Sarah peeped her head in the Break Room. It was an opportunity for her to... well... mingle... with the employees of the department. She had yet to do that. The only people that she had talked to was the ex-Department Head and the Spirit Division. That was it. It was pitiful. What a great liaison she was.

The young woman walked into the break room, smiling at the people that were already in there, her eyes lingering on some guy with a cowboy hat. That wasn't odd one bit. Chuckling gently, Sarah went over to the coffee machine and poured herself a cup of coffee, taking a sip as she leaned against the counter.

Gideon eyes curiously the young woman who entered the room, "Hello, miss." She looks young enough to be my son's age. When did I become the old man in a crowd?

He speaks with a drawl, "Coffee any good? Thought about pourin' meself some, but it looked a bit like muuuud."

Who whaaatt? Was someone talking to her? Well that was rather new. Sarah glanced up at the older man with the cowboy hat. She just smiled and nodded her head with a reply, "Hullo sir." She then took another sip of her coffee, drumming her fingers on the counter gently.

As the man spoke, Sarah noticed the little drawl in his voice. Hmm... he must be new. She had never seen him around Level Four before, but then again... she hadn't been quite observant and as involved as she should. But the whole Quidditch Cup business was a whirlwind. She wouldn't be visiting this Department very often once Minister Taylor decides to get the Liaisons working.

Coffee? "Well... It's not bad. I heard that Level Six's is a little bit funky." Rumors. But you couldn't be too careful. "You should try some, as muddy as it may look," Sarah said, nodding her head with a small smile.

Katalin smiled at the new people, she sipped her coffee and thinking about her november wedding.

Larry got off the chair and stretched his arms. He was glad to meet someone new, and to fit in his Department. He took his small bag and walked slowly out of the door heading to his Division. Hopefully he'll meet someone from his Division, he was excited and was aiming for a good year.

"Then perhaps I'll try me some. And I'll remember to avoid Level Six. Thanks for the tip." Gideon slowly stands to his full height of 6'4" and strolls over to the coffee pot. He grabs a clean mug in his right hand and uses his left to pour the coffee from the carafe. He puts the pot down and sips the black coffee in his mug.

He nods to the girl, "Yer right, not too bad." He offers his hand to shake and says, "The name is Gideon Spence. Werewolf Registry and Capture Unit's newest hire. And who would you be?"

Katalin decided she will have one more cup of coffee before she goes back to her desk. She was still thinking about her wedding invitation.

Violet sipped her coffee, looking around the room slowly, taking in the scenes. As she usually did when relaxing. Her purple eyes drank in the bright light, the chatting people, and the relaxed atmosphere. Her keen ears took in the soft, comforting sounds of voices. Her nose inhaled the scent of coffee. All of this helped rub away the stress of the past few weeks. A smile lifted her lips.

Larry walked into the break room tiredly he wasn't used to be awake so early in the morning. He walked towards the coffee machine and made himself a mug full of black coffee. He walked towards a chair and began drinking his 'delicious' black coffee. He wasn't really fond about coffee but it is the only thing that can keep him awake.

Pandora had missed the morning conference and she should probably have gone straight to her office, but she needed to check out the state of her face first. Pulling her hair forward so that it hid her rapidly swelling cheek a bit, she found a seat and rooted in her bag for a mirror. Her wrist was sore and as she ran her tongue over her teeth she realised that two of them were broken. Trying not think that she had probably swallowed them she looked in her mirror. "Great"she muttered to herself, "I look like I've been in a muggle duel" She was mortified. What must her collegues think? She pulled a a small bottle of dittany out of her bag and started to dab some on her face, wondering if she had torn her robes when she fell.

Violet looked up as someone came in. She recognized, with a shock, that it was Pandora in a lass-than-perfect state. She jumped up and made her way over to her.
"Are you all right?" she asked. "Looks like the mission was more painful to you than it was to others." She took the dittany from Pandora and started applying it herself. It was hard to do such things in a mirror. 'Would you like me to heal your teeth?"

Pandora blushed, her whole cheek red to match the mark around her eye. "This isn't from that, not directly anyway." she mumbled, realising that her lip was split. "I was so tired after the mission, with having broken ribs and hitting my head when that werewolf knocked me over, that I slept straight through my alarm. I was so paniced when I woke up that I just dashed here. I tripped over my own robes running to get in the lift and hit my face on the floor. I think I've broken my wrist too." She held it up gingerly. "I'd be really grateful if you could have a look at it, my teeth too." She attempted a smile, but it hurt so it probably looked more like a grimace to Violet. "I'm not usually a clumsy person."

