Through a frosted glass door behind the security desk in the Atrium lies a few offices. Down a short hallway and to your left lies the office for the Security Division Head. Continue down the hallway and at the very end is a blue and yellow door with round glass cut outs.

Department Head for Maintenance and Security

Is the nameplate stuck to the door. Walking into the office your feet are massages by the blue plush carpet under your feet. One expansive wall is covered from top to bottom with books of varying subjects, and on the other there are pictures of her family. Her husband and children can be seen running in and out of most of them. In the center of the room is a round Lucite desk with a blue chair behind.

Egypt's door is always open to her employees and co-worker. She is not big on ceremonies like knocking. Just be respectful if someone else is already inside. If Mrs. Greenwood is not in her office feel free to have a seat on the couch in front of her desk and help yourself to the chocolates on her desk and wait. Or leave her a nice little note and she will get back to you as soon as possible.

Alexa sighed gratefully, feeling overwhelmed to know someone as caring and sweet as Egypt. Her compassion had literally blown her away. Smiling sheepishly, she recollected. The putting together had never been the hardest part for her, distraction compensated for that. But the seeing him constantly in the office was absolutely heartbreaking. Difficult to forget something that was constantly staring at you in the face. She was close to tears as Egypt brought her into a hug, usually something she reserved for broken-hearts or goodbye's. "Oh....Egypt. Thankyou" She murmured, noticing exactly how small and fragile Egypt was. "Your honestly....amazing" She closed her eyes, exhaling. "You'll always have a friend in me. For anything....at all" She tightened the hug gently and pulled back smiling. "Forever"

"It's no problem Alexa," She told her with a smile. Egypt didn't think of herself as amazing. She just had so much love for people she couldn't help but share it. It was just something that was so natural to her. All the air whooshed out of her lungs as Alexa tightened the hug. She always wondered how Alexa was able to be with Warren and not get smashed to bit, and now she knew Alexa was Superwoman in a red robe. "Friends forever." When Alexa let her go she took in a deep breath. "You are strong woman," She said with a giggle. Never make her mad, she thought to herself. Alexa could smash her like a bug. "I will never doubt why you are a good Auror ever again," She said playfully rubbing her side to make sure no ribs were broken.

Alexa let go carefully, making sure Egypt was still in one piece. Alexa smiled at her compliment. She didn't think of herself as strong, she'd barely made it through everytime in her eyes. Smiling softly she replied, "Yes...which mean's I should get back to my actual job" She said, with a small laugh. "Thankyou Egypt. That meant a lot" Squeezing her hand gently she got up, pulling her shirt down. "I'll owl you, we should get together some more" And headed towards the door, feeling lighter and brighter knowing she had a friend like Egypt behind her.

Egypt smiled as Alexa let her go. "Oh dear yes it seems the time has gotten away from us," she said as she looked at her clock. "It means the world to me as well Alexa," She said squeezing her hand in return. She stood up behind Alexa to walk her the short distance to her office door. "Oh yes I look forward to it." She offered as she watched Alexa walking down the hall toward to the Atrium. She was so glad that Alexa had opened up to her, she was a great friend that Egypt was glad she could call on.

When Wyatt walked in this morning he went and changed out the spikes that held who had visited the the ministry and put up a new one for them then he went back into his office. On his way there he waved at Egypt who was in her office talking to someone else. He then entered his office and started typing who had visited the Ministry.

Once Wyatt was done with the filing he had quickly left his office and went up to Level One to clear out anything that would be considered dangerous to anyone at the Ministry since Ministers from different countries will be coming. Wyatt quickly set off towards the elevators and headed up to Level One.

Once Wyatt returned back to Level Eight he went behind the desk and into the corridor behind and into office and on his way he grabbed the spike that held who had visited the ministry for the day and he put out a new one. He then entered his office and started typing who had visited. Once he was done he filed them. After he had filed them he started to type up what he did on his Security Check for the other Minsters visiting.

Egypt sat at her desk looking at her empty in box. She was rather hoping her employees would have gotten back to her. She would do that work herself, she didn't mind that. She got up from her desk and headed to the lifts to check eh other levels to see just how much cleaning had to be done.

