In dire need of some caffeine, Chad slipped into the break room to pour himself a mug of regular coffee. He'd gone and run out of his beloved French coffee. (-sob-) Oh well, regular would just have to do.

"Oh, hello, Sarah," he smiled, noticing his liaison sitting at the table in the room. "What brings you down here?" He watched her while waiting for an answer, pouring his cup of coffee.

At the sound of a greeting directed in her direction, Sarah glanced up from her notepad and smiled as she noticed the Head of her corresponding department. "Hello Chad," she said, cheerfully as she eyed him walking over to the coffee machine momentarily and returned her eyes to the man's face.

She just shrugged her shoulders gently and replied, "Just working on the monthly report. The usual. Figured I'd also drop in if there were any updates." Sarah smiled gently as she brought her cup of coffee up to her lips and took another sip, and then set it down once more before looking back up at Chad.

"Well alright, if your sure." Kaylee said smiling a little. She still felt weird going to someones wedding when she hardly knew them, but if the girl insisted she might as well go, it could be fun. "When is it?" She asked, swishing her wand. Instantly a black leather book flew into the break room, landing in front Kaylee. She tapped the lock with her wand, muttering a spell and the book opened up, flipping to the calender section.

Pandora noticed an unfamilar man enter the break room. Is he the new department head? Should I go and appologise? Violet can tell him what state I was in. She thought anxiously, twisting her hands in her lap. She hated to be late and she had been spectacularly late and missed meeting him. That was really unforgivable, in Pandora's opinion.

"It is on the 26th of november and it is at our villa" she smiled at the woman. then looked over at Chad and smiled.

Kaylee took out her quill and placed it on the 26 of November. The quill magically began writing down everything down and fell over when it was done. Putting the quill away and sending the book back to her desk, Kaylee said, "You own a villa? That sounds nice? My grandmother has one in France. And then my uncle owns one in Italy. But he moved back to London, along with his daughter. She's at Hogwarts right now." Kaylee said, talking about her cousin Nikki. Kaylee and Nikki were related by their mothers, who were sisters.

"Ya, it is in the countryside! I have a niece in her second year at Hogwarts" she said to Kaylee.

The countryside, that sounded like a great place to have a villa. "Where is it? Greece? France? Any other countries I honestly can't remember." She said, searching through her bag and taking out a small, extremely tiny book. She tapped it with her wand and it became a bit larger. "This is our family villa, the one that my uncle owns, everyone in our family stays there when we go to Italy." She said pulling out the picture of the gorgeous


"My cousins a fourth year, in Slytherin."

"It is in Italy! Wow, that is beautiful it looks like our villa" she said as she looked at the picture. "Her name is Victoria Jaimeson!"

"Thanks, but I can't take the credit for its beauty, my great-great-great grandfather built it and all." Kaylee said putting the picture away. "Nicolette Finn, but we all call her Nikki, she's named after our grandmother." She said. "And I'm named after my Great Aunt Kaylee, she's pure torture."

"I don't know who built our villa, that are both pretty names, I am going to be Mrs Katalin Starr!" she laughed.

"Updates, mm?" Chad smiled and decided to take a seat down at the table in the break room, instead of heading back to his office. "Well...we've just finished the Daily Prophet statement. I'll be taking that up to Rea-...the Minister later. We have also got plans to go to the Forbidden Forest again in the very near future. I'm also checking up on the number of registered werewolves we have. Still learning the ropes," he shrugged, taking a quick sip.

"How is it up in the Minister's Office? Lonely without me?" He chuckled a little at his own little joke.

Kaylee laughed along with Katalin. "What a beautiful name, your offically a star now!" She said. "Wow, this has been my best break for a long time. Fortunately, my division is never busy." She said taking a sip of her coffee.

"My division is the same, yes I am going to be a star!" she laughed as she sipped her coffee and wondered where her fiance was.

"So whats your fiance like? Is he tall, dark and handsome? The perfect man in almost any girls life." Kaylee asked chuckling a little. "Work can get so boring at times can't it, just sitting at my desk doing absolutely nothing is so boring."

"He is tall, dark and handsome! He use to play for the English quidditch team" she said. "I know the feeling!"

"He sounds perfect, and the qudditch probably did wonders for his body!" Kaylee said laughing. She brought her coffee mug to her lips and took a nice long sip.

"Maybe you could come to the villa one day so you can meet him" she smiled and sipped her coffee.

Sarah glanced around at the chattering employees before looking over to Chad when he spoke up once more and took a seat right next to her. She smiled gently at this and folded her hands, resting them on top of the table before her. Listening, Sarah's lips couldn't help but twitch when the man corrected himself after starting to call the Minister by her first name. She could only guess that the Minister was well known even before she ran for the office.

"Oh. I see. How did the last mission to the Forbidden Forest go? I remember Tetrus, the previous Department Head, telling me about it. But I wasn't able to know how it went for he left shortly after our first and last meeting," she said, nodding her head as she quickly wrote down a few notes regarding the information that Chad had presented to her.

Ohhh... that funny man. Sarah just chuckled and rolled her eyes. "Yes. Oh so lonely, Chad. We sure could use your liveliness and humor again. It's like a cemetery down there," she remarked. Well, couldn't really blame them. They were all hard at work, preparing for the World Cup.

Chad through a confused look around the break room as he picked up bits and pieces of his employees saying that they were bored and their job was boring. With a raised eyebrow and a smirk, he turned his attention back to his coffee and then back up to Sarah.

"They've had two failed mission. I don't remember what happened the first time...and apparently, werewolves interrupted the second one. Hopefully the third time will be a charm and we can get that off our plate. My division head seems resistant at doing it before the World Cup, but I have nothing else to offer my department."

He sighed and then laughed, lifting the coffee mug again. "Surely it is not that bad," he chuckled, taking a drink.

Violet laughed. "Well, my husband came here from France when he was 15, but he got Sorted into Gryffindor. Maura's my only child, and I was a Ravenclaw, so my husband is the odd one out. he's never home, so he doesn't get to enjoy the magical hovering ceiling shelf anyway." She topped there. She has promised herself not to talk about what was going on at home.

"Oh," Pandora said softly, realising that she had asked the wrong question. She was still twisting her hands nervously in her lap, casting anxious glances at the man she was sure was the new department head. "Is, umm, is that the new boss?" she asked, unable to conceal her nerves. "Do you think I should go and appologise?"

"it's all right," Violet assured her when Pandora seemed uncomfortable. She followed her glance. "Yeah, that's him. You should go introduce yourself," she suggested.

She remembered Tetrus. Those shaggy dreadlocks were the first thing that she noticed about when she first came into the office. It was a pity the man left, Sarah had rather liked him. But Chad was an equally nice man and she was very glad for him and the new promotion.

"Hm," Sarah said, pausing for a moment in thought as she took a sip of her coffee once more. "If I recall, was that mission about... something with a creature out there? I can't quite remember. But I do believe that Tetrus had his reasons in believing that there was a creature in the intrusion."

Sarah chuckled and shrugged, a smile on her face. "Alright. I'm over-exaggerating. But it is rather quiet these days."

"Well, I wouldn't want to interrupt is coffee break." Or talk to him while I feel this nervous she added silently. She looked at Violet, frowning ever so slightly. "Hmmm, do you think he'll be annoyed that I wasn't at the meeting. It did sound important."