"Ahh," said Violet. "Well, that's perfectly understandable. It's all right." She remembered when she'd overslept once, back when she was just Violet the centaur office worker. She'd been in such a hurry that she'd tripped over her own feet and fallen headlong into the fountain in the town square. It hadn't been fun, to say the very least.
With gentle fingers, Violet took Pandora's hand in her own and looked at the bruised wrist. It didn't look broken, but it might have been sprained. "No, I've seen you out on missions. You're very surefooted. Now, I'm not all that as a Healer, but I think I can fix all this for you." She took out her wand and waved it over Pandora's wrist. "Does that feel better?" She proceeded to fix her teeth as well.

Wandering away from the conference room, Rinatta decided to stop by the break room. She was already exhausted after her transfer and was still disappointed about being late. She had never been late in her life uggghh! She needed coffee bad. Coffee was the answer, coffee fixes almost everything right?

Upon entering she saw two women speaking together as one healed the other. The one woman she had never seen before but, the woman who was healing her Rinatta had recognised from the meeting. 'Her name was Miss Silvermoon I believe', she thought to herself.

"Hello again, does everything seem to be alright?",she asked with a quiet note of concern. Then proceeded to pour herself a cup of coffee, oh she needed it so badly. She drank it down within a matter of moments, cleaned her cup and not recieving a response, she gave a polite nodd and left. She had wanted to meet with her new division head more personally, after all she had not been able to introduce herself properly earlier.

As Violet healedher injuries, Pandora felt the pain ease and then disapear. She was sure that Violet was just being kind and wondered if she should confide in her. The healers at ST. Mungo's had wanted her to stay overnight but she had insisted on returning to the mission. She thought about it as Violet healed her teeth and decided not to say anything. Violet was a department head after all, an Pandora didn't want to get in to any more trouble. Besides, she liked Violet, she remembered her from school and she knew her fellow Ravenclaw would think her decison to rejoin the mission had been foolish. Pandora had begun to think that herself. "Thanks. that feels much better" she said with a genuine smile What did I miss in the meeting? What's the new bloke like? I overheared something about the Qudditch World Cup in the lift, are we hosting it? After what happened last time?"

Davina walked into the break room throughly disappointed with the meeting. She expected...more?...no something? She shrugged. What was she expecting? She was new and alone and obviously, she did not share the same views as some of her coworkers, great.

She pulled off her coat that covered her muggle pants suit and walked to the fridge pulling out a butterbeer. Then she plopped into the large couch and crossed her legs.
Maybe they would start some real work soon.

Violet looked up at the sound of another voice. "Yes, everything is fine," she assured her. "Thank you for your concern." She smiled at the woman curiously. She was new. She was in Violet's division, right? It was hard to tell these things nowadays...Violet watched the girl leave. How strange. She shook her head in confusion and turned back to Pandora.
"There," she said. "You should be all fixed up." She put her wand away and sat next to Pandora. "Chad is very nice. You should introduce yourself...Yes, we are hosting the World Cup. Fun, right?" This last bit was said with a slight roll of her eyes.

Larry entered the break room fully awake, yesterday he had the best sleep he had for years even though he entered his bed at one o'clock in the morning but it was still a good sleep. He walked towards the coffee machine and made himself a small cup of black coffee. He sat down on a chair aiming for a new day.

Katalin walked into the break room, she grabbed a cup of coffee she was still organising her wedding. She had the invitation to give out.

Larry was sitting on the chair noticing a woman entering the break room, she seemed familiar but from where maybe she was a school mate but she seemed a lot younger then him. Suddenly, he remembered her he met her on his first day of work and she seems pretty nice. But he couldn't remember her name, he knew it was something with a K. Katerina, Katey, Kat, as much as he tried to remember her name he just couldn't remember. He just waved at her with smile hoping that she had seen him.

Katalin saw someone waving and smiling at her, she walked towards him and said "Hey Larry! How are you?" She sat down next to him.

"Hey Kat how are you? Is it okay that I can call you Kat," he said smiling at her. He saw some envelopes in her bag but he didn't want to ask her for what they were. Suddenly he remembered her name it is Katalin, what a nice name, he doesn't know many people with name Katlin, actually he doesn't know anyone with the name Katalin.

"I am good thanks, that is fine!" She saw that he was looking at the envelopes in her bag, she got one out for him. "Here it is a wedding invitation for you!"

"Thank you," he said opening the envelope in side was a letter which said,

After Larry read the envelope he asked Kat, "Um.. Kat were is it gonna be?"

"It is going to be at our villa and the reception is there too!" she was excited about getting married.
