"Hey Dree," Alina said with a smile, after watching her husband leave the room. Who knew what he'd end up getting her for Christmas. Something sparkly preferably. She noticed a slight awkwardness flicker across her employee's face, and bit her lip. She sometimes forgot people weren't used to the fact the Theo and Alina worked in the same Division and them catching the odd kiss or cuddle. "Sorry about that," she said apologetically, before smiling again. "Hows your work going? Anything interesting come up?"
Alina smiled as she looked up to see someone else enter the division. "Edward!" she said, walking from her desk towards him. "How are you?" Her hand subconsciously rubbed her stomach, before gesturing to the shelf on which her mugs sat. "Time for a coffee?" she asked, a twinkle in her eye.

Wow it was busy today. "Hey Sebastian," Alina said as she saw him head towards his cubicle. "I'm afraid there's already stuff for you to do." She gave an apologetic smile. "But I hope you're feeling better, and any problems feel free to ask."

He smiled at her recognition. "Of course I do." He walked up to her and hugged her briefly before sliding the package onto the desk.

Dree smiled. "Hey Alina."she said, turning back to her work. She looked up again and smiled again. "Hey it's nothing. I just have to get used to it, that's all."she said, winking. She sighed softly. She really wanted to be with Riku right now. Maybe they could see each other again in the Cafeteria or in the break room. She snapped out of her thoughts and shrugged. "O.k. Paper work really isn't the funnest."she said, chuckling. She shook her head. "Not yet. I'll be sure to tell you if something does." She was about to start to work again when another question poped in her head. "What are you and the boss going to be doing for Christmas Alina?"she asked, smiling.

Alina grinned, and hugged Edward back, though she was conscious of her bump. She was sure it was starting to show under her robes now. "Goodo," she said, getting their usual mugs off the shelf, before eyeing the package. "Edward..." she said softly.

"All the same," Alina said, "I can't have my employee feeling uncomfortable. And I'm sorry." She noted Dree's sigh, and wondered perhaps if she was missing someone, and Theo's kiss had highlighted that.

"I know. Just be glad it isn't another dangerous biting teapot. Or something that'd rather you didn't have any eyebrows!" Alina smiled. "Though if something along those lines does crop up, and you fancy it, I can put your name down for the excitement?" She winked and grinned.

"Christmas? I guess we'll see the family. And the twins will come home from Hogwarts of course. So they'll be lots of story telling, and probably arguing over who got the most house points and so on." She chuckled. "Never quiet, Christmas in our household." Her hand moved over her stomach. She knew there'd be questions about that too. "What about you?" she asked.

Edward took his normal seat and waited. He looked around her office and noticed she had settled in well. "You seem very comfortable in here now. How are you doing?"

Dree shrugged. "No really it's no problem."she mumbled. She looked at the clock. Still about three hours until break. Great. she thought sarcastically.

She laughed. "Now that would be interesting."she said, chuckling still. She laughed. "I wouldn't mind."she said, rolling her eyes. Wow this lady was really nice. Dree didn't think that this could be bad. It could be fun.

She nodded as Alina told of what they where going to do. Dree's eyebrows raised when she saw Alina's hand flash over to her stomach. "Are you.....pregnant?"she asked, almost whispering. She shook her head then smiled. "I'll probably be staying at home. Maybe my really close friend Riku will come over. I don't know."she said, sighing.

Alina looked up from the package, a very slight crease of a frown across her forehead, though it soon disappeared. She started to make the coffee, and she smiled at his question. "I'd say so. And I'm doing good thanks. Been busy. Planning stuff at home and all that." She passed Edward the coffee, and pulled out her biscuit barrel. With her current cravings, she needed a huge supply of sweet food, and this just about catered for it. "Cookie?" she offered. "There might be a flapjack left, not sure." She shrugged, and rubbed her tummy again. She couldn't recall how much she'd been eating.

"How about you? Been upto much?"

He saw her glance to the package and grinned. "You sound very busy. Are the kids coming home for christmas?" He nodded and took a cookie as she set the coffee down.

"Me? Well, I've been busy at work and Si and I are trying to get the house set up."

"Just a tad," Alina said with a nod. "Especially with the new...addition." She said the last word slowly and softly. As excited as was, she was still slightly nervous about telling everyone. The only people that knew so far were her and Theo's parents, and the twins, and it seemed strange to be making that kind of announcement when it was so unexpected.

Coming from her thoughts, Alina smiled. "Why of course they are. I think Theo still misses his Mummy, and Nia is probably coming home to get spoiled by the Grandparents." She laughed. "I'm glad they chose to come home though. It'd be way too quiet without them, and it adds to the excitement with Santa and so on."