Edward walked into the office, fresh from his trip to Scotland to visit his folks with Si. He was tired from the drive, but knew he needed to get back to the work.

He walked in, saw Wyatt and smiled. He knew Wyatt was on top of things and would have everything in order. Walking to Wyatt's desk he asked, "How're things?"

Egypt looked up from her desk at the sound of the knocking. She had been expecting a few new employees and she hoped they were drop by today to get their assignments. "Come in please." She called out brightly.

Egypt stood up quickly to greet her new employee. She was excited to meet her. "Well hello Mrs. Halliwell. I am Egypt Greenwood, but please just call me Egypt. Welcome to level 8." She said smiling broadly at her. "Lets sit and have a little chat before we get back to work." She said motioning toward the white couch. "What made you transfer to level 8?" She asked.

Egypt nodded in understanding along with her. "Well I can certainly understand that. I transfered down from level 2 in the Wizengamot. I just needed a change of pace myself." She told her. "Well for right now if you want to stock up the gift shop that would be lovely." She told her.

"Well I think Ms. Taylor is still working out weather they want to have us staff the gift shop permanently or just part time." She told her honestly. "But you can putt around in there for now if you like. I think we have done everything we need to get done for this conference that needs to be done. So you came at a good time."

She smiled at her. She was happy to see a eager worker. "Good day to you Mrs. Halliwell." She called as she walked out of her office.

When Sam walked into work this morning, it seemed that she wouldn't forget anything. However, while cleaning up a puddle of an unknown liquid, she remebered that she had to meet with Egypt Greenwood. "Maybe I could get a promotion...." she thought to herself. the meeting would have to wait though. The liquid was still all over the hall and if someone slipped, especially Dolores Umbrdge, she could lose her job.

Whn it was finally cleaned up, she made her way down to Egypt's office. It wasn't far from where the spill was, so she made it down pretty quickly. The door was right in front of her before she knew it and she almost passed it. She kocked twice and waited for an answer.

Egypt looked up again as there was another knock on her door. "Come on in," She called out closing the book she had been looking through on Tropical Storms in the South Seas.

Knocking,just in case anyone was in there already,she pushed the door ajar and quietly called...."Umm hello Mrs Greenwood?..I'm Olivia Hawthorne.This is my first day here and I was wondering what you wanted me to do."

She looked up at the sound of another knock. Well she loved this. She had a lot of eager beavers on her hands. That was lovely. She smiled at the woman who walked in. "Good day Ms. Hawthorne, and please call me Egypt." She smiled. She wasn't big on ceremony and didn't want them calling her Mrs. Greenwood. "Well welcome to level 8 first off. I hope you like it here. I see you like to get right to work. I would appreciate that. If you could go to level 2 and 3 and clean up their break rooms and other offices I would really like that. Don't bother with the department heads offices unless they ask you to clean them." She instructed softly.

Olivia looked over at the woman behind the desk as she entered...she looks lovely, she thought.
Smiling she addressed her..."Thank you,I'm sure I will enjoy it here Mrs...sorry..Egypt."
Listening intently to what her boss wanted her to do,all the while nodding to show she was listening,Olivia went over it in her head before repeating it back to make sure she had got it right.
"So level 2 and 3,break rooms and offices?...Ok.Thanks,I'll get onto that right away...if there's nothing else?"
Turning,she headed for the door and opened it.She smiled at Egypt on her way out....and closed the door gently behind her.

Attica walked into Egypt's office, her thin frame evident underneath her baggy coveralls. She had bags under her eyes and look like death warmed over, but she was here, and she was still standing. "Hello Egypt." she said quietly. "Do you mind if I sit down for a minute?"

Sam entered the room and saw a friendly looking woman sitting behind a desk.
"So this is Egypt's office, it's rather nice...." Sam thought to herself. Walking past the rather large and hansome desk, she noticed a book on Tropical Storms. "Hello, I'm Sam Canus. Sorry about my appearence. I just cleaned up a giant spill." As she was about to sit down, she noticed someone was in the chair. "Sorry, I didn't see ya there." She sat down in a chair father down the wall.
