated sketches spun around on the page to give a full view of the heavily embroidered, deep, shiny bronze robes it wore, and then winked at the Minister as if to say, "pick me."

"I believe that I will be most comfortable in just black," Brennan looked the man over with a curl of his lip. "But the palette is twilight, I believe. I'd rather not look like one of the guests at my own wedding."

"Certainamente!" Epaulet declared, tapping his wand on the sketchpad. All the sketches changed to show Cooper in a series of elegant black dress robes with exquisite lines and conservative style. Though a handful of the styles included a delicate touch of dusk-toned accents, most were entirely black as requested.

Epaulet turned the book to Minister Cooper, sure that these sedate designs would appeal to the man. He pointed to one sketch, featuring only the tiniest touch of deep, dusky purple on a chic set of black robes. "May I say that I personally recommend this design... It would flatter your form well, and the touch of color would honor your bride's chosen theme." Most of his clients who expected a show of outrageous behavior from an artiste such as himself, but Epaulet sensed that Minister Cooper was a stoic man who would be unimpressed by dramatic flair, so he eased off on his 'accent' a bit as well.

"May I begin taking your measurements?" His charmed tape measure flew out of his pocket, hovering at the ready as though eager to begin its job.

"That's just fine," Brennan stepped away from the desk and allowed himself to be measured. "Can you make sure the rose for my lapel matches as well?"

The charmed tape measure got to work rapidly, displaying Minister Cooper's statistics in glowing numbers after each measurement. Epaulet jotted down the numbers and nodded enthusiastically. "Yes, yes of course, we shall ensure that your rose is the perfect match! Now, do you have a preference as to the fabric for your tuxedo robes? I, of course recommend mah signature blend; Esterrian cloth is a hand-woven blend of pashmina, fire-breathing vicuna and unicorn hair. Very soft, light, smoooooth... and it drapes beautifully. This is, of course, very rare-- only for the gentleman who has the finest taste... like yourself." He continued to take notes as the tape measure collected every possible measurement of the minister, even the circumference of his ankles and knees.

"It wouldn't be shiny, would it? I don't wear things that are particularly shiny," Brennan wrinkled his nose. Actually, Clara wouldn't let him wear shiny, and he was in complete agreement.

"No no no! It ees matte finish wool blend, beautiful drape and moves with grace all its own... Very elegant and guaranteed no shine or luminesence at all, but will be the softest, most supple ting you ever wear. Some of my clients, once they wear mah fabric, refuse to wear anything else ever in their life! Of course, these are mostly kings, oligarchs, and the exceptionally wealthy." He smiled at the thought of those lucky few who could afford a wardrobe exclusively of his clothes in his fabric. "We even have special edition weave charmed so that only is visible to the wise and trustworthy. However-- for a wedding, I do not recommend. To those unworthy, you would appear unclothed. Most embarrassing." He finished marking down Cooper's measurements and waved his wand. A bolt of luxurious fabric, smooth and incredibly soft but still lightweight, appeared in Epaulet's arms.

"Minister Cooper, please... close your eyes and indulge in the experience... Please, feel this." He held it out toward Minister Cooper for his approval.

Brennan poked at it with one fingertip. "Yes, that will do very nicely. And you assure me that you've made suits out of this very same... blend... for kings?" Yes. That did sound about right. "Hurry, man. I'm aging here."

He nodded. "Kings, indeed... Heads of state, such as yourself... men for whom only the finest apparel will do. " He waved his wand once, tapping his sketchpad, and the soft wool cut itself into the exact measurements of Minister Cooper, sewing itself together with precision to create a beautifully tailored tuxedo robe with just a touch of deep twilight purple at the lapel. "Please, let me help you try it on..." He waved his wand again and the dress robes appeared on the minister.

"You look fahbulous!" Epaulet smiled. Say what you would about his personal style; he made his clients look good. He conjured a full length mirror so the minister could inspect his attire.

"Yes, that's very good. Very good. Actually, if you'll run and tell Taylor I'm ready, perhaps we're through here." He ran his hands over the robes and went to sit down in them.

He nodded. "As you wish." He turned, then pivoted back on his heel. "As to the matter of fee... Normally thees robes would of course be my normal fee of 2,000 galleons, fitting included. However, in honour of the Minister's wedding, I would like to make these and the gowns of your ladies-in-waiting as my wedding present to you." He bowed deeply. "May you have many happy days in your lives together." With that, he swept out the room to find Taylor.

Reagan rapped her knuckles against the door twice and let herself in. Smiling at the Minister, Reagan asked, "You look quite distinguished and handsome, sir, if you don't mind me saying. Are you ready to head down to the Ceremony?" Reagan knew that Clara would have a hissy fit if Cooper was late and would probably think he was standing her up at the altar. Somehow Reagan would get blamed for it and since she'd already been blamed for enough things today, Reagan wanted to ensure the Minister was on time for his own wedding.

"Ah, yes," Brennan turned with a frown on his face. "I need one of those flower thingies for my," he pointed to his lapel. "Is she beautiful? I know she's beautiful."

Reagan smiled affectionately and replied kindly, "Your boutineer is downstairs in a chilled area to keep the petals fresh. The florist delivered it with all the flowers just a short while ago. Before you head into the Ceremony, I'll get it for you and fasten it to your lapel." Reagan recalled that they had placed all the flowers that hadn't been set out for the reception and ceremony in one of the chilling units in the caterer's area. It was the only place with a unit large enough to hold the boutineer and the bouquets without squishing them.

Reagan looked at Minister Cooper with a smirk when he asked about Clara. She replied warmly, "She's the most beautiful bride I've ever seen. Absolutely stunning. You two are going to make jaws drop when the guests see how amazing you look together. Speaking of which, if we don't head down now the guests are going to wonder if they'll ever actually get to witness the wedding. Shall we?" Reagan gestured for the door with her eyebrows raised.

"Alright, well... let's go," he patted the front of his robes before realizing he was wearing his new dress robes. "Ah. Well, I seem to have lost..." He looked around before picking a box up off the desk. "Here are the rings, Taylor."

Reagan almost panicked when the Minister said he'd lost something, but breathed a sigh of relief when he realized the box was merely sitting on the desk behind him. She accepted the rings from him carefully and with her hand securely closed over the box, Reagan opened the door to the Minister's office and allowed him to exit while assuring him, "These will be safe with me and Ms. Brown."

Larissa politely knocked on the door. She waited about 2 minutes ad knocked harder. She was here to tell the Minster what she was suspended for and wanted to know why they were separated. She waited until the Minster open the door before coming in.

Reagan had just arrived to work the morning after the wedding and she was still quite tired. When she entered her own office and saw a young student knocking on the Minister's door, she grew curious. Normally she would have been slightly irritated that yet another person hadn't followed directions and stopped by her desk first, but with the Minister gone on his honeymoon and Ms. Belle, now Mrs. Cooper, no where in sight, nothing could upset Reagan today.

She asked the girl, "Young lady, can I help you with something? And will you please follow me back to my desk?"

AJ, followed closely behind by Sparky, entered the first floor and marched directly to the Minister's office. Knocking 3 times, she sighed and waited for Mr. Cooper to call her in.

Sparky the house elf fidgeted. For the first time since he had begun this rebellion, he was actually quite nervous... no, scared. Sparky will be seeing the Minister of Magic himself! he thought, smoothing down his tea towel to look his best.

Brennan was finally back from his honeymoon and he already didn't want to see the people waiting to see him. He'd let Taylor deal with them for now.