Alina nodded. So he and Si were still going strong then? That was good to hear. "Ooo, you moved in together? Sounds like it's going well then. You alright for linen and stuff?" Alina asked, "I mean, we've got loads we were bought when we got married, and has barely been used. Towels and the like. I can have a sort through if you need anything."

He was trying to listen as he munched on his cookie and the last word, she said slowly. "Addition?" he asked her, surprised about the way she said it.

He knew she loved her children and the way she talked about them let him know that she was very excited to see them. "That will be fun."

He grinned. "Yeah. I suppose it's to be expected though. That's what married people do, right? Odd for them not to live together." He said it so non chalantly that he hoped she caught it. "Thank you. We are doing well on supplies, but any help would be appreciated. I need to let you and Si meet anyway."

Sebastian heard someone call his name.Someone knows my name.He didn't remember talking to anyone before besides Liam. But what the heck it was Wizard world anything was possible.

"Hey there.Sorry I don't already know your name."He said to her appologetically.

"Hey and can you brief me about new assignments for our division. Or is it still just the paperwork to do."He asked the woman."And I'm fine by the way. Don't know though how you came to know about me."He added with a smile.

Dree looked up to see Alina talking to two guys. Wow this lady is really famous with guys. she thought giggling. She rolled her eyes at the guy named Sabastian. Duh, everyone knows everyone here. she thought sarcastically.

She knew Edward would question it, but some part of her had hoped he would have disregarded her final word. "Yes, addition," she said, almost to reiterate it to herself more than anything else. "Guess I have a big bit of news." She smiled. "Actually, I think you'll be the first in the Ministry to know - apart from Theo of cause." She took a deep breath, and a bite of a cookie. The sugariness was comforting. "I'm expecting." There, she'd told someone other than family, and it felt good.

"It will, though I think the news will have affected them both somewhat. It'll be interesting to see how." She pulled a bit of a worried face. They hadn't exactly had much correspondence with the twins - probably for the best with Theo - so it'd been difficult to judge.

If Alina had thought her news had shocked Edward, it was nothing compared to what she thought she'd just heard from him. Her jaw dropped, before she broke out into a wide grin. "Married? Oh, congratulations!" She reached out and hugged him tight. "And I'm sure we've got some bits. I'll have a look around. And I'd love to meet the lucky girl." She was still grinning. "Ah, Edward!" She felt all motherly for him, and almost proud.
"Alina Newtington," she said, "I used to be Theo's secretary. Got promoted whilst you were off. So no worries." She smiled warmly, glad to see another employee back. It had been quite empty recently.

"Nothing exciting that's new. So just paperwork I'm afraid." She looked at him apologetically. "I almost want an exploding something or other to come in, would be far more interesting!" She laughed. "And its good to hear your better. Welcome back to the team."

As he took another bite of her cookie right after she took hers, he almost choked as she said that she was expecting. He stood and went to the rubbish bin to spit out the bit of cookie that had lodged itself in his throat. He took a quick sip of coffee and smiled. "Congratulations" he was able to choke out.

"Well, they'll be in for a bit of a surprise, won't they?" He was glad she was ready for them to be home.

He grinned as it soaked in for her. "Yes. Thank you. We had planned a lavish ceremony, but while in Edinburgh decided after her encounter with me mum that it would be easier to just go to the justice of the peace."

"Well, when she decides she wants to come in, I'll bring her by." He was happy Alina was happy for him.

"Oh! I had heard about you. Congratulations for the promotion."He said to her.

"I'm glad to be back too.No problem with paperwork though,I'm used to it. Lots and lots of paper work that's what I had to do before going."He added with a smile.

Man it does feel like starting afresh.

"Will you be kind enough to introduce me to the other employees so that I know who to turn to when the need comes?"He asked her.

"You alright?" Alina asked, as Edward almost seemed to choke on his cookie and headed for the bin. Note to self: never tell someone whilst they're eating. "I guess I can't be showing that much then, from your reaction? Or did you just think I was getting fat?" She laughed. That was part of Theo's reaction, since he had barely noticed anything at all.

"But thanks," she said, her eyes twinkling, and her hand resting on her stomach. "Well, they know. But the bump will be the hot topic I should imagine. And if the baby kicks." She laughed. "I think the surprise will come during the summer holidays, when they get home and suddenly there's a nursery...and Mum and Dad are tired all the time..."

She raised an eyebrow. "Meeting the in laws didn't go quite to plan then? I'm sure it was quite lovely though, just the two of you. Very sneaky!" She smiled. "No wonder I've missed seeing you around recently."

Alina nodded. "Please do. She must be pretty special. Did you get her a nice ring?" As she asked, Alina fiddled with her own rings from Theo. Mainly the most recent addition, her eternity ring.

Alina nodded. "Thanks. Think I'm finally settled into my new surroundings."

"Well, I guess that's true. I hope we can find things to liven it up a bit in here though. Its as if people have stopped making ridiculous things recently. Maybe they've decided we do actually like our eyebrows!" She laughed. "Maybe after the holidays things will start picking up again."

Alina smiled. "Of course. Though only Dree is here at the moment. And she's stuck doing paperwork too." She gestured over in her other employee's direction. She looked at her guest. "And this is Edward. From level 8."

He smiled and nodded, holding his hand over his mouth to ensure nothing untoward came out of it. "Yes. I'm better now thank you." As he heard the last part he shook his head no. "Alina, there's nothing fat about you. You are ravishing."

He smiled. "What was their reaction?" he was intrigued as he did have a bit more news for Alina, but he figured he had given her enough to deal with right now.

"Well, me mum can be a bit on the prudish, overbearing side. Si doesn't mind her, but it just seemed much easier to go ahead this way. Her parents have passed and so it wasn't a consideration for that."

"i'm sure you and she will get on. Yeah. I got her a platinum ring with a lovely diamond."

Sebastian looked at Edward as he was introduced to him and extended a hand. He hadn't seen anyone from another floor visit this division."Hey there. How's it going?"He said to him.

"Well I thought that people made more ridiculous stuff during the holiday season because its the time they sell it most isn't it."He smiled while saying that.

"I'm glad." She smiled warmly. "I'd say that was just my careful choice of robes. I'll admit I've been trying to cover it up somewhat." She chuckled. "Ravishing? You flatter me too much. And should be glad Theo is not here!"

"I think their both excited. Theo wants a 'nicer' sibling, and is probably after a brother. But also is worried about being put on the compost. Something to do with with a Herbology lesson." She shook her head. "No, I don't have a clue either." She took a few moments to watch the twins move in the photo frame on her desk. "As for Nia, I can't really guage her reaction so far. I think if the baby keeps Theo out of her way, she won't mind."

"It sounds like you made the right decision then. Just the two of you. And Edinburgh is a lovely location. Did you spend a honeymoon up there as well?" Ah, she was so proud, and hoped Edward's mother felt the same way.

"Well, I hope she won't mind you visiting still." She smiled. "Ah, the ring sound lovely. Simple, but stunning I'm sure. Wow. I can't believe it...you're married!"
"Good point that, when you think about it logically. Strange." Alina frowned in thought. "Maybe Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes has taken the whole of the weird and wacky market now, eh?"

Edward felt so comfortable with Alina and was glad he stopped by. His time was running short, but he chuckled about her comments about her robes and theo. "Well, I'll try to be more careful about the words I use, but you have nothing to be ashamed of. You're a beautiful woman. Theo's a lucky man."

"I'm glad Theo's happy. I'm sure he would love a little brother. And I'm sure Nia's just as excited."

He blushed. "Yeah. We spent the rest of the time there. Me mum and dad live there and so it was logical. And she's angry now, but eventually mum will let it go."

Dree looked up when she heard her name and smiled at the man. When he realized he wasn't going to say hi to her she frowned. "What am I, a ghost?"she grumbled. She looked at her stack, which had decressed about a inch it felt like to her.

"That's why they call it the Wizard world.Strange things happen all the time.Well I might you two guys now. Think I should meet the other woman there."He said to them and started to walk towards the other woman Alina had introduced. Her name was Dree.Well that's what Sebastian thought.


Sebastian entered her cubicle and walked towards her. She seemed to have been full of work today.

"Hi! I'm Sebastian. I used to work here ,I mean I still do but had to leave for 4 months. You're quite full of work."He smiled at her.

"Well you can imagine now what I and my fellow emplyee had to go through alone when I was here before.Was too much work here."He said to her.

Dree laughed and nodded. "Ya. It's kinda fun you know, all this signing and such."she said, smiling slyly. "Oh, by the way, I'm Madreena Droman, but please call me Dree, everyone does."she said, rolling her eyes.

She nodded. "Ya, I can."she said, winking. She shrugged. "Not to much. You see I just started a few months ago."she said, smiling.

Liam walked into his old division and smiled it was good to be in this room again but he like his new job as head of the gobstone division. he look around for someone or something. He was looking when he spotted Sebastain, He then continued looking and soon found who he wanted.

He smiled as he walked over to her, then he stopped it seemed like she was in the middle of talking to someone. He thought about interupting them but decided not to it was rude to interupt someone who is talking to someone else. He decided just to wait his turn.

Edward looked at the young woman. "I'm sorry. Terribly rude of me. I'm Edward." He said as he rose to greet her.
